Nah, please don't believe that. Just as women are conditioned to "compare and copy" the emotions of their female peers from an early age, guys are taught to "dismiss and reject" their own, making them appear simpler and their attitudes/feelings less important as a whole. I think it's fantastic to give space when you've got a girl that isn't serious about staying with you and is also actually interested in you. A lot of what I see on this subreddit has to do with dominance, while the article promotes a "team player" attitude. Personally, I tend to see through a lot of these dominance-plays (quick touches, overconfidence, alpha-male tendencies) and associate them with the ego-driven, self-consumed type of guy who is rapidly losing female attraction right now.
