As a RPW, I would never travel to meet a man first, unless it was halfway. I know you're excited to meet him, but it is far too dangerous. Please wait that extra month until he can come to your stomping grounds. This proves his commitment, chivalry, and his desire to take the lead role.

I believe everyone has a major flaw and if this is his only flaw, it could make sense. Gifting him new things would help, as another comment suggested.

The problem was obvious from Day One--his focus on his ex. You should never continue dating a man who talks about his ex more than a short mention (and especially one who complains about her!) on the first date! YOU should be his focus, not the ex. Everything was pretend playtime until the sex. The sex cemented the "this is a real relationship" in his head, thus he began pulling away.

Absolutely. It does hurt, but standing up for yourself in this way will only add to your self-confidence--you'll look back on this moment of strength. Now you're free & available for true love to find you (if you want it!).

If something bad happens in your life, they’ll offer or give the correct kind of support without being asked. For example, if there is a death in your family he may ask if he could send flowers. If you’re sick, he may have delivery bring you some food.

Thank god I never dated a cop. I always wanted to, but constant horror stories like this make me grateful I didn’t.

The way you present yourself tells us you have self-awareness and know your worth. You wouldn't spend over a year with a man who wasn't a good man. It seems like it's his respect for your independence. How he says, "you did a great job!" after you put your Ikea bed together tells me he is very supportive of you by nature. Knowing what you know now, I'd like to suggest you ease in slowly. When you need a ride somewhere, go ahead and mention it--then say, "Oh! Dear boyfriend! Would it be too much …

He should offer to help more. I'm like you & find it hard to ask for help. That's a reason we partner off--to have that priority support from the other spouse. Simply reverse the wealth, I KNOW you would've offered to upgrade his ticket! You are independent and subtle, but that is part of your feminine modesty. You should never need to ask for help for these small things, because a good partner who appreciates your subtle & kind nature will use his thoughtfulness & masculine problem solving to r…

Oh no! The age thing is really sticking people. I’m just suggesting to open up the possibilities to more people. Looks-wise, age-wise, etc. Trouble with women could mean the women you want are just not interested, so let’s try talking to some other women. It’s just a suggestion!!

I do think so, bacteria forms all through out the day in your mouth. Eating, drinking, breathing...you’d really be surprised. You can lick the inside of your wrist, let it try, then smell it. Also, if you have any sort of bad/strange taste or feeling in your mouth, that’s totally bad breath.

Did you miss the “average man” part of this question? The “trouble with women” part? 20 year olds are notoriously difficult to hold onto, like I said in my original comment. This is all geared toward the average man looking for a long term partner. If you had trouble with women, you would know it’s such a relief to find one good women that is gaga over you & unlikely to break your heart. It’s a lonely world—for those of us that don’t juggle plates.

This is all my opinion, so take it with a grain of salt. Class and wealth really do make people see and act differently in the world. Each section of society has their own wants/needs/social structure. Poorer cultures do have that matriarchal society, with women usually holding families together. They also have the biggest sense of community. Everyone helps everyone with BASIC needs (food, shelter, childcare), especially extended family and neighbors. They often live in the same area all their l…

Dating is tough out there, especially for men, IMHO. First, I'd like to say to look inward and figure out one or two things that make you different than most people of your gender. Some things that are rare in average men--seeking eventual marriage. Wanting children. Having a healthy stable relationship with family. Stability in general (owning a home, decent car, savings in the bank). Good social skills for different situations. Charisma. Problems I see often in average men: Poor hygiene. This …

I wonder if there’s too many exceptions for a rule to be made? My mom was raised middle class, but then fell into low class when she dropped out of high school. Became a nurse on welfare...then had the fairy tale of marrying a doctor! You can imagine how that impacted me! This idea is fascinating. I feel like we need some sort of poll.

I just can't agree, though I see your premise. Born LC, raised UMC after age 13. My dad was blue pill, but my mom instilled red pill virtues in me. She wanted red pill for me, as she thought a strong male figure would give me the best life--even though her blue pill man swept her off her feet and raised her status considerably. Your pill definitely depends on your experience in formative years, but that experience is just too different between all of us to be pigeon-holed in one pill per class.

Absolutely. The men we (as Redpillwomen) seek to attract PREFER sexually inexperienced women. It adds relationship value, as it shows you hold yourself in such regard that you waited, instead of giving in to temptation like so many of us do. Especially when you dated others already! I say this, but my own experience does not match this at all. I wish it had.

One thing we talk about in this subreddit is finding a real life woman you respect. You can interact regularly and use their actions as an example. Watching a role model in real life is better than reading words, as you can see how their actions play out in real life situations. Many of us use an older family member or family friend as examples. My mother was mine.

Yes! As long as you can start a conversation subject about interesting things, you can mostly listen and let the other person talk. Everyone loves talking about themselves...the most important trait in social settings is listening. Creating good topics to simply start a dialogue is something I found to be invaluable. I even use interesting posts & topics I see here on reddit. It works wonders.

We want validation, too! And what a thrill to turn a man’s head by proving you’re worthy. If a man falls in love with you immediately, it’s usually only because of your looks...it means a lot more when the love comes from knowing you inside and out (perhaps not the biblical sense quite yet LOL).

I have an overly optimistic personality, but having the emotional and living support of a soft, kind and pretty woman around his age is a great comfort. He’ll likely not want to lose that after some time. He knew it, too, when he suggested you do your “own things”.

Your self-awareness is incredible. You sound feminine and such a treat to be around. Your gentleman roommate may also be cautious about any advances due to your living situation, so don’t be concerned if it takes a longer time for any feelings on his part to appear. Never having a problem with my weight, I'm now at 35 and struggling to maintain. My mother taught me the "fasting diet" which is now being spread around in articles as a genuine way to diet. You fast randomly, perhaps once a week, and can just not eat for perhaps 12 hours--completely dependant on your own structure. I have no idea if this is actually healthy, but it works fabulously for my mother and seems to be doing okay for myself. Also, counting calories and staying under 2k/day. MyFitnessPa…

Exactly. Knowing you have other options IF the relationship should fail is comforting. Hashing out some details of each fallback is reassuring, so if something happens (such as a fight) that sends you into an emotional frenzy—you can secretly tell yourself: i’ll be okay and happy no matter what.

I’m a welfare baby. Due to marriages, we’ve been out of poverty for a long time. Being poor & on welfare is a hell that is nearly impossible to escape without someone literally rescuing you (which is obviously not the govnt). I completely agree. We should never tell our biggest hardships on the first date, that is the date where you present your BEST self. Baggage comes out only when necessary. Like an interview, then a job. If OP is getting good boyfriends (until they leave months later) while putting baggage on them the first date...that’s incredible. If she followed our advice, she’d hit the jackpot quickly.

I feel for you, I have a chronic illness, too. You sound defeated, which is understandable. You might be showing this to the men you’re dating, though. For love to truly blossom, especially if you want to be a SAHM, your man needs romance and adoration! Marriage's ROI is someone knowing you inside and out and sharing themselves completely with you. People leave hardship "at the drop of a hat" when there are few ties. Joining 2 households and family with marriage assures you won't be left so easily. Falling in love, that is 1 tie. Having a child, 1 tie. Many people buy a home together, that is 1 tie. Several ties creates a relationship. 2 dozen ties and a proclamation to the government and your social circle creates a marriage. Companionship is …

This reminds me of recent mate selection theories that have a huge list of triggers--flora & fauna, the weather, the local habitat, culture, population density--even if you live on the plains, in a valley, or in the mountains. It's also believed that selection is more unconscious than previously believed. In regards to women preferring tall men, I bet you're right that it's based on strength/dominance. It's interesting to me because we all know the human race is much more taller than in the past…

Absolutely! It's amazing that we, as women, can choose our own path--but it was certainly "easier" when we forced into certain roles. By "easier", I mean the comfort of knowing where you fit into society without the worry of choices. Women like your grand-mother, from her specific culture & generation, find themselves trapped with honor. Keeping her word is honorable, however it's now honorable to take yourself and your children away from a violent man. It's honorable to work out of the home to …

First of all, I'm being completely honest, as we need to be here to help each other find happiness (so please don't judge me). I wonder if your clothing style and how you style your hair may have an effect. I can guarantee self-confidence has an effect—when my confidence got higher as I aged, I started getting so much attention even though I looked the same. Flirting is show, don’t tell! Flirting is a complicated mess & the hardest of social cues to master. I love this guy, Matthew Hussey—he is beautiful, has an accent, and tells you in RATIONAL terms how to flirt (we all know flirting is hardly rational). Please don’t buy anything from this guy, he gives plenty of free materials. You write and converse so intellectually that it almost feels stoic. Obviously, you want to be seen sometimes as a soft, caring, woman who just wants to be held by a strong man that loves you! The non-monogamous crowd, in my experience, harbors some highly intellectual & educated men. It doesn’t surprise me that the men in your circles subscribe to that ideal—they rationalize it as a biological urge etc. To work my way around that, I ask this question: I know it ended for a reason, but would you tell me the nicest trait in your last girlfriend ?” Now, that question will give you the answer. The easiest way to cover up having little hair is to go with shorter haircuts. Even chin length, long layers can look very cute with a little wax and a slight flip out. The frustration is asking for our help to figure out a major relationship problem, but not being open to our suggestions. We know from RPW data that several symptoms in your relationship are caused by a deeper problem. This possibly isn’t about gently steering him to help with chores...this could be about something much bigger. Actions speak louder than words, basically, according to so many of our own experiences. Of course, no one knows your relationship better than you.

It allows for many social advantages. Society views you as one unit instead of two, easily seen in wedding invitations (you’re no longer a +1). There’s more incentive to solve relationship problems instead of running away. Unless there’s a prenup, anything acquired or purchased after marriage is legally owned by both parties. Red pill women educate themselves about social events. As a RPW with incredibly disabling mental illness, disabilities definitely lower our SMV. It’s difficult for us to be the best first mate to our captain. This is definitely the view point of a woman in love with her perfectly balanced alpha/beta captain. Furthermore, alpha men (and women) aren’t confident in themselves because they compete against the easiest adversary. They seek strong competition, because they know better than most of us that there is always more to aspire to. This is also why we, as RPW, are always self-searching and improving ourselves. Religion is a wonderful foundation. It automatically proves similar morals, hopes for the future, etc. It allows you both to learn about the real qualities quicker than some of us.

I absolutely do not. Please don’t take this in the wrong way, as I mean to be sincere. Those of us with faults that take awhile to improve are more likely to experience lower than normal times in the future (weight, job difficulty, etc). There are always exceptions to this rule, though. The best husbands are supportive. This is no Marilyn Monroe moment of, “He doesn’t deserve me at my best, if he can’t handle me at my worst.” Instead, what if your imperfect or special needs child required massiv…

This is redpill for women, so it IS important to look at ourselves objectively and from an mostly alpha/some beta male point of view. That said, let’s look at your situation with a bit of empathy from the beta side and the bit of arrogance from the male alpha side. You recognized your faults awhile ago and work hard to improve. THAT is the best trait for a redpill woman. None of us can be perfect, no matter how hard we try. Continuously striving to be better...Male empathy should see this as a h…

I ended up remarrying a man nearly twice my age (I’m 34). It’s the most amazing relationship I’ve ever been in. He pours love and affection on me, isn’t resentful of me wanting to stay home to be a homemaker, is wise & protective, it’s just a dream. Best decision I ever made. This sounds shallow, I know, but I can admit it—I know my youth is a huge positive in keeping him happy. It’s not the men plan to marry young women when they’re older—it’s just a pleasant thought, much like hoping to marry …

Having a lower standard man often creates much more attention & devotion from him to the woman. This is such a wonderful thing that can't be replaced with just a point or two higher on the looks.

Yes, I have. What I finally decided to do was wait until I received a few signals from a guy that he liked me, then I'd look at him as objectively as possible. I'd consider all his qualities and flaws then pay attention to how I felt around him. If he had many qualities I admire, his attraction level would rise, as that's a great sign for a successful future together. Basically, I did not seriously flirt with any man that wasn't interested in me at first. Rejection was killing me. I was a 5 but …

The hate against SAHM or SAHW makes me angry. The whole point of the women's revolution was to allow women CHOICES. They meant to give women the freedom to be readily accept by society, no matter how they choose to live their life (maybe prostitution didn't count). Loving, supporting, and caring for loved ones is an important skill that is demeaned. I'm a SAHW due to some health reasons and am able to spend my time helping my entire extended family research expensive items to buy (cars), give th…

It's a "fair" standard due to societal thinking regarding men sexual partner numbers vs women sex partner numbers. Women sleeping with many men are considered sluts, so society accepts more masturbation. Men with many sex partners are studs, so they shouldn't masturbate as much.

In general, men's libido rises and falls based on their idea of success. If their self-esteem takes a beating, libido plummets. If their confident and pumped up about their successes, libido shoots up. There's a lot here that shows his confidence is low. There are the huge stressors...moving, family illness, & money problems. The money part is a HUGE problem for men's idea of success. Moving is one of the most stressful happenings in the world, up there with family death, divorce & marriage. Fur…

Everyone has a different definition of love. Keeping up with an expensive car isn't love...it's self-interest. If money is important to them, they bought the car to appeal to their self-interest & continue that self-interest by putting time into the car. Have you ever heard about hot women being bitches? Or that hot women don't need personalities or interests because they can get everything due to their looks? Many women below 6/10 take care of themselves in other ways...which makes them attract…

It’s not men’s fault that women changed the societal landscape during the sexual revolution. There used to be a tight social contract between the genders—men worked in public life, women worked in private life, they always married, divorce was shunned, children must be legitimate or given away...women wanted a choice about all this. They were tired of being forced to live that way. So they fucked it up for the future generations of women. It’s cool that women have choices now. The consequence is…

The term “rape” is now often used for any act of simple or hardcore sexual assault. Any type of sexual assault, no matter the motive, is still sexual assault—since popular culture treats the word “rape” as an all-inclusive sexual assault term...any and all sexual assault is now under its umbrella. Really, though, motive doesn’t matter. Is manslaughter still murder? It’s a crime, albeit not as bad as 1st degree murder, but the perpetrator of manslaughter didn’t MEAN to kill—it was just a matter o…

Logically, we (in the common family dynamic) spend our whole lives with our immediate families. Even when growing up and moving out, the family can be a large part of your life. It only makes sense that our formative years would shape us into seeking out a certain type of partner. I fought my own disposition for certain types of men, because I wanted to be “normal”. Once I finally allowed myself to be at peace and follow my heart, I was much happier.

I'm a little liberal when it comes to sex, not as far as polyamory or the latest sexual trend that makes people feel superior, but far enough to be more forgiving than a lot of others. The world is lonely without human affection. Being male can make it harder to find intimacy, especially if they're heterosexual. I would absolutely forgive a man who saw a few escorts in his past. I notice more red pill thinking and action in higher statuses/cultures in US society. The higher the status and wealth, the more it seems that men act out red pill qualities & women are more accepting & even enjoy them. This makes complete sense when you examine the SMV (status, something, value) rules. Wealth, age, resources, education, family reknown, etc, move men & women up in the available choices of relationships. From red pill logic, we know that high SMV women are in surplus and high SMV…

I agree with your sentiments on men in Hollywood being stigmatized for pay inequality. To an extent, it makes perfect sense. If a woman is a manager at a company with the same qualifications as her fellow male coworker (also a manager), they should receive equal pay. The problem with Hollywood is that it's a creative field. Artists (painters, writers, actors, etc) of all kinds are in such surplus that employers can pick and choose more so than typical employers. Back when religion was a building block of families, their counselers were clergy or fellow church-goers. Those families stayed together, and it wasn’t only societal pressure that kept them there—it was their sense of community. Therefore, marriage counseling is something I believe every couple should do, even if they are happy. Learning more communication skills can never be a bad thing. I had marriage counseling with my first husband. It helped, a lot, but that husband was still like a child.

You’re wrong. In order to garnish wages, a court order from Family court must be submitted EVERY TIME. In order for this to happen, someone has to alert the clerk that the father has a new job and it’s location. Typically, fathers that don’t pay child support willingly change jobs often, essentially hiding from garnishment. I am such a child. I know many such children and mothers. Woman here. Women ARE magical, just as men are magical (for different reasons). Child-bearing & childbirth blows my mind. That is something a man (cis) will never experience. Women can carry themselves in all sorts of societal accepted ways--feminine, tomboy, masculine, vegan hippie, rocker, etc, more so than men. I agree that society places women's infidelity as worse than a man's and it is WRONG. My theory is that women's fidelity before DNA testing was under societal pressure for reasons of paternity. If a woman became pregnant, her S.O. would want reassurance that the child was his. As a woman in my 30s who married a man in his 50s, I agree with you. One major reason for them to be interested in us is the physical intimacy. It may stem simply from researching & attempting to gain knowledge about different social groups & how they feel about gender. It's likely as you suggest, though, that it's another group of woman & there is female solidarity.
