Apparently there are a lot of couples who are doing away with the tradition of having bridesmaids and groomsmen for their wedding.

I was watching should I marry a murderer and the girl who is telling the story didn’t get killed but I can see how some women get murdered by guys due to stupidity and just being dangerously horny/desperate. She matched with the dude on tinder and then within I believe a day agreed to drive 2 hours to meet up with him on a farm he owns in like the middle of nowhere. I’m like you do not know this man lol. I wonder how many couples break up shortly after the first vacation together. I feel like you discover things you don’t like about that person which might lead to realizing yeah this ain’t gonna work out.

Double dates are cool for established couples but I feel for first or even second dates it’s a recipe for disaster lol. God forbid someone gets the ick or isn’t feeling it there’s probably social pressure on them to stay when they don’t want to.

“Noack, who runs Queens-based photography studio House of Indulgence, was her photographer and “best friend” at one point — but Skolkin asserted that it was never romantic. They met over a decade ago. But the friendship turned sour about three years ago when Skolkin told Noack she had a boyfriend. “He started acting really jealous and f–king bizarre. . . . Then he goes, ‘I’m in love with you.’ And I was like, ‘What?’” Skolkin recalled.” https://nypost.com/2026/08/15/us-news/nyc-model-fights-evic…

Blind dates is something I’ve only seen in sitcoms or romcoms. The idea of going out with someone randomly I don’t know is kinda scary even if the person who set it up knows me for years.

I remember one woman said her mom when she was an adult told her that the reason your father stopped coming around like that is because the mom wouldn’t let him have sex with her. Like he was totally ok “co parenting” as long as he was getting some ass when he came over or dropped off the child, the minute the mom cut him off he got mad, took it on the child, and slowly disappeared.

The evidence was overwhelming but I’m sort of surprised Luigi didn’t take a chance at the Fed trial and hope to get a sympathetic witness or maybe jury nullification. For example the evidence against OJ Simpson was overwhelming but the jury voted not guilty because they hated the LAPD and wanted to make a statement.

Most victims of romance scams are older people and it makes sense because they have the savings and the pensions. The young horny 22 year old male is desperate for love but he’s broke, you’re not getting money from him like the 67 year old with 400,000 in savings.

People should probably have discussions with their partners about what things they reveal to the outside world and what things they keep in house. There’s mad relationships where one side realizes their partner is a chatter box telling friends/family stuff they thought was ok but it really isn’t to the other side but they never actually talked about what was really off limits.

If you have certain things sexually that you must have in a relationship you should probably clarify that with someone before you commit to them. For example there are guys who have to get their dicks sucked on a regular basis by their partners. They’ll talk to a woman who says I don’t like doing that and instead of breaking it off they’ll be like ohh I’ll convince her. Now he’s 3 years into a relationship(or even a marriage) sexually frustrated because the woman who told you I don’t do that tur…

I was reading about this woman who was going through a divorce and was in family court with her husband. Her lawyer suggested she tell the judge she was “in fear of her and her kids safety” so she can easily secure a emergency order of protection and this would make it easier for her to get full custody like she wanted. The woman was like yo man I’m divorcing my husband because he cheated on me. But he never beat me up, threatened me with a gun or nothing or made me feel like I was in danger. I’…

The biggest gap I had for serious dating was about 4 years older. Casual I think it was around 10-12. Older women know what they want and don’t care about being seen as “easy”. Also there are women who don’t want to have kids.

I feel like if you’re gonna allow “preemptive pardons” the person being pardoned has to publicly admit what they are scared of being charged, the president has to write out the crimes that they want to protect their friend/family member from and why it’s ok for him/her to not go to jail compared to a regular person. For example let’s say I’m the president, I’m gonna pardon my cousin Stevie. The reason I’m pardoning my cousin Stevie is because Stevie over the last 10 years has sold large amounts …

Also let’s keep it a bean, some single mothers are basically side chicks/bootycalls/ casual dating partners that got pregnant. I remember one girl I went to school with said her mother and her dad who wasn’t around were never really “together”. They were just smashing and she got knocked up

I was watching a podcast and a guy was asked why he doesn’t post his partners on social media. He said the first and only time I will post a woman on social media is my wedding photos, that’s when you will know I’m seeing someone, other than that nah. Hot take is parents wouldn’t be so disappointed if they didn’t overrate their kids “potential” Your son is of average intelligence/talent, so him ending up average as adult isn’t some huge shock.

I always thought it was interesting the parents who spend thousands of thousands of dollars on youth sports for their kids only for them to never play after HS. It would be one thing if it was like I invested in this so my kid could get a full ride scholarship in college and leave university debt free.

Sometimes I wonder how many People would not get arrested if social media didn’t exist. Think about it. Like we see it all the time where an incident will take place, the initial authorities investigation determines that one or more of the parties involved will not be facing charges or no crime was committed. There’s probably mad people who filmed themselves having sex voluntarily with a partner and then the partner posted that video on porn sites like porn hub as “amateur porn”. So the girl is randomly surfing the internet and she sees herself blowing her ex boyfriend from 2022 and is like wtf? Because the vast majority of people born male who now identify as women do not get any surgery so it’s basically a man in a dress with makeup. That’s easily identifiable to basically anyone. The only guys who say they are “fooled” are lying to themselves. Heck even with surgery, most men will never “pass' ” as women due to body and face structure. You can even be a “handsome” man, and never pass as a woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/07/26 12:28 PM

Even with surgery(which most don’t get) it’s extremely hard for a man to “pass” as a woman and that’s just online with angles, filters, and doctoring pictures. In person it’s painfully obvious.

What are your thoughts on safe haven laws? So generally if you have a baby who is under 30 days old, you can drop that child off at like a police station, or firehouse, or hospital etc with no criminal liability no questions asked. The only question I have is what is it about that 30 day number that the state picks? Is there some type of science or reasoning behind it? Why isn’t it…. 60 days? Or 90 days, Or a year? It’s like you have 29 days to decide and after that tough toenails.

Someone said that in movies/tv shows the bullied kid is often a secret good person that the rest of kids don’t understand and that’s why he/she is bullied. In real life though often times that child can be an asshole or have their own set of issues that makes them loners or outcasts. Like Kevin gets bullied because he’s short but he’s also a bigot. The women in the true crime sub think the men Aileen Wuornos killed was all in “self defense” despite dudes being killed execution style and her jacking their shit. The argument goes “well she was a sex worker that’s why she wasn’t believed if it was a man she wouldn’t be in prison.” If a dude killed 8 people, and claimed “self defense bro” then the state found out he took the cars/money/valuables and pawned them off he’s getting the needle😂

https://www.justjared.com/2026/05/26/chelsea-handler-confirms-split-from-cowboy-boyfriend-reunites-with-him-as-friend/ Honestly Some women get to a certain point in life where they don’t want a long term boyfriend. They kinda just wanna get go on some dates, get piped out a couple of times a week and KIM. The whole living with somebody, having to meet and deal with their families, cooking and cleaning for somebody, dealing with kids is played out to them.

I’ve known people who have someone in a different city or state that they will bang every-time they go there and it’s a mutual understanding. For example Kevin who lives in NYC knows anytime he goes to Miami he’s smashing Susan, but there not in a long distance relationship though. There’s no expectation of exclusivity or monogamy at all which makes sense because I never really understood long distance relationships.

What’s the protocol for a father with a young daughter using a public bathroom? For the record I’m not talking about babies who aren’t potty trained. Let’s say for the sake of this she’s 4. 1.)Do you send her inside the women’s bathroom by herself and hope for the best? Do you Ask a woman who’s going in the same time “Ayo can you just keep an eye on my daughter?” 2.) Do you go in the women’s bathroom with her? 3.)Do you take her in the men’s bathroom?

Like the Notorious BIG made life after death, it was his vision, he handed the album in, and was killed 2 weeks before it was supposed to come out. People change their minds on their own, not seeing people getting “destroyed” on stage. It’s basically impossible for a women to blow up in the pop music industry without being conventionally attractive in some way which was always odd because the fanbase is overwhelmingly straight women and gay men. Like with boy bands they intentionally picked attractive guys because they wanted someone that their 15 year old fanbase of girls would lust after so it made sense. But with straight women artist it’s like why? It’s almost like women don’t want to listen to an ugly woman sing lol.

I never judged women who didn’t have male friends. Like I didn’t think that because there you don’t have a male friend that means you secretly hate men and can’t see them as anything more than a penis.

There was a thread in askreddit last month asking your first time getting arrested and a dude had me dying because he claimed he got picked up in a prostitution sting when he was 15. The guy was a minor so he was separated from the adult males. They just brought him back to the precinct, told his mom and she picked him up. He said the car ride home with his mother was the most awkward moment of his life 😂. It was basically complete silence until pulling into the driveway when she says let’s just…

Also if you notice, it’s never about things that affect them personally or that matter in the grand scheme of things. It’s shit like oh he got to coach a pro sports team or she acted in a movie I didn’t pay to see.

Regular women will look at famous women who get cheated on and be like “Damn if Halle Berry can get cheated on, and she’s prettier than me, what chance do I have?” I think that’s flawed logic especially when in most cases the girl the guy cheats with is nowhere near as attractive. Look at tiger woods, His side chicks were trash.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/26 05:27 PM

I think an important conversation for any potential couple or new couple to have is what is our policy on sharing information? What are things that we keep close to the vest of just us, and what do we reveal to friends/family members? Same thing with posting our business on social media. I feel like a lot of people get into relationships and then find out that their partner shares way too much than they would like but they never really had those type of discussions.

Would ugly people be so confident if their parents(especially mothers) didn’t gas their heads up initially. For example there are women who will be like why these ugly dudes are so arrogant, why they think they can hit on me but where did that initial confidence come from?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/26 05:17 PM

Q4All: Should you tell someone you are dating that you have a crazy Ex? I only ask because there was a discussion on Twitter about crazy ex’s killing the new partner of their ex and people asking was the victim informed that the former partner was a potential shooter. Would he for example have pursued her further if he had that information before hand.

There was a time where a lot of people got into politics who knew they couldn’t win or didn’t really want to win. They did it for the eventual book deal or job to be an analyst on a major news network. Now I think those people just want to be podcasters and social media influencers.

/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 12:14 PM

I don’t think straight men care what gay men think of their attractiveness. The whole “if gay men think you’re good looking that means you truly are because they have high standards” was debunked with Grindr and online dating lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 12:13 PM

Rate me or am I ugly subs are always flawed for 2 obvious reasons 1.)Reddit is a massive sausagefest. If you’re a man, other men’s opinions on how you look are irrelevant. 2.)Again, Reddit is a massive sausage fest, if you’re a woman it’s meaningless because dudes will say anything is hot because it’s mostly desperate guys. The type of guys you would never find attractive in real life or care if they thought you were attractive.

The number one reason why many men stay close or friendly with an ex is to be first in line to get some buns if she’s going through a rough patch down the line, it has nothing to do with them being “nice” or being mature about just a platonic friendship. When a woman is going through some shit like a bad breakup she’s much more likely to go back to sleeping with the ex who kept in touch.

Speaking of politics though if you look at USA presidential general elections in the 20th century it’s dominated by landslides. Dudes winning well over 50% of the popular vote, 40 plus states, 400 to 500 electoral college votes etc. The question always is why did that happen so frequently and why doesn’t it happen today? I was reading about this alleged phenomenon of men going hiking with women and then abandoning them in the woods. Basically the premise is he’s tryna get some ass and she says nah, and he does the dip leaving her to fend for herself. All these situations are unique but my thing is who the hell is going hiking with someone that’s not their partner? Like you going on a first or second date in the woods with a guy you don’t know? How often do you go over your friends homes and vice versa? To me this was more prevalent when I lived at home with my parents not so much as a home owner. If it’s a special event like a superbowl party it’s something different.

Me personally I can’t see myself not living with my wife but to each its own I guess.

It’s an interesting dynamic in dating when the girl knows you are clearly better than her and out of her league. I feel Like every man should experience this at least once in life.

/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/26 10:51 AM

If you are a celebrity in the vast majority of cases, you are much better off not making public statements on any “controversies” surrounding you. Especially if it’s nothing legal or civil against you. In The vast majority of the time the general public have no idea what most of these things are and you saying something automatically gives it more attention.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/26 10:51 AM

I laughed only because from what I remember the people who said that movie was gonna flop, or were rooting for it to flop, were downplaying the initial box office numbers, were overwhelmingly women who hated Sydney Sweeney…

You always here these stories about famous men with wives who invested in them when they were broke and then they became millionaires which is cool. But for every one like a Ryan coogler who is now one of the most biggest directors in Hollywood , there is thousands of men whose GF’s/wives did the same thing helping or investing in their dreams and they are still broke. Or they made it, but then he ditched her for a new chick when he got famous lol.

But the majority of people have committed crimes even though we expect them not to. The question is whether or not that expectation is realistic. Like expecting the majority people to be faithful to one person for 40 years.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/26 09:16 AM

It’s unrealistic to expect the majority of people to do it, just like it’s unrealistic to respect the everyone to not commit “crimes”. We expect things that are often not realistic.

Because most people don’t end up with the partner they truly want, it’s the best they can get at the time. It’s like the job market. And there’s a wanting cake and eating it too aspect. It’s unrealistic to expect the majority to be faithful, again for a long period of time.

I saw a documentary on YouTube about women in this jail and the female co or warden said most of the women there were there because of some dude. Either they fought a woman because she was messing with her man, they were doing illegal activities for a guy like holding or selling drugs etc. Or a classic example is 5-0 comes asks whose guns or drugs is this and the girl raised her hand. The women think the guys are being faithful to them outside of jail which is also hilarious.

/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/26 04:46 AM

Contrary to popular belief, There are women who actually like going to the strip club and no they aren’t “pick me’s”. A woman says she likes strip clubs the first thing a lot of women say is “oh she lying, she just tryna seem cool for men, uggh what a pick me”. For the record I as a man never liked strip clubs. That shit was always corny to me.

I feel like a lot of the disagreements in general not just this sub but others are more generational gaps than gender gaps. Me and my dad are both men but he hasn’t “dated” since Reagan’s first term. Me and one of my sisters would have more in common or agree more about dating or relationships than me and my dad despite her being a woman.

But I reject your premise that because I make fun of a topic or idea that means I’m “ignorant” about it. For example I think communism is a stupid failed ideology. I make fun of it all the time, that doesn’t mean I’m “ignorant” of communism lol. But it’s okay

I’ve said it before but too often I hear about these first date or second date horror stories about things being revealed giving someone the “ick”. 99% of those things should’ve been squared away in the text convos or FaceTime chat before hand. If someone is unwilling to answer certain questions before meeting you I believe you have your answer right there.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/26 02:54 PM

That sub doesn’t work because Reddit is a sausage fest and if you’re a man you don’t care what men think about your looks. Also if you’re a woman, Reddit again is a sausage fest filled with loser men who get no buns, so they will say any woman is cute.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/26 02:25 PM

You don’t have to post every single person you’re dealing with or hooking up with on social media lol. This is probably the extreme end but I’ve heard of people who are like the first time you’ll see my partner is when I post the wedding pics.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/26 02:24 PM

I don’t think the double dates of two friends going out with two randoms happen nearly as much as it does in the sitcom/movies. I’ve only done it with my partner and another established couple.

I saw this thread a month ago from this one girl who got mad that her man zelled his female “best friend” 250 dollars without her knowing. Like she had to find out a couple weeks later. I think one of the primary reasons the second marriage(and third) have such high divorce rates is the blended family aspect. Everyone in social media posts the blended families that work out but it’s a lot of other disasters. It forced you to keep in contact with someone you might not be able to stand because you have a small child that you both have to coparent. That’s also money going out of your pocket to someone who probably doesn’t live in the house that you are currently in which can cause…

I do wonder about the people who are unfaithful in a marriage when did it start like on average. Like were you cheating when you were just BF/GF, or did it happen when the official marriage began. From what I’ve observed or heard it usually happens early. It’s not like damn Kevin was faithful the first 22 years of marriage and then in year 23 he slipped up. Also is cheating consistent or does it happen in waves over the marriage.

To me, it’s only a roster if you can actively fuck all the girls on the roster. Dudes be talking about having rosters and can only smash one or none of the 5 girls he’s talking too. The other 4 range from dry ass text convos that go nowhere and someone he went on 1 meh date with but keeps in contact with.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/26 06:51 PM

I feel like if you said online 5 years ago, that dating is a competition a lot of people would get mad at you but now that viewpoint is more accepting lol. Like sports you have to beat other people out to win, again if what you are going after is even remotely desirable.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/26 01:41 PM

There’s a visceral hate online for podcasters on Reddit that I think surpasses other entertainers. A lot of people are bitter/broke and the fact you have someone who is getting paid more than they ever will to talk shit on a couch has them enraged. With athletes they can say well at least they have some skill, or I’m not 6 foot 8 that’s why I can’t do that. With the podcasts, it’s literally I’m just not interesting enough.

There was a thread this week where a woman basically claimed that if you’re a woman and have a “good” man you are lucky because most men are not good. This would maybe make sense if the argument was that most women are also not good but that wasn’t claimed. The implication is she has no agency in being picked or choosing the “good” guys.

There are people who think about others when they are sleeping with their partner
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 01:56 PM

Things happen though. People get fat, less romantic, or change over time. Like there was a woman who posted in deadbedrooms who said her husbands new gut which wasn’t there when they initially got married makes sex(when they do have it) awful. She said dude had no stamina to do anything other than lay on his back.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/26 05:15 PM

Askmen had to tell dudes stop making dating threads because it’s not a dating or relationship sub lol. You would look on the front page and 90% of the questions were “Hey how I get a girl to like me?” Type stuff. I will say Askwomen has more diversity in terms of the topics they have but Askmen is more ideologically diverse in terms of viewpoints.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/26 05:12 PM

Some people get the “ick” with their long term partner and it’s over lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/26 05:10 PM

What do you have to hide is like what the police say
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/26 02:41 PM

I’m not taking any disrespect from anyone to be with their child. If my partner is ok with their dad disrespecting me then we can’t be together anyway. The dads be talking to this grown ass man like he’s a 13 year old boy lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/26 02:11 PM

One thing I always thought was weird was in Hollywood where the guy is meeting the dad of his significant other and it turns into a police interrogation. The father essentially emasculates the guy and he basically has to prove he’s worthy of being with his regular ass daughter lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/26 02:02 PM

I wonder how many people stay in “meh” or just above average marriages off the logic of “well at least he’s not beating my ass every night like Cindy’s husband” or “well at least Michelle hasn’t cheated on me like Kevin’s Wife” or “well at least Dave hasn’t blown our life savings with online gambling like Mariah’s husband”. People be comparing their situation to the worst situations they know, and think it’s ok because hey it’s not that lol. Essentially because there hasn’t been a major deal bre…

/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/26 09:52 PM

I could understand a straight man not wanting to date someone with a penis and that not be viewed as having high standards.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/26 09:52 PM

I wonder if there is still the same stigma for single men adopting kids.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/26 09:51 PM

They should do a documentary or a podcast series on the ugly friend who is close with a hot person. Like how does it feel to be the person the wing man/wing woman distracts why someone is trying to holla at your friend. I’ve seen some describe their life as being the supporting character in a shitty early 2000’s rom com lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/26 12:57 PM

I feel like too many people particularly young people go into “blended family” or step dad/step mom situations before they even really have to. Like a dude I knew in college was 20 dating a 22 year old who had twins like come on bro. It wasn’t like they were just banging, they were in a serious relationship and was helping raise those kids. There are so many girls your age in your college or around who don’t have kids that you can pick from. To me that’s something for like an older age if that w…

I feel like most Americans only experience with a third world country was that time they went to one on vacation for a weekend(and they were at an elite hotel I might add) so they make statements like “America is basically a third world country now”.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/26 09:17 PM

I wonder if “older” people who go away to college live in dorms. Like if you 27 and are a freshman do you live with 18 year old freshman or is that not allowed.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/26 02:44 PM

That’s racist
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/26 02:25 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/26 02:25 PM

I’ve heard people argue that the number of homeless in America is actually undercounted because of people who “couch surf” aren’t seen on the street. For example there was this interview I seen where this woman who claimed she was technically homeless for years she just bounced around on random couches. Like she said her cousin was the first person she couch surfed on who had a one bedroom apartment for a couple months. The problem is that cousin eventually got a man who moved in and was like I …

/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/26 02:37 PM

My first comment was a story of someone doubting a man’s ability to be in a relationship and that person being wrong. I think it’s a beautiful thing. I hope the woman who was in the casual relationship found a man who valued her more and wanted to be in a relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/26 02:25 PM

I’m not “dick riding” anyone. I made a statement about casual relationships and monogamy.

/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/26 02:19 PM

He was single. You only should have expectations of monogamy in a relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/26 02:15 PM

No one in this scenario is doing anything wrong. People are allowed to be in casual sexual relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/26 02:13 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/26 02:12 PM

What’s disgusting about not wanting to be in a relationship with someone?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/26 02:09 PM

I think it’s assumed that everyone or the vast majority of people are “multi dating” when they are single.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/26 02:07 PM

Or are people getting better at hiding cheating compared to let’s say the 1970’s? 2.)Is infidelity not seen as the absolute dealbreaker to many people as we thought? 3.)I wonder how many people who got divorced over financial reasons had cheating prior but that was the last straw? In movies/tv sometimes there will be friend groups that have vastly different success rates with the opposite sex and I wonder how generally true that is in real life. For example they’ll have a group of 4 male friends, 2 of them are getting so much ass they don’t know what to do with it, and the other 2 basically jerk off every night lol. But apparently all 4 are really close.

But Home ownership rates were basically the same(about 64-65%). The homes are also way better now on average. My house is way better than the one I grew up in. If it was so easy than the projects wouldn’t exist and it would simply be a post recession concept. Everyone would just buy a “cheap” home for 98,000 dollars in the 70’s and 80’s.

I do think one of the primary reasons people have destination weddings is because they don’t want to pay for a large segment of people and you know when you have it somewhere else the guest list is gonna be low. There’s also a large social expectation to invite people that you might necessarily not want because of parents and other family members. I see all these articles and thinkpieces about the “gender divide” in American politics but if you look at history at least when it comes to presidential elections it doesn’t really have to be like that. For example Nixon in 1972 won both men and women, Carter in 1976, Reagan in 1980/1984, so did Bush in 1988(but you could argue that’s as basically argue on a third Reagan term) Clinton in 1996, and Obama in 2008. It probably just takes the right candidate.

Scarlett Johansson said her current husband was the first man in her life to formally ask her on a date. Prior to that it has never happened. The co host she was with was confused like Scarlett get outta here but she said it’s true. It’s especially dumb in relationships. You’re planning on being with this guy long term so you are faking like he’s good at sex so he will continue to keep doing what he’s doing. But even in the context of a hookup or a one night stand. Why are you faking with a dude you’re never gonna see again? To make him feel good?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/25 02:10 PM

Does anyone really object when the pastor says if you disagree with this marriage speak now or forever hold your peace? That seems like a TV thing. Actually I’ve never been to a wedding wear he says that period. I do think it’s weird to attend a wedding that you fundamentally disagree with or think is a disaster.

The women who claim their man grew on them “over time” I wonder if they actually tell their husband that or is it something that they reveal anonymously online. I don’t think they would like it the other way around. “Yeah I thought my wife was mid at first, I never wanted to sleep with her at all, had no real romantic or sexual interest, but I’m like fuck it let me give her a chance and over time she grew up on me. See now we are a happy family.”

To me it’s only great “rizz” or game if I’m pulling girls I have no business sleeping with. Like you look at me, and then look at her, and is like what the fuck is she doing with him? If in a regular guy bagging regular girls I’m simply doing what I’m supposed to be doing.

Some People have this weird idea that those in the entertainment Industry or in sports should be closer to their coworkers than regular people. For example if they find out some actor from a tv show says yeah they cool but I’m not friends with the guys on this show or they find out some athlete didn’t invite their teammates to their wedding they look at it as weird. It’s just a job like Dunkin’ Donuts is.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/25 01:48 PM

So the poor women get off on being able to do that to poor men?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/25 10:26 PM

Being a woman and Sitting across from a guy who you think is gross for a 19.99 generic Pasta is crazy to me lol. Some girls are really bums like that.

But I can care about someone and not do solo dinner meetups with them or going to the movies when I’m in a relationship. I don’t really hang out with friends nearly as much when I’m in a relationship compared to being single. When I’m free, I kinda just wanna be with my baby. I think that’s one of the biggest reasons friendships aren’t as tight as people get older because you get more busy, you’re in LTRs, and when you do have time you spend it with your partner.

Women will go to the bathroom together to talk shit about what some other woman is wearing at the event 😂

I never understood the logic of involving a third person(threesome) because you need to add a “spark” to your relationship. That to me is a sign that this shit is over.

There’s a lot of women who don’t think they can ever get ghosted because the sex was trash. Like they do it to men, but they don’t think it happens to them. Every time a guy disappears after a hookup their first thought is that he was some player or “f boy” who lied and not he thinks your box is trash. Again, the same way you ghost a man because he don’t know how to lay pipe or his penis isn’t the size you prefer.

I think the primary reason men want to be famous is access to the women famous men have access to. I don’t the flip side is the reason for women wanting to be famous. Like I don’t think any woman is like damn I wanna be Sydney Sweeney so I can bang Scooter Braun.

I wonder how much blended families and step children go into the reason second marriages have such a high divorce rate. The successful second marriages I’ve seen or observed usually both have no kids heading into it, or if the kid is an adult so they are basically irrelevant to the current household. Having a 24 year old whose a grown ass man out the house is different from having a 4 year old that you are still actively co parenting with someone you can’t stand and have to be in contact with on…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/25 10:02 AM

From what I’ve seen in my life, it’s primarily women who shit on other women for not being married and having kids at a certain age.

The handsome guy might not get callbacks for being small but he’s gonna at least get laid initially. It’s not like he’s gonna pull out his dick, the girl will laugh and say nah. She will fuck him, but then tell her home girls about it in the group chat.

I remember some woman on one of the dating subs claimed she always felt like a “practice GF”. Like most of if all of her ex’s were guys with little to no experience that used her to gain confidence/experience to date better girls. They always started out with fairly low self esteem(she often pursued them) but then once they started getting their dicks sucked on a regular basis they suddenly got arrogant.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/25 11:33 AM

IMO They don’t think the average man and the average woman are equal. For them it’s probably an above average man and an average woman are on the same level.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/25 11:29 AM

What you think about people who in group convos just start randomly talking in another language when they know for a fact everyone else doesn’t know that language. Like it’s 5 of us, and 2 start speaking another language.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/25 11:43 PM

Single moms and work is the best path for dudes to date women above their pay grade
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/25 05:47 PM

I remember a girl said she couldn’t be friends with any woman Who is a side chick, but then it was revealed she is friends who have done everything from multiple DWI’s to credit card scammers. Crashing into cars because you are boxed drunk is ok, but fucking someone’s man is where I draw the line.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/25 05:44 PM

There’s probably mad aspiring actresses who banged people in the industry attempting to get on and it got them nowhere. For every Jennifer Lawrence who banged Harvey Weinstein and won an Oscar there is probably countless others who are working at a Starbucks in LA. And that’s if they smashed someone who matters. Mad dudes probably run game claiming to be important people or know important people but they lying out they teeth lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 07:36 PM

Once people accept that a large percentage of “ghosting” is simply being beaten out by a better option and nothing to do with the person being “ghosted” they would be happier. They always think it’s “what did I do wrong” and not a way better option slid in their DMs or holla’d at them at work. Like you have probably done it yourself. You were talking to someone and then another person who is in a different tier became interested and you focused on them.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 09:38 AM

I never did Black Friday shopping. Those people who would stand outside at 3 am in the morning were always crazy to me.

More people should do annual friendship audits. They would quickly realize they don’t have nearly as many “friends” as they thing, just long term acquaintances. Just because you and Kevin played video games together in 2003, doesn’t mean you are friends today.

I always thought it was interesting that Poor men in barbershops have lengthy philosophical debates over the merits of paying for sex but wealthy men have been paying forever. Like you have these athletes rappers either flat out paying or tricking with gifts trips to the point where it’s basically paying.

The “outcasts” in these high school movies and tv shows just happen to be all be attractive. I understand the concept of suspending disbelief but man. Also one thing should be pointed out, there’s a huge difference between one person or clique hating you and the entire school(or a a majority) of the school hating you.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/25 01:34 PM

One problem is a lot of men(and they know it deep down) are not interesting/fun enough for the women they want to be with.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/25 01:41 AM

One of The hardest things for a lot of people to accept is that they are not talented at the things that they actually like to do. At least in the sense that they can make a living out of it. This is where a lot of the bitterness towards work comes from.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 03:43 PM

I never cared about any Individuals opinion about the “dating scene” in their city because it’s mostly based on the 2 bars or clubs they consistently go to lol, and that’s if they actually are outside like that. Plus the obvious caveat of who you are and what you bring to the table plays a much bigger factor than the city you live in.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 09:58 AM

There was a father who found out that his 16 year old son got a girl at his school pregnant. He said that he was about to give the son a “I would’ve never been so stupid/careless to do this in high school” speech but then he realized he had to be honest with himself. Lol Dude said I was a loser in high school. I got no dates, girls laughed at me, I didn’t go to the prom, never had an GF etc. The guy said he didn’t lose his virginity till he was like 24. Kevin hart said one of the dumbest things people with money do is invest in their friends/family member’s business ideas and I believe it. Your cousin comes up to you and is like “hey man, gimme 100,000 and imma open up this great restaurant. Trust me it will work” 😂😂😂 Either A.)That restaurant never opens up. B.) I wonder how many people realize really early in marriage(like the first few months) nah I fucked up and picked the wrong person. They don’t want to end it so quick because they don’t wanna feel embarrassed but it’s better to pull the plug early then to get more financially invested with this person and kids come along. Now y'all are essentially tiled together for the rest of your lives.

I’ve had them that I felt I was well prepared and did worse than I thought(while still passing) but never failed. Apparently that’s a common thing though for some people.
