Too bad the article also doesn’t mention that many men have been pushed out of the workforce by gender parity or diversity politics. If men can’t compete based on merit or capability, and see positions and pay “equalized” although they are still doing the bulk of heavy lifting they are likely to get frustrated and drop out of the work force.

Isn't there an age of informed consent that should equally apply to trans operations. NCFM is considering a lawsuit. It takes time, money and resources to do this. This issue is already being litigated heavily by other plaintiffs whose points of view or content were banned online by google, YouTube, etc. just search unruh act and lawsuit. I think you are wrong about that. A writ of habeus corpus is federal action to attack unlawful incarceration. It can be filed for either state or federal convictions. However, an appeal is different thing and allowed under due process princples. An appeal is a matter of right, as long as you file by the 30-60 deadline to appeal. Whether it is accepted or not is another story. But appeals can be filed all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court and/or the Supreme Courts of the individual states.

Whatever views people have on Brock Turner is tangential to my essay. He was not convicted of rape. They full story reveals a very different picture of what may have happened.
