I'd like to remind the folks here that Aba and Preach are extreme racist pieces of garbage who deserve zero positive attention. I wonder why he's being portrayed as "positive/progressive masculinity" here when they've made such extremely hateful and racist remarks. <image>

Feminism has opened up the gates for women to have aspirations and ways of self fulfillment other than the stereotypical "get married, have a baby and spend the rest of your life on luudes/benzos" It didn't really take those aspirations away from men, at least not on a larger scale. Corporations, Billionares and Boomers that keep voting in favor of them are the ones that keep making it more and more unrealistic to fulfil aspirations that men used to previously have. Think, owning a house, afford…

No progressives don't fail to acknowledge the fearmongering of black men. They fail to acknowledge how them being men exacerbates the issue, aka the gender aspect of it. Like the fearmongering is about black MEN. So there's certainly a racial aspect and a gender aspect, but progressives only ever talk about how their race caused them to unfairly be seen as criminals, and don't talk about how their gender also causes this. I'm not asking you to stop talking about this. I'm saying stop talking abo…
/r/AntiFeminists08/07/22 12:22 PM

Yes people are sensitive to that example because it's been used to create fear of black men. But it's also been used to create fear of men in general. Like fear is mostly generated against black MEN. So there's certainly a gender aspect of it that progressives never acknowledge. You mentioned how we always shut down discussions on female victimization... why is being victim of murder even a gendered thing? That's what baffles me! Women are much less likely to be victims of violent crimes meanwhi…

How would you feel if someone said that they're tired of white people being killed by black men. If they write an entire article about how much it sucks that white people have to live in fear because of black people. And how white people should all unite against black violence until it stops.... don't you think that comes off as racist? The problem isn't that they care about women. It's that they care only about women. When a woman gets mufdered, it's like a whole thing about ohh she didn't get …

Yeah life in prison is good enough for her. Nah I am super informed about the Kyle Rittenhouse case. I watched the entire trial live on Rekieta Law's channel. Idk why you bring up racial hatred. "It seems there’s nothing women can have – not even their status as a marginalised sex class – that men will not expect them to share" It's literally quite the other way around. Also being hateful doesn't require the hated person to be fucking marginalized. Also women aren't marginalized. The status was falsely claimed by feminists and retards. I remember a woman made a tiktok where she said that she crossed the street when she saw a black guy walking to on her side and in her mind she was thinking "I'm doing this because you're a man, not because you're black. I'm not racist!". This is what I hate so goddamn much about most feminists. They would justify shit against men so hard and it's the same thing they'd crucify someone for doing against black people.

/r/AntiFeminists17/05/22 03:56 PM

Nah I've personally never heard someone use incel just to describe an unattractive or asocial man. 'Virgin' is always used. 'Incel' is used against whoever opposes feminism or criticizes the behaviour of any woman. Feminists overuse the word 'incel' very much I agree but I don't think they're shaming you for your sex life. They're shaming you for having different views than them and accusing you of extremism
/r/AntiFeminists15/05/22 04:04 AM
5

'Incel' is not used to describe just any sexually inactive guy. Sure it was started to describe that. It's now an online political movement that is very hateful towards women and sometimes even men. So when anyone calls you an incel, they aren't insulting you based on your sex life, they're accusing you of being associated with an extremist movement. On that note however, the word 'virgin' as an insult should retire.

Yeah the people who are personally attacking you by misgendering or calling you mentally ill are pieces of shit. I was just able to read your post moments ago and now it got removed. Wtf? Anyways I really appreciate the last sentence you wrote but this is exactly why I don't like most people who call themselves feminists because they only support their own side
/r/MensRights11/05/22 04:27 AM
2

It's not your gender that's absurd. It's literally just a political movement that has got way too much power due to their bullying tactics. Hell, where I live 92% of women don't call themselves feminist so gender really isn't the issue here

Yeah advices at the gym are great unless you're kinda insisting that they follow the advice. And the girl at this gym was just doing what a lot of people do where you just go to the gym to stay fit and active and aren't too dedicated to it and for a lot of people that's completely fine. I personally don't like Elon Musk because of how big of a hypocrite he is. He doesn't truly believe in free speech as Tesla fires people for criticizing the company and Elon doesn't seem to oppose that. He's also a guy who's very prone to pandering. Another example would be how Marlon Brando made an offensive comment in the 90s saying "Jews run Hollywood" and faced a lot of backlash for it and even had to apologize. Meanwhile Natalie Portman essentially said the exact fucking thing about men with the "all male nominees" comment and apparently that's a very noble thing to do. They have the same morality, same tactics, just different targets

It seems an interesting concept but the people who subscribe to it are extremely adamant on holding the narrative that men are privileged opressors even though almost all the victims of racism, homophobia, anti-immigrant sentiment, islamophobia etc. that they talk about are men. Lemme explain this way. If you ask them for examples of LGBTQ+ discrimination, they'd talk about how many countries have outlawed MALE homosexuality(that's usually the case) and how gay men are treated like predators Whe…

I get your point. Yes the government may have terrible intentions and a lot of the vaccine rules are fucking ridiculous. But I find vaccine mandates much less disruptive to my life. They don't bother me in my day to day life as much as mask mandates. And the rules/laws regarding vaxx mandates aren't as ridiculous senseless and re**rded as mask mandates and all the business shutdowns.
/r/MensRights08/04/22 11:21 AM

Yeah vaccine mandates are usually fine for me. But miss me with those goddamn masks. My gym has fucking ridiculous mask rules. I'd be using a machine.. then I'd have to wear a mask while I'm walking towards the machine 20 feet away.. then remove it to workout. How do people not see that this doesn't make any sense at all

I personally don't mind vaccine mandates. Vaccines are passive in nature. You get your dose and you can continue living your life the exact way you were living before. Just like all the other vaccines and shots. But fuck masks. Fuck having to keep them on. They're so goddamn uncomfortable. And the rules surrounding masks were absolutely senseless. One of the most insane rules regarding masks I've experienced is wearing it in between bites of food. Also I hate how soo many people's businesses wer…

Someone commented | The kind of vulnerability women want from us is the stuff they see in rom-coms. It's not actually real. Real vulnerability is ugly and unpleasant, not some 6' jacked dude telling his girlfriend he likes butterfly gardens. The conversations around male vulnerability are less about men's actual feelings and more centered on women's desires, which makes me want to open up less, not more. This is soo damn true

Most of the systemic injustices men face as a gender are also things that black people face as a race, so denying systemic misandry is as dumb as denying systemic racism. You can't just believe that disproportionate incarceration, police brutality, profiling, violence make black people systemically oppressed but not men even though they both face it. How is misandry not systemic? There are literal systems in place that discriminate against men systrmatically. Please look at this post. How come laws, judicia SYSTEMS, school SYSTEMS etc discrimnate against men and you still believe that all this is not systemic? Well those are not handpicked examples. I have them from top of my head. For almost every female issue that feminists adress, they ignore and neglect an equivalent male issue. The best analogy AND example would be the boy scouts and the girl scouts. The boy scouts didn't allow girls so they had to change their policies to accomodate girls too and had to change their name to Scouts. This seems good on surface until you realise how noone bothered to do anything about girl scouts which excluded boy…

From all I can see, feminism does stand for exclusively ending male privileges and not giving a damn about female privileges. You may claim otherwise, but the actions of the movement show exactly that. I can say that about almost every issue.. at the start of the movement, women couldn't vote and men were forced to go to war. /r/AntiFeminists23/09/21 09:51 PM

It basically means that whenever a white woman goes missing, she gets a lot more attention and sympathy by the society than a missing woman of any other race would get. This is a way to criticize the society for racism. Journalist Joy Reid brought this up in regards to the famous Gabby Petito case. My issue is how people are only angry at the racism towards POC being shown here but not at the sexism towards men.

Saying that feminists want abusive women to be held accountable ignores the fact that feminists have supressed DV statistics(Mary Koss), made slogans like "teach men not to rape" which imply that men are inherent perpetrators, neglected male victims(Johnny Depp), prevented gender neutral rape laws multiple times in India, blocked a movie about men's issues from the entire country of australia, care almost exclusively about FMG and not about circumcision. To be fair I don't think women have a higher tendency to abuse children. This data only shows the difference between who ends up doing it but I think it's because of the fact that women are given where they can do this shit more often.

Why do they wanna use child support as a revenge system against men, most of whom are more pro choice than women... and why does their discussion of reproductive rights only revolve around the 5 states where women's rights are at risk even though men's parental right's are non existent in all states including these 5. Edit: wanted to add smth.. men have zero reproductive rights almost everywhere while women's reproductive rights are only challenged in 5 states yet that's what everyone chooses to…

Thank You for your kind words! It means a lot. I'm fortunately gonna be out of that situation soon. I mean feminism might be supposed to be for equal rights but the people who associate with it are either outright hostile towards men, or don't show 1/10th of the support for men's issues as they do for women's issues. For example with the MeToo movement, there was a lot of talk about SA survivors and their struggles and they even raided a congressional building just to try to get an accused perso…

Well my point isn't to argue that any of the memes is correct. My point is that why do people who push the narrative in second meme as their activism bs get offended over the top one even though they mean the same damn thing just for different groups. Remember... it is not meant to prove racists right, it's meant to prove feminists wrong.

The teachers are amazing! I remember how one of my female teachers told me that if I want people to stop calling me a f*ggot, I should stop acting like one. This story really melts my heart to know that there are people willing to stand up for young boys. It's even better that noone used this to go around calling masculinity toxic. Welcome to the darkside partner. I learnt the real truth about feminism the hard way as well. As a kid, I used to be very much into feminism and toxic masculinity shit

The fact that it did almost nothing to protest the laws which exclude male rale/assault victims it's rejection of due process. 'Believe All women' need I even explain?. The fact that it became political to the point where they are going after the politicians of only one side and the other side gets a pass

I would advise you to not interact on that sub. The members there overlap with r/FDS. It's just not worth it, let sad fucks be sad

I am all for due process and I fully support the rights of the accused and am a critic of the MeToo movement. However, lying and character assassination shouldn't be treated as severe of crimes as rape

Tbh you shouldn't expect the subs r/FragileMaleRedditor or r/FragileWhiteRedditor to have good content. r/FMR and r/FDS have a huge overlap so you can be confident that the people there aren't sensible and they don't represent how people in the real world think or act

Tbh JizzFeed is kind of a low hanging fruit. It's like incels but female. The worst part is that all of these products with printed quotes exist.

Is there any sub related to female issues and experiences where they don't perpetuate hate against men? I would expect a feminisr sub to be like that but 2x's name implies that it is focussed on women not manhating but reality is dissappointing lol. Like so far I found r/AskWomen to be okay and the women there aren't bigoted

But it is not the 'masculinity' that is toxic. It's the enforcement of it. No part of masculinity says that we should shame anyone for not having same attitudes as us.

I saw that post and one person said that it was good to call out r/FDS and they got downvoted. Someone else defended FDS and they got upvoted. That sub is purr feminazi behavior

She has been on this earth for 40 years and still complains about men on the internet. Social media was a mistake. Tbh at least it's easier to know who to avoid so I can't be getting too mad at social media

I always found this argument about how men have opresssed women in the past centuries absolutely stupid. I am not denying the consequences of history don't get me wrong. I understand the privileges that you get from your ancestors if they were privileged but they apply almost exclusively to things thay can be inherited from your ancestors like race, and religion(in most cases). Gender isn't one of the thing. If I am a white person and you are a black person then that means that your ancestors fa…

I am an uncircumsized man and have always been super uncomfortable with nakedness. Just last year(before covid) I had started being able to get competely undress while changing in the locker room and literally no man ever did anything about it

There were women on twitter complaining about how all of the attention he got was intentional and he did it to take the focus away from the historic victory of a black womxn. It was absolutely ridiculous on twitter

I think women deserve a different subreddit like this that focusses on their perspective. Not to exclude women or turn them away from here or something, but no matter how inclusive we try to be, women are always gonna find it hard to find any advices relevant to them considering how large the difference between number of men and the number of women participating here is

The people at r/AskFeminists literally said that they wanted to cancel and bully Roma Army off of YouTube and wished that she gets deplatformed. I understand that many Men's advocates might not agree with her views but she is soo much better than most feminists that I have ever known or talked to and would never want anyone to be deplatformed unless they promote violence.

Seems like he's insecure about all that. I personally don't think it's bad if a man wants to take a traditional gender role and be the provider for the person he's with and pay for their food etc. But he seems a bit excessive when he insists on paying even for the little coffee you bought for him. I am not saying this to criticise him or smth, he seems like a very wonderful person just like you. But he is so insecure about taking favours to the point where it's not just favours. Some people just…

Okay I will list the biggest issues that I think men face:- 1. Court Bias 2. Men receive Less empathy 3. Paternal Rights 4. Unreasonable financial expectations/standards 5. Circumcision of infants 6. Homelessness 7. Gay men being making up the largest amount of anti LGBTQ+ hate crime victims 8. The difference in how we look bi men vs bi women i.e that bi women are desired by straight men, bi women and lesbian women whereas not many bisexual men are desired by women as they are too 'gay' for them…

But it's unfair how mainstream it is to call the male part of it toxic masculinity and the female one internalized mysoginy. And people do this knowing that one sounds hostile and the other term doesn't

Can you give me some examples of male problems that are caused by feminism? I used to support the movement earlier and gradually started being indifferent to it when I saw the direction which it was going in and how delusional the people are. However, I would love to know about the male problems that have occured as a result of it in order to decide whether I wanna be actively against the movement or not

So this basically talks about how there is an extreme bias between how we see men's mental health and women's mental health. It's mostly regarding the fact that when women fall into things like self harm and abuse it's mostly blamed not being able to put up with society's unreasonable standards whereas for men it's their internal issues and toxic masculinity

I remember some men in my country did less than half of this to a woman and those men got convicted and rightfully hanged. We literally cheered and celebrated in the streets when we found out about the executions. And when a woman does it people are cheering in support of her. And yet still everyone tells me that I have the privilege

There is one more female hero that not many people talk about. She's called Edith Cavell, she was a nurse during WW1 who treated wounded men of all sides (British, French, German and Belgian) and kept her personal and national interests aside just to do her job indiscriminately. She was universally loved by every one but she got tried and executed by the German Empire due to which the neutral world started leaning against the German Empire. She was so influential that her death changed the feeli…
