If you're not into the whole gym thing, I downloaded P90X and it has done absolute wonders for me. I can't even explain it in words, but every day is a much better day. Try it out. Now for some real advice that isn't just "Shave it off". I want you to google hair fibres. If you are just thinning on top and the Propecia (which you should DEFINATELY be taking) is working then this will help you immensely. Electrostatic hair fibres are hair fibres with a static charge that you can shake onto your hair and they will cling to your hair, covering up any light thinning.
