I didn't mean you're gonna be an investment banker, just any entry level shit job to poke your head into that world. Somewhere you can pay your dues and show everyone you have potential etc. It didn't want to include this in my post, but I very much relate to you. 3 years ago, my GPA was 0.6/4. I was miraculously able to transfer schools though (and once you transfer, you start with a fresh GPA in the new school). I graduated recently with 2.8 (I was still slacking off), but once I graduated I r…

Take the lab tech job first to pay the bills. Order your interests, any interests, in profitability/dislike ratio. So if you're remotely interested in tech or finance, that'll be the top choice. If you don't have interests, make sure to stay busy exploring and eventually something will click. Once you find it, learn it through the plethora of online courses (lynda.com is now included with linkedin premium). Truly grind. That's your 5 to 9 job, your more important job, your future. Within a coupl…

Neighborhood is completely up to your budget and preferences, each area has its pros and cons as you can see from the other comments. Finding an apartment is a bit of a struggle, the earlier you look before your move-in date the better. Be prepared with first month's rent + security deposit (equal to one month rent) and sometimes even last month's rent. So worst case, you'll pay 3x one month rent before move-in. Buy the monthly subway card, I barely ever need to take a cab. I suggest you get ver…

This'll probably get downvoted to eternity by the TRP noobs, but I'd love to hear the TRP gurus' opinions and stories. TRP is mostly based off American women. AWALT, of course, but not all girls of the world's n-number is in the double digits by the time they're 19. So if building a family/children is something you need to do at some point in your life (as I will as well), just be extremely mindful of the red flags to minimize the risk. There will still be risk. You'll have a better time if you …

That's the past, man...you're defining yourself by who you were in the past. If each of us did that, we'd never be able to break out of it. Instead, accept the fact that it's natural that your brain was artificially morphed into this by all the blue-pillness in the world, it is overwhelming after all. But because you're an alpha motherfucker on the inside that just needs a little polishing, you're capitalizing on TRP now to do exactly that: polish. When I was overcoming my porn addiction, I got …

Great reply, I would just add to be the best you can be. Don't focus on what others are doing or not doing, they're dealt different cards than you, just focus on maximizing yourself. I wrote a post about discipline, the dirty secret of success through discipline is that it breeds more discipline so more success and so on until you realize how much you're actually achieving.

I've been there, man. The logic for me was, I'd rather be proud I have these girls attracted to me from afar than risk escalating and getting rejected in the hopes of getting laid. I put the social status of looking like a chick magnet above my personal pleasure of getting laid. See the problem? Let it all go, every bit of you that cares what other people think. Your confidence should come from nothing but that you are who you are and being proud of every thought that crosses your mind, because …

Say you've stopped doing any work and just been ordering chinese locked up in your room the past couple of days reading up about this HeForShe feminist movement going around and you agree with EVERYTHING there. You appreciate her, like, SO much more now and you can't look at any other girl but her. Feminism has become your new bible and you're gonna be making some serious changes from now on (improvise). It's not as easy as it looks, so here's the trick that worked for me: Talk slower. If you focus on talking slower, your brain won't just ramble on forever, it'll be forced to summarize more, and it'll have more time to do so than you think.

Take lifting slowly and carefully, never kid around, listen to your body so you avoid injuries like the plague. Many injuries that aren't permanent leave you with the vulnerability to get the same injury again as opposed to someone who was never injured.

Came here to say exactly this, motion to her to take her headphones out and ask what she's listening to or "you seem to be enjoying this way too much, I'm curious etc."

Nope, why would you degrade your majestic real-life charisma to simple text among the simple texts of the 200 other beta chumps texting her also. Like you said, ignore any text that's not a question, one-word pointless questions, and only engage when logistics are in question. I only text girls beyond that before a first date, like Tinder or if she was daygamed but needs some warming up before going out, I'll send some 5-6 sentences just to get her talking then I'll proceed like normal, never co…

Meditation helps with Presence, makes your movements slower but your mind faster somehow, it's just one of these things that magically works behind the scenes but I can't put my hands on it. Also, this might sound basic, but I had some difficulty at first separating charisma with guys and girls. You know how girls work obi. Acting aloof with guys though won't get you anywhere, it's more about an exchange of interest and respect.

Just take the week off, focus on eating and sleeping right, don't do too much alcohol and drugs and you should be even stronger when you get back. I've learned it isn't worth it working out on vacation, I never miss a day in my normal schedule so I can afford a week or two a year. Just as long as it's extra recovery, not extra destruction like a crazy weekend with long nights and drugs.

Your post drives home an important lesson, don't override your intuition, learn from your mistakes. We need this to be clear since the politically correct realm considers this racist, sexist, etc. I would only add two points that could be easily overlooked: 1) Make sure your intuition is basing its decision on your own experiences and not the general public's. If society feeds you "this race is blabla" but you've never experienced that first-hand, that's not your intuition speaking. 2) Do not sh…

I personally have pretty strict rules when it comes to coworkers so this may be a bit harsh. You got really drunk, mistake, stay in control. You got really drunk at a coworker's party, mistake, stay in control around people whom your livelihood depends on. Offering to go pick up your stuff from her, mistake, being both alone in her apartment could be easily interpreted as a sexual advance, depending on whatever the fuck happened when you were drunk, if signals were exchanged or interpretations y…

That's a very poisonous mentality, that you wouldn't want to meet the girl after approaching and getting rejected. Dig deep and ask yourself why you'll be ashamed to meet her again. Just like a salesman doesn't give a shit if you pass on their product, 'cause it's just not for you, it's for a ton of others who will buy it though. They're in their prime: youth. You're the farthest from your prime: inexperience. You should be looking up at alphas with a natural excess of testosterone and brains and not even be jealous of them, accept your reality and strive to enhance this reality consistently regardless of everyone else.

Essentially this...from my experience, it's better to have my lifting/diet routine on point year-long and not have to care about a 10-day break. Sometimes I PR right after a break. All you need to be careful of is your diet, that's what really makes a difference when you're on a break. Make sure you don't overeat and you eat enough proteins and you should be good.

I'll advocate the pov you're trying to hear. I personally wouldn't interject until I heard life-threatening noises like serious battering. I have nothing to gain from it, nor will anyone accuse me of listening and being passive so my only motivation for interjecting is to save another human being. This IS the early sign of a huge red flag, I'm personally 90% sure she's branching out, and is being careless at that. Radio silence for at least a week, indulge back into your single life: your work, your friends, your hobbies, you can even flirt around a little. This'll do two things: it's your best bet if you really wanna "keep her in your life", if you push in any way she'll be more sure to branch out. It's not an overreaction, she knows what she did wrong, you just can't deal with bullshit …

Exactly, if you like what you're doing, nothing else matters, just own it because basically if it's coming from you, it's cool. Bora.vs.Bora is mental...I'm not sure how he consistently achieves this look. Photos like this. I'm guessing he undersaturates all the colors in the HSL part of Lightroom and then selectively introduces colors bit by bit until it has that feel.

Make sure you like it before taking the leap. I'd look for a used Canon Rebel kit and if you end up with extra money, go for a 35mm or 50mm prime lens, preferably also used. That'll put you around 250.
/r/TheRedPill23/10/15 09:15 PM

Again and again, I'm clearly advocating that attitude that you called true alpha. This guide is not meant to have someone buy an SLR to pick up chicks, but to encourage ones who already have a tendency for photography to develop an easy and rewarding skill. Focal length use is subjective. 35mm is a bit wide for my taste, I had a 35 and a 50 on my crop sensor and preferred the 50, rarely shot in tight spaces. Appreciate your input though.

You trolling, mate? How tf is that race-based? A heavy neg is a direct tease. A light neg is an indirect one, like saying "you have a nice face" which subtly implies you didn't like her body.

Glad I could help man! Never use Instagram filters, people know them by heart and they're meant to look overcooked. VSCO filters are way more subtle, the final image looks "healed" as opposed to "filtered".

Abso-fucking-lutely, that's the trick. Your followers come back because you provide stellar quality content, all the while girls are thinking you're the winner of every popularity contest. If you're a casual Instagrammer, you're the high-status fish in a small pond of shitty iPhones. If you label yourself a "photographer", you're the tiniest fish in a brutal pond that will never impress.

Very valid question. In my experience, if you play it right and your attitude is like I described above, it does help your game, but not for the reasons you described. We all know that women love Instagram because it's an inherently feminine medium that caters to feminine values: material beauty, social games... You're not playing it how the girls play it. You're not trying to seek attention, or post selfies, or food, or posed group photos...you're taking sick shots of things you like and postin…

I've been restoring cars and street racing for a few years, nothing remotely close to what they do, it's a high of adrenaline and dopamine that eventually makes you feel calm in real life, like everything else is slow. Check out how calm skydiving instructors are. They live life in the fast lane, their minds are conditioned to make calculated decisions instantaneously, their eye-body coordination is next level. Masculinity is practically controlled aggression, and that's what their sport depends…

I'm an avid fan of both F1 and powerlifting, I get your question, and the answer is pretty obvious: status. News flash, huge muscles aren't a requirement for being alpha, alpha is conditional because it's rooted in status. Lifting is just a surefire way to ignite the cavewoman genetics in every modern woman that remember stronger guys being more dominant in the ancient times, therefore higher status. Due to stronger men having higher status for thousands of years, women are now genetically condi…

Let me know if you want me to elaborate on any of these: "I don't need a girl/woman, it's just a choice." because I do a lot of high-value activities that I love like lifting heavy weight and a couple of risk-taking sports and working hard in the field I chose and love, activities that I genuinely enjoy as much as I enjoy feminine energy in my life. People like to think they can use TRP to get a girl and then "just be themselves" but the reality is, the "gaming" (manipulating) never stops. Or the trap I fell in, having so much confidence in your consistently growing SMV that you start chasing a girl you know is lower in SMV with the logic "Can't she see I'll be the best thing that happened to her social life?" and she keeps running. Higher SMV or not, always be vigilant, gentlemen.

COLD fucking TURKEY is the only way that worked for me. YMMV, just saying what worked for me. No porn, no fantasizing in bed, no touching your dick, no prolonged looking at cleavage, no voyeurism whatsoever, just trying to stay in the moment in reality when meeting girls and focusing on getting arousal ONLY from physical factors like touching and humping and eye contact and alpha-woman dynamic. 20 days of that and I was cured, I no longer wanted porn, I wanted to manhandle a woman in bed. The mo…

My advice would be learn how to dispell her serious face. Tingles come from a defensive position so trust me, many guys want to be able to tease enough to get the girl into that defensive position. You just have to get her out of it to complete the emotional rollercoaster. Try different lines and faces like "I'm just messing with you" and see what gets a sharp sigh and laugh out of her.

Ever-skinny guy until a few years ago. LIFT. You can either be pitied by gym rats for how skinny you are or be hated for how lucky you are to not need to worry about fat while bulking muscle elegantly and gracefully. Eat and sleep more obvi, and get this: GoWISE USA Slim Digital Bathroom Scale. It was 25 bucks I think. Every day, wake up, piss/poop, then stand naked on that thing. You're doing it right, don't be goofy, don't change your smirk (perfect it in the gym mirror while you're lifting, makes it natural in intense situations). Maybe make your words a little more ridiculous while keeping the same dryness level/smirk? "Get out of my car." is more like holding frame than teasing unless you're laughing while saying it. Try "deal breaker, bye!" or go more ridiculous like "delete my number, you're out of my life forever". Also don't change your compliment game, that's yo…

That last tip = FRAME FOR DAYS. Literally my go-to image when I'm facing many shit-tests or in any intense sexual situation. My main advice will be to go full NoFap. The sub itself is a joke and I don't personally think it's necessary forever, fapping isn't that bad, porn is though. But, I think it would help you a lot if you "reboot" or whatever they call it before you get in bed with a girl. It'll have your brain get rid of the connections of porn=arousal and fantasy=arousal and move your arousal from your brain to your body. That's why people will tell you it will come naturally to you. I believe it'll come very na…

Hope he sees this and it doesn't get flushed down the comments: grow a beard. The right way. I've recommended this many times and it saved many a beard, just like it saved mine when I started: trim, never shave. Some beards, like mine and from the looks of it the guy in the photos, are patchy because some hairs grow much faster than others. Some hairs grow in 3 days, others in 3 months. The solution: keep trimming the fast hairs at a steady short length to maintain a clean professional look. By …

Although this is all true, Bond is intensely RP, one common trait throughout the series is that his love for women puts his mission at risk, sometimes to the point of failure. It makes him seem honorable and gentlemanly in the eyes of the audience, how he cares about the damsel in distress when a whole nation's fate lies on the other side of his choice, which is nothing but good ol' whiteknighting. Nonetheless, great points. I'm sure there's a lot more to be learned from the movie series.

This might fuel your oneitis but I actually don't think you're as bad as you think you are to her. You should read the chapter in Models that talks about HB10's. They're essentially human females, AWALT, only jaded to the bone about any validation to their appearance/attractiveness. Here's what I did about my once considered beardless baby face. If your face has almost no hair rowing whatsoever, then you're better off shaving clean. But if you have what I had, a patchy beard, then do what I did: never clean shave, always trim until it fills up then up the trim level. 6-7 months later now, I have a full beard with almost no patches in it. What happens is some hairs grow massively faster than others. The others do exist, but they grow in 3 months while the patchy ones you see…

Pick a sport you genuinely enjoy, and perfect it. There is so much to choose from, you can master any sport within 2 years. Dancing works the same way. The adrenaline rush of mastering a physical activity, or multiple, gave my brain an avenue of excitement that often overrides my excitement for girls, and so creates an abundance that trumps all else. A lot of the time it's denial hamstering, but I've always thought that women hate the humiliation part of cheating much more than the realistic fact that he's cheating, but that's just a theory I'm working on. Meaning she wouldn't mind him playing around as much as she minds the humiliation of everyone knowing she was never good enough for him.

"I had to talk to you" is a save if your opening line falls flat and the situation turns from "casual conversation with hot guy I like" to "wait what, how should I reply to that?". Ideally it goes much smoother than this. The other two statements are about your frame, where you're coming from, your mindset while approaching her. It's portrayed subtly, she knows you can walk away at any moment because you're not so incredibly focused on her responses but just casually chatting. Often the conversa…

This was exactly my problem too, once we're in a conversation I'm good to go a lot of the times. Whatever comes in your head, just say it, jump in with the lamest line and let your natural self save itself from that shitty situation you put yourself in, even by "shit haha that was a really lame line but I had to talk to you, let's start over." Girls try to make themselves unique as much as possible, find that uniqueness and amplify it or neg at how she's a cliche. You need to understand that wha…

Evolutionarily, she wants to imagine you're so genetically gifted, as opposed to how torn and brutal life was to you while you self-improved. Girls don't give a fuck about hard-work, they only care about the results: your lifestyle. So if your photos look like you're just enjoying yourself doing sports/lifting for the fun of it, this is just who you are and the body sculpted by it comes as a bonus, leave them. If they all have comments like "LOOK guys I gained 15 pounds on my squat after grindin…

Read this: Newbie Traps: The Problem with Direct Openers This post has helped me a lot because my general demeanor works more indirectly, as the guy who's just so social he's talking to everyone around. When I go direct, I have to focus on injecting more direct statements in the convo and it's less natural to me than building up sexual tension subtly without her knowing I realize how wet I make her feel just by eyefucking. So my openers are usually indirect, I usually have to drop some direct bo…

Like a lot of people are saying, a lot of them are pretty cool and understand their limits, most of them actually. Befriend him and show him your high SMV lifestyle and bask in the benefits of his gossip with girls. However, I write this as a fair warning from a few dealings with the flamboyant ones. Do not take him seriously. If a man comes over and insults your favorite sport or hobby, your natural reaction would be to logically explain why you love it. If it were a girl, you'd brush it off as…

In terms of inner game, what works best for me is imagining her in bed. As realistically as possible, imagine yourself looking her in the eyes while her face is struggling to keep her pleasure/submissiveness from showing, ramming it hard down there but kissing her all over. It only takes one experience of entitled-bitch-at-bar turned to submissive-whore-in-bed for you to be able to instantly imagine any girl you meet in that state. Avoiding porn also helps. If I have that image in mind, there is…

Stellar quality post, it's rare I find a post that I believe would've accelerated my progress to where I am now had I read it earlier. The first few paragraphs about learning game as a mere hobby is the perfect analogy to describe TRP philosophy. What also still fascinates me to this day is how women can discern the difference in your inner game like night and day. Whatever you feel, she will inevitably read. It's in her biology, her sexual strategy is contingent on it, and that's pretty fucking…

Essentially this...not only how she ages but how she's gonna turn out personality-wise. Girls always consider their moms a baseline, the permitted amount of craziness, that they can then risk by adding to. But if mom does/did it, she's goddamn entitled to do it too.

This is not scientific, but anecdotally solid. A year ago, I slept over at a friend's house after a party. Many people slept over so half of us ended up on the floor. Deepest sleep I'd ever had back then. So I decided to try it and replicated it perfectly. Yoga mat, sleeping on the back, and focusing throughout the day to never be on your back, don't watch TV in too much of a crouched position even, just maintain upright posture you'll get used to it. The results are mental, to me at least. Deep…

In a nutshell: Confidence comes through basing your self-image on your own judgment and detaching from the judgment of others. How do you do this? Achieve more. Social skills come through practice. Use your bedroom for nothing but sleep, expose yourself to human interaction as much as possible while actively changing your body language, tonality, pace etc.

Depends on the area, could be maybe 10% in my hometown but for example in NYC, a good 60% at least. What really matters is once you get into the workforce, that's when no one has time to focus on themselves unless they're making other sacrifices like waking up early etc. That's when you'll really stand out, not that you won't now. Stay vigilant man, cheers!

If he's just putting his card there's nothing much you should do like others are telling you, but if he lingers there and tries to talk to her, put him on the spot. Position your body next to hers like you're a team and say "Alright mr. player, let's hear your pickup line, if you impress me I'm leaving." He'll barely be able to speak and honestly, if he kept frame with you staring in his eyes, he kind of deserves her haha

You're right in terms of focusing on the outer ab muscles but he should definitely inject some core work through the week. /r/Sepean summed it up but I'll give you my personal experience. I used to care too much about aesthetic too, why would I care about strength etc. Personally, on my body, the period I trained for aesthetics, was very unreliable. More strength, more testosterone...and ironically, though 3x10 is more for aesthetics and 5x5 is more for strength, I look way better than I did while on 3x10, actually getting compliments, actually getting leaner while getting cut. Basically, every person has a reality of their own. You have your own perceptions of things, she has hers. The goal is to hang so tight to your reality and perceptions of things, that she "enters your frame". Be it a subjective opinion, or a confrontation, you can see the future running a different course than hers and it's all about who wills the next moments enough to their reality. This is so refreshing, this is game. I was just thinking today how therapeutic lifting is. YMMV but my mind just goes empty while I'm lifting. No matter the stresses I have that day, my mind is just focusing on how my muscles feel (tightness, conditioning for the next set) and the music. Yeah raising sons isn't much of a question, what's more interesting is what kind of guy you'd want your daughter to find. Like you said, the best way to calibrate her standard is to set the example yourself, to show her that high value men like you do exist in abundance and she should better herself to nail him down to commitment. /r/redpillwomen can help with that I guess. I would've thought an RP guy would want his daughter to find another RP guy who's willing to commit to her. She'd never be …

I've experienced this and can relate 100%, perhaps on a milder level. I never explicitly said it, but yes deep down I felt for a long time that a lot of people around me were bitches to pleasure. And a few people realised that, I've noticed it particularly with my roommate, we have a pretty down to earth relationship and she kept saying she felt I was judging her all the time. We talked less and less, I wanted to keep focusing on whatever I'm doing instead of talking to her extensively. A few we…

True, but I t's about your tendency to addiction. I don't get a single thought of temptation after alcohol or weed, very easy to control but I can get hooked to a game for hours if I play just a couple rounds. So that's the balance I chose for me, your mileage may vary.

Very extensive topic, but like I said, that perceived realism is the real killer here. You're getting your dopamine fix of accomplishment from an allegedly "delayed grat" activity as in you play hard in order to get rewarded but it doesn't benefit you in any way in real life, it's not a natural healthy dose of dopamine, you just get sucked in this other world, emotionally invest in it and then consider its rewards enough so you don't work as much in real life. I did it first to fix my posture and force me to sleep on my back, to stop sleeping on my stomach, also thought it might help fix my lumbar lordosis. I lay a yoga mat on the hard wood and a blanket over it, that's it. Posture did improve a bit but the major difference I noticed was the deeper sleep. I sleep 4-5 hours and wake up sometime around 5 completely awake right out of bed. It is much harder to go to sleep though so you need to be tired down and sleepy going to bed. It's one of my main motivations to do anything, fearing it'll get harder and harder if I delay it, particularly approaches. Just jump into it and calibrate from the inside. Daunting tasks are the same, just start and within a day tops you'll have a clear enough plan for the next few days' work.

Just remembered another incident when a homeless guy was inside the ATM area of my bank (closed on a holiday), asking everyone coming in and out for money. All I needed to say was "Listen man I don't mean to be a dick but if on my way out I see you here, I'm calling the cops." About a week ago, I was walking with a plate in a subway station and a homeless guy stared at me. Having gotten used to not breaking eye contact, I kept staring right in his eyes as we walked past him. Right as I'm passing him, he tries to startle me by jumping extending his hand infront of me and shouting, like how you hid in a closet and startled your brother when you were young. What you should be more wary of is the aftermath of your family finding out. There's a big possibility they might if they live in the same house, especially across 2 years. They'll fire her of course, but I doubt they'll tell the agency or ruin her reputation, she'll find another job. But will they be fine with you being sexually active...if you're still financially dependent on them, you should take care. In a nutshell: Take the risk but be wary of the possible aftermath.

Biggest improvement that powered all the others was avoiding ALL instant gratification activities and implementing delayed grat ones. If I find anything in my life that would hurt now but give me a benefit later, I'm game. I believe it does. Possessiveness is an insecurity no matter how far up the levels a girl goes. If she's a wife of 20 years, you still need to understand that, although you'll take care of her, protect her, and try to keep her close, it wouldn't remotely be the end of the world if you split and actively operate from that mindset if it comes to it. You are still an independent human being with enough value to find someone else and therefore are not possessive. What I think Eddie's playing at and …

You're too attached, retract a bit, get real busy for a few days, meet her maybe twice a week tops until you have your head straight. Bonus: she'll go nuts over you. Just don't be cold so she doesn't think you're punishing her for something, just be busy all the time.

Let her talk for no more than 30 seconds, sometimes even I mention a past girl without realizing and I switch the topic quickly. If she goes off on the tangent too long, say "Listen babe I'm not your girlfriend, I feel like you still have feelings for this guy and if that's the case I can leave you to it" then have a new topic in mind to open since her face might be stunned by your abundance mentality.

Once you realize your true potential, not only does your sense of worth increases, but you have no more excuses to get shit done. You, my friend, are a man. I had written a post addressing exactly that. In terms of deepness of voice, project your voice from your chest, your diaphragm, feel it vibrate, don't project it from your nose. Listen, man...it's not about your build or being a wimpy pushover friendzone guy. I pulled myself from this rut. Few things you need to internalize: 1) This is completely natural at our age, it's a phase where you don't trust the world for its unfairness and are therefore demotivated to work for the targets you're promised. Some overcome it and excel and some lurk in this phase too long. Until it stops being a "phase" and starts becoming their life. You can always pull yourself back up, even if you fail uni, and are out on the street. That's the power of manhood. It's just th…

Meditate every single day, learn a new language, read out loud, work on a side project that'll help you in your field. If you'll watch a show or something, make sure it can help you somehow. Don't listen to the Big Bang Theory or some BP show that doesn't align with reality, watch Californication. If you binge on more than two episodes, know your willpower needs a check.

RSD Tyler once joked about this: "HAH bitch, you went on a date with me back then? Fuck that's sad. I wouldn't have given me a second look." Seriously though, I want to bring up an important point here. Dude, be honest, would you have it...ANY other way? Imagine hypergamy didn't exist and she loved you for the merits of your brain and the kindness of your heart. Would you remotely be the better person you are now? Would men be as competitive? Would men keep their game up even during relationship…

Humor's the easiest way of showing you don't care but you run the risk of overdoing it and showing more insecurity than flat out saying it.

This nothing but a guess, but the comedian side of me wants to laugh it off. Some cheesy line like "Oh that's from that time you ripped my heart out" or "They said I needed a better heart if I'll keep fucking girls this hard" or "Yeah I got in a fight the other day. You should see the other guy." When she asks more, then tell her in a calm voice about the operation playing it off like it was nothing. I don't think saying it changed your life and playing it up is a good idea, it's all in your hea…

It constantly amazes me how clear-minded men are at logic. This was so genuine it showed me the absurdity of the Nice Guy mentality I once had, an eye-opening trip down memory lane. Trust TRP for once, OP, it will make you happy.

It's a piece of the puzzle that many novice redpillers write off as a looking aesthetically good bit. I've always had high metabolism, when I stopped lifting for a couple of years, I never gained fat, my arms got disgustingly thin but I still had pecs and abs that I always hamstered "is enough to look good". What OP is saying, and needs to be said is, lifting improves your mental frame too.

Elaborate on the want to talk. I usually extend my hand, give her a twirl, and pull her away. Worked on 1 of 4 girls so far. What do you say if you want to offer value first?

I'm sure the strategy will be to never tell your girl you're taking it with any excuse like you heard it messes with your hormones. Have your girl take her birth control anyway.

Quality post, worth the read! Raised by a mother that feeds on debates, being in debate clubs and plenty of philosophy courses, I'd like to add a few basic tips for effective debating: 1) is obvious: hold your fucking frame. No emotions, don't make it seem like you're trying to win them over like a religious preacher, make it seem like you're exploring the truth together. If she gets emotional or yells or name calls or anything, "Check yourself, I won't be talked to this way, let's table this un…

However long, this analogy actually is pretty accurate and insightful. I would've emphasized that the replacement Man Car was able to climb to her parking spot. In fact, she won't accept a Man Car that overlocked his engine to get to her, he must be drifting around down the scale when she caught his headlights. You'll particularly see that with alpha widows. I noticed one I'm close with was suddenly very anxious about her social life and constantly tries to give everyone the illusion that everyo…
