Thanks man, keep going - great motivation, since I'm doing a lot better right now

The more I think about it, the more I realize you are right. But how do I go about not needing anyone or not feeling like I need anyone? How can I build this feeling for me? I know it's linked to confidence, but how?

Solid advice, I guess you are right - Thanks for your words.

Thanks for your answer, I'm trying my best. But having a person imprinted on you but not available to you forever must actually be the worst feeling of the world as from what it sounds like, I really hope I can move on sometime but I can never imagine to forget about her completely, and that's what hurts me. I would be reminded all the time about this one sided love and the feelings I had for her, and not being enough for her to be taken as a serious partner, while she has been the world for me …

Best answer yet, can't thank you enough for this. I will try to watch my diet and sleeping habits stuff like that. I wish you best of luck on your journey as well, I'm trying to start mine right now but still need to find the first steps. :)

I love this response man.. Totally right and exactly what I meant and wanted to hear about more. Do you have any tips on how to be more "positive"? I feel like I have lost this aspect of me over the time and don't know how to gain it back. I think that low confidence/insecurities are holding me back as well, but I dont know how to cure that either.. Its not just about girls, I just wanna have fun with everyone and enjoy my time, its just more important for me and I'm sure that girls will follow.…

Emotional high describes it perfectly! But is it really important what we talk about rather than HOW i talk? I feel like if 2 different persons said the same things to the same person it will leave a completely different effect on her

Fitness helped me a lot... Makes me feel A LOT more confident, must be testosterone and endorphins kicking in, while making me look better. Approaching is the hardest thing for me.. I tried it many times but I'm really bad at it. For me it's very hard to gain a womans attention in the first place, but when I have it I can keep it longer ( i guess im just not the player type, maybe boyfriend material? I enjoy being in a relationship by far more)

Sorry that I can't express myself right.. but my question was more about leaving a feeling of "wow it was a fun time with him , i wanna meet him again", no matter the activity, it's more about interactions and during and after conversations/spending some time together. There are people who can leave behind such thoughts and my question was how? Is it about being smooth during the interactions? Do you need to have fun yourself? There were some girls in my life who I could have done anything with …

Yeah you're right.. I should have written this post with other words. What I meant was : What should I focus on to be successful in leaving behind a fun experience for the girl and for me to make her want even more? Sorry, English isnt my first language

wise words :) I don't put the girl on a pedestal and forget my own value though.. I just got intimated because of a lack of confidence I guess and that's where I really need to work at.. Im actually good looking (i get 8/10 all the time) and had success with women older than me before, but it's just my nature that I am not very confident and can get intimated around some girls.. Thats what I want to change and will work at :D

Man you really seem to understand me. It's 100% like that.. the waiting for the perfect circumstances especially, so true. For me these circumstances are gatherings like parties etc.. Im actually a very social person but naturally not very confident and a bit shy sometimes, I didn't get true confidence like that from my father or someone else.. So please tell me, how does TRUE confidence feel like? Is it there with you ALL the time or does it sometimes have ups and downs? And more importantly: W…

You are absolutely right, I got intimated by the good looking girls. But I don't have problems with holding a conversation, I have a problem holding my place, the upper hand of the conversation and tend to become intimated, shy, less confident and the flow of the conversation. It varies though.. On some days I'm a social god really only giving good vibes off to everyonr while remaining confident and having fun, while on other days like this my confidence is very low. Any idea why my confidence c…

Interesting.. but does this solve confidence problems in the long run? Even if it worked for me, will it help me build up steady permanent confidence? And do you do this with any girl, also not the ones you want to seduce?
/r/seduction06/10/14 01:48 PM
2

Wow its exactly that! As I reached the party my confidence was pretty low.. But since I love parties and enjoy having a good time with people I got pretty excited as I arrived, maybe my confidence for that night came in the same moment.. Interesting, I will try to look into it. Do you think it makes sense to make a "confidence diary" where I write down my ups and downs of confidence and the specific reasons plus notes? Or is it just too situational?

Gaming gets impossible due to low confidence. Is there a way I can keep my confidence high even on low energy days?
/r/seduction28/09/14 05:44 PM

Good question actually. Im for sure insecure on these days (avoid eye contact, lower my voice, dont feel very goodlooking even though I am etc.) And naturally I am one of these enthusiastic guys that brings some fun into the conversation but not every interaction. Do you have any more information on these low / high energy days?

Dont. Your inexperience is nothing you should feel bad about.. but girls will question it. They will wonder if anything is wrong with you or so. You will look "needy". And its not very interesting to talk about that either. Instead go out with as many girls as possible and gain experience to get over your lack of experience so you dont have to wonder about things like that. Don't bring it up, stay natural during the conversation. Talking about your inexperience will make you look needy, lower yo…

Something pretty cool and fun is to go out to a local pub/club whatever, look for a group of guys and ask them if you could stick with them since you are here all alone and have difficulties to find friends who like to go out like you do. Most likely you will end up with a group of guys talking about football, girls, jobs, their lives etc while you can talk to one of these guys who you think is capable and manipulate him to use him as a wingman. But dont get me wrong, dont just go there to USE t…

Male, Facebook, both 16 years old, found a girl by coincidence that lives near my place and I find her really cute. How can I message her via facebook and get into a good stable conversation without being creepy/needy/unattractive or something like that? I have never seen her and she never saw me.

I prefer relationships, but trust me I know how to deal with oneitis now and I will not suffer from it anymore, I am 100% sure, hell I even see the girl I have loved for over 6 months through that made me go insane everyday and everyday with 2 boys and I dont give a FUCK because I am aware now that I deserve better and should not think about a person that doesnt even think about me. I just prefer relationships in general, I love it to be loved by someone else. Yes, I have met her in person befor…

100% sure. I didnt say anything like she is the perfect woman to me and I will love her to death, I just said that I got over the previous one and learned to let someone else into my life by forgetting the old one and finding a new one without having feelings for the old one or self esteem problems because of her.

Thanks for all the answers, I will try talking to girls tomorrow. A girl just told me right now that most of the girls find me very attractive and my personality is good as well. I got a boost in confidence now, and my goal is to maintain this boost forever at the same level.

This answer has opened my eyes dude, thanks. I will not be able to move on right now, but after some time I will surely be able to deal with it. She should not be more than any other girl in my class who i see everyday. If she doesnt love me... I guess its better that it didnt work then. Thanks again dude! Brightened my day a bit

I started lifting I guess that counts. But the point I think you are missing is that I still love her and would love a relationship with her even though we had to go through all this

Become friends with their friends and find out if she is single, in love, if she wants a relationship etc. If you got more information, you can do the right thing.

Thanks for the quick answer man but this doesnt help me a lot.. But good luck man. Its like if you want to forget something/someone, but I cant forget her, I see and talk to her every single day. I need to learn how to deal with it and what I can do in order to, but I just dont know how. And more important is : Do I still have a chance? I know that she likes me and I am important to her but I feel friendzoned. Reddit what do you think? Anything you can say from similiar experience? And please up…
