I think a lot of the depression/dooming over lack of sex/relationships comes from younger guys aged 18-25 who have a lot of insecurities about themselves and the future, which I can emphasize a lot as a 23 year old with not that much sexual experience myself. I think it's good to keep in mind that most everyone will eventually finding their partner, it's just happening later than it used to bc of societal things like increased introversion and anxiety. I've seen a lot of studies showing that basically all men in their 20s who are virgins lose it by the time they're 30.

The best thing you can do for yourself is to get used to rejection while also improving yourself so that the very small odds that you don't find someone are further minimized.
