I'm going through same thing my friend. It hurts and let ut hurt. It sucks and I've been where your at recently. The best thing that I can suggest is the following. Gym, get some sun, eat healthier, focus on self improvement, enjoy your kids when you have them. These things can help. Doing this stuff is a step towards improving your mental health and you as a whole. Yes, over time it will get better and you by no means can give up. Your stronger than you think bud.

My God. Listen to us. How many of us men are going through divorce!? I start my mediation this week on the path to getting my divorce. Is this some type of epidemic that everyone is getting divorced? The only good thing that came out of it was my 2 kids. 41 and now I'm starting over. Part of me me wants to give up on love and just start traveling when I can on some solo trips of self discovery you know. That movie The Secret Life of Walter Mitty inspires me. Always loved that film.

Married because we were deeply in love. Loved spending time together. Whether we we were playing board games, going out or just being goofy. Married 11 years with 2 great kids that are 10 and 4. She says we grew apart and that she wants a divorce this past weekend. Talk about taking the wind out of your sails. I thought our marriage was fine. I feel blind sided and shocked. Says therapy won't change her mind either. Now it's time to rebuild my life and shape it a different way. Should there come…

I believe she's in fear to some degree. I think she may be going through a mid life crisis. Wants to change hair color blond. Has limp injections and botox. Talks about breast implants. And she goes to the gym 6 days a week. Maybe it's not idk

I feel your pain in this post. I truly do as I am going through this very similar thing. The one thing I have learned (again I am in your shoes right now too) is to do the following things: Talk to people who will listen (support groups or therapy) I'm doing therapy myself Going to the gym has been great for me. Try it. I go 6 days a week Eat healthy, drink alcohol once a week (socially) Get out in nature (take a hike or even a walk around your neighborhood) Be the best version of yourself. Not …

Its ok to grieve and take your time. But now you are free to follow your own course. Lift your head up and strive to move forward. You can do this!

Maybe my whole situation is fixable, but only is she wants to fix it as well. My wife and I have been married for 11 years and together for 13 years. We have 2 beautiful kids and a house were building equity in a great neighborhood. I have the life I have always wanted. But I see that now through her telling me a couple weeks ago that are marriage is not fine. I feel I am to blame as I feel I have been taking advantage of her care. I have not all the time put her needs above mine or the kids. Th…
