Sorry if there is TMI.

Going no fap/porn has these effects on me: Increase in energy, fidgets, restlessness, agility, hornyness, aggressiveness, auto focus given to anything fuckable in 50ft radius. Decrease in general happiness, patience, contentedness. Increase in likelihood of eating more, doing more of my bad habits.

My goal is to maximize my speed/momentum of life improvement. If I have a solid daily structure, I can channel my energy to whatever I should be doing.

I'm fairly aggressive and impatient even with porn. I am never not interested in female anatomy even after too much fapping. My bottleneck is friction. I stop when it hurts even if I'm a grown ass man. Even if that's the case, I can channel all that to self improvement as long as I have a solid structure. I think. I'm not sure. Amount of improvement in the long term is more important than going forwards and backwards.

Data:

  • I went no fap no porn for 1.5 months after first learning TRP. After first week, I didn't notice any change.

  • I went no fap no porn for 1 year. Looking back, after the first few months, there were no difference between any of my qualities comparing to other times. I think in fact I had less overall energy during that year, comparing to other years. I'm not sure.

  • With no fap, in first 7-14 days, my energy levels go up.

  • There is no consistent correlation between sexual activity, or abstinence, and plasma testosterone levels – other than a one-day transient spike (46% above baseline) following seven days of abstinence. Wide fluctuations in male testosterone levels (10-40%) are normal. From: yourbrainonporn.com/has-too-much-masturbation-decreased-my-testosterone-levels (Written in 12/09/2010)

Should I reset every 7 days? 14 days? 30 days? 90 days? A year? Assuming I won't be with a woman during.

My goal is to maximize my speed of life improvement.

Do you know any conclusive studies?
