You don't apply sexual strategy in the workplace. Meaning it doesn't matter if you give her tingles or whatever stupid shit is being said here she's an employee first in this situation. In a leadership position you treat men and women the same. You don't apply TRP principles on women at the workplace. If you actually want to learn how to deal with employees in a leadership position search Jocko Willink on youtube. He is an ex navy seal commander that now teaches companies about leadership.

These are guys who persumably know some boxing... They wouldn't do to well against a grappler. Talking shit and looking hard doesn't make you any good at fighting. In hand to hand Gregor would absolutely smoke these guys. Size does matter but when you don't really understand fighting skill overcomes a lot of weight. Id rather train for a violent encounter than a fight. So tell me what bullshitsu are you training?

all this proves is that you have NEVER been in a life and death situation. All that "thinking" you believe you can do in a situation like that is non-existent. YOu have one thought, living......not if you can trap a guy to get him in a triangle choke. You fucking pleb. You don't really need to think about slapping a triangle on somebody because most of it becomes muscle memory. If you are in my guard and I decide to slap a triangle on you there's nothing you can do because you don't understand w…

These were examples of people who have gotten in to violent encounters on the regular in their lines of work. The Jocko Willink example he regularly restrained suspects in Iraq. Now the reason this example is so important is because army was teaching very similar idiotic shit much like what you are saying. You are saying If you honestly think just because someone trains mma or bjj and they can overcome the constant and immediate pain stomping In the 90's in US army they were saying that you just…

You have no idea what you are talking about... Jocko Willink the ex navy commander trained his troops BJJ to handle violent arrests in Iraq. Mirko Crocop MMA champion also a police special forces guy in Croatia. Tim Kennedy top UFC middleweights green beret. A local BJJ brown belt correctional officer. A friend of mine trained BJJ for his job also a correctional officer. If eye gouging never graces your education it will not be "automatic" that you are "hoping for" when in a confrontation. All t…

What an ignorant statement. Either you are one of those Kung Fu guys that practice an utterly useless martial art where you never spar or you are just straight up not educated about what you are speaking. You think just because there are rules that stop eye gouging and hitting the back of the head doesn't mean none of that skill set applies? That is ridicolous. Go spar or fight a dude that either trains MMA or BJJ and tell me how you did. You will get fucked because if you don't train you will d…

I'm sure you got major brownie points but are those really worth getting into a potentially highly dangerous encounter? Fuck no. It happens that someone gets knocked down and their head hit the floor or concrete and you are fucked for life after that, I know 2 guys that got permanent brain damage out of normal scuffles. I'd recommend BJJ or MMA so you can handle yourself in a situation like this. Once you go there and try it out you understand how truly helpless you can be against a 14 year old …

Not really. You can really only lose by doing that. You are thinking of terms "the right thing to do" but what are the end results? He will think you are an asshole trying to talk shit about his girl. Probably the most likely outcome. This might come back and bite you as that guy now talks shit about you because you tried to help him. He will thank you for being so forthcoming and break up with the girl. The unicorn outcome. It's possible but if he'd do that don't you think he'd already have bro…

Generally you can only lose by getting involved in other people's business like this. If you do tell him you have to be ready to end your own relationship because it's highly likely you will be blamed for leaking this info. From a personal perspective you gain nothing by doing this, but if you want to help this guy out then be ready to pay for it.

It's much easier to stay on track and execute with morning meditation. Cold showers it makes you feel good after. I think the main way that happens is the release of neuroneraphrenanienineenne, whatever the fuck it's called. But anyway there is science behind the health effects on being in the cold. Rhonda Patrick has a bullet point about things related to the cold exposure so google that.

I guess men do have an advantage in that you are forced to take responsibility. Women can coast and and be consoled and be stuck in the same ways of thinking because there is no need to take responsibility. You are expected to just wait for that man. It just seems the only hope for Felicia is to find a man that will school her but how is she going to find one when she will only get into a relationship with a beta. So it seems that the only way she'll break out of her bad habits is winning in a l…

Yeah it just feels like you can't really blame John when he took all the steps he thought of. I mean can you blame someone for not inventing electricity? It's the same with this relationship stuff, it needs trial and error and when you don't have a massive amount of relationships you don't have the chance to develop that practice and knowledge. I know I couldn't have without all this groundwork laid out and available on the internet. And the thing with explaining these concepts to a friend is th…

You are looking at it from a man's perspective when we are talking about personal perspective. Who's fault are your fuckups? Yours. Pretty simple. So yeah as a man you have to take responsibility for making your woman feel. But if a woman wants a good marriage she needs to carry responsibility of her own actions which in this case she was not doing at all.

Read my other reply then read this. Did the date just end awkwardly or did she actually say "I don't want to see you anymore"? I talked about how actions are judged after the fact. Now if meet up with her again and just forget about that awkward moment and act as if it never happened with confidence then she will rejudge your actions and move on. If you just act with confidence and enjoy yourself, and don't be needy and creepy, then she will also change her mind "You know what he was probably ju…

Two things. You are too sex focused. You need to be more in the moment just enjoying being there. The sex will come but because you are so needy and creepy you are actually back pedaling your progress. How you act after decides how what you did before is percieved. There's really no such thing as awkward, it's made up in people's minds. Often when a person thinks someone might've done something awkward they decide on that judgement after the fact. If you just hold your confidence then the previo…

That is a hard question that on an individual level can only be realised, meaning I can't give you a complete answer rather suggestions on how maybe you can advance. Changing your personality from a validation based to self driven is one of the harder things since you are essentially changing your very being, the way your mind works. Meditation. It's very important to understand how your thoughts work. Recognising that maybe the want for nice cars isn't actually you wanting nice cars but it's be…

Absolutely. Don't expect someone to tell you exactly how. People can give concepts but ultimately it's up to you to put in the work to see what works. No one will make your life better for you, you have to struggle and keep moving. I'm gonna take a wild guess and say you have problems with validation, meaning you require external validation instead of validating yourself. Maybe it's something you are not aware of but this is a central part of being happy, being able to understand how the craving…

Well first of all don't listen to a woman, they don't what the fuck they want and much less what they need. Looks are not important for men like they are for women. Confidence trumps looks. Whether you are fat, ugly, skinny whatever confidence is the most attractive thing about a person. Other stuff helps but even if you look like a model but lack the confidence it's still a turn off. You are not really leading. You are asking what she wants and being passive instead of directing her to wherever…

In this context which I brought up Extreme Ownership it's business exectuvies, managers and leadership positions like that bringing in Jocko Willink to help with the leadership in the firm. And yes that is nicely put, they want to hear "Yes the fault is not with you" even though they were the ones that brought in this guy to help find the flaws. But yeah that's nicely extracted to the root of the problem.

My friend had a cunt of a girlfriend for... 6 years. Finally she left him for an Icelandic dude. I always bit my tongue and didn't say anything about how she was treating him infront of others, always being pissy towards him and just generally bringing negative vibes to any group she was a part of. I didn't really see any upside discussing this with him, the only result I could see is just straining my relationship with my best friend although I would've been doing him a favor. There is practically no concussion risk in BJJ. The biggest injury risk is your ego, meaning if you don't tap early enough you might get injured. Though most times the higher belts will not crank you even if you are not tapping because they know it's in even if you don't. Whatever the sport or art it mostly depends on your training partner. Though if you are in a big class you usually won't know all of your training partners and you won't always be in control of who you spar with. It depends on …

Yes you should learn to manage your expectations. because loneliness is not for human nature. There's plenty of people that are perfectly happy with very little human contact. I can be happy just working and improving myself because I've gotten rid of my expectation that I "need" a certain amount of social interaction, that doesn't mean social interaction is not a goal for me but it just means I don't get desperate when a period of time comes that I'm enveloped in myself and don't have time for …

This question is better suited for /r/cscareerquestions or /r/programming. You don't really want to be employing strategy or ideology based on sexuality at the workplace. So in this context from your perspective it shouldn't matter that she's a woman because she's a co-worker first. But yeah ask those subs, someone has been in th3 exact same situation as you quaranteed and they can advice you on how to act in a professional setting.

In a leadership position, ie not a sexual environment, you should be treating men and women equal. Sure there are differences in how they react but leadership is the same when leading men or women. You are not trying to fuck your subordinates or if you are you are doing it wrong. Jocko Willink has 60 podcasts out right now, he is a retired Navy SEAL who was in charge of a SEAL company. He is the best overall leader I've ever come across. I'd suggest incorporating the leadership principles he lay…

I never said that... You are reflecting your own assumptions and meanings into what I wrote. I wrote it's common for people to change when they come into a lot of wealth. It's a common thing that once someone gets rich they change. It's not an idea it's just something that happens regardless of what you think. Though it seems you've completely missed the point.

I have a friend who is extremely succesful has a child and a wife. He has said having a family and a career is sacrificing your me time. So it's not that it necessarily means they are bitter but even if they are achieving their shit the one thing they can't have is time alone in an apartment. But yeah it's not like this friend of mine does petty things like that, but anyway he has achieved and broken far beyond what was expected of him and despite being wealthy is a good down to earth guy.

The best thing for that is working out early in the day. I find the only way to get sleep is to have a constant schedule. I just couldn't do a changing shift job it would wreck me pretty fast. I have insomnia and then I have the gene where I sleep in 2 parts meaning I wake after 3-5 hours. So even with the steady routine and working out each day in the early part of the day I still get about 2-3 nights where I've only slept 4 hours. Got a little tipsy at a party and instead of being cordial ended up being very rash and kind of an asshole. One girl was inviting me over to her place for the night and another was ashamed to ask me if we should take a taxi together because of the implication. I was kind of ashamed how I'd been and weeks later realised that by being a rash dick I'd garnered more interest than I probably ever have. It's fucked up hahahah.

Now that I think about it the only mistake my friend made was giving respect too much by being a gentleman in a lot of ways. Thinking a relationship is with two equal people when he needed to lead and not take her that much into consideration. She did that same thing of quipping angrily at the most mundane things and getting very angry for normal discussion, not even argument type discussion. Brown fat is what insulates you from cold and if you don't exercise being in cold your brown fat will diminish. I'm not sure if cold exposure is good for your immune system or is it that it's good for your immune system because it's good for brown fat, but either way the end result is the same. Haven't had a flu since I started timing cold showers in the morning. But it has to be cold I don't think you'll be getting much health benefits from a pleasantly chilly shower.

First of all I'm not OP, it's not my post. Second the reason I mention this because it's ridicolous to critique things like these in the context of TRP. The aim is to be fit for your well being and be muscular for sexual attraction. Why? You understand there is no set bar how you should look. Your bicep doesn't need to be proportionally the correct size compared to your tricep, that's bodybuilder shit which is a hobby in itself. If the aim is to be fit then you don't need a certain size of breast muscle, you just need to achieve your own goals for strength.
