I am here looking for some knowledge, she works for straight cash and the only thing I can prove is her bosses name and what they do my questions is how hard is to prove that she works with this information, she is asking for spousal support of 2k but I feel she deserves nothing because she has left the marital homes many times for the last year and my 16 yr old says that he does not want to live with her because of her absence. I want to counter hard and heavy, I was willing to keep it outside the court by just splitting everything but she has decided to go for the hard way. Thanks and stay strong.
