Deep down it's probably what they want from you, more resources. So they initiate, likely expecting reciprocal behavior. When you don't reciprocate to the degree they're expecting, they give up.

To figure that out you should understand the dynamics of the relationships. Men want women for sex and women want men for their resources, time, and attention. So if.. a blue pill man will give a woman his time, resources and general attention in an effort to get to fuck her... then... a blue pill woman gives a man all the sex he desires in an effort to get him to commit to his time, resources and attention to her. They exist but likely for only for the top tier males who can fuck literally anyo…

To be honest I almost want to see it get finished and see what happens. I doubt anything will actually come of it to be honest. This petition contains complete lies that can and will be checked. If this gains enough attention it may just blow up in their face when people finally realize they're tons of nut jobs blindly following their feminist overlords who actually probably are a legitimate threat to society.

If you need any more proof of this just look at how they react to people like the woman who had 3 kids and was still in great shape. She got tons of hate for what should have been considered inspirational.

This has been discussed pretty heavily in here but just for the record he hated men as much as he hated women. Four of his victims were males.

Go for it, if you want but I doubt my answer will change. If you were legitimately in the top 20% you'd notice a world of difference, especially if you came from below average like you seem to suggest. As someone who trains others I'm familiar with whats truly impressive. A 400lb DL is certainly above average but it doesn't require much to achieve it. It's certainly better than average which is why some people get butt hurt when you say it's not that much. Still though you will see with time, yo…

If you're only pulling 400 then your physique can't be far above average. You probably look better than the average guy but odds are you don't stick out that well yet. If you haven't noticed a clear difference in women checking you out then you've got a lot of progress to make. My build is far above average. I quite frequently catch women blankly staring at me then frantically attempting to look busy. Drunk women also approach me at an absurd rate. It's not just about being more attractive to ch…

Spot on. Once you create a construct of the way things must be in your mind they become self fulfilling. It's like the famous quote 'whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right.' A need for sex can make you very desperate for it and produce desperate behaviors. On the same token it's hard to see it some other way and I understand the mentality. It's something I think about on an almost constant basis. The constant mental imagery is strongly reinforcing. Until a man finds some …

So write down a list of things you will no longer tolerate failing at. Also write down a list of things you will start doing literally as soon as possible. Doesn't have to be complicated but starting simple good habits can produce long term benefits on how you function. Something like making your bed every morning or doing 100 pushups each day can have a strong subconscious impact long term and are very easy to do.

You just have to start whatever it is you're doing. The first step is generally the hardest. The second step is much easier and it snowballs till whatever used to be a chore feels like a normal habit. Weight lifting for example is something most people want to start doing but fail to at least attempt. Once most people get into it, it becomes something they can't go without.

A. You won't get 'super jacked' over night. It takes years of work and retarded amounts of dedication to look like anything close to a physique athlete and even then most need to jump on the tech to get there. B. 90% of people at your average gym also have no idea what they're doing. Maybe 10% of gym goers are pushing themselves and actually doing some training. It really depends on the gym you sign up at though but this shouldn't be an issue. If you surround yourself with idiots you'll only get…

This has been posted before I'm fairly sure but I love this part These gender-disparity claims are also economically illogical. If women were paid 77 cents on the dollar, a profit-oriented firm could dramatically cut labor costs by replacing male employees with females. Progressives assume that businesses nickel-and-dime suppliers, customers, consultants, anyone with whom they come into contact—yet ignore a great opportunity to reduce wages costs by 23%. They don't ignore the opportunity because…

"If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough." - Albert Eintstein I imagine this applies mostly to the new guys who embrace TRP for the first time and then eagerly want to show their friends. Give it some time and really soak it in before you try and spread the good word hermanos. Apply the theories, work on your SMV and wait till your bitter and jaded stage is over so you can talk TRP in a laid-back and indifferent sense.

A lot of it's good but some things like NAC have recent evidence that makes its use unappealing. NAC is actually really too good at what it does so you should dose it lightly. NAC helps scavange ROS so effectively that it can reduce the positive adaptations to exercise. It does really help with preventing hangovers though although timing is important.

Anyone who uses AAS will tell you that every single person who looks good is probably on something. I disagree but I'm natty so my opinion has bias to it as well. I can believe Layne Norton is natty. You can just ask your doctor about it and check with your insurance. It should be covered but if not it could cost you up to like 200$. It's a decent chunk of cash but worth it in the long run as you'll know exactly what you need to be optimal and possibly what your body is toxic with(cadmium, mercury, etc)

It's pretty straightforward but they're some key body parts to work on. The shoulder can be rolled out effectively and can have pretty profound effects on how they feel. Some people even claim shoulder work can alleviate pain from their elbows. It all comes down to specific major Trigger Points that need to be removed. Rolling around is really effective at this

Good. You're gunna want to really be aggressive with it. Don't just roll around for 10 minutes once a week and call it a day like a lot of people do. 20-30 minutes before or after training will make a huge difference in how you feel. Eventually you won't need it as much and can just crank it out for a week two when symptoms of tension appear. You will probably become very sore initially just an fyi

Creatine does what it's advertised to do and is relatively free of side-effects, except one: it can speed up hair loss. No it won't. One single study showed DHT levels were marginally increased in athletes and their levels remained within the normal range. Alopecia is a result of DHT level exceedingly beyond the normal and is due to localized overexpression of 5-AR. DHT is the primary androgenic hormone is literally what makes you a man. In young men it is negatively correlated with alopecia.

Ice might dull the pain but it's probably hindering full recovery. I'd recommend heat over ice every time, unless there's severe trauma and you're trying to slow bleeding. You might want to look into foam rollers or even just buy some PVC pipe to roll on. It will probably hurt a shit load initially but eventually you get used to it and once they're loose it hurts much less.
/r/TheRedPill29/03/14 06:42 PM

Only one study showed this and the athletes were still within the normal range. If you're terrified of DHT you might as well accept being a women now. DHT is the primary androgenic hormone and is what makes men, men. It's much more potent than testosterone in regards to androgenic effects. The problem comes down to localized over expression of 5-AR leading to too much of a good thing and thus problems. In young men high DHT levels are negatively correlated with alopecia.

A whey shake taken at the same time would still be more beneficial. Casein will really only supply aminos for MPS but it won't stimulate it to an appreciable degree. The combination can be somewhat synergistic, it's naturally an 80/20 ratio of whey/casein in milk.

Melatonin is actually not that bad although I advise against sleep aids in general because develop a psychological dependence(not physiological). Zinc and magnesium with help you get plenty of deep restful sleep. If you do chose to supplement it's not a bad idea because it's shown to improve longevity and helps with age related disorders. If you're young and don't have any sleeping problems then you're making plenty on your own and there's no need to supplement.

L-Arginine 3-4 pills makes my penis reach what I believe to be its full potential. Changes the feeling of sex somewhat. Once I orgasm dick stays semi-hard instead of going limp. Strength gains happen rather quickly because of improved neuromuscular function. It takes a decent amount of time to start inducing signficant amounts of actual hypertrophy. That being said at your height/BW you could probably gain 20-30lbs or so of mostly lean mass in your first year of legitimate weight training.

I am in health ed and nutrition and I can't disagree with this more. No offense but most people I've met with some classical training in nutrition were taught completely outdated information. I also get lots of cardio as I am 6'5" and swim 15-20 miles each week. I used to compete and swam on average 24 miles/week during certain points of the season. I also have to disagree with the omission of cardio. If your sole goal is achieving a certain standards of aesthetics, then if you have the proper genetic - true, cardio won't be needed. So we are in agreement. I appreciate the importance of being well conditioned for various things and I'm not trying to put people down for wanting to be a world class athlete at something other than being a bodybuilder/powerlifter.

Very low amounts of cardio done appropriately can be beneficial as a form of active recovery. Cardio training does have benefits like improved capillary density of the muscle which can enhance recovery. I'd just avoid doing it exhaustively and limit the amount that you do.

To put it really bluntly Type 1 muscle fibers are highly resistant to fatigue but have a low power output. If you do classic endurance training you're essentially training specifically just Type 1 fibers. Type 2 muscle fibers are not very resistant to fatigue but have a high power output. They're two types of Type 2 fibers, one that is slightly resistant to fatigue and with a moderate power output. Keto might be a great start for beginners or people who need to really get their diet under control. However, if you're going to be a powerlifter/bodybuilder you should keep a relatively high amount of carbs in your diet. Your body wants carbs to function and once you're lean and very muscular it will take a lot more than you think to keep your performance up. But, like everything in life, you’ll have to moderate your indulgence, and the 10-20% guideline is the best way I’ve found to do this. There currently is no compelling evidence suggesting that a diet whose calories are 80-90% from whole & minimally processed foods is not prudent enough for maximizing health, longevity,…

I'm not saying that you're saying you need to binge. What I'm saying is most people over do bulking and eat excessively. A caloric surplus will also likely be required to improve gym performance. You won't get strong as fuck cutting down. Focusing on gym performance and body composition keeps people eating only what they need to to gain. I'm natural and have no problems making gains almost 5 years later. Yeah it slows down a lot from the noob stage but that happens like a year in. After that it's a slow process and over eating won't magically change that. That's why I suggest people focus on their gym performance instead. I think too many people hit plateaus and then attempt a binge to overcome it without realizing all they need to do is tweak their routine or take a short detraining period.

That's what I'm saying. They're aware it will reflect badly because you know they're in relationships. They don't want to just go their own way, they want society to conform and society does just that rather quickly. Women who've abandoned traditional gender roles are a far cry from WGTOW because most of them are doing it. A truly feminine woman is a rare thing to see these days. The reason MGTOW exists is because of the pussypass. If the sexes were truly treated equally then MGTOW probably wouldn't be a thing.

Get so you recognize the staff (and they recognize you) and other people who work out there. It's less about looking buff than it is about just being recognized by the regulars. A simple nod to people you recognize will eventually do it (Hey, I see you here working out, I'm also working out regularly, I acknowledge your existence here). Then when you have established yourself and are comfortable, start asking these guys what their routines are or for tips. I think you're over thinking this whole…

I doubt it but if you are and have been your whole life then it would be unsurprising for you to have this stance. People who have always been successful or above average never have to question anything until reality slaps them in the face(c.f. the Wall for women).

Join a gym(anything but Planet Fitness) and start lifting weights. A good routine is PHAT by Layne Norton but it's sort of high volume for rookies so just keep the volume down till you adapt. You'll never break out of skinny fat until you start lifting weights and it's going to take some time. Looking back I wish I cared less about losing fat and spent more of my first few years getting stronger. Your body has no problem cutting fat if you bust your ass in the weight room and eat right. Plus you…

I'm guessing you're of average appearance and social standing and have never really wavered through the spectrum of attractiveness. You've seen a pretty consistent nature of people, both good and bad. That being said you can never internalize any of this until you try and apply it to reality. For me personally all I needed to see the world through a red pill lens was my body transformation. I went from skinny fat to aesthetic as fuck, picture me as your average men's physique competitor except I…

PHAT by Layne Norton. It's a nice layout although perhaps a bit much for beginners. Keep the volume on your sets low at first and slowly add up. There's no replacement for weight lifting when it comes to building muscle. You can do both cardio/strength training but I would cater your focus towards whatever your immediate goal is. 12 or so weeks before you plan to do a competition that's endurance based start focusing on training around that. When doing that limit resistance training to 3 or so s…

When you first begin training your muscle insulin sensitivity sky rockets because the chronic energy demands. You'll notice immediate gains in size because the muscles are storing more glycogen/water. People often mistake this for actual muscle gain. Resistance training should still be a core part of your training. If you want to build a frame that people inherently recognize as masculine it will take a few years of dedicated training/diet. Since you're athletically trained you can start with 4-…

I'm also retired college swimmer and you should know by now cardio doesn't build muscle. If you want to build a respectable physique you need to get in the weight room. These intensity programs may help you cut fat but you won't build any real muscle. You might gain some size initially but it's from increase glycogen/water storage not actual muscle hypertrophy.

I've never had a chick talk to me like that but if she did I'd go no contact. That's a pretty aggressive response regardless of the situation. I have to assume it's in jest because I can't believe people would tolerate shit like that.

Start lifting is really the easiest way. It's like the antidote to the blue pill mindset. After a few years of solid work and diet you'll be much better looking than 99% of other men out there and people will treat you as such. After just a few months you'll have changed how you look significantly and the confidence from that alone will change you.

String of logic that destroys the wage gape argument every time. Lets say men and women can do the exact some job with the exact same efficacy. Then lets say women are routinely payed significantly less than men are for the same exact job. Then this means there should be only women in the workforce. Why the fuck would companies hire men if they got away with paying women less for the same job?

Contrary to popular belief young men with high serum DHT levels have fuller hair.DHT also likely causes no harm to your prostate within the natural range If you're a male you should be much more concerned with elevated levels of estrogen

Zinc's influence on testosterone is more complicated than that. Also you'd need excessive doses of zinc to lower 5-AR activity and in lower doses it increases 5-AR activity. Infertile men will see an increase in DHT levels following zinc supplemention. Not to mention DHT is much more androgenic than testosterone, it's the manliest of hormones and you don't want to suppress it.

Yeah pretty much. Looked bad with or without a shirt. If you've at least got some muscle mass you look good in well fitting clothes. Losing the fat was easy but gaining a respectable amount of muscle mass(which is key for looking good as a man) took years. The muscle mass is easy to maintain once you have it but staying lean requires discipline.

Now, I'm sure that this is a thing (but not on the issues which they usually raise in forums), it's kind of like a pussy pass, where if you've got low bodyfat, then your judged less harshly by society. This is a real thing. I went from skinny fat to aesthetic as fuck and my life become 100x better. There's sufficient evidence to suggest there is a very real benefit to stopping. There isn't much evidence to support an increase in testosterone levels however thats not the only factor relevant to how testosterone works and makes you feel. what do you mean by aesthetic? Physically attractive to look at. It's not as important to women, they can also be attracted to status/power, but it still definitely has its place. If she doesn't know you the only thing she has to judge you on is how you hold yourself and how you look. also what do you think of changing "had" to "wanted", does it matter? It definitely bolsters the chicks self esteem but it's also very bold for you to do that. If you come off as at least average aesthetically speaking then that boldness will read to her as confidence and your value might jump a few points in her eyes. If you're aesthetic it's a solid approach cause it cuts out a lot of bullshit. You've already stated your intentions for meeting her and if shes receptive then you're basically in.

So, she is consistent with her stated values. How is someone saying 'calling people fat on tv should be illegal' consistent with her literally calling someone fat? Just because she did it privately doesn't mean it's consistent at all. What if she went on TV and saying 'we shouldn't use racial slurs on tv' and then she goes and fucking uses those slurs privately? Would that somehow magically make it ok?

What were your levels prior to use? What was your diet like with those levels? What was your physical conditioning at? I ask because 99% of people with low test have it by their own fault, most because they're fat. They're few men who legitimately require TRT because of something thats out of their hands. Saying you shouldn't be tearing through as many women as you can is the same as saying you shouldn't kill people. No it isn't. One causes no physical or psychological trauma to either party involved. The other causes physical trauma to one party and psychological trauma to the other(assuming you're sane to begin with). Comparing promoting murder to promoting sex is illogical.

Women encourage beta behavior because it almost always benefits them. They don't want to date guys with strong beta behavior though. It's like when I encourage sluts to be proud of their slutiness, it makes it easier for me. On the same note I'd never date a slutty girl.

It's amazing that some people can ignore the painfully obvious when it doesn't fit their view points. Nature clearly hardwires men and women differently and it's not anyone's fault, it's just the way it is. It would be much better for society as whole if everyone could just accept this and adapt.

I worry that this result could be quite easily misinterpreted by misogynists who like to claim that men and women are 'just different', whereas actually this study seems to imply that the differences are not wired from birth: they arise later on, due to the effects of society shaping the brain when it's most plastic, during childhood and adolescence. Lol I bet this person also thinks society is what causes women to grow breasts as they go through puberty

Once you get into decent shape, slightly above average I guess, most chicks still feel like they're more attractive then you, relatively speaking.
