I just got out of my first real 'relationship' about 2 months ago...she wanted to be friends, but I couldn't do it. I deleted her from facebook today, and she sent me a rather angry text, calling me childish, saying she was over it, etc., etc. I feel crushed again. Like she dumped me for her piece of shit ex on christmas all over again. Like I did when she tried to get back together, and I stupidly let her back in.

I used to be terribly over weight, I lost 110 pounds (i'm still rather hefty), but I still had poor luck with women. I read the game by neil strauss, and sort of picked up a few tips here and there about the pick up game, and sort of applied it to her...and it worked until the actual relationship happened. Now, I'm alone in austin, I have basically no friends outside my old high school circle and I'm stuck with a terrible case of oneitis with a girl that is vindictive, selfish, and wants nothing to do with me (she said that she hopes I won't even remember her someday). I don't want to be like this anymore. I've lost my self-confidence, I have wicked AA again, and I've never felt more like an AFC...if anyone can help me out and give me some pointers on getting her out of my head and helping me get into the right mindset to be more out going and how to actually be socially competent (not with just women, but just in genereal) I would be grateful to hear them.
