Therapist seems like an alpha white collar job to me. i think they generally have high social skills. Also they can be a fatherly figure generally speaking (probably why women dont make good therapists). Thats not the way to live life. Ive done a few Alaska fishing trips, made $20-30k for a few months work and got outta there and saved all that money up. I know of a lot of guys like your friend. They make this money and spend it all on drugs and booze or a super nice 2019 Ford F150. At the end of the day they seem miserable.
