In the discovery, I am asked to list all items I claim as community property valued at $500 or over, in addition to items I claim as personal property.

I have a few questions though, what's gonna happen to all items of value lesser than 500? is she gonna keep them or what? since she's the one staying there.

Should I include things I bought for her? like a laptop, jewelry? even though I don't have receipts but do have pictures.

Should I include items used by the kids too? like their Ipads, or laptops?

What if I forget something? is it lost? she has the house and I haven't been there in a while and might miss one thing or two
