My ex was granted a TRO. she made serious allegations of aggravated battery and threat with a gun. The only thing she didn't cause me of is rape. All her allegations are fabricated and never happened and cannot imagine her bringing any evidence unless she fabricates something and I pray the lord she won't go that far.

My lawyer pushed the hearing by two months to get ready, meanwhile, I am in the street. I called another lawyer and he suggested to not challenge the TRO and just accept it and request to communicate through "Family wizard" for the kids so I don't break the TRO if I need to contact her for the kids.

knowing my ex, she will pull something from her Houdini hat to accuse me of breaking the TRO to put me in jail. For those who dealt with TROs, what kind of evidence or what does it take for her to get a Permanent Restraining order? I heard that women need to bring the minimum evidence while the men need to bring maximum evidence to prove that those allegations did not happen. I don't know what kind of evidence I need to bring because non of that shit happened.
