Addiction is a bitch to deal with. One tip for you, it's not about going without weed forever, it's about being able to withstand pressure, sometimes extreme pressure and stress while remaining clean. There is one quote that gives me power every time I relapse, fail at something or I'm about to give up: "You only truly fail when you stop trying". Good luck to you bro!

Mentioning charismatic twice, all in all shoving your "good boy points" down the throats of everyone here. Sounds like insecurity to me. If you really are that charismatic become an actor or a youtuber or some shit like that. I could hate on the way you're presenting yourself, because honestly, you're presenting yourself as an idiot, but that won't benefit you in any way. A few things 1. Change the way you speak. Using brah, mah and such words will make people with triple digit IQ think you're a…

I always relapse before presentations. It makes me more childish, playful, less concentrated, more irritable, all in all emotional. But remember that every person is different! I actually intend to write a NF guide here for everyone after I finish my exams. Just remember that NF isn't perfect science because we as humans are not perfect. We're unpredictable. We respond differently every time. I personally do not have a fixed period of time, but I'd say I do it every 2-10th day. My maximum has be…

It's natural that you can not focus. You need to get used to it and get better at focusing while horny. You can't just search for a quick fix every time you are horny. That's not a good long term solution. So you want to find something that will give you pleasure just like porn did? Quick, easy, cheap dopamine in your brain? Good luck with that.

Get a testosterone test done. I'm pretty sure I had low testosterone during my 12-15 (been addicted to PMO, crazy when I think about it now I was so young). Depression, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, no friends, no agression, the list goes on and on. Get it done. If it's low, you might be like me and NOFAP, could do wonders for you (just like it did for me, I mean c'mon there's a whole sub with hundreds of thousands if not more subs, there is something to it). Please realize that your brain…

Finished. What I did was that I dodged the sensitive stuff and minimized the amount of stuff that I disagree with. It certainly isn't an A+ work but whatever. Yeah feminists are a very good laughing matter. My favourite are the ''triggered feminists'' compilations. Just look up rekt feminist videos on YT. Always gives me a good laugh.

Yeah being unbiased gets you a lot of good attention. Especially in case of not being marked by a far left guy, quoting him "Thank God for feminism". Anyways it's nice to hear that others have to put up with the same bullshit. Sometimes I forget that this whole thing is just one big game and I'm not the one that's gonna lose. Thank you for reminding me, I'll finish it today.

http://ottawa.ctvnews.ca/flap-over-promposal-with-confederate-flag-raises-racism-accusations-1.3439973 This happened at my school 2 days ago and I had to attend a fucking assembly because some stupid WHITE girl got triggered over the confederate flag. I always knew Canadians were pussies (of course not all of them), but this is a whole new level of autismo.

Failing is not the issue, believe me. Last year was my happiest ever. Why? I was learning to do something I love to do. Trust me, I've been failing every day (no joke, I'm not saying it felt always nice) but it made me feel challenged, excited and happy. I like to do things others consider to be impossible or ultra hard etc. Find your passion. How do you know you're really passionate about something? Even though you failed today, you'll try just as hard tomorrow. Good luck to you brother!

Don't suppress the pain. I'm not saying you should cry everyday, but if you have to feel legit sad for a few days, go for it. I still do the mistake of suppressing emotions especially the ones erupting from the death of a loved one. From my experience I can tell you it's not worth it in the long run. Other than that, I guess going monk mode is a solid advice.

I am not into motivational stuff but damn man. I've been depressed for the past months with some highs and many lows. I have been learning to do what I love, that being trading. It was something that fueled me and made me feel like I have a purpose. Now I can't do anything because of time shift and also won't be able for the next 2 months. Imagine learning how to lift and about it's benefits and then not be able to go lifting for 6 months. You're really pumped and you know you're ready but you j…

This is a typical reaction on this sub when a woman posts a comment. No need to worry. Anyways, I want to see a nice pair of tits too. Unless you're fat ofc.

I hoped someone would point out that what OP is talking about is called nihilism. I've adopted this mind set about a year ago and it truly is liberating but sometimes depressive. Society leads you to believe that you need to have a purpose otherwise you're just a waste of genes. You should have a purpose to occupy yourself but nothing is mandatory since nothing really matters. But believe me when I say I sometimes have those "Why am I even doing anything? What is the purpose of this?" moments. E…

STOP WATCHING PORN! Everyone says it's healthy but it really is not. Check out yourbrainonporn.com. It's a great website. Give porn a break and start doing something that fulfills you rather than just wastes time. And btw trying NoFap while still watching porn is like hanging out with your crack addict friends while you're trying to stay sober. In the beginning you'll obviously feel like shit cause you're used to quick cheap dopamine rushing into your brain from porn but you'll get over it. If y…

I'd say talk to more people and try to listen what they say, how they say it their expressions etc. Keep in mind that we're not Patrick Fuckin Batemans here, so you also don't need to be one. Funny. 90% of the people that say they don't care about the feelings of others usually do care. They just try to hide their emotional side usually because of previous trauma. But what do I know. Also don't dig too deep into this dark triad shit. It won't do you any good.

I've never been bad looking, but my beta behaviour would turn off even a nympho. What I did was that I baked a brownies for her, and my mother supported me in it. Funny how women support BP behaviour while they themselves do not like it. So I brought it to school and gave it to her, she said thanks and a few days later I hear about her dating a high school Chad. Now that I found TRP I realize I can't blame her for dating Chad. My SMV simply wasn't high enough.

Mood swings are a bitch but maybe they just brought something up from her subconscious. Honestly I really can't imagine myself living happily with a woman that had done to me something like that. Just like the guy above me said, she may have tendencies to do it again. Anyways I wish you the best luck man, hope you'll get what you worked for back.

Download the sleep calculator app. It will tell you when to go to sleep in order to wake up fresh. I usually sleep for 5 cycles (7.5 hours) but sometimes I only get 4 cycles (6 hours) either way I wake up feeling good.

This. I used to be all crazy over sex and PUA etc. Afterwards I realised that there are more important things than just getting my dick wet. I'm 17 right now and I work out every two days, wake up at 4 am in order to do things that I love and will eventually make me money (while still sleeping at least 7.5 hours). I'm not saying that I'll not use all the great advice here to get sex but now I have a lot of free time to prepare myself for everything from the financial perspective and I'm not will…

She so obviously wanted you to fuck her and it's absolutely crazy what the media can do to one's masculinity. It creates an illusion of female innocence even though there isn't anything like that. Good job at embracing the RP. Keep it up!

I know it's nerdy, but I use Habitica. If you enjoy RPGs you will certainly appreciate this amazing app. It's also accessible through PC. And it's really addictive, which is the whole purpose.

Keep fapping then. Saying it does nothing is bullshit. Look, we obviously have tremendously different opinions probably because I've reached over 130+ days and you keep beating your meat everyday. I admit that holding it for so long is not healthy anymore but it certainly helped me with my work which is extremely stressful. While people around me are panicking I manage to remain calm which is something I wasn't able to do before. Come at me with all the studies you want but if there wasn't for N…

While you are certainly right that it's normal, how many people do you know that fap let's say every week or a month? Most of my friends told me they fap every 1-3 days. I do not think that's healthy anymore. The fact that something is normal does not mean it's healthy too. So yeah, if you have the discipline to keep your hands out of your pants for 6 days and do your thing on the 7th day consistently go for it. The last thing I want to say is, do you believe that Schwarzenegger, Spielberg, Jobs…

Today was the first day after a few years that I decided not to wear a hoodie to cover my problem up. It may sound like nothing to you but for me it was a challenge. At first I felt weird and insecure but ended up being fine. I realised that when I keep a good posture it's less visible. Thanks guys for all the support and advice.

I have to say that giving up PMO certainly was among my best decisions. I agree with you that not jerking off is not all you have to in order to grow as a person but it is a key element. Fapping/porn releases dopamine you normally acquire only through sport/food/sex. You are basically making your brain lazy. You are teaching it that it can get this extreme stimulation but do nothing, which is what I did for many years. I am on my 120+ day. I stopped obsessing about counting my days so much cause…
