Honestly the surrendered wife by Laura Doyle has changed my life. She just understands the language of men which I didn’t. Also in combination with the queens code by Alison Armstrong, I’ve been realizing how I treat my partner as a woman rather than a man. Highly suggest those two. Laura’s advice has really changed our conflict like literally implemented her things on day 1 and I saw changes in my boyfriend the next day. It’s really crazy. I wish you luck and pray to god to bring your relations…

So I highly encourage you to listen to the audiobook Queens Code. Most Men are actually great and they want commitment and they want to be faithful. There are things though that they want in a woman as well. I think breaking society’s lie about men and what they throw out there to get you to hate men will help! It really helped me! Also trusting your partner picked you for a reason over any other girls too! Recognize that some of those men who say those things have been hurt by nasty women. And …

What about you being on top? Are you or him not a fan of it? And have you talked to him about it? Not from a calling out him being busier but what you feel and desire?

Be careful to take things as a grain of salt online. Online is quick to say it’s because he wants to control you or all this bitter stuff. But most of the time it’s to be protective and also make sure you’re representing yourself the best way possible

I think this person is trying to rage bait. Seems like they are in a relationship with a married man and women, saying it’s the best thing for their life and cane to this channel to rage bait. I’d ignore or ban it

My boyfriend doesn’t like planning dates. He’s not a date person. As Alison Armstrong from the Queens Code said in a recent podcast, it just means your guy doesn’t like planning dates and that’s okay. It doesn’t mean more than that and even if you tell him, if it’s out of his scope it’s just out of his scope. So now I plan dates and don’t expect him to but if and when he does, I appreciate him for it! It seems the same for your guy, if he’s providing you money to buy something, then you could ma…

I think at first when my mind was opened up to reality of many women rather than the BS that I was raised with, I felt kind of unhappy. And felt sort of grief and now I feel very grateful. I was really on the track of waiting until the last moment to have kids and focus strictly on my career. I’ve also found that there’s like social media “red pill” and there’s real red pill; opening eyes to systematic issues, the powers at large, etc etc. I make more than my partner but he’s financially better …

He hasn’t mentioned her since the beginning of our relationship where we were open about our past and about our sexual experiences. I don’t want it to come off that he throws it in my face each time there’s a point of contention. Is this something I can’t control though? Are there ways that I just don’t know yet to make myself more turned on?

So I’ve been on PTO for 2 weeks and this PTO was one where I didn’t take a vacation but was more of a mental break. I went back to visit my parents but instead of dedicating most of my PTO to them… I just did a long weekend. I travel a lot for work so I really needed some peace to myself. So this time has been very laid back and trust the people around me have whatever is needed of them. Whether that be at work, at my parents, or even with my boyfriend. We got into a small argument over my famil…

I grew up in a happy and healthy home that was 50/50. Both my parents were social workers and no way could that salary give a great home, school system, and opportunities for my sister and I; who both are very successful. She’s engaged and I’m in a long term relationship. Even though our house was 50/50, financially, it was still very traditional. We grew up in the church. My mom did the cooking and cleaning mostly. My dad did from time to time. My parents were still very present in our lives an…

I’m very touchy feely and my boyfriend is hilarious. So I’m laughing a lot why’ll I’m touching him and I like to be flirty and silly with him as part of my personality. I’ll ask for kisses and hug him or ask if we can hold hands. Sometimes I think we have a bit of a magnetic energy to each other when we are in public too like it’s usually just us in the world. Not all the time bc there are times we get annoyed with each other lol but most of the time. I do agree with above comments though, depen…

It’s only if you have things to do like it wouldn’t be weird for me to be like oh I have work to do and would love if I could hang out with you guys to get in the zone. And make it lighthearted/ sound like you’re oblivious lol but it honestly depends on the situation and you have to make it nonchalant

Not sure if you guys live together but is it possible to study at your place? Or if you guys don’t live together, is it possible to study somewhere in public with you while you work on something? This would be highly in appropriate in my relationship but can understand relationships have different boundaries.

I guess it depends on family values and closeness. My family is extremely close so it wouldn’t be that outrageous of an idea to spend their last moments with them. I agree with you if this isn’t a dire time period and he’s projected to live another year or so then no but if this is a okay he’s going to die soon then yes in my eyes. Devils advocate, why marry someone who is from a different culture and parents live on another side of the world if there isn’t the POSSIBILITY something like this co…

I feel like you’re not being fair to him. His dad isn’t doing well and he just wants to give his dad that time. I’d normally he’s spending a lot of time with you and giving you what he needs, why not give him that time left with his dad. Maybe you guys can come to a compromise that every Friday you do date nights or somethings. Also giving that time of your child with their grandparents is special too. It would be a culture shock for sure. I would ask… would he do the same for you if you’re pare…

Relationships come with compromise. The more anyone goes down the “red pill relationship” YouTuber beginner package, the more they realize it’s just a starter pack and actually becoming an individual with values and what you will and will not tolerate to build a wholesome life is the next step. I highly recommend having open dialogue and conversations with your boyfriend. Everyone’s different but what truly matters to me is the view on what our family will look like in the future. And what we ea…

It’s really not, just getting a masters degree set me apart from people working in industry for 10+ years. If you do not plan to get a masters degree then sure I agree with you. It all depends though. Networking plays a huge role as well. Your bf may land a dream job based on who he knows and not having any internships. I’ve seen it happen countless times. It’s all a game. Stay open minded

Completely agree with this and also in tech sales. Never knew I’d end up in tech sales (29F) but here I am lol at 21 I thought I’d be heading to med school. My advice to OP is back off a bit and let your man figure out what he needs to figure out on his own. You both seem to have good heads on your shoulders going after internships at 21 so let life work itself out. Also OP may meet someone in her internships so also agree with the evaluation of if this is right for her.

I love the Instagram, “thesecurerelationship” She gives really great sayings to express what you did and how to express what they did that made you feel hurt while still acknowledging and understanding how they feel so they feel validated. He has certain goals he wants to reach before we take our relationship to that step. Which I find fine, respect, and support him in. 2 years to then get engaged is a bit too fast in my opinion, statistically doesn’t work in anyone’s favor either at least in the US I actually haven’t heard promise rings used in your example that you gave so interesting.

I think the real question is, “do you trust your boyfriend?” From this interaction, it seems like no or it’s showing an insecurity of yours. If he was telling you everything that she was saying and it was completely innocent, then no harm no foul. There also seems to be a mistrust in his judgement of the situation. If you still received good service and food, then there wasn’t a need to complain to the manager unless you can prove she was actively flirting with your boyfriend or being unprofessi…

Well it depends how you define what is at “your level” right. Here you’re stating it’s money but if he is a disciplined and career driven guy at 18 and is projected to make money but it will take him until he’s 30… then I would say money isn’t the basis of levels. Or if he’s family orientated, task oriented, or great with money… but you have money but aren’t great in these other areas or are pushy and extremely masculine as a female… there just needs to be a balance and money doesn’t always stat…

I didn’t like the identity politics, victim hood, denial of biological facts, changing meaning of English speaking words including ones that have serious implications that start with P, pro-abortion, pro-sex movement to the point where it’s impacting children, and break down of family values in America by the democratic government. I would say my boyfriend woke me up to all this but at the same time I grew up with a conservative mother and a two parent religious home. So once I moved away from t…

How long have you guys been dating? Part of me feels like a lot of this warrants deeper discussion and mutual understanding of one another that comes with time. A lot of these things my boyfriend has said but he speaks in context of generalizations like cheating. He in no way condones cheating but will say I can understand why men cheat I.E. Wife who lives in contempt, withholds sex from him, etc. Also if you look at the data, women are more likely to stay after their man cheats than men are of …

What I love about my therapist is she reminds me when she brings her bias or her “stuff” to the table. Like one time I was telling her about my nutrition and getting it back together. She then went on to say don’t be disappointed or hard on myself when I fall off. Although great advice, I was so confused… I was saying hey, it’s all good if I fall off and come back on but we kept going back and forth about it. Yes I am. When someone asks me my opinion, I say it’s hard to have one. I believe in accountability and that feminism has been driving lack of accountability for one’s actions. Although it’s not my business to tell others what to do, they should take the time to see the other side and videos of people who grew up successfully and were supposed to be aborted. I couldn’t imagine taking that life away just because I didn’t take the right precautions.
