So I have a quick question. We are in the middle of divorce and in reality I don’t care to loose the equity of the house and my 70k in retirement fighting in mediation and lawyer costs just to make sure she doesn’t get her way, in her eyes I been hiding money and she wants to get everything out just to piss me off we have a 16 yr old and its going to be 50/50 because that is what he decided. Should I nuke the whole thing and fight it or just roll over and have her call the shots…she works and in Oklahoma alimony only goes for 2 to 3 years and child support would be just for 2 years tops….I make 100k and she makes about 30k a year, I am just tired of her pushing for non sense.
