I am just using it as an analogy. From the point of view of a hard core Christian or Muslim, atheists and agnostics are more or less the same and aren't treated very differently. From the point of view of the feminist tumblrinas TRP and MGTOW are more or less treated the same and they are far more similar than they are different.

I sort of see TRP and MGTOW as comparable to Atheists and Agnostics, they are different but you would expect them to hang out at the same events and to fundamentalist Christians they are both the same. The two have different answers for what they want out of life but more or less share a near identical view of how the world actually works.

This is a very temporary technology. Eventually there will be a technology which enables you to plug your brain directly into a virtual world not unlike the Matrix where you can be fucking AI whores and to your brain it will seem 100% real. Likewise in this AI world you could also take a different body to yours, to your brain it will all feel very real. http://singularityhub.com/2015/01/26/ray-kurzweils-mind-boggling-predictions-for-the-next-25-years/ While this may on one hand kill the desire f…

The young men of the 60s-80s didn't really have to hustle. They just had to show up. This idea of having their own business was absurd for the most part. Basically all they had to do was show up and doing that would net them enough of an income to punch forward.

Get to know a lot of the boomers and their friends. Its amazing how many of them were completely uneducated and yet got well paying jobs when they were 19-20. Hell I am amazed by my dad's friends who are in their mid 50s and despite the internet being a thing for 20 years have never learned how to use a computer. Hence why I said earlier that a ton of these guys could not afford to buy the homes they have now with the jobs they have now. The ones who ended up getting fucked were people who waite…

You shouldn't but a lot of boomers inherited homes that their parents bought at even drastically cheaper prices. My dad's exgirlfriend inherited her grandmother's house that she bought in 1970s and due to some manipulation of the law pays a property tax rate based on a 1971 price evaluation. She is paying like $800 per year property tax on a home that if sold new would probably fetch $430k and thus be a $4300 per year property tax.

In California its really hitting the high end markets. There are huge homes in Newport Beach which have been empty for years and are just investment properties for Chinese and sometimes Arab investors.

Its just going to be a very different life. If you had an AS degree in accounting 30 years ago it probably would get you a job that started out at 2.5x minimum wage and full health insurance (granted this depends on where you are in America).

Go look up prices for things when your dad was your age. Especially local rents and find rent controlled apartments (sometimes he people have been there for 30 years and are paying the 1986 price or not far off it). You can also just look at college tuition prices. You can also just ask your father how much he was making when he was your age and then compare that pay to the current pay. Historically college tuition was far cheaper across the board. Peter Schiff did a thing a while back using the…

Yeah but you can look at other comparisons. A job that paid $13 in 1985 and the same job paying $15 today means that in comparison that was actually a much higher paying job back in the 1980s. Likewise health insurance that was $35 per month in 1985 was much cheaper than the same health insurance which is $235 today. College tuition that was $2500 in 1983 was far cheaper than the same college tuition that is now $19,000. A house that was $97,000 in 1982 (year my dad bought his house) is far chea…

The low interest rate is government manipulation to get people to spend more. It is how George Bush fought off the recession right after 9/11 and created the housing bubble. The high interest rate limits how big of a loan people can get. The lower the interest rate and the larger the loan, the higher the interest rate and the smaller the loan. This is because they are limited by their monthly payment. The low interest rate jacks up the price of housing and other heavily financed goods considerab…

A few things to note. Young people this era have much higher costs of everything than our parents and grandparents ever had. Housing in some parts of the country is 4 times the cost as it was 25 years ago. Most of my dad's friends bought homes when they were under $110,000 and now they are all $450k+. These middle aged men could not afford to buy the homes they have lived in for 25-30 years with the jobs they currently have. Houses in my area are being bought by married couples who both partners…

Also in the years that it takes to become successful and wealthy the guy will be thinking about her less and less. By the time he does see her again he will have mostly forgotten and she will totally remind him that she even exists and most likely whatever importance he put on her in the past will be nonexistent.

That won't happen. When you go several years, or decades without seeing people from high school and then suddenly see them again you will be a bit more torn up about people who died from cancer or died in car accidents, or far worse, had their children die at a young age. The chick who didn't want to fuck you when you were 16 and now 25 years later is a little overweight won't even register to you as being important. A lot of real life will happen between 18 and 38. I don't want this to sound like NAWALT. The type of power women are gaining is going to a particular type of woman who is mostly manipulative and weak using these skills to get support. Most men who play their cards right won't be involuntarily celibate until they are 27, but they will find that their life is better in their 30s than it was in their 20s. If you are having a really great 27 you will have an awesome 37 but for the majority of women having a great 27 will not mean a great 37.

Men start off on the wall. And really for a lot of dudes its not 14-15 years, its 20. It can easily be 13-33. Attractive women usually get it early and often and go through a completely different experience in life that starts when they are girls and intensifies at 13 and doesn't wear off for another 15 to sometimes 20 years. The thing is. During that time they never developed the coping skills and other life skills that the vast majority of men are supposed to develop when we are young.

I once came to the conclusion that most young woman will be incredibly turned off from a guy who will actually commit himself to her. Like the sort of dude who would actually do such a thing is incredibly unattractive. Her radar prevents her 22 year old self from getting the guys that her 45 year old self will actually want to be married to. These young chicks assume that dudes who are nervous or are not used to dating a lot of chicks and know all the moves are somehow total creeps. The players …

They don't bother looking into the next 10-20 years as a lot of those gals who got married end up without a seat again. Look up Naked Warrior. The book outlines strength methods using only bodyweight exercises and focuses on the one arm push up and pistol squat and various techniques to use leverage to make both of these exercises considerably more difficult apply an incredible amount of stress and tension on your body.

I will also bring this up. Your immediate goals regarding exercise should not be to look some particular way. Especially if you are over 30, and over 40 it should really not be your initial goal. People have so many muscular imbalances, faulty movement patterns, poor condoning, that they may need to spend considerable time working on all of these first long before they seek out strength and they should seek our strength first long before they have some sort of goal to look a certain way. If you …

I want to see this adjusting for age. The age of the average American is getting older and frequently as men age they become smaller and as women age they become obese (the reverse is also true but not as common). I would like to see the data for male vs female obesity for people born in 1995, 1990, 1985, 1980, 1975. The body positive movement is doing more long term harm to women they just don't know it. It brings me great joy to know that 18 months from now a porn will be produced where the camera man asks the starlet what she was doing in the year 2000 and she replies with "being born".

A lot of women ignore strength thinking that it will make them big. I think this is a bit of a problem coming from that people equate weight lifting with body building. Every human should be weightlifting, but very few people should be body building. But women just think that weight lifting is for body building. Hell a lot of older men think this too. My dad is shooting 60 and has always been physically very robust he figures any sort of weight lifting will just cause him to get big and he doesn…

LA is a bit different than the rest of Southern California. The women come out looking for millionaires and every good looking woman is a total alpha widow, one chick I knew was pining over her ex because the dude was on News TV. For living in California there are much better options, Orange County and San Diego have more to offer than LA does.

I am convinced that the most attractive older chicks move to places like LA and the chicks who have wall issues try to avoid the place. I have just known so many women who were 7 or better who moved to the area in their 20s and so many chicks who were 4 or worse who all made a point to leave the area.

Buddy of mine lives in Mission Beach and he said that every week there were new girls 19-30 visiting from all over the country. They were in vacation mode so what they did there didn't matter. On Tinder he was banging 2-4 per week. Then as soon as he was finished they were on a plane back to wherever it is they came from. I don't know if there are any RNs in Indiana who have 2.5 kids and a have earned a net worth of $5m+ by the time they are 30. She was making more a month than they were a year. Meaning she made more a in 2 years than they will make in nearly 25.

The famous Alec Baldwin speech from glengarry glen ross has a line "I wish you good luck but you wouldn't know what to do with it if you got it". That is more or less the tragedy of young hot chicks. If she is making $100k per year (point of interest, 19 out of 20 people who have jobs make less than $100k per year. http://whatsmypercent.com/ has a pretty interesting breakdown) he has to make significantly more than that to really count. I remember that. People thought they were living the high life because they just paid $490,000 in 2006 for a home that just six years earlier was sold for $150,000. They made the best investment ever. And a year later in 2007 that home was assessed for $530,000. They are on absolute cloud nine. When women are young they typically do a very job of creating a high value 30-40 year old version of themselves. The excess drinking, the partying, the poor life planning. What you get when a 35 year old woman comes out is a disaster. Some chicks have it figured out that being a turbo slut when young results in being ruined goods when they are older. The norm is to be treated as if you are invisible. However keep in mind this is usually by young women who have tons of male attention. I have a bit of this as well. When I was younger I didn't understand it but there is a lot to like about it now. I find things very enjoyable that most people wouldn't, so I can go through life being a lot happier. As I got older the ability to check out of people I didn't want to deal with has grown considerably. Some chick takes up too much emotional energy and she is gone. Being above average in Los Angeles is different than being above average in the rest of the country though. If you throw in women living in nursing homes in their 80s that will juice the numbers. But if you look at 32 year old white women living in Los Angeles most of them look better than she does.

For 32 year old women in the US she is above average. Like adjusting for her age group. There are probably 2 million women her age in this country and she is in the top half. But in Los Angeles, lol, no, definitely bottom half of 32 year old women. And when you remove the age qualifier and pit her up against women 10 years younger than her she is way down on the list. Women in LA aged 18-35 is a pretty fierce group and she is definitely in the bottom third.

She has the potential to be an age adjusted 40 year old 7. However I have a feeling over the next 7-8 years she won't do the thing she should do to make this happen. I have known chicks who had looks comparable to hers when they were in their early 30s only to show up at 40 looking not much different while others who were alright looking at 32 looked like old hags at 40. She is slightly heavy and in person would likely not appear as fat as people think she is. Its important to note that while any individual woman can be AWALT on a whole as a group not all women are AWALT. Most women don't take on the wild party girl phase very strong in their late teens and early 20s. Some go full blown, and some just do it a few times a year. Some chicks fuck 15 chads a year, some fuck one chad every 2 years. Some women are smart and know they are hot and know that they won't be in the hottest 5% of all women for very long (even if they are the hottest 5% of women in…

The whole Fuck You Money thing can be more of a Fuck You Lifestyle. You don't go out and make millions to where you can do whatever you want (the short term success rate for this is very small). I have friends who are employers and they have told me that they usually don't want to hire single men who live with their parents (or even with room mates), or even wealthy people were not ideal. They preferred a dude who has a mortgage on a house or a fairly pricey place to rent. Not because this makes…

The most misleading thing people buy into is that they just jump right in and make tons of money really fast. I have been running my own business since 2008 (more seriously since 2011) and money does not come in fast. If you marry a chick when you are 19 and create a business and own a bunch of assets and divorce her when you are 40 you are completely fucked. The best way to protect yourself in such a situation would be to over time acquire other assets that you can use to buy her out so to speak. This may be BroEconomics but an issue right now with mortgages is that their interest rates are low and therefore the prices of homes are very high. My dad bought his home in 1982 for $90k, very high interest rates, very cheap homes. By 2005 it was valued at $350k. Very low interest rates and very expensive homes. So buying a home with a mortgage right now could be a really bad idea because 10 years from now mortgage rates could be significantly higher than they are today and the price of the ho…

Especially if they were very attractive when they were young. A young attractive teenage girl will be at what many people consider to be at her peak despite putting no effort in. You could be 45 when she is 33. You can marry a 25 year old and in 15 years she will still be a 40 year old who you never want to fuck again. If anything I think betting on a the outcome of a 35 year old would be much better than betting on the outcome of a 25 year old.

Because men and women peak at different times, men usually get married at their absolute lowest point while women get married at their absolute highest point. When you are young, you are more or less dealing with women in their prime who have a shitload of options. More options than they realize. I am going to bring up a contrary point to your never older than 25. Your advise to not marry a 35 year old hag would be good if women didn't age, but they do, marrying a 25 year old may result in you being married to a 35 year old hag given enough time. The wall is more of a competitive thing. Once women hit the wall they lose their competitive advantage to younger more attractive women. I think this idea of feminism as empowering women to ruin themselves via nonstop casual sex is all a con. Women know that for women, having lots of sex with lots of men causes mental issues and can greatly reduce a woman's long term appeal. So they encourage this behavior as means to sabotage them. For the women who aren't party sluts it is to their advantage to have other women become party sluts because now it raises their value.

Women don't strike at the most opportune time, when the guy is in college and instead are looking for them after they have reached success in life. But most women I know more or less always expect a guy who makes more than they do, even if the girl is making $95k per year, her minimum requirements are $100k+.

Its crazy how bad women are at this though. They will spend a bunch of time partying and will usually not show much interest in the men in college who have the brightest financial future. A lot of the guys in engineer, finance, and other nerdy but usually high earning careers have girlfriends who are 5s and 6s and they are usually totally loyal to them. The 8s, 9s, and 10s look for dudes who come from wealthy families first.

There are many studies that show different gender wage gaps, each one uses a different methodology and comes to a different result. Some show 77 cents on the dollar, some show somewhere in the high 80s, and others show closer to 97 cents on the dollar and others show 104 cents on the dollar (when you adjust for young people who are childless women tend to make more than men). These feminists don't pick a methodology they pick the results that most support their political action. Breast Cancer an…

Doesn't do much if he got his MD and started working after they got married. Especially if they were married for years before he starting making good money. The best thing to do would be to divorce her before he makes any more money, call it all a loss, agree to pay everything and give her everything knowing that his income will go up drastically at some point in the future and that income will remain his.

San Francisco for example only has a tiny bit of ghetto left compared to what they had in the 1980s and there are developers ready to tear it down and build high-rise luxury housing. In the 1970s and 1980s wealth left the cities and the ghetto took over, this trend started its reverse in the 90s and clicked into over drive in the 2000s. I know a guy who set himself up this way. He was buying properties and then using the rent to pay for the mortgage, which he then leveraged to buy more. His out of pocket investment was less than 1/6th the price of each home. When the homes pay for themselves they go on to paying for more homes. If his wife of nearly 40 years divorces him, he can sit there and throw these properties at her. While his investment is minor she will get the full value of the property. The thing with heavy is that it is easy to do wrong and if your body is imbalanced it will not make things any better in the long run. I also do exercises that require much lighter weights and they are better, but they take considerably longer to learn.

Pavel is great. Everything he has written regarding physical culture is worth reading. Simple and Sinister is such a good place to start and creates a target that even most in shape people are unable to hit without considerable work. If you are brand new, it is the absolute best path to go down for your body, but it will not give you the immediate 'huge' results. But if you decide to go body building after you mastered S&S you will be doing it on a much better foundation.
/r/TheRedPill16/02/16 08:33 PM

Nothing. Its highly technical and one of the best ways to get in shape but is inefficient for the goal of body building. However, a skilled practitioner of body weight exercises will likely be more well rounded and possibly even stronger than a body builder. Most people just want some immediate mass increase and are looking for the most efficient way to do that.

Be smart about this. Especially if you have never done it before. A lot of people have horribly imbalanced bodies and going immediately to body building usually doesn't correct those imbalances, and isolation moves will often ignore many crucial muscle groups and stabilizers. What I would recommend is picking up a solid GPP (or General Physical Preparation). This is also due to the incredibly lopsided abundance mentality that young men and women have. At age 18 most females have far more options than 18 year old males do. Far more. A greater percent of 18 year old females are dating and having regular sex than 18 year old males. Usually to older guys (19-25) while 18 year old guys get very little attention from older women. When I was 18 I never heard a single dude my age say "I only date older girls", and most 18 year old women I knew more or less …

Maximize SJW infighting whenever possible. When black feminists accuse white feminists of being super privileged and making issues out of things which only affect wealthier white women they need to be supported in the shadows. If you ever orbited a chick when you were a teen or in your early 20s, its ok, and its ok to fuck them, but don't give them any sort of relationship. Especially at 30+. There are chicks I orbited a dozen years ago that today I would fuck but nothing else. No commitment for them either.

Every time I go to SF I see attractive women walking around. Way more so than most other cities I visit. I have always considered the place a hot chick magnet (with Coastal Southern California being the number one hot chick magnet). A hot chick living in Bumblefuck Indiana is stuck with the dudes in Bumblefuck. But she can move to Orange County, San Diego, Silicon Valley, or San Francisco, and pull a much higher quality dude. Go visit most small towns off the path, most of the women are nowhere …

There is a slight modification to this. Younger women will often be attracted to older men. Women who are 18-25 will fuck dudes who are in their late 20s and early 30s. But generally as they age their upper age limit tends to get closer to their own (as a general trend). So right out the gate, when a woman is 18 and still tight and can bank on her youth keeping her attractive she will have an incredible range of options. 18-35 no problem if she wants. As where dudes the same age are stuck with 1…

This. About 1 in 20 men are sociopaths and exhibit this violent and aggressive behavior towards others. Most men get along very well and are typically never aggressive towards each other. However these sociopath men have a following that is 5 times as common as the sociopath men are. Even if that following is still a minority of women. At younger ages people are a bit more primal. Sociopath high schoolers are usually at their most aggressive and the easy to tingle teen girls are the most open. I…

I wonder how these laws will affect women who do comparable things. Would any high profile celebrity who has been accused or even convicted of domestic violence be denied entry? Would famous women be denied entry if they have accusations of domestic violence? http://www.ranker.com/list/celebrities-charged-with-domestic-abuse/celebrity-lists?&source=emshare I have a feeling just about everyone on this list would not have the laws apply to them.

This is an important factor. Even if it is the perception that the new guy is some how matter she will fall for it. If he drives a nicer car, wears fancy clothes, shows off vacation photos she will see a lifestyle she can have, even if it is 100% financed by high interest debt. A strategy some guys have is go super into debt to show off some lifestyle and pull someone in that way. Chicks fall for it.

I think this is comparable to the anger phase and is a coping mechanism for the reality that they will have to do something in their life should they want to be happy. I disagree. An Incel should go MGTOW and make a conscious effort in perusing their own happiness and improvement rather than focus on women. Their whole issue is that they invested so much emotional energy into getting a woman and have failed, and now they are incredibly upset with themselves (or more likely, at women directly). With Startup companies a lot of the time early employees will have the option of limited pay but stock options or greater pay but no stock options. The company could fizzle, but if it gets bought out and absorbed by a larger company the stock options will be worth far more than whatever pay they were going to get up front. I know multiple dudes in this world, the word from their wives is this "Money now." They want the shortest term benefit at the expense of a long term much larger benefit.

The sort of women that appear in men's magazines and the sort of women that appear in high end fashion are very different. Usually the women in men's magazines are still thin, but can easily be 15-20 pounds heavier than the one in the fashion magazine. In her prime, Kate Moss was 5'7 and had a weight of 104 pounds. Jen Selter is 5'6" and weighs 125 pounds.

Something to note from this. The whole "Team Girl" thing is a partial myth. The 8s-10s are more or less lone wolfs and the 1s-5s usually despise them. 6s-7s will sort of try to compete with them a bit thinking they have a chance. But the hot girls don't get any sympathy or help from the majority of women. A 45 year old woman who is overweight but a hard working professional will absolutely HATE a 25 year old hottie going through life on easy mode.

I disagree. Both are born with tool boxes and born are born with a genetic hand. Its just that a lot women end up being attractive early on and don't have to actively work at it. Some dudes are born with DNA that will allow them to be 6'3", naturally buff, perfect skin, a great smile. They don't have much going against them early on. Some women have to lift weights, do pilates, eat right, go to the salon every month, just to pull off being a 7.

The Irony is that a lot of the women who grow up there grew up in incredibly wealthy families and don't care so much about a dude who makes money because they are already independently wealthy. I have personally seen it with my own eyes. I have had chicks in that area know I was broke show interest in me while they overlooked the tech workers who made 10 times as much as I was making. Bay area living is insane but with years racked up at google he could command higher pay elsewhere. The big money made in Silicon Valley is made from people who start a company and then that company gets bought out and their stock options were worth several million. No young woman in their right mind would stay in the midwest if they could have a life that is paid for in Silicon Valley. Multiple times I have tried to explain to my chick friends that the wall is real. That what they are experiencing now in their 20s is just a phase. That attraction from the sort of men they like will wane dramatically. That partying is the biggest waste of time and squandering their lives away. It goes over about as well as explaining to a bunch of creationists that earth is billions of years old and our ancestors were not always human. Most women are incapable of being 22 and planning for a wor…

There is no downside to showing no interest in single moms.

You need to be genuine with what you are interested in. If you thought dressing like a hipster would impress other people and it didn't, that is on you. Dress how you like, learn what you like, get ideas from other people. But don't do things anticipating what women like. There is no need to grow some beard and put your hair in a man bun because that is the flavor of the week. Likewise with photography. If you did it because you liked it. Fine. I have a much more pragmatic concept of the wall. Its all about starting off with abundance and thinking that is normal. Imagine this. Two twin siblings. One boy and one girl. In the high school age group if these two will have different SMV but it will still be in the same ballpark. The girl will probably have more guys approaching her than the guy does, but if he puts a little effort and prioritizes women he can likely go out with girls. The "Male feminist", especially the more aggressive types is just another form of NiceGuy. They are trying to score points with women. The idea that the only legacy men leave behind is their children is outdated. No one knows who their great great great grandfather was unless that person either did something to make them famous or they are obsessed with genealogy. Create works which will out last your life. People often assume that those taking on any sort of alpha role are going to be total sociopaths to the betas in the group and horribly mistreat them. This usually isn't the case.
