Can you give us a rundown of how you are taking your HCG? I’ve got some and looking to start a course alongside my TRT.

Going by your 156lbs after flexed, I would say you’re sitting at about 18%?

Cut until you reach 10-12% body fat and then bulk while keeping track of your macros and adjusting accordingly. The problem with bulking when you’re already overweight or +20% body fat is that you tend to rationalise shit eating as “I’m bulking, bro”. Starting from a lean base will allow for better performance of your lifts (provided you are making measurable progress), and will prioritise muscle gain and minimise fat accumulation. This is provided your diet is on point. There is no magical 8 or…

I've had a look at the ingredients along with the macros and micros. Macros seem fine; though 20g of fat per serving seem a bit high per 400kcal serving (not necessarily a bad thing). Micros also seem okay as each serving covers 20% of your recommended daily requirement. So must be getting 100% considering you're consuming 1600kcals of this stuff. Ingredients? Xantham Gum, natural and artificial flavourings, and other little tidbits that's pretty common in most meal replacement supplements... No…

Cancer has been present since the day of the pharaohs. Not to discourage you from following a lifestyle that would prevent you from getting it, but with the levels of pollution, food additives, and other "inorganic" exposures, there's only so much you can do to prevent it. That being said, why a liquid diet? And why 1600 calories? Depending on your height, weight, and energy expenditure per day, this sounds like quite a big calorie deficit. Not to mention that you must be feeling hungry all the …

She gives you an emotional performance complete with how "miserable and lonely she feels", adds you back on social media, then invites you to talk to her whenever. Then you offer to go to the cinema and she follows up with how she can't disrespect her man by talking to you? She's trying to make you her beta-orbiter.

It's interesting you say this because I was looking into married life in Islam and came across something which I find to be extremely relevant to your question: Sahih Al Bukhari - Book of Belief Volumn 001, Book 002, Hadith Number 028. Narated By Ibn 'Abbas : The Prophet said: "I was shown the Hell-fire and that the majority of its dwellers were women who were ungrateful." It was asked, "Do they disbelieve in Allah?" (or are they ungrateful to Allah?) He replied, "They are ungrateful to their hu…

I've learnt what I need to learn. I've enacted what I need to enact. I have a solid understanding of theory so, without being humble about it, I believe I can explain and pass it on to boys who are now in a similar position to the one I used to be in. "While we teach, we learn." - Seneca

For anyone wanting to explore this further, I recommend watching Revolver (2005), starring Jason Statham. Ratings or story isn't the best, bet the explanation and realisation of one's own ego is definitely makes it worth watching. EDIT: The elevator scene is simply incredible.

By "ideal" I assume you mean someone who is worthy enough to be the mother of your children, right? It would essentially boil down to 3 key points (in no particular order): She is loyal to you. She respects you. She is attractive. This is essentially the foundation of what makes a good woman and everything else like education, job, ethnicity, etc is just preference.

The behaviour you just described is quite common amongst Muslim immigrants, specifically those from a North African/Middle Eastern men who attempt to integrate in a predominantly non-Muslim country. In Islam it is unanimously agreed that the biggest temptation for men is women and if I remember correctly from your last post, they referred to the women in Germany as their 'playground'. Their use of the word playground isn't a coincidence at all and is a reference to a verse in the Quran (29:64). …

What's amusing to me is how the majority of Reddit make boastful claims of being open minded and liberal. Yet the moment a person (irrespective of male/female) makes a conservative decision, they are met with ridicule and scoff. What an uncultured, unrefined, and uneducated bunch.

It's about time someone shared this point of view. The concept of honour is something that is spoken about quite frequently here but very rarely do I see it acted upon; "she has a boyfriend? Not my problem. Alpha fucks, beta bucks!". No matter how matter how much you try to rationalise -- or hamster it shall I say-- it is a dishonourable act. TRP is about living life the way you want to live and I applaud and respect you for choosing an honourable path with firm conviction.

There was a post about a month ago titled "Asking women for dating advice is like asking trout for fishing tips" by u/JimmyTheIntern and he addresses the issue in a humorous manner. Here's the copy & paste of the post: Was going to crosspost this total facepalm of a thread, but I remembered we have new super-important rules to keep fake internet point counterfeiting down, for the sake of the children. So I'll just post my little bit. Basically, this kid's asking women for advice on asking out a …

Thank you for your response and I think I will be going with "male disposability and how it manifests in its various forms" as suggested by TraceyMorganFreeman. I've taken your advice into account and will be starting right away!
