Why happiness and economic utility should be your metrics for success, NOT womenTrue, but your ability to close women is correlated with confidence. And confidence can be built up doing other things than approaching women. Charisma is a broader skill to learn that has more practical applications compared to putting all your eggs in one basket. | /r/seduction | 12/07/20 05:27 PM
Is this motivation enough? No because you’re coming from a place of feeling “inferior” to other people trying to get to a place of being “superior.” I think it’s great initial motivation to get off your ass, but it doesn’t lead to long lasting happiness in the long run. Someone who doesnt take their desires as more important than others can feel more empathy for people and live a much more abundant lifestyle effortlessly. | /r/seduction | 02/12/19 04:41 AM
Really technical question on eye contact lolGo see an eye doctor, not ppl in the seddit lol | /r/seduction | 17/11/19 05:17 AM
How to have a strong frame and energy on bad days?I've experienced this as well man. Some days when I'm out daygaming, I'm in a great mood and great body language/eye contact/tonality and clever things to say just come to me. Others (like yesterday) I feel like a hardcase newbie again and can barely approach + am in my head. I don't think it's possible to be 100% confident all the time. I've realized that emotional states are impermanent and I'll probably have a great day sometime in the next week... it does get frustrating though | /r/seduction | 01/08/19 04:22 PM
Thoughts on coaches and puaI believe that attraction can be improved by naturally becoming more confident, charismatic, and intelligent. But I think RSD definitely filters the content they release to fit their perception to potential students they can fuck any hot girl in the world - lots of Tyler’s infield is him just clowning and making drunk girls laugh. Just bc a girl laughs doesn’t mean she wants to fuck you. And usually they’re showing the 1/50 approaches that ended up well. Ultimately, they’re a for profit company … | /r/seduction | 26/07/19 10:49 PM
Thoughts on coaches and puaI agree with that - I am still in college and will be going back in a month. Have to tone it down a bit to protect my reputation though. Like you said, all these styles of game gets results but it’s not BECAUSE of the routine or lines... but some coaches I see (the one I talked with) portray game as this mind control thing and that every girl has a blueprint that you have to decode. | /r/seduction | 26/07/19 10:29 PM
What % is this subreddit do you think actually approaches consistently? That's pretty good. I do daygame mostly 3-4x a week. | /r/seduction | 27/06/19 03:48 PM
168 approaches in... Advice?I agree with some points - mostly with the fact that they have too many options to choose from and competition is heavy. But I don’t believe all women are that shallow where they wouldn’t even consider dating a guy if he wasn’t the very best in every category. Idk about you, but I’ve seen very attractive women date average looking guys. Maybe from the standpoint of cold approach specifically, looks matter way more because the girl has no clue who you are and it’s all first impression. Regardless… | /r/seduction | 26/06/19 03:59 PM
168 approaches in... Advice?I agree - that makes perfect sense. I tried to make pickup my purpose but I don’t think that’s viable. Basketball used to be my purpose. I just don’t know how to find a new one for my future. Any tips? How did you find your purpose? | /r/seduction | 26/06/19 03:36 PM
168 approaches in... Advice?Yeah I’ve realized numbers don’t mean anything. Most girls give it to you just to avoid rejecting you. My strategy right now is to open direct, and if she responds positively, then I have no further problems and my confidence is high. If she replies neutral or negative, I stumble on my words and it gets awkward. | /r/seduction | 26/06/19 12:51 AM
168 approaches in... Advice?Yeah my text game wasn’t best at first. I didn’t ask for contact info unless I genuinely believed there was a connection. | /r/seduction | 25/06/19 10:42 PM
168 approaches in... Advice?Wym? I started field reports recently breaking down each interaction and why it ended bad or what I could've done differently to identify consistent sticking points, if that's what you mean. | /r/seduction | 25/06/19 07:36 PM
168 approaches in... Advice? Thanks for the advice man - Just ordered The Mind Illuminated off of Amazon. Will check out your recommendation as well. Going to try the meditation exercises out and see what I can get out of them - have you done meditation? | /r/seduction | 25/06/19 05:03 PM
168 approaches in... Advice?I was def a super shy kid growing up. Always struggled with girls in middle school and high school a bit. Always felt less than others and put them on a pedestal. Now whenever I get a number or a girl is into me, I get hooked on that feeling because it proves my past beliefs wrong, but ultimately I still haven't changed. I'm way better than what I was even last year, though, which I need to keep in perspective. Just don't know how to get to the point where I truly don't care what others think. | /r/seduction | 25/06/19 03:40 PM
168 approaches in... Advice?Good point - just hard for me personally to fit approaching into my everyday life since I live in the suburbs. I always have to drive and block out 2-3 hours for approaching. I don't plan on doing these marathon sessions forever though, just a way for me to get mass reference experiences in. | /r/seduction | 25/06/19 03:25 PM
168 approaches in... Advice?I drive down to Chicago 3-4 times a week specifically at the bean and michigan avenue. I'm going pretty direct at the moment - "hey I saw you and thought so you were cute so I wanted to meet you." It's just annoying because you think you have a great interaction and you'll forsure get a date, but they end up not even replying to your first text - especially the really hot girls. | /r/seduction | 25/06/19 03:09 PM
Stare down oneitis to enter the MatrixWhat's non triple CBT? I agree they're all similar. You came to these conclusions based on the books you listed above? | /r/seduction | 01/06/19 05:46 PM
Stare down oneitis to enter the MatrixI've been doing CBT for a half a year now. It has benefits but one thing I don't like about it is that it teaches you to resist painful thoughts and feelings. I started getting into eastern meditation practices and that teaches you to embrace pain. I don't think you can train your brain to be positive automatically after rejections at first - it goes against our evolutionary history. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this because when I first started, rejection was the most painful thing I had t… | /r/seduction | 01/06/19 02:31 PM

Chicago wingsAwesome man. I'm still a beginner trying to get over AA. I'm also terrified of bars and nightclubs right now but going to desensitize myself to those environments this summer. | /r/seduction | 08/05/19 03:46 AM

First Daygame Session as a Complete Newbie... Getting Over Approach AnxietyYeah it was definitely not good game lol. It was success for me though because I had been too scared to even approach in the past so I didn't really give a shit how the interaction went. Get in and get out. Will def learn from my mistakes. | /r/seduction | 13/04/19 10:16 PM
First Daygame Session as a Complete Newbie... Getting Over Approach AnxietyYeah all of those probably would have been better ways to go about it. Ultimately though, as a beginner, approaching is the most important thing. It's hard to keep that all in mind when you've never done an approach before and you have bad anxiety. | /r/seduction | 13/04/19 09:11 PM
First Daygame Session as a Complete Newbie... Getting Over Approach AnxietyI meant sexual opener like "you look beautiful/cute/pretty today"... whereas a normal compliment is "I like your shoes/purse" | /r/seduction | 13/04/19 05:53 AM
Tired of being a failure with women; especially being at college right now.First off, you need to fix your own self talk and thought processes first. "I came off creepy and weird and scared them off" is not based on fact but rather your own interpretation of what happened... I made the mistake of listening to everyone in this forum telling me to "just do it." I started cold approaching in urban environments and my anxiety was so great and I got rejected pretty bad and it reinforced my own automatic negative beliefs which threw me into a deep and dark depression, again.… | /r/seduction | 14/02/19 09:46 PM
Advice for a beginnerI have the exact same problem as you man. Literally everything you said, even the 2 girlfriends part, is the same with me. I don't really have a problem talking and holding conversation, it's just meeting new girls in massive amounts of volume. In high school I was used to girls initially showing interest in me because I was a starter on the basketball team - this gave me a little social status. But I expected the same thing to happen to me when I got to university, and boy was I wrong. I have… | /r/seduction | 29/01/19 04:57 AM
The FriendzoneThanks for the detailed reply. I would say that there were definitely points in the conversation when tension was higher and we were “battling.” I have a bad habit of wanting to get a reaction out of people to be honest. | /r/seduction | 13/12/18 09:28 AM
The FriendzoneNo, she made me pay for her food without realizing. She ordered at chipotle ahead of me, and then sat on the side until I had to pay for both of our meals. I didn’t want to call her out right on he spot. And yeah, I agree I’m probably part to blame in kicking her out too early and all that. | /r/seduction | 13/12/18 07:13 AM
Cold Approach Pickup is Way Harder than I Thought it Would Be - OpenersOne familiar settings for me is my college campus. I just feel that girls are more open to meeting people in college. If I approach on the street or at a mall, I feel like I’m annoying or something. I’ve already done a few indirect approaches that were completely spontaneous on my campus. I tried to scale that up by going to an urban setting. For me personally, new environments give me high anxiety. | /r/seduction | 08/10/18 04:06 AM
Pickup NewbiesThanks for the insight man. Did you just do full on approaches right from the start or did you do easier things first for exposure therapy? | /r/seduction | 29/09/18 09:01 AM
Pickup NewbiesGotcha. I would say like a couple months ago I was looking for a way to “reprogram” my brain to get me to where I want to be very fast. But now I realize that doesn’t exist and getting good just comes down to getting out of your comfort zone, gaining new references experiences, and learning from your mistakes. So yeah I just need to get out there and take risks lol. It’s going to be the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I actually go to a big university, but I don’t feel comfortable yet cold approac… | /r/seduction | 29/09/18 08:18 AM
Pickup NewbiesGotcha. Yeah, those programs seem overpriced for what they are, but that’s good that it worked for you. I don’t want to improve my inner/outer game just for girls, but to give me new experiences and confidence knowing I can get what I want. What were you like before you started approaching? | /r/seduction | 28/09/18 08:08 AM
Pickup NewbiesHow do you personally work on your inner game? And at what point in approaching does it start to feel less awkward/weird and becomes natural and fun? | /r/seduction | 28/09/18 07:48 AM
