100% good advice. And my logical mind knows this. The illogical mind keeps telling me I messed up. Plus you need to try and take lessons away from all interactions and the only one I can think of is I should have escalated sooner.

I agree, you should do all those things. And I do all those things. But game is not just cold approaching girls on the street. Look at majority of the post on this subreddit, they're how do I approach this girl at uni, at class, at work, at a club, at a party. How do I flirt with her, how do I ask her out. I agree with this. Unless she's on the verge of breaking up with her bf for you (or if there relationship is really bad) getting her to make a conscious decision will most likely get her to say no. If she touches you a lot your best bet if you want to hook up with her is to take her out and then escalate on her. If something happens she will say she got caught up in the moment and it just happened.

s This. I'm in the same situation. I have to work with the girl I'm interested in. So I can't just ignore her. I think we would be really good together so I don't want anything to start while she has bf. It's just about risk versus reward. Inviting her to do something with you is the safest because you're going to do it anyways. But you run the risk she just doesn't like the activity. Saying it's a date has the highest risk and highest reward. She'll know straight away the purpose of the interaction but you've forced her to make the logical decision of if she wants to date you. When I first me her I was trying to get something to happen with another girl. And I was trying not to chase her hard. Let her chase me a bit. I'm pretty sure we're more than just close at work. We text a lot and we're going out next week. I've heard her mention this guy to a girl at work who's she no where near as close with at work.

I think we're actually more than just close at work. We text a lot and we're actually hanging out next week. She's helping me with some photography for an outside project I'm doing. When we talk at work it's 50% laughing about stuff and the other half about deeper topics. But I'll take your suggestion. It's none of my business. I just wasn't really sure what to do when other people start talking about it

Thanks for your insight. It's funny when I wear clothes it doesn't even look like I work out (I have a very slim frame). But I've had girls talk about my body positively when they've seen me without a shirt on or when they touch my chest while flirting (they're surprise to feel muscle there). Hey thanks for your reply. Can you clarify by what you mean by not interesting person? With both girls we never run out of anything to say to each other. And they both always seemed interested to talk to me. I don't want this to sound like I'm bragging (because I'm not) but I'm smart, earn more money than the average person, have side business, work out and hobbies.
