Tell her to claim her income or you report her. Not a advice but that's what I would do in hope that she would be like "fine I don't want support from you but I won't report my income" in mean time I would collect as much evidence as possible

She won't leave it's the part of their toxic game. As soon as they have to close the door behind them they go back inside and pretend like nothing happened and then the next day start argument with you about how you weren't going to stop her when she was going to leave. You can sell it but she's your legal wife and is entitled to at least 50% of your assets if you didn't sign a prenuptial agreement before. It's super risky because knowing court system in America even that only your name is on title and you can sell it without her agreement if she takes you to court they might give it all to her. Do it at your own risk but talk to a lawyer first
