White men are more at risk than black women. If anything police brutality and systemic discrimination in the justice system is a male issue, but it is only talked about as a black issue and a womans issue. Same goes with education. Women dominate everywhere except a subsection labeled 'STEM' (which excludes biology and medicine, btw) and that is somehow the big problem. It doesn't matter which group it is most harmful to, if it's a male issue it's getting ignored.

Just to add another top post: No The MRM is a global movement with a specific goal. It has clear objectives and measurable problems. What this article seems to be doing is saying that we should care about the racial politics that are unique to the USA, despite the fact that a huge amount of the MRM has absolutely nothing to do with the USA politically. Why doesn't BLM take a stance on the MRM? The whole class struggle has been almost entirely subsumed by identity politics. In fact if you control for gender and class the complaints of BLM largely vanishes. But that's all anyone ever talks about now. "White privilege", so much for class solidarity. It's a question of agency. Women are viewed as having none, so any bad behaviour on their part is assumed to be from an external source. This is why 'I was abused' plays so well for women in court. Men are viewed to have agency, so if they did something bad (or something bad happened to them) then it's their own fault. The whole feminist 'leniancy for women' movement, at its core, is incredibly sexist.

I don't see anything unexpected at all. Feminism is simply the 'womens lobby'. Take a non-gendered problem and tackle the female side of it, see. Feminism is largely a motte-and-bailey argument. "It just means equality". No, it doesn't. Feminism is an -ism. It's not a synonym with equality. It's an ideology that describes the problems and outlines a solution and is fundamentally opposed to the concept of mens rights. Womens rights, outside of feminism, largely isn't a thing. Please note that this study will not tell you 'what percentage of MRA's are women'. It will only tell you the gender breakdown of the users on this sub. Look in to anti-male institutional bias in education. That should sink any claims of Mens Rights being unnecessary. The fact that female teachers downgrade male students is a good one. Only two suggestions: No editorializing and overly emotional statements. Don't tell people how to feel about things, simply present the evidence. Back up everything you say with academic studies and official stats. They do exist for most of it as without overwhelming proof you will not be believed.

It's a ridiculously easy fix. Basically if the scores of a class go significantly outside of a gender balanced norm then it is looked in to and things are re-marked (anonymously). If things are biased the teacher is given 'Implicit bias training' (haha) and if the situation reoccurs more than three times the teacher is fired.

It should be called the 'parenthood gap' as it almost entirely disappears if you remove women who have children from the stats. The obvious solution, of course, is father rights. Equal custody, equal paternity and none of this 'mum knows best' crap that permeates our culture. It's interesting how often 'unreliable narrator' is thrown around. If this is the case then surely it applies to everything on that sub. It only seems to be a problem if it stops people coming to the conclusion that they want to come to. The key is the "& sexual assault" added on the end and then define any unwanted male approach as sexual assault and then, when it's time to talk about it, only mention the '1 in 5 women raped' part of it. Essentially they set out to get as large a number as possible through means that are misleading and entirely lacking in scientific rigour or even basic honesty. tl;dr, they just make it up, it's not based on anything real.
