Sounds like a free ride to a brothel. I'd still probably take myself. Much more guarded against gifts and handouts these days, one indebts, the other humiliates. Either way, hookers are pretty cool people, they get a bad rap for being upfront about what they want.

It helped me, that's why I suggested it. I used to be somewhat uncomfortable when alone. Forced exposure in an unfamiliar environment made me more comfortable in them. Lifting helped tremendously. Looking in the mirror with pride rather than some nebulous shame was huge. Financial freedom ia important as it helps with holding one's head high at work, the job becomes something done for play.

Everyone has to find their own path up the mountain. Everyone is competing with who they were yesterday, and who they could be tomorrow. If intimacy is critical for you and you accept it is hopeless, work hard, save money and fly out to a brothel in Nevada. If that sounds like a no go, it might not be intimacy with someone else you are actually after.

Sounds like you lean on others for a sense of identity. Loyal to your tribe introvert type? Mindfulness helps in a way. Take some trips camping or sight seeing by yourself. Build experiences where you are by yourself and you will stop associating being in a group as critical to safety or normality. Could be a value problem in addition. Best way to fix that is by lifting and learning. Get a plan for your finances together as well. Typical american works 50 years before financial independance, don…

Mr. Retard to you. The point is that you've gotta control the butthurt. Most of what you've written is victim speak. Victim speak is derivative of a worldview that is unattractive. It is the worldview held by those who are weak and pathetic. You want better success with women? Change your worldview.

It's a tool. A mechanic has no use for a chainsaw, an arborist has no use for a torque wrench. Social media's bright and colorful designs are designed to draw people in like tv does, if you find yourself cranking up your chainsaw just to hear it run, you've got a problem. If social media is keeping you up at night or reducing productivity in school, you've got a problem.

If you are alot smaller than them they will still tear you apart, don't let the "I know kungfu" bullshit get to your head. There is a reason why weight classes were developed. Train your wit, don't take their shit personally, dream bigger than the benefits being the king of your current social circle would bring you. The highest value males at those parties have bigger plans than to just dominate those social scenes, be like them, dream beyond that stuff.

How do you have that much time? What are you doing with your life? Spend that time learning about stocks or rent. Find out more about diet and hormonal balancing. Improve your mastery of the world around you and turn it into a playground instead of a war-zone. She won't and can't make you happy long-term. You don't have to do anything. Once you see it you can't unsee it, your chance at a blissfully oblivious life is gone. Eventually you'll work out what you want out of life, as the framework of what you were told you should want out of life crumbles and leaves a void. You have few needs and the ability to create a great deal of value for anyone you want. When this person is you, the world becomes a more colorful place again, and this time you're the one holding the crayons.

I maintain that everything is connected. An example of this that springs to mind is Sean Connery. He was a country bumpkin untilnhe started acting, at which point one of his mentors taught him to lift and how to act socially. He got some heat supposedly for being fake for a while too. Things like a nerd manspreading is ridiculous, the first hundred times he does it. The only difference between a faker and someone who is trying to change from the inside is persistance. I've found conversations with females are delightful when discussing events and the emotions that flow with them. Discussing abstract ideas is more like talking to a parrot though, aometimes there's a useful nugget, in general it's just better time spent reading up on the idea or talking to a man with interest in the same topic.

Redpill isn't here to improve relationships, it's just a praxeology. Do whatever floats your boat. The emphasis on pursuing a mission is expressed here partially for this reason. A woman isn't designed to take front and center of a man's life.

The redpill is just a praxeology, it isn't confirmed or falsified by one example, only made stronger or weaker as a theory. In fact it would be nice to get some NAWALT case studies to test various parts of the theory.

Stoicism has NOTHING to do with being a stick in the mud or an emotionless robot. Stoicism is about looking into the face of reality and accepting it without getting butthurt about it.

You can do a roth IRA, roth 401k, and regular 401k. Taxes are really low right now so the benefits of roth, or "I pay my taxes now and never pay tax again", are higher than a regular retirement account. For an IRA it is especially beneficial as post tax, aka roth, 5500 dollars will go alot farther in retirement than pretax, or regular, 5500 dollars a year. A roth 401k is fine and after a roth IRA is a great option. Note that as someone pointed out elsewhere in this thread an employer match syste…

The body doesn't grow strength without a certain percentage of fat being grown as well. Fat grows with muscle growth, muscle is lost with fat loss. Alpha is a placeholder term to describe qualities that get women wet. It's way easier to share experiences of what worked/didn't work using terms like alpha/beta then writing a sentence to the effect of "this man who had a mindset, behavior, body, social proof, and etc in sufficient supply to make yonder damsel tingle within her loins". Way easier to say "this alpha". Mixed terminology meanings between conversationalists is responsible for most disagreements between reasonable discourse.

Tolstoy wrote a book called Confessions which might be uzeful. Reading some stuff from people like Marcus Aurelius or Machiovelli may help to get an idea of how a self centered life can look. Alan Watts has some thought provoking stuff. Finding people in today's culture you personally are stirred to life by might be worth investigating to see why and imitate until you can start pulling everything together and focus your life around those things which stirred you. I love that Hugh Jackman, Richar…

That is a positive story and useful for consideration. It is a subjective position to hold however. For many males alternatives to the real thing may provide a pleasent dopamine high. For others it is without challenge and therefore boring.

The emotion may burn out after you get bored with it. Kinda twisted you weren't advised on how things work during your formative years. That sucks. Might help to consider that nothing lasts forever, even what you're going through. Make a choice to try and keep hating women and see how long that lasts. A couple years at best? Don't know how you feel about women in your family, mine I love very much, and no, they aren't special snowflakes.

Agree, I expect ti see it play out something like the following. Without original thought Twitter will go stagnant. Stagnant is boring. Since other options are out there to share ideas essentually it's increasing the supply of original thinkers for another platform. As more people craving thought provoking material pursue that stimulas the platform used will grow. Conversations will begin to have more and more interesting topics originating from the alternative platforms and as these conversatio…

The game has always been more or less the same. The culture shock of trying to unlearn 20-40 years worth of the wrong rules for the game is a major disadvantage. It requires updating to a whole new belief system after spending thousands of hrs tweaking one that was dead wrong. It's like cats. If a kid grew up being indoctrinated that they behaved like dogs, that kid would be seriously confused and angry the first time he found out cats actually behave like cats. Tell him from the get go what cat…

Mmm, not likely. Typically screen out dudes who go for chicks that disgust me, it's indicative of a character deficit in the male. I don't want those people around me.

It comes across as glorifying detachment from reality and delusions of grandeur. A picture of a man drinking water at a bar with his friends or failing a deadlift in a gym on Thanksgiving day strikes a better image.

Our expectations are what is broken. Take a certain Nature, and then Nurture it to be the opposite of what it is, and then throw together with it's counterpart that is Nurtured inline with its Nature.

If 80% of women have historically reproduced, and 40%of men have historically reproduced. It seems to follow that traits such as you describe would be inevitable. If I'm not mistaken that is to a large degree the point of MGTOW. "Oh, that's how it works...maybe I should just focus on cars and stuff instead."

She pushed you against a wall against your will? A couple middle aged women dragged you out onto the dance floor? Society won't solve this problem for you. Lifting can.

The thought "This life is all we have" is based on an interesting premise. It assumes there is a distinct and separate "we" unbound to the light and elements this "we" grows in.

She wasn't talking to all men. Reads more like she was lashing out at someone she considered low value. Something that is easier to do in an anonymous and general way for those who were emotionally triggered and did not handle the problem to their satisfaction in the moment when it actually occurred. Used to see stuff like that all the time on Facebook.

What you are now talking about seems to have nothing to do with what I was trying to convey. I'll restate in a different way. Make truth the number 1 pursuit and everything else can be sorted out later. Morality and implications of what is found have no place in the initial search.

"It's understandable, but do you really want to model your view of the world after someone who is absolutely miserable?" Has nothing to do with it. Inherently the man who sees the world more clearly and can accept what he sees is going to be more in control of his life in the long run than someone who does not. Pulling random science stuff out to make points, happiness more or less stays the same through out life in studies done on it. People who are temporarily unhappy because of an updated bel…

The problem with nice guys is that they were given the wrong rules for how life works. Other than that I find the freedom of focusing on strength and being my own mental point of origin a far superior producer of contentment than the falacious dream I grew up in. The problem described above is one of feeling cheated. The solution is to accept that one had it wrong, update his belief system, and move on. There are a lot of cool things in life to check out.
