Then please explain where I'm wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 02:20 AM

Because she's making posts on a public platform where her body is the primary focus? And she's obviously very overweight? And your point most definitely is about her weight.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 02:19 AM

Would he have been fine if the woman he married actually loved him, yes or no? Dude explained pretty clearly that he had absolutely no problem providing for his wife, was faithful through the entirety of his marriage, and bent over backwards to try to make things work. If what he's saying is true, he's the archetypal husband. The only thing his childhood trauma caused was allowing this woman to step all over him for 7 years due to low self-esteem.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 02:15 AM

She's fat. Her thighs are massive and she has literal belly rolls. Stop trying to normalize fatness.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 02:08 AM

Watched the whole thing. Childhood trauma didn't "ruin his ability with women." All it did was facilitate the ability for a woman to manipulate him for 7 years. Dude would have been fine if the woman he married actually loved him, trauma or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 02:06 AM

Humans are gross and this physical existence is a curse CMV
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 01:15 AM

But what you aren't understanding is that being with a single mom is not a "success" to most men. You're basing your argument with the assumption that men want single moms, which just isn't true for a majority of men. It's like you've created a trophy out of duct tape and you're waving it in men's faces going, "ohhh, i know you want this so bad, but you can't have it, losers." And the men are going...."i never wanted that in the first place. It's just not valuable to me."
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/23 09:00 PM

The premise of your argument is essentially, "you aren't allowed to have opinions on people that reject you, even if that rejection is theoretical. But I'm sure you have a lot of opinions on your parents. :)
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/23 08:43 PM

Exactly. So what is "not being rejected" by single moms proving? Nothing. And I'm allowed to have opinions of single moms, just like I'm allowed to have opinions on Gisele Bundchen and Harvard. Even if i'm "pre-rejected," that doesn't mean I can't say single motherhood is an undesirable trait and if given the option I would never choose to date a single mother. Just like I wouldn't date Gisele Budchen because she's a decade older than me.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/23 08:18 PM

I mean, they aren't being rejected by single moms because most aren't asking out single moms to begin with. Your logic is dumb.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/23 08:03 PM

Insinuating men are trying to attract single moms.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/23 07:23 PM

Do you not have eyes? Why would you need a source for this?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/23 04:19 PM

Are you kidding? Are you just ignoring the fact that people leave their partners/cheat all the time, and it's always with someone that looks better/is wealthier/has more to offer? People spend their entire lives working in order to upgrade. New house, new car, new phone--bigger, better, newer, fancier is literally the driving force of the economy. Also, you're in the extreme minority of people who wouldn't accept a brand new car for free because of "wastefulness."
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/23 04:06 PM

Hypergamy is just a matter of human nature. People love to upgrade to bigger, better, newer models. If you're driving around in a Corolla and you're given the option to upgrade to an S-class free of charge without any strings attached, most people aren't going to be loyal to their corolla. They're going to ditch it and never look back. Relationships are the same way, and it's the reason loyalty is such a valuable trait.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/23 03:49 PM

Shit's fucked. Hope your friend remains strong and doesn't let that situation change his good-heartendess 🫡
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/23 06:02 AM

I audibly groaned at this comment. Major eye roll.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/23 05:28 AM

Not all autistic people have an inability to maintain friendships, are unemployed, have outbursts, or cant take care of themselves. If that were the case, you'd be considered very "low functioning" anyways. In any case, the anti-normative tendencies of a mildly autistic chad are going to be ignored, just like women ignore the plethora of red flags other men have so long as he's very attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/23 01:15 AM

How are most men expected to be in relationships when it's predicted that 45% of women ages 25 - 44 will be single and childless by 2030? Are you suggesting that most men are just going to wait until they're into their 50s before being settled for?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 10:20 PM

No, you don't. If you did, your gender wouldn't routinely enter into relationships with abusive men, get manipulated by men who use you for sex, and get your hearts broken by men who treat women like they're objects. You aren't as discerning as you think you are. No one is.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 10:11 PM

As someone who is still a virgin, I've decided to stop trying to understand. It's all so contradictory and confusing. I'm better off opting out than trying to wrap my head around this puzzle lol
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 09:09 PM

No it doesn't. Women don't "sense misogyny." That's the biggest pile of garbage I've ever heard.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 08:50 PM

I love how women act like sex requires a PHD in female anatomy to be good at it. "I don't want to walk them through every step." It's not like sex is a difficult thing to do with proper communication.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 08:31 PM

ALL PENISES ARE BEAUTIFUL

How many times do women flat-out reject men's advances every day? Tens of thousands of times? Your potential of being hurt due to rejecting someone is virtually non-existent. Just like the potential of your parter killing your kids. It just doesn't happen often at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/23 02:53 PM
14

You should do a google search on the number of women killing their own children. It far outweighs the amount of girls being killed for romantically rejecting someone. However, "until the risk of women killing their children goes away, men should stop having kids with them." ^ see how dumb that sounds, even though the risk is greater?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/23 02:40 PM

You're a rare breed. Very based though.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/23 05:15 AM

To each their own, I guess. I'd rather have the whole truth than pull the wool over my own eyes.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/23 05:08 AM

"Don't ask don't tell" is just living in ignorance.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/23 05:04 AM

100% am not interested in anyone with a past.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/23 04:56 AM

Gets lonely after 40. All your friends are going to be married at some point, probably. I don't plan on getting married either, but as I'm approaching my 30s, I am starting to realize just how lonely it's going to be. My parents won't be around forever, either. If I don't have a social outlet or anything that I'm seriously devoted to tethering me to this earth, I'll probably be checking out at age 55 - 60 if I don't have a family.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/23 04:05 AM

Right, so all those men with abhorrent match rates are just a figment of my imagination. 99.2% aren't ugly Delusion.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 09:35 AM

https://www.reddit.com/r/Tinder/comments/16nngtv/weekly_profile_review_thread/ Most of these guys aren't going to have luck on tinder no matter how great their profiles are.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 09:12 AM

I feel it would be beneficial to a lot of the men posting there for someone to give them a reality check and tell them to quit dating apps. 99% of them are going to have better luck looking for something face-to-face. What's happening is the equivalent of a C- student applying for Harvard, and their peers telling them, "you just gotta put your best foot forward and write a killer admission essay." Rather than, "dude, you're not Harvard material, stop wasting your time, you're not getting in."
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 09:10 AM

Do you think 7/10 guys are the demographic I'm referring to in this post?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 08:42 AM

You can avoid offending people by not saying anything at all. My problem is that people make these guys actively feed into a false hope.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 08:41 AM

I there are far more men out there that prefer relationships over hooking up than you think.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 06:17 AM

Yes. I have chosen to opt out. What I am looking for in a parter is both rare and contradictory, as I want a very traditional woman personality-wise, but I also do not want children. Most traditional-minded women want children. I will also admit I am not attractive enough to "lock down" such woman if I found her anyways, and even if I was, there are still a lot a mental hangups I have with the potential of my partner cheating/divorcing me/wasting decades on a relationship that ultimately meant n…
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 05:52 AM

I think there is a distinction that needs to be made between sexual attraction and general social attraction. If you are highly physically attractive, you are going to get raw sexual attention from women regardless of your status. If you are average, but have high status/explicit wealth, you are going to get more social attention from women. If women sleep with you in this context, it's not because they find you more sexually attractive because of your status, but rather to gain access to what y…
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 05:33 AM

Status doesn't matter for raw sexual attraction. Women seek out high-status men for very non-sexual reasons. The married guy with the 8 bedroom mansion and lambo in his driveway is still being cheated on with the young, fit pool boy. And how many women marry high-status men who they aren't actually sexually attracted to?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 03:22 AM

SMV = sexual market value CMV = change my view Do you even terminally online bro?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 02:58 AM

The only thing you're unlocking with category 2 is gold-diggers and clout chasers. I think that's a huge point that people miss. And with status, you're not raising your SMV, you're raising your "I can provide a comfortable lifestyle" flag that has very little to do with sexual attraction, in my opinion. Modelesque unemployed beach-bum surfer bro is getting more play than the nerdy, scrawny startup CEO millionaire.

You certainly don't. Doesn't mean those labels are not still applied as a shaming tactic.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/23 11:56 PM

Just turned 29. People generally think I'm 19 - 22. It's actually really messed with me psychologically, but yes, there are plenty of people out there that absolutely do not look their age.

Women who were attractive when they were young can no longer attract the men they want. They can still attract men, but it's men they don't really want. Men who previously couldn't attract women are now "attracting" women who want to settle (ie. The women as described above). Both parties lose.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/23 06:12 AM

"Male fragility" and "insecurity" is just shaming language used when men express that they have standards for what they want (or don't want) in a partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/23 08:11 PM

Well that's just a poor financial decision.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/23 08:03 PM

If someone offered you 100 mil for 2 minutes of starfish sex, you'd be foolish not to take it. Anyone would.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/23 07:58 PM

Why are women generally unwilling to disclose their past, or lie about their n-count? Because the past matters. And everyone knows it matters based on how they tap-dance around this topic.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/23 07:55 PM

Everyone has a number.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/23 07:49 PM

Can you articulate why you believe "structural imbalances" in relationships are a bad thing to begin with? Especially considering that power imbalances occur naturally based on female sexual selection (ie. they generally want a partner who is older, more competent, earns more, is physically stronger, more experienced, etc). Most women seek out these qualities, yet most women do not feel this imbalance is exploitive within their relationships (and it generally isn't).
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/23 03:56 AM

I'm celibate anyways
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 03:30 PM

2/10 is being unrealistically generous. I'd wager it's more like 7 or 8 out of 10 women.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 03:27 PM

Master the nut before it masters you 🫵🏼
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 07:33 AM

I don't believe it will give me magical powers; it's just a lengthy self-control exercise. Longest I've gone is about 2 months, but I never took it very seriously.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 07:13 AM

Weight is a perfectly valid reason to not be attracted to someone. It's an immediate indicator of an unhealthy lifestyle. Height is not a fair comparison because height cannot be changed. Being overweight, however, can be. That said, there is a huge subset of men who find overweight women attractive and would gladly date them, just as there are women who will gladly date short men. Im sure there's loads of dudes in that girls comments posting about how beautiful she is and how great her curves a…
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 06:49 AM

What an awesome friend 🫡
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 06:36 AM

Turning 29 in 4 days. Going to attempt r/semenretention for one year & focus all of my energy on work and saving money so I have a good foundation to start at when I hit 30. I have a 10 year plan, and hope to be semi-retired by 40. Spent all my 20's aimless and suicidal, and for the first time in my life I can see the light. Super excited for my 30s.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 06:27 AM

Very difficult to be friends with women unless you just straight up don't find them attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/23 08:47 PM

So what do you treat a woman as if not as a friend?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/23 09:51 AM

Nah, I'm pretty sure you don't get it. Friends are open about their emotions all the time. You say the problem is you see them as "brothers," but siblings can be close and emotionally open with each-other as well. The problem is the men you see as "just friends," are not sexual enough. They've become asexual beings to you, and of course you're not going to pursue something romantically with an asexual man. You even say that almost verbatim in your first paragraph. You're putting the cart before …
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/23 09:15 AM

That's entirely antithetical to what you are saying in your post. How can you possibly experience someone else's emotions without being friends with them first?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/23 09:04 AM

The only difference between friendship and prospective partnership (short term or long term) is the introduction of sexuality. That's the only way it can be "more than" friendship.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/23 09:00 AM

This post is golden because it's perfectly explaining why women are sexually open to men who treat them poorly. plus show emotions, show vulnerability Major eye roll 🙄 I audibly groaned.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/23 08:52 AM

You do realize the TLDR version of your post is "don't be friendly to women"
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/23 08:28 AM

A scary thought
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/23 06:31 AM

Fair points
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/23 06:28 AM

I'm sure there will be many more passing transmen in the next decade or so as it's becoming more and more common and socially accepted to transition in general.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/23 06:25 AM

Yes, there is an ocean of difference. That doesn't mean people do not routinely conflate the two.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/23 01:40 AM

why do men base their sense of self worth on having access to sex? Because if you can't get sex, you're grouped in with the incels, which by default labels you as a creepy misogynist loser by society. In my opinion, you shouldnt care either way, but for a lot of men it's difficult not to care.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/23 01:08 AM

That's fair. Sorry to hear that.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/23 10:00 PM

Yeah, I'm perfectly aware of this now. When I thought that good people were attracted to other good people, it didn't make any sense to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/23 09:59 PM

be there for your fam Wish i saw this more on here. If dudes spent half the time building their relationships with their family compared to how much time they spent worrying about women, they would be much happier and more mentally stable.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/23 09:56 PM

They were all very conventionally attractive of course.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/23 09:48 PM

Ah yes, I have acquired many women with my professional basket weaving skills and top-percentile knowledge of mayan civilization
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/23 09:35 PM

This is the worst advice I've ever seen here and thats saying something. I hope you're joking

Aesthetic surgery and gym. https://images.app.goo.gl/jzPTdfXxvuaQEms16 Do you think the guy on the left or the right will have an easier time finding women that are interested him?

One of the first experiences I had with "irrational attraction" as a naive lad was when I found out this God-fearing Christian cutie I knew had a crush on a bully that I went to high school with. The same guy that body-shamed the fat girls and had a GPA of 1.5. "How could such a good girl like such an awful guy?" Didn't make sense to me. Living in a very conservative area, I noticed this happening pretty often when I just kept my eyes open. So many "pure hearted Christ-followers" going after the…
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/23 06:17 AM

Hoe: generally meant as "someone who is promiscuous and not interested in settling down with a partner." Phase: a distinct stage in a period of time (ie. someone's life.) Hoe phase is a perfectly acceptable & accurate use of words. Plenty of single and free men and women don't have hookups, so no, it's not just being "single and free."
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 07:47 PM

It was good enough for 12 years though. What exactly was missing?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 07:19 PM

Plenty of people willingly consent to sex and then feel bad about it afterwards.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 04:58 PM

Casual homophobia is generally not appreciated. I certainly don't appreciate it
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 04:52 PM

As per my post, not caring about n-count requires a degree of ignorance on behalf of your partner's actions. The fact of the matter is most people do care, because if faced with the ugly details, it would matter to them a lot.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 04:46 PM

I don't think it's normal for men to sleep around. I don't think hookups are beneficial for anyone. Although, considering the number of women who want "experienced men," I can also understand why this concept may be viewed differently by women.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 04:44 PM

Self respect absolutely pertains to how you interact and associate with others. Women who don't respect themselves end up in abusive relationships. Teens with no self-respect are more prone to join gangs and hang out in bad crowds. As per yourself: since you have no issue or limit to your partner's sexual past, you'd be fine dating a porn star. Do you think your friends, family, and peers would respect you for making that decision?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 04:15 PM

I mean, that's exactly what i'm saying in my post lol. So thanks for agreeing
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 04:05 PM

What does my comment have to do with preferences?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 01:38 PM

I dont think details of his poops would breed resentment or jealousy. do you think we want to know too? Probably not, because the ignorance of those events is bliss, as I stated in my post.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 01:34 PM

If you can't even come up with a single sentence regarding "how things actually are" as an argument against OP, then you're just lazy. If everything he's saying is bullshit, you should be able to explain why.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 01:25 PM

I'm good without that Because otherwise you would perhaps be jealous or resentful?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 01:23 PM

Ok, then describe why OP is wrong. If he's so out of touch, you should have plenty to say about it. Telling him to leave the basement isn't going to change his mind.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 01:10 PM

OP provided four paragraphs of information to work with. If you're certain he's wrong, and you understand how "real life" works, then you shouldnt have an issue formulating a well composed argument against him.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 01:04 PM

I think sex is something to be celebrated within a committed relationship. Sex can also be bad and degrading, which is why a lot of people regret ONS and feel "used" afterwards.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 01:01 PM

If you're ok kissing the same mouth that rimmed multiple sweaty buttholes in the past, that's fine. That's why I said "most men" in my post, not all.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 12:56 PM

All i see in your comment is a personal attack rather than a counter-argument. This is a debate sub. Try again.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 12:44 PM

Not wanting a woman who has exchanged bodily fluids with several men is a deeply rooted disgust response that I and many other men have. Like honestly, do you genuinely have no limit regarding your partner's sexual past? If you don't, then you have no dignity or respect for yourself. I will never understand your mindset.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 07:40 AM

"If you don't like ran-through women you're insecure." This is like one of the main redditisms i'll never not shake my head at.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 06:57 AM

I guess I just don't understand the cognitive dissonance of knowing your partner has done x, y, and z, but not caring only because you don't know the details. Like, even if you don't have the knowledge, it's not like it didn't happen. It's like the equivalent of knowing your partner has a felony, but being "ok" with it just because you don't have the details. If everything is perfect in the relationship, then technically that felony is meaningless, but if it was revealed that he sold heroin on t…
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 06:54 AM

Theoretically if you stumbled upon a video of his or read about a past experience he's written in a journal, would you be indifferent, or would it make you feel some degree of jealousy?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 05:57 AM

Resentment, disgust, jealousy...i think these are all normal human reactions to hearing about your partner's escapades in the past.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 05:43 AM

Examples provided in second paragraph
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 04:57 AM

I mean, i don't know. Would you feel resentful towards him if you knew all the details? If you think you would, then that would fall under the "ignorance is bliss" category.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 04:53 AM

You sound upset
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 04:49 AM

And why do you think that they don't want to hear the details?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 02:12 AM

Why limit the details? Because ignorance of the matter is bliss.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 02:09 AM

Yes, if they are into cuckholding.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 02:08 AM

Out of all those things you've listed, sexual past would make far more of an impact on one's relationship. If you're in a relationship, chances are you already have a general idea of your partner's judgements, insecurities, and worst moments.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 02:07 AM

Further, it is rare to see an attractive man on the street or on a dating app. Correct. Attractive men are rare. Which makes them desirable.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 01:20 AM

"How average males can make them themselves desirable to women" is an ocean of difference from "How average males can make themselves desirable to at least one woman." My comments on this thread are related to the specific wording of OP's title.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 01:16 AM

Pure delusion. Regardless, men who have partners does not mean they are "desirable to women" as your post says.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 01:07 AM

Getting a girlfriend =/= being desirable to women.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 12:33 AM

Looks dictate initial value and worthiness. If you are unable to surpass a woman's threshold of what she considers attractive, it doesn't matter how personally great of a person you are, or if you do shadow work on the weekends lol

Or you can lose weight and get aesthetic surgeries without doing any of the aforementioned things you've stated. Your list is about personal improvement, not how to be desirable. The two are not the same. Plenty of alcoholic, drug abusing, personality-less men are desirable to women, and the common denominator is that they are attractive.

I've met Translation: I've spent my time on online forums where these types tend to accumulate. You just said you avoid men, so how could you possibly be meeting these people in real life?

This is the equivalent of me spending my time on FDS, and attributing those posts to all women. You're pulling a cringe MGTOW move by saying you're "avoiding all men."

Every study I'm reading is estimating 25 - 40% of women have had a ONS. When reading about casual sex--not necessarily ONS--the number is higher. Also: https://www.apa.org/monitor/2013/02/ce-corner "When it comes to real life, most of today's young adults report some casual sexual experience. That's my point. There was a previous thread about Leo earlier this week, and a comment mentioned that "we have no idea what's actually going on with his relationships" and fabricated this whole conspiracy about what could "really be happening." Everyone involved knows whats happening. Models get clout for dating Leo. Leo gets to have a casual relationship with beautiful women. It's an exchange that both parties are consenting to, and the women know exactly what they are signing up for. They are…

Whenever this topic comes up, the deflection is that bad men are these master manipulators that don't show their "true colors" until they are deep into the relationship. Not saying this doesn't ever happen, but most assholes are very easy to pick out of a crowd. The next deflection is that bad men, even if they are obviously horrible, bully and manipulate women with low self-esteem into liking them and having sex with them. Im sure this happens too, but I'd argue it is rare. What is generally ha…
