Male loneliness, to me, means lack of connection as you say first there. Not the inability to find a partner. I’m in Europe.

Calling anything “toxic” is meaningless. What does it mean? “Toxic” is just a blanket term for a negative or undesirable, it doesn’t give any info about what is negative or undesirable. Is the behaviour arrogant, selfish, dangerous, brash, loud, illegal, over-aggressive, and so on? Calling anything “toxic”, whether it’s masculinity, femininity, or liver and onions, just means nothing, it’s just a catch-all term meaning you don’t like it.

Misandry annoys… let’s see, how about tell that to the 000,000’s of men (only!) who’ve been conscripted and killed in Ukraine for example…

OnlyFans “preys on male loneliness” is such a good way to sum my feelings up on the topic.

The infantilisation of women is quite alarming. Women at 18 are adults, they are not children. Every sub on Reddit seems to have a post each week about age gap relationships and “is it okay to date a woman who is 23, as I am 30?”. It’s ridiculous. Women are adults, with freedom to say and do as they wish. If that’s someone who is older or younger or the same age, then it’s nobody’s business so long as it’s legal. Wtf is happening the world.

Wow I’m sorry to hear that! I’m in Ireland. From this guys interview, the laws in the UK must at least be a lot better than in Ireland. Which I guess must mean they’re non-existent here! Hope you’re doing okay and get some peace soon

This poor man. This is the society we live in now. I’d hate to be early 20’s in college nowadays. What’s B’s name? Since it’s no formal reporting of assault etc, and sounds like a false accusation among friends, why don’t we know her name?

Just because he may be a dickhead doesn’t mean he should be shunned by Hollywood. There are dickheads everywhere. That’s life. They’re as entitled to pursue their lives as the rest of us.

Just finished watching Joker about two minutes ago. What a superb movie. Maybe the best acting performance by Jaoquin Phoenix I think I’ve ever seen. Exactly the type of movie I was looking for, thank you for the recommendation

Look for a new job now. Immediately. Apply today for about 20 new roles. Stretch out the disciplinary process until you get a new role. Whenever your boss calls or requests you go into the office, book a medical appointment. Go to see your GP/personal doctor and get a medical certificate that you’re off work with illness. Take two weeks off, for stress reasons. Hopefully you can get a new role before the disciplinary process can even get going. No process, nothing to report. Move on with your li…

Women are hard wired to be totally selfish. Men are hard wired to look after others, provide, etc. Once a woman sees you have any kind of problem, you are diminished in their eyes. If you have a real mental health issue, their first thought is “I don’t deserve to have to deal with this, I deserve better than this”, and they’re gone. Men need to speak up is the biggest crock of shit baloney of all time. Men don’t talk because women see them immediately as weak, unattractive, and less of a man. It…

It’s always a weird one for me to see “toxic masculinity mentioned as a reason for suicide, as I’m suicidal because of financial worries, lack of fulfilment, lack of intimacy, lack of love, lack of social outlet, depression, hopelessness. Other men have no impact on my life really, let alone “toxic masculinity” (whatever that is).

In my experience, you need to talk to your union and not your HR team. I’ve worked in four multinational companies, and in all four there was a dangerously cosy relationship between HR and senior management. HR’s primary function has been to keep the heat off of senior management and protect them at all costs, unless they’ve done something where the police could be involved. This includes turning a blind eye (or worse tipping senior managers off) to discrimination, harassment, bullying etc. Also…

Society views anger (or rage, aggression, etc) as a “negative” emotion, something that should be hidden or feared. Instead of the perfectly normal emotion anger is.

That’s discrimination. Not diversity hiring. By the way, women are not a minority. I wish the world would stop treating them as such.

I personally wouldn’t call it Onlycunts. But I do think we should be real about the people on there. We call them models, cam girls, etc. They are prostitutes. Whether you agree with prostitution or not is a separate issue. But we should call those people by their correct term either way. Prostitute.
