Was at a party the other night. There was a girl there that I'm interested in but she has recently got a boyfriend (she didn't tell me but I found out). We still get a long really well and do a lot of incidental touching. If I can control my feelings I'll keep her on the back burner for if she ever becomes single again. Won't wait for her though.

Anyways I was talking to her and we got into a deep convo as me and her usually do. Then her bf calls she goes to me sorry one sec. I sit with her for maybe a minute it feels like the convo will be longer than a sec so I get up and just started talking some random girls at the party. Do I think this will get her to like me and break up with her bf? No. But a few years ago I would have just sat there patiently waiting for her conversation to end. I'm so glad I decided to start studying game again.
