When a woman is over 25 BMI, they're never "just 2 lbs overweight". My gf would have to be 25-30 pounds overweight to reach 25 BMI.

I was in a similar situation, helping my gf through the last year of uni and later to start her own business. I didn't give her money directly but she didn't have to pay rent etc. Later I spent a few years on a startup. After it became clear that it was going to take much longer for it to become financially viable, I joked that perhaps she should support me this time around. Literally three months later we've broken up. That wasn't the only reason, but me not earning sufficient amount of money d…

It's not beta to be a happy man. It's not beta to have a strong purpose. Practicing gratefulness is shown to improve your mental state. I take some time regularly to be grateful because I am healthy, wealthy and don't have any significant problems in my life. Doesn't stop me from wanting more or better than I have, it only makes me in a better mental shape to get what I want.

Mindhack solution: Comparing yourself and what you have with people who has less can increase your happiness. Harder, but satisfying solution: Find a purpose that's more important to occupy your mind.

I start by greeting and then asking a question regarding the surrounding. Ask for their name, where they work etc. Its always 1 word answers. I feel like Im doing something wrong but I cant pinpoint what exactly. Does anyone from like Denmark or Sweden give some tips? Skip the formal greeting, and the question part sounds as weird as taking her out for fiskeboller on the first date. The only cold opening that had any chance of working for me when I was dating there was making a statement about s…

I know you're mad your comments got removed I didn't know they were removed and I don't care. They are living in their own scare propaganda bubble over there. Still believing the words that come out of a sluts mouth huh? You're just as bad as the bluepillers who believe anyone who cries rape should be believed. Yeah, I know for a fact LMR happens, and if you just fuck her then it's rape. There's no doubt about it. You don't know if she tells the truth or not. There are two options: She regrets i…

If betas and incels all had sex with attractive women, they wouldnt go on Elliot Rodger Rampages. So? Even that statement were true (it's not) it doesn't follow that women "must" do anything about it. Elliot had the opportunity to fuck attractive women just by paying for it. That's not what he wanted. Legalization of prostitution and not shaming anyone for using hookers might help the situation, but it won't solve the problem for everyone.

What the fuck is wrong with you? This is some incel type idiocy. Do you think everyone getting kidnapped/robbed/assaulted should be mocked because they can't take care of themselves? If you're ambushed there's fuck all you can do about it. If she says no and he fucks her against her will, that's literally rape even if she was naked and wet in his bed. If you're in that situation, the only way to fuck it up is by pushing. Just chill out and disengage, she will reinitiate. Every time I've experien…

Depending on the situation I guess it could set the frame of her not being good enough for you. Still wouldn't recommend such an upsetting action unless that's a fact and you wish to shock her into your new frame. She is giving starfish to make the guy happier even if she doesn't feel attraction for him. I'd take it as an act of love and keep improving.

Accept it if you want it, get up in the middle if you're bored and want to stop (unlikely for a man in a DB). Neither will do anything about the core problem: She's not attracted to you.

Being independent is better than being dependent (private victory), but you should realize what you can achieve alone is nothing compared to what you can achieve with others (interdependence / public victory). You should spend significant energy to find and build deep relationships with male friends that you can rely on.

I used to have some crash and burn nights with a good friend. You go out intentionally to have fun and pull off the worst lines you can think of. Your precious ego will remain intact because you can blame your dumb lines, and when you've been rejected many times you know life goes on as if nothing happened.

Most women actually want something more than just fucking after a while. If I don't want a relationship, I just let her decide: "I'm not interested in a relationship... but we can have fun if you want" Some break, others stay. If I want something more, I go after it. I enjoy exclusive relationships much more than banging plates.

Not all women are useless. There's definitely evolutionary value in making and protecting at least some of your offspring, so it's natural that men has an instinct and desire to be in relationships. Both men and women get wildly incorrect advice on how to act in dating and relationships, so you have to expect that women are going to pull stupid shit like this. If you're dating or plating attractive women it's also a naturally occurring shit test so better be ready for it. My go-to response is co…

That's the smarter and smoother way of dealing with these kinds of idiots. This thread is full of internet tough guys who "know" that legally you're entitled to knock a guy out if he makes you wet. I'm not against using violence, but it's a last resort and definitely within legal boundaries (self-defense or an immediate threat). I'm not interested in jail time for beating up idiots.

As always, depends on what you want. Fuckboy life? Buy fuckboy things, immaterial shit like a fast gorgeous car, designer clothes/hair, go to whatever's hot and trendy this week, drop a few grand on table service etc. Whatever looks good in a selfie works very well. Meaningful life, with one or a few women in deeper relationships? That's what I'm trying to do now. Focusing on my mission, building wealth and skills, while enjoying my time with her. Is she a paying client, or a fellow employee? Usually in these situations everyone knows that this person is completely useless, compulsively lying/exaggerating or is otherwise unreliable and a drag, so I typically just call their bluff. "Sure. If I'm objectively wrong, tell me. Ok. Male circumcision does no harm The foreskin has a ton of sensitive nerve endings. It's definitely the most pleasurable part of my dick. Don't remove more than necessary. I had tight foreskin when I was a kid, but the doctors tried their best to save as much as they could. It's more cut open than removed as in a circumcision. I praise those beautiful professionals every time I feel a woman's tongue on my foreskin.

You're pretty much describing old PUA and noobs that don't bother reading the theory. Tactics tactics tactics, faking attractive signals. Red pill is the distillation of experimentation and experience into much simpler guidelines that don't require tactics. Example: PUAs found out that it's better to pretend being busy than to tell the truth. Red pill tells you that if you're actually living a busy life full of interesting activities you don't have to pretend. Only then is there congruency. Word…

No, a man can lift without ever becoming attractive to most women. However, it certainly is great advice for someone who wants to become more attractive. In fact, it works so well and has so many benefits that I think even guys who hate it should do it, assuming they are able to do it with correct form so they're not injuring themselves. It improves body and discipline, both very attractive features. And it's not obvious advice, like your condescending "looking attractive is attractive". What is…

Haha, I know that feeling. Just wait until it happens when you're completely sober... then it really fucks with your mind. And you know that if you're afraid it'll happen again, you're actually making it more likely. Great example of a negative spiral. No, there's no reason to think people are that stupid. I just picked guitar as an obvious example. There are many hobbies that are attractive to women, and most of them are actually really fun and creative.

That playing the guitar is more attractive to women than playing video games? Probably, to the largest majority of women. That's why it's good advice for someone who wants to become attractive to the largest majority of women. But again, if you hate playing the guitar, what good is it to attract a women that wants you to play it? Nobody recommends anyone who hates playing the guitar to play the guitar. Though, why do you think they would hate it? I like playing games, and I like playing the guit…

So you're like almost all men on the planet. That's great. It is attractive that you have your own mind and that you're doing stuff without her, but this has nothing to do with being a leader or a captain. The captain of this ship seems to go rowing on his own to an island and hoping the rest of the crew waits for him when he decides to come back.

No need to search, I'll say it right here: Gaming is not an attractive hobby, and many games are intentionally designed to trigger addictive behavior by doling out a steady stream of dopamine. Long-story short I tried to find out what she's so busy with Why care what she's so busy with? Also on Valentines day it's almost certainly another guy. she said "sorry I can't be ready by 9pm, we can meet after that or some other day". After that I said that she should have told me earlier and proceeded to soft-next her Butthurt. Better to just say no problem, and hook up with her after the first girl or another day. Just so you don't misunderstand me, I'm really asking if you have high standards for yourself, not if you've been a dominating alpha who decided everything and made her clean. A leader isn't afraid to get down and dirty to get things up to his standards. Here's a great example: Anyway, on the first day working for the Sergeant Major, I didn’t know what to expect. No. A better default is always do what you want. Do YOU want to have starfish sex? If yes, do it and fuck her hard for your pleasure, she's only doing it to make you happy anyway. If you don't want to, don't do it. Is accepting under those circumstances somehow reinforcing that prior behavior that I want to change? Stop trying to change her. Only focus on becoming an attractive man for your woman. You are the cause of her lackluster sex and "anxiety". I used to be like you, so caring and so atte…

If my woman had asked me that I'd ask her to send me a video of her tits. She has to prove she's not my mom. This probably reveals some deep problems in your relationship, and those are your responsibility. Do you make her have to act like your mom? Answer these two questions: Are you on top of things, or is she? Are your standards for your living space, the house, cleanliness, your kids (education/life/nutrition etc), sex, yourself etc. higher than hers? Your few words imply that your answer is…

Does that mean saying you're not interested in sex is the biggest pussy dryer out? That's a big fat Yes. Asking this means you should read (reread?) the Book of Pook. It took me far too long to get that women are attracted to masculinity. Great post, but I think this gives the wrong message: LMR is all about persistence. No, that's how you become Aziz. Push/pull, seduction may take some persistence, but beating LMR is all about not giving a fuck whether she sleeps with you or not. It's really attractive to her if you display zero neediness. This is yet another reason why you shouldn't pay anything for her, or invest in her in any way until she has slept with you. It's difficult not feeling any negative emotions if you've put real…

Some clinginess is good in my opinion, but her getting mad for nothing is not ok. Shitty attitude is not ok. Disrespect is not ok. If you get used to it she will lose attraction too. I've been through that before. Nowadays I don't tolerate negativity like that and I tell her to shut up, to get out, I hang up on her, whatever. She can be with me if she makes my life better. Failing what? No specifics, so here's some generic crap advice: If you're learning when you're failing you're doing it right. If you never try you never fail... Yes, you just escalate quickly. Most girls love to be fucked by an attractive guy, though very few likes being unceremoniously dumped after. If your point is that if he was more attractive this wouldn't be a problem, you're right. Be hot enough and you can be as needy as a baby and still get laid (though badly). The actual conclusion to this, is the only way, was for him to be more viscerally attractive. Nah, he could have been way more smooth in seducing her. His behavior was needy, which lowers his attractiveness leaps and bounds. E.g. her lmr where she tells him to chill, he should be disaffected, but withdraw attention completely. For the mental illness classifications, it's not about the age, it's about the developmental stage: Pre-pubescent, early puberty, late puberty, fully grown. It's completely normal to be aroused by kids that are in late puberty. Most 18 year old girls is in that category, some develop earlier, some later.

Once I went out with my latina friend for her birthday, a long-time friend of my ex. In the group there was a hot chick, and later in the club we were making out. When we were leaving, we couldn't find the little latina. Soon after I received a barrage of messages: "Bye bye" "You are not a good person" "You are the worst!" "I informed [the mother of my ex] what type of person you are" (the mother of my ex, wtf?) "I'm sure your ex will be happy now" (wtf again?) etc. etc.. then she blocked me. Wh…

Extremely gullible, you say? Why don't we sit down and play some poker? Seriously though, it's not so bad to take what people say at face value unless they're joking and you're not picking up on it. I'm curious how you handle it when she's insulting you in front of others. when I told her I would “help” her only after she showed me her work (instead of doing it for her) she insulted me in front of other women coworkers. That's not a very smooth way of rejecting a coworker, but what kind of insults are you talking about? How did you reply?

Was 17 when I quit weed, 19 when I quit party drugs, 31 when I finally managed to quit smoking for good. Nicotine made me her bitch like nothing else. Personally weed affects me a lot more than most, much more than ecstasy/amphetamines, for much longer. I almost can't feel the effects of cocaine, but weed makes me measurably dumber for up to a week later (e.g. using chess ratings). Regardless, for me it was really easy to quit it compared to the rest. Not really any withdrawals to speak of, just…

Haha, I can relate, my mom threw me out when I admitted to partying hard and doing ecstasy back in '99, and she's an atheist progressive liberal. I moved to my father and we were talking all night and I decided to quit it. Easily the best decision of my life, also because it allowed me to connect deeply with my father. Looking at most the guys I used to party with, they're mostly stuck in dreary lives while I've been spending my life traveling the world. Might not be easy, for example you may ne…

During the last 10 years I've had a couple periods of depression. In case it helps you understand, I'll write about my experiences. I'm usually very happy guy, I wake up in the morning and feel great for no reason. So, it's very disconcerting when wake up feeling like crying and I don't want to do anything except hide under a blanket. In my last (more bluepilled) long term relationship, I leaned heavily on my girlfriend during my depression. Sadly, this led to a loss of attraction, and more and …

She has lost attraction, unfortunately. The only correct response to "I want a break" is a cheerful "ok, bye!". Don't chase her. Don't do anything extra or special for her. In this situation it's 100% counterproductive. Act as if the relationship over and you might save it. Instead of using any energy on her, exploit your feelings as fuel for self improvement. Feelings are the catalyst for changing your situation for the better. Use them. Redouble your focus on self improvement, especially socia…

I think there should be a rule in askTRP to always include what you want. Being a man involves taking the time to figure out what you want. So, /u/throwawaysouflee, what do you want? Figure it out, and we can help you make it happen. Or tell you it's hopeless, a bad idea, or whatever.

Good question... now think about how many long term relationships still have the spark, and frequent bunny sex? I enjoy comfort and support in a committed relationship, but I make sure to let her know, through action, that I don't need it. Neediness is unattractive. This is one reason why it's important to build a group of dependable male friends that you can discuss your problems with. In your scenario I'd simply stay completely silent until the boss responded to what I said. If this was a regular occurrence, I'd take it as a sign that he just wants an "OK boss, whatever you say, boss" response from me. I don't care if you believe me or not, but your disbelief made me search for some stats. Before I met her it would be unbelievable to me too. "...Doctors William Hartman and Marilyn Fithian of the Center for Marital and Sexual Studies in Long Beach, California, have been faithfully recording... The most orgasms they recorded in an hour for a woman is a staggering 134, while the best men could do was 16." https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-maximum-number-of-orgasms-a-woman-can-achieve-in-a-session…

This varies so much though. I had one girl who I could make come in 2 minutes, then change to her g-spot and make her come again, and then back to the clit etc. etc. She had over 50 orgasms in a session... Nice ego boost, but on the other side of the spectrum are those who never orgasm no matter what, who never have orgasmed in their life. In the end, stop worrying about this, as long as they want to keep fucking you, you're doing it right.

Exactly. So, first ask if she's ever had an orgasm. If not, then she should buy a vibrator and try figure out on her own how to make herself come. Probably too much pressure when she's with someone, especially when you are so damn obsessed about it. However, a small minority of girls only come by internal stimulation (g-spot), then it's best to buy a decent sized dildo (swallow your ego if you have a normal sized penis), put her in doggy style and go to pound town with that, generally pointing i…

Bullshit. Red pill is about what works, not whether it's weak to be angry or not. The only important metric here is: Does his strategy get him laid? Would ghosting the flakes get him laid? In the same vein, I'm always seeing so much praise for nexting women here. A woman disrespected some OP and he nexted the bitch. Way to go! Wrong. It's usually a failure. Praise Her The masculine grows by challenge, but the feminine grows by praise. A man must be unabashed and expressed in his appreciation for his woman. Praise her freely. Men grow by challenge. As a boy, other boys would challenge you in order to inspire you: "I bet you can't jump over that fence." In a place like boot camp, you are told you are a worthless slimedog, and this kind of insult challenges you to be your best. Sure, cheating is the most obvious boundary. Going out for a coffee with a group that's including an ex, not so clear. Assuming they have a good relationship and she's "innocent" (still doesn't know what she's capable of), in her mind, she has no intention of cheating and she thinks it's fine because she's in a group. I have to disagree slightly. Girls don't always know what good boundaries are. I mean, OP doesn't even know if this is a strong boundary HE has. I would make my boundary clearly known, and if she goes anyway it's over. It's just a red flag if she doesn't. By clearly known I mean just a simple off-hand statement like "I think it's inappropriate for you to go without me", not OP's "seems a little inappropriate".

Perhaps put some classic poetry on your walls somewhere... If he asks about it you might find some subtle way to nudge him in the direction of growing as a person and creating an awesome life for himself and your daughter. Give your hearts, but not into each other's keeping. For only the hand of Life can contain your hearts. And stand together yet not too near together: For the pillars of the temple stand apart, And the oak tree and the cypress grow not in each other's shadow. Kahlil Gibran

Even more tragic is that even if one were to meet a girl of decent value, monogamy is dangerous as it's likely she's selling herself to 40 year old perverts. Lol, that's not very likely. Most women clearly do not want to be whores.

Unfortunately for them, most of them have serious mental issues like deep depression, autism, social anxiety or body dysmorphic disorder. Many of them actually look really good, but think they look extremely ugly and latch on to the negative experiences. Many of them don't have any friends outside the internet. It's important to realize that to get out of that hole isn't easy. I think a lot of them give up because it's apparently easy. They get the idea to try improving a bit, hit on some girls,…

I agree with both of you, but the original advice was always stand up for yourself, don't be afraid or intimidated. That sounds good and real tough and alpha and shit, but it's actually fucking stupid if you think about it in a bit more depth. The new advice is better: "stand up for yourself if it is unavoidable, or if it might defuse the situation". Being aware of your surroundings and being ready and able to fight does defuse a lot of situations. Fighting is sometimes exactly the right thing t…

I understand, but my point is that it's often a terrible idea "to stand up for yourself in a physical confrontation". One of my best friends used to go out to find fights for fun. A real fighter type. He was attacked in a bar by someone who didn't like him talking to some girls or whatever, and I can promise you he stood up for himself. Smashed a glass of beer in his face. After paying tons in legal costs he got away with a self-defence charge, but it could have gone either way. I was in a real …

There's far too little information in your post to give good advice... Are you a bartender or an engineer? Big company, small company... where are you in your career, are you a terrific perfomer, perhaps you're just a whiny little fucker etc. etc. ad infinitum. There's only one thing to be said: If you're unhappy, do something about it. Fight and win a power battle, adjust how you deal with it, or leave.

Be a man - Always stand up for yourself and your beliefs, do not be afraid or intimidated by anyone. This applies both in physical confrontations and arguments. Agree with everything, except this. In our society, there's almost never a good reason for violence, even if you have a weapon or know how to fight. Even if you win the fight, the resulting legal issues can ruin your life, for no good reason. Sure, be ready to fight, but avoid it. It's usually better to be a smooth motherfucker anyway. R…

It's not long yet, but that's the intention, the plan. That's the game you're playing, so it makes sense to say LTR immediately. I have been thinking about this for a while, but I don't know an exact way to tell, but I can say something about what qualities they have in common. I believe the main quality is that all of the guys I mentioned are self-confident. They don't get a big ego boost from pushing me down. That's good advice for relating to women. However, every man should find a few male friends he can discuss whatever is on his mind and in his heart. Possible. Though he's a 10 SMV-wise and she's more of a 2 at that age and weight. I doubt he'd be accepting much shit when he's getting attractive women hitting on him all day. I'm usually all for keeping your word as a man, but she told you not to bother. "I'll talk to you tomorrow" also means "I will allow a conversation tomorrow, but not until then". I'm 36, so happened to me a few times too, every few years, especially with girls I perhaps subconsciously consider out of my league. Performance anxiety is a thing. I make sure to get them off with my hands and otherwise make it seem as normal as I can. And it is normal. Happened with my current LTR too, couldn't get it up for a week. What's advocated is being good enough that women want to have sex with you willingly. In my relationships I want to be the leader. I want a more submissive partner. I used to be much more equally minded, but I find that this type of relationship makes both of us very happy. Now I cultivate my positive masculine parts, and I praise her feminine sides rel…

Set some goals and stop gaming completely until you have reached them. Uninstall them, Steam, everything to make it more of an effort to relapse. After a week without games you'll see a big difference. Worked for me at least. There's /r/stopgaming too.

Not a lot of info, but my guess is that your approach works with girls with daddy issues, and feels manipulative for the more secure ones.

I think if my grandson cried when I left, I'd feel like I'd done a superb job, not that he's weak. My father sometimes get teared up when me and my brother comes visiting with our families. Nobody thinks he's weak. Emotions are not signs of weakness, as long as you don't wallow in them or let them control you. Use them as really strong motivators. For example, you can use that feeling to do what you can to become a great parent yourself.

Ok, you're probably good then. I guess I'm getting a very unprofessional "bro" feel from you talking so much about dominance and calling her a fatty all the time.

There's something off with what you're saying and how you're replying and framing things. I recommend that you talk with some of the men there that you get along with and get confirmation that it's not you that is acting strangely.

Personally I'd take the meeting with a smile and secretly started job hunting. Life is too short to live in toxic environments, especially if you can easily avoid it. I have a salary job now, with a lot of good friends, but the last 8 years I've been consulting. I had been working for about 5 years too, when I took the plunge into consulting. However, I had an older mentor and consulting partner who had a big network that I could tap into. If you have the skills, consulting is a much better situ…

more beta creeping? There is no need to read her shit. Trust your gut. I know it isn't easy and I have checked up on a gf, but NOT "on the regular". I shouldn't have even done that. My gut told me everything I needed to know. Perhaps not, but I like to do it anyway. I take her phone when we're in bed and just read through her stuff in front of her.

I see your points, but I don't think you see the context of LTRs. You're completely right when it comes to plates, of course. However, in 5 year+ relationships, perhaps with kids, living together for years etc., you don't want to just next, next, next at the slightest problem. You can't expect to keep up the initial in-love feelings constantly. It's impossible to have those hormones raging around for extended amounts of time. Eventually, there's always a risk that you're out of frame for whateve…

Agreed. This is basically a horoscope, apart from a few things like "if she has serious daddy issues" which actually considers the girl in question. For an LTR, I would strongly prefer a girl where the parents are not divorced, but even that is negotiable if the rest is good enough.

I also want to live in a blue-pilled world. Too bad reality isn't like that. I trust my girlfriend, but I still verify.

It's a violation, but not a terminal one. In any LTR you have to accept that someone will fall in love with someone else. It can happen to the man and the woman. You have to guard your own feelings against it, and you have to mate guard your woman against it. AWALT, so read her messages, her social media, email, everything on the regular. You should know if she's regularly talking with someone. If you find out something like this, that's not yet physical in any way, it's ultimatum time. She need…

I agree with you. That's why I never promised to be faithful, in fact, I vowed to be unfaithful if the sex stops. I lived in a "deadbedroom", (for me that meant having sex once every week or two), and I told my current that I'd never accept that again. Surprise, she wakes me with a blowjob and coffee pretty much every day. I also agree that the family unit should be the priority. However, a family weekend "connecting" with the extended family is not necessarily that important. If that was up aga…

Okay, be a little bitchy teenager if you want to, not coming home when you say you will. "You do you!" Though, expect a shitty, boring conflict when you get home. Hypergamy does care about your honor, because it shows you're a man and not a child. You instill the same amount of dread by just going out and having fun, without pointlessly lying about it.

I'm sorry, but do you really believe that deliberately weakening your word by lying about something so inconsequential is a good idea? "Keeping your word" is a masculine trait, in men or women. A person with a feminine essence may not keep her word, yet it is not exactly "lying" In the feminine reality, words and facts take a second place to emotions and the shifting moods of relationship. When she says, "I hate you," or "I'll never move to Texas," or "I don't want to go to the movies," it is of…

I like your advice, except saying you'll be home at 8:30 and coming home later. As a man you should stand by your words unless there's a damn good reason not to. You achieve the same by not saying anything.

two schnauzers who think breakfast and potty break is at 6am. Don't worry though, they will piss on the floor and then come wake you up for breakfast That's the point of caging them at night. They don't like to piss where they sleep, so you just take them out immediately when you wake up.

That was true 12 years ago. When The Game came out in 2005 and PUA theory became common knowledge every single tryhard pickup artist have been insulting women left and right. You need to rattle her cage real loud. You have to impose yourself into her life. Every move you make should be go-for-broke. Eventually she'll break and ask "why are u so mean to me? Do u not like me?" Show a chat log where that approach has worked, please.

She has given almost no indicators of interest apart from giving her number (possibly fake). Going on such a no-context negging spree after a slight rejection is just typical loser niceguy behavior. It's a way better strategy to just ignore her and take up the thread again when they meet again. Demonstrates value and non-needyness.

What the others say, but to really improve skills you need to DO, not just watch/study. Write your own jokes, consistently. E.g. post a joke to some forum/subreddit every day. To learn how to speak on your feet join an improv group, or perhaps approach 365 girls with your daily joke for getting that practice in as well. If that was your entire message, it was perfectly fine. It's basically a polite next. If it was actually long and sappy, it would probably be better if you didn't send it. You should not have sent it "with a dual purpose"; you know you had already made the right decision to cut contact with her. Who wants that kind of annoyance in their life? Anyway, since you didn't end up playing her game it ended up being just for the single purpose anyway. Now stop giving any more thought about how you appea…

There's nothing wrong with making statements that define your boundaries, e.g. "I'd immediately leave any woman who would [...]" in response to discussing some abstract situation. I have done that several times after reading some stupid relationship post, and it just seem to work like a basic dread game. It displays an abundance mentality. I don't think it's extremely unhealthy to eat a bit of dark chocolate each day, though real food is better for sure. The problem is that I don't enjoy eating so much, so I could never stick with it. After I reached my target weight I stopped. The end result is that I'm healthier than I would have been if I didn't.

So what if he was in love with her? She doesn't owe him anything. I sympathize with him, I've been in several similar situations myself. For example, my ex, who I was still in love with, tried to explain to me how she was trying to cope with her new guy fucking another girl in her own (my ex's) apartment. She said she needed to learn how to have a more open mind. Did I take some kind of petty revenge on her for breaking my precious little heart? No, I just thanked the non-existent gods she was s…

/u/Macheako is not OP. So that's not OP he's replying to, that revenge fantasy is some "nice guy" level beta shit that no self-respecting man should even spend two seconds considering. Hey, if it's your fiancé that's cheating on you, certainly make the break-up spectacular, but this girl had no relationship with him. He's even talking about building character. I've got "skinny genes" too, but when I started counting calories it was obvious that I just wasn't consuming enough. I simply added drinking 1 liter of milk per day and one chocolate bar of 150 grams. That's adding about 1300 calories to my normal diet of about 1800 cals, and it's not hard at all.
