I’d say the majority of them I stopped talking to after 1 or 2 lays, not the other way around. It’s really only been these last 3.. and ya she brought it up not me, it was genuine. Meh i disagree with this. Don’t put to much pressure on yourself to be “the life of the party” if you’re not naturally like that you’ll seem like a try-hard tool. Ya as others have said after 3 years, their behavior changes hard. I have been in a verrry similar scenario as you. I think the most likely outcome of you getting back with her will be the same behavior followed by more breakup/makeups. If I were you I’d get tinder, go out, approach until you bang a new girl that’s HOTTER than her. After that re-evaluate if you want to get back with her.

I had a gf for 4 years and have had quite a few plates, so I don't think that was the case. The first chick I was definitely bad in bed and i figured that was the reason why she didn't wanna give me the number.
