I read your story dude. that's sickening. you must be a hell of M***F*** to pull through that. I wouldn't. I don't have the stregth man. To be honest, today I slept the whole day. and keep thinking about ending my l****. I hope things will turn out better. but I am afraid I will take the quick way out of this. I can't deal with it anymore.

mens support group Which ones would you recommend? you are a dumbass. coming out to a woman and expecting her to treat you like a human being? hah. dude, role model for your kids? she made sure they lost respect for you long time ago and now its just reinforced. she was prepping and you didn't even know. You've been bamboozled and you need to accept that the next decade of your life is just pure disaster management. This is so true. I don't know man. how do women think it is a good idea to tak…

She is telling on me to the police/sheriff about stupid shit I did. and giving evidence to convict me on things unrelated to her. not worried about the TRO.

I am sorry I meant. things she is saying about me. she is telling on me to the cops/federal agency about anything shady I did.

I don't understand why they need to be hurt, especially when they are the ones filing for divorce. Not sure how to fight if she succeed in putting me behind bars.

I am not too concerned with her TRO. it is all this stuff that she's telling me that's worrying me. I don't know how I will survive if I lose my kids or go to jail and have something on my records. I will probably end my life.

If you have an old cell phone in your house and she has access to it, then change your number. My STBX found my old phone in storage, hacked into it, and activated it through Wi-Fi at our house and spied on me for 3.5 months, and had every single text that I was getting while I was staying in a hotel that whole time. I would have never thought that she would have done something so intrusive and psychotic, but divorce brings out the worst in them. She eventually had to turn the phone over the to …

I know, how can you not allow her to rent space when you're harassed by cops? That's messed up that a wife tells on her husband. or to be an ex-husband man. up until that I was fine. I never cheated on her. She filed for divorce and keep going after me like a coyote, even though I am leaving her alone and gave her everything she could ask for.

estraining orders are commonplace in custody disputes, they almost never stick unless there is a legitimate one-sided reason for them to. Using a restraining order in custody disputes for an advantage is so common that it's refe As pointed out by chinnick967, I cannot use it as evidance.

Yes, I wish my lawyer could use that against her, but I don't think lawyers can use communication between them in a court case. That's just ugly.

Women’s key emotional driver is pride. Your stbx wants to win, no matter the cost. If she let you walk away on your terms, she hasn’t won, you have. Even if she comes out behind on paper, she wants to make you pay in court. That actually makes a lot of sense.

had some hack mediator at start and was almost willing to just walk away with only retirement savings and start form new but then she wanted alimony etc. After extra legal fees she ended up paying me a bit more than I actually asked day 1. And yeah I wanted 50/50 but both having to pay tons of legal fees just to end I don't understand why they do that. is it on the purpose to annoy/hurting the man or they don't trust the man at all and think they could get more/better?

Get all you can at this point. She drew first blood with the falsely-acquired TRO. Honestly, you were being dumb but not getting the equity and half of the marital assets. Women always get everything they can and guys need to start playing the same game. I was dumb, I didn't even know I could get all these prizes XD. I wonder if she knew too, but she screwed herself

Providing bank statements for X years is standard practice. My ex wanted 7 years. I asked for 3 years from her. How can I get those? call the bank. I doubt only banking can go this far. Your attorney, OC and judge have been doing this collectively for decades. You aren't smarter then they are. If you leave something out intentionally (aka hide it), when it's discovered don't be surprised when your wife is awarded 100% of the asset. There's a famous case from 1998 where a woman going through a …

My previous lawyer was just terrible in communication department. she would just ask me to give her the information without providing any insights on how she's gonna use thing or what's her game plan. she always say that sh's working on my case and that I have a good case. She's rock bottom, a dime-a-dozen in the dating market. Only worthless men will bother to engage for anything more than a pump and dump. And see, here's the thing, women can get pumped (and dumped) as much as they want they just have to accept that it might be by loser dudes - which goes against female hypergamy... so she's always going to be feeling unfulfilled now. I lost thousands in bull shit like big screen tvs and beds and computers and shit. how? did they disappear or did you forget to list them? It’s complicated but at settlement everything goes into the pool. So you can trade a car for all the shit in the house. Whatever you want. If it goes to trial judge will decide what to do with it all. I am less worried about details around the kids, but preserving my finances as best as possible are. If its truly supposed to be 50/50, should I worry? Awesome dude, that would help too. my ex asked not to do mediation though, not sure why and I am not sure if the judge can force us into mediation.

I'm not following. Why are you in a rush? Normally, you have 21 days or 28 days or whatever. Did your lawyer not give you timely notice? my lawyer said I have 7 days to reply to her so, "SHE" can prepare a reply. HERE IS A LIST of other reasons. THIS has some good samples. This is great stuff

That's the comment I was looking for. since it says to list every gift I made over $250 can I say I offered her mother a vibrator? to send her F*** off?
/r/Divorce_Men09/08/22 04:27 AM
1

Thanks a lot, it's just that I don't have a lot of this information, I opened so many PayPal accounts throughout the years and most of the time never used them. I was gifted many things but never kept records. who keeps records of that? Also, I give my mother money as an allowance to help her out. is that a problem? she was living with me and I was responsible for her expenses and Would give her a few grand a year so she can save and invest. how should I go about that?
/r/Divorce_Men09/08/22 04:03 AM
1

The gifting question is probably to find gifts to an adultery partner which could be construed as “wrongly dissipating marital assets” and affect the common property split. Bro, I don't even know what I gift what to who, I buy all kinds of things, Ipads, perfumes, and watches for friends, cousins, nephews, and family. I personally don't even remember. should I just say none XD
/r/Divorce_Men09/08/22 03:59 AM
1

So should I say I gifted people or not? am I gonna get penalized because I gifted my mother a room 3 years ago? that's silly and there are a lot of silly questions. Honestly, I gifted worth hundreds of thousands to friends and family. Like list each physical altercation List each act committed by her that lead to the breakup of a marriage and provide details, description, and if I forgave her! like wtf? I am compelled to say prostitution just for the records.
