Yeah your number 1 priority is seek legal advice. You should have done this yesterday. My wife is leaving me for no fault of my own, we have kids, and she is treating me like I killed her cat and shit in her cereal. It's safe to assume that no matter what you do or don't do, she is going to go after whatever she feels is rightfully hers and if shes gaslighting and projecting onto you, then I wouldn't hesitate to believe she will go for more for the sake of getting a W. She drew her line in the s…

Yeah she already got a full show when I was getting ready to take a shower. This was before I found it. Soo... After talking to a lawyer and the police, they said since its in our own home it doesn't count even though its in a place of expected privacy. I can however sue her for invasion of privacy, just no criminal charges. Im not sure that's entirely accurate still. (I'm in texas btw).

My understanding is hers is motion controlled, she can view with an app on her phone. There is an sd card but you can also pay for cloud backup storage.

Unless its immediate. Meaning... she assualts me and I immediately contact the cops. She wont really have time to remove anything. Since I know they are there I just have to be extra careful.

Yeah I already pleased to my mom how much I miss her and what not while around the camera. Camera also got a full show before I took a shower. I will sue for invasion of privacy.

Ill leave it on and continue my good behavior. This way if something happens and cops get involved I can call them and say, check the camera.

Found it. I have photo of camera and its presence on my wife through my ISP app. I turned all wifi off this morning to stage an outage. Ring doorbell and everything went off. Captured my evidence and then turned everything back on. Hopefully she doesn't suspect otherwise. Will talk to my lawyer tomorrow.

I found one this morning.

Just bought one. But once I find it... Just take pictures saying I found it? then leave it? My Spectrum app does allow me to pause devices from the network. But if I know its there, then I can leverage it against bogus claims. Ill just be a good o boy around it. Not that I haven't been but yeah. Its like 2 years prison and 10,000 in fines to put a camera in the bathroom.

Our home, master bedroom. His/her closet, specific closet it hers, and its within the bathroom area of the master bedroom.

Only thing with baby monitor its a shared device. She knows I have access to it, just not smart enough to think about the fact it has a mic. Im a user on the app with my own profile. Sometimes I just like to check on my kid when my angry wife takes off for the weekend ya know lol. As for "camera in the home" being legal. Probably yes. But there is a law where you cant do it in places where you expect there to be privacy like a bathroom. Its right off the bathroom. So its almost one in the same.

If I turn the wifi off first will it still work? I don't want her to see me back over there looking for something with a scanner ya know.

Well I can use the camera to protect myself against bogus claims since she doesn't know Im aware. At this point I think I'm more curious that if its in the bathroom area that's really illegal. But I would need proof right?

My wife and I both used to do body building. We both crashed really hard after a few years of hardcore dieting. We both blew up. She got back down to a regular weight, I leveled off at... slightly round but not anything unethical. It would take me about 3-6 months to be a solid lean shape again or about a year + to get back to where I was in my prime. I had asked her endless times if this was ever an issue and she never said it was. But yeah I would probably say it wouldn't hurt. But like a lot …

I havent seen anything that gives hope of a relationship working. Only thing I saw was that they never take the first step which is admitting they have a problem lol. So its just hopeless overall. Not just for me but ya know.. my kids mom is forever just gonna be stuck in this loop of toxic. Its unfortunate for everyone.

Sheesh... The first two posts on Lise Leblancs instragram is 100% what I have thought, feel, or go through. The accuracy is kind of surreal.

Thank you I will definately look into what you suggested tonight. She was recently diagnosed with being on the spectrum and having ADHD. She also grew up with a lot of childhood trauma. I think all those things are a contributing factor but I wouldn't rule out BPD. I did make a reply in a comment last night on part of why I suggested couples therapy with her again. Oh and both my therapists immediately went to "on the spectrum" and "narcissist." My wife did say that "my therapist helped me reali…

I allegedly smoked some weed on 4th of July. I need to make sure I can pass a hair/nail test. Lawyer suggests I wait until December to file. So Im trying to push this out until then so that we can remove that threat off of the board. As much as I am still "committed" I know this thing is done. I know her and how stubborn and narccistic she is. She will die on her shield to be right even when she is wrong. If I can endure 2 more months... I can get 2 more months of evidence against her, she can c…

This made me tear up. I really appreciate it. It really did lift me up for a moment. While I agree with you. I know its not me and that its her. That she doesn't know how to be loved or how to love... It hurts because things could be so simple and she wants to split... I just found her on a dating app... were not even legally separated... no one has filed. My heart... I basically begged her to try before we jumped off the divorce cliff. Try to reconnect. We haven't gone on a date in 2 years. We …

Its so hard when you've been so committed. Commited to the vows, committed to the idea we are a team, committed to being better every day for each other, committed to being a great father, committed to working through the lows... I could jut go on. Then it seems to easy and selfish for her to have an affair, leave everything we built behind, for no reasons but her own. So many lies, so much gaslighting, endless manipulation. Yet I still find myself hoping there is more I can do. I still find mys…

found new nude selfies... she has no friends.. so unless shes taking them for herself or her parents... She keeps the meds there because its convenient for her. They are easily accessible and Ive moved them but she puts them right back.

I just saw she took photos of what is hypothetically someones old weed stash. Not to worried since I would piss clean today. Oh and while I had taken my kid to the hospital for surgery no less. I found out my dads dementia took a big hit today. He had surgery and its possible after going under local anesthesia that his memory could well take a hit. I was told he didn't know who his wife was today. That the nurses think this is his new baseline. Well I found out my wife took pictures of my crying…

Privy, thank you. Yeah I believe shes having an affair of some kind now. She took some nude selfies for the first time in years about a week ago according to her g photos. It would appear shes taking photos on snap chat but happened to take a couple with her reg camera about a week ago. Nude selfies arent really for your own viewing... but that's all the evidence I really have for an affair. I have viewed domestic abuse between her parents which is where she will probably move back into their ho…

Her idea of a birthday, anniversary... or any typical anual celebration was to ask me if "I wanted to go out to ear or something" and then we go and I pay. She never put thought into anything like that. But this is a good idea. . It falls on a weekend so I think Ill go out and spend some time doing those things for me. Thank you.

Wife asked for a divorce almost 2 weeks ago now. Our anniversary is in 11 days. If I had to put money on it... she wont even mention is. As "civil" as things have been inside our house... she dosent even say goodnight. so I would find it hard to believe she will say or do anything regarding our anniversary. Heck last year she told me she remembered but then forgot on the day... She remembers her parents anniversary... I dont know how you could remember your parents but not your own. It seems lik…

My stbx has a small hoarding issue. Very small, but she doesn't like throwing things away. She grew up poor. She will wash plastic bendy straws... Its like $1.00 for 50. She has collect alls on every flat surface. But I'm messy when all my dirty laundry doesn't make it in the basket. I'm messy when I leave a pot out or wait until the end of the night to do dishes. Every corner of this house is nick snacks of her stuff. Its so clutter. It would be hard to know that I live here. No pictures of me,…

I think my post is still pending but yeah. This is what Im going through right now. I give and give and give and she just took. Romance was something she couldn't understand. She had equated saying "good morning honey" and a hug with "Thats not how things work, its not like the movies." Something very close to those words when I had asked why she never would say good morning or how was work or meet me at the door etc. Let alone candle lit dinners, creative dates, etc. The last line in the sand s…
