I'm blaming her for being pickmeisha and telling him. I'm not blaming her for leaving her husband... Who knows what happened there. I blame her for going straight to my "friend" LVM and telling him her feelings... That's just a big no and a bad move.

Gonna investigate deeper!

I like to watch TLC reality shows, I just can't help myself to see LVM in the wild... it's like a burning train and I can't look away, like a car accident...

It is bizarre. And I think that her marriage wasn't that good, but still, to tell LVM you have feelings for him is beyond...

There is not. He would tell me if he would do something with her. LVM always tell me about how girls touch them once. Sadly this is what is happening. I also saw their convo. This is basically what she told him. That's why I'm calling this pickmeisha hall of fame at best.

Congratulations! You are strong to leave his ass. He doesn't deserve you and your son. There is never a good timing for break up, so ignore it. You're not the asshole here.

I'm so sorry that you had no one to confide in. You need to find better friends. For me, I, thank god, have other good friends. One is even happily married, has kids and she always makes time for me and my rants. You will find good friends, don't worry :) It's just harder as we are older.

Thank you. I'm ok unless she starts to talk and rant about her anxiety which stems from her relationship. I'm trying and I can probably take it, but I need to think about it more.

But that's what I'm talking about - I can't change her and him. It's ok. But I don't know if I can watch it. It's too emotionally draining for me. It's about me in the end. I told her once, she didn't listen - that's it for me. Now I need to look inside myself if I can continue. That's what I'm asking. I'm not asking how to break them up.

It would be ok if he only delivered pizzas. But the worst thing is that he wasn't able to move for her and now she has to move for him. Even though he has 0 family responsibilities. He doesn't make sacrifices, that's my problem. I would have the same problem if he was a doctor, but his job makes it even harder for me to understand. Yeah, but in my country, doctors aren't loaded and I'm in pharmacy/medical science field so it's not such a big leap for me. EDIT: And I know I can't be a good friend…

My ex told me that I'm only cooking for myself and that he happens to be there so he eats it too, I was so angry. We broke up. He was a LVM.

I'm currently in academia too and I wouldn't date a PhD in my field, they are just... Weird. I didn't mean that every educated man is HVM, no way.

I'm not talking about intelligence, I'm talking about being ambitious ans persistent :)

Well this is true. My friend has a husband who is a chef , very good one and I would consider him a HVM now but he was addicted in his teens... and it is very usual in restaurants in all the world. But I have a soft heart for chefs

As for me, I love ambitious men! I don't care they work all the time, I want them to entertain me with their careers. I don't want a blob who will suck the life out of me. The more work, the better.

I meant with no option of career growth. Like, who flips birgers.

Where I'm from doctors get so little! I'm dating a few doctors now and it's not like I could be considered a gold digger. But.. I think I would want my SO to make significant amount if I were you. But you can also date another doctor.

Well, he can be home with a baby... I'm playing devil's advocate now, I agree with you, but this came to my mind.

But can a guy who lets you pay for his life have values? Unless he doesn't let you pay anything like vacations or gifts etc.... Then it's ok, but once you want something a little better, you'll have to pay for him.

Men who are loaded can be LVM and they usually are, lol.

Right? I don't want to provide him a better life from my workload.

So you say that he must provide at least so much that he can provide for himself and family? That's fair. Mainly if you work in a high earning field and he works as a teacher or some serious job.

I 100 % agree that rich doesn't mean HVM. Some rich guys are just LVM and probably most of them.

I meant more like flipping burgers job while you work in a seriouz firm.

This is meant as personal stuff we talk about, not the general stuff :) But thank you anyway!

When my ex went down on me, he was the first one to do so. He did a terrible job and I laughed at it. I thought I just don't like oral sex... Turns out that it was not oral sex but just a very soft licking that felt like I can imagine a little dog would do. Now that LVM is engaged to a overweight girl while he was telling me how he likes that I'm slim and that overweight girls are not his type. Lol.

This is my life. All my girlfriends are in serious relationships.... set with guys I wouldn't even go to a date with. Especially my bff whose bf is selling stuff on markets, is 28 and doesn't want a proper job.

I don't think that's the case... He's not attractive or good looking. He looks like neet. I think that he's too lazy to actually fuck someone.

omg that's also it! She's totally just, "I won't break up with him because of something this minor" and she says that to everything.

I don't think it's a toxic relationship. He's just LVM^2. She can do better or she can pressure him, but she won't. So her therapist probably won't bother about that. Actually he's lowering her anxiety... The therapist won't care about him having no future.

I like him. We managed to have 4 proper dates and one date at his apartment even though he has problematic schedule and it was Christmas. I really wish, if he is like he seems, to be something more serious. But I'm used to guys disappointing me. Like, I get a male attention, but I usually find them useless or they act like babies. He doesn't. For now. I wanna get to know him more. I never cared about sex, I have a condition that sometimes prevents me from having sex and it is important to me how …
