Here is how.
You Don't
I understand how you want to help, but telling people the exact opposite of what they've been told all their life has consequences. Do you and push on. And if you meet someone with the same knowoedge as you, then great. But don"t go around telling shit. Whether it be Indirectly or Directly

Lead horses to water and force them to drink.
That works.

In a leadership position, ie not a sexual environment, you should be treating men and women equal. Sure there are differences in how they react but leadership is the same when leading men or women. You are not trying to fuck your subordinates or if you are you are doing it wrong.
Jocko Willink has 60 podcasts out right now, he is a retired Navy SEAL who was in charge of a SEAL company. He is the best overall leader I've ever come across. I'd suggest incorporating the leadership principles he lays out instead of trying to bring redPill to a military leadeship environment. He has a podcast episode specifically on this topic of how to apply leadership principles when dealing with women. I can't remember which one I'll edit back here if I find out.
EDIT Hotdamn son I found it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WdTAfsqU-L8
EDITEDIT: Come on OP don't delete that's weak.

Well said. OP needs to just practice simple tried and true leadership policies and not think about gender dynamics or sexual dynamics at all in his position.

Too bad SEAL teams are all male and OP is asking advice on dealing with female subordinates.

"My dilemma is then, how do I present commonly accepted RP teachings in such a manner as to not get fired myself, and to ensure I can make my charges the most capable leaders, military officers, and men in the future?"
No, this is known as red pill knighting, you will be shunned and outcast, trust me. Don't share it with family, friends or co-workers.
Think of the matrix, why didn't they try to unplug everyone at once?
These people are apart of the system and they'll doing anything to maintain/fight for it.
