We have bigger fish to fry. My lawyer said the judge isn't going to care. My ex has been arrested and etc. She is contempt proof as my lawyer says. Lol. Meaning she keeps breaking the order. Well I met with the cps worker and investigator last week. It was very short. Like 15 minutes. The investigator asked me no questions. Almost just seemed like a routine. The previous two investigations I did in the last month were much more invasive with very personal questions. This third one wasn't.

I had sole legal and physical custody from February to June last year because the Mom said in open court she lives in France. The judge then took her rights away. My Ex often keeps people out of the loop and trys to have these investigations occur without anyone knowing so she can control the narrative. In Maryland they didn't know about DC and Virginia so they just kicked up a new investigation

She currently has protection orders against two other individuals. One against her. This will be her 2nd Dv charge against me. She has brought two charges against two other men in the last two years. This is all since 2023. She is never going to stop and the court system is never going to stop her. My lawyer brought this up to our family court judge. I'm in it! CPS has been involved. Kids met with a forensic psychologist. They found nothing and no signs of sexual abuse. My kids and myself were asked all kinds of invasive questions because of my EX. We have trial on Tuesday and hope it's all cleared up by then

Holy shit ! I'm so scared my girls will say something similar and that the forensic psychologist won't pick up on it. She said I sleep with them naked, have them pose for sexy pictures and that I've touched their vaginas inappropriately while sleeping. My judge made an order that says we're not allowed to record each other at exchanges or ever. This was a recommendation of the GAl's. I still record but more discreetly . At the same time my lawyer and I are sitting on video footage that would expose her lies. But then we risk demonstrating that we're breaking the order

So what you got primary physical custody now ? My Ex has said many outrageous stuff in court. In same cases I thought her bad behavior would be her nail in the coffin. She has been caught lying under oath. She walked in 90 mins late to our trial to just say she was stuck in traffic. When asked why she didn't call, she just said because she didn't. Yeah. She just wants to change everything. The vacation schedule, child support arrangement, childcare, and medical providers. She's also advocating for tie-breaking authority. After 4 attempts in two different states, she was finally able to convince a judge that a restraining order should be put on me for two years. Not sure if this is going to matter in family court. This was super helpful! In the end I don't really care about the RO as long as it doesn't impact my custody order, or my employment. I really want nothing to do with her, and have made many attempts to engage in parallel parenting with her which has only made her more upset. Thanks for helping take a load off my back. My concern is the protection order. If my Ex prevails on the protection order, she can use this to hurt me in family court. Overall there is no evidence that I was stalking her. The only evidence she has is a video of me showing up at her place of residence and me yelling and calling out for my kids to inform them that Dad is here to take them camping. She claims I barged in the door. Which didn't happen. We use Appclose.

My ex cheated on me and found ways to deflect and blame me for cheating on her. This is the end game. There is no convincing her. Fight it. By not fighting it is almost an admission of guilt. We use App close for communication and it's free. My ex said all that and a bag of chips. My now ex wife use to threaten divorce all the time via text. Until the day I filed, she started talking about reconciliation. My advice: file first. Get it over with. I would be careful of men advocacy lawyers. They tend to just rile you up. If things don't go your way, they just blame the system. Some of it is about what fits your personality. Do you have the kids passports ? You can put them on an abduction prevention list. It's what stopped my STBXW wife from getting new passports and trying to take them out of country. You'll be alerted if new passport apps are being filed. But it doesn't provide exit or entrance control. So you need to have any passports they currently have
