Stop pretending like there are no structural Problems for men. By battling them you would battle the very cause of problems for minority groups. But either you don't understand that or being viewed as the bigger victim seems to be more important to you.

Avoid it. Fully. Entirely. Limit yourselves to the few online spaces like this one where you feel comfortable and avoid all other. Social Media is genuinely posion for your brain. You are asking how to drink alcohol without getting drunk. If you don't want to get drunk, stop drinking. Break your unhealthy habits. Even when it's easier said than done. Give it the effort your well being deserves.

Being aware and spreading awareness of the systemic problems. Just don't carry it to feminism spaces unless you want to be attacked and labled a "pick me". Call out misandrist behavior of your friends if they show any but I think I don't need to tell you that. Change takes time and effort. More than anything we need unity right now in society. If everyone of us manages to make just one more person aware of the struggles and how devastatign and unseen diskrimination against men is each year the a…

Please do not give in to your husband. If your boys agree with their father they can get cut later in their adult life but by cutting them now you deny them their choice in this. 🙏

Sure it can be called sexist. Matter of fact is that your boss is probably just afraid of being attacked by the woman. No one cares about men complaining about workplace condition but once a woman points her finger on you, you have a problem.

In Psychologie it's called "availability heuristic". People subconciously assume probabilities to be in relation with how recent they have heard of an example. For instance after media talks about a plane crash people will think plane crashes are more frequent than they actually are. Women get 0 medial Attention in relation to crimes or "being crazy". People don't talk about it they talk about it with men so naturally when comparing they think it's more common that men are crazy. So as with basi…

The most disgusting thing is the way thats being celebrated. Feminists will be like: "Hell yeah, women are outperforming men at school and education!" and in reality everyones performance in school is declining but boys are struggling more severely than women do.

Not a professional on this but If I had to guess it's due to womens higher priority for social things. Even right after birth, girls tend to look at faces for significantly longer than boys do. Guys probably don't spend as much time thinking about wearing the same hoodies they have for years. At least I don't idk.

I don't work there fulltime but I worked at a kindergarden for half a year and it was every day misandry really. besides me there was only one other male employee. He was also voicing how frustrated he was about it, how he was discriminated against simply because of his gender but they didn't really take him seriously. He quitted working there within the timeframe I did aswell.

I consider trans men to be trans men. I 100% think they have a place here. Why not. Afterall it's not just a delusion. Wether it's testosterone or typically male brain structures that cause women to identify as men, they share aspects of masculinty we all deal with and that makes them likely to be affected by similar and the same problems. I dislike calling them men without any distinction though. being trans comes with more and with different expierences. I think especially from scientific impe…

I encourage you to look beyond gender and analyze what other things criminals share. proving sexual assult is near impossible, thats why people get away with rape easily and it's a massive problem. When you use a weapon you leave prove. Of course socialization plays a role in why the numbers are like that, but women rape aswell. They manipulate and opress their victims, threaten to turn the tables on them and reporting them for raping them instead, ruining their reputation etc. It's simply the w…

because you get imprisoned when you shoot someone? dark numbers for men are 8 times what dark numbers for women are. again, there are as many bad women as there are bad men and we filter our female (and male) friends in that regards just the same.
/r/MensRights14/01/25 03:45 PM

I kindly encourage you to change that mindset. Just like we men naturally doubt that other men don't just rape you assume that for women. It's not men who are bad people. it's humans all together and lots of women are just like that. Due to gender and society bad people do diffrent bad acts, but trust me, women would rape if they could. And many already do.

I don't think what he is sayin is misandrist. The way I understand it he says there is and always will be rape and since women are in comparison more helpless in such situations they are easy targets. If biologically men were weaker than women and physically vulnerable to them, this same statement would be true but with reveresed genders.

Where exactly does it state the 40% claim though? All I found is the 7% who actually made a false accusation which is really shocking already. Assuming that would be representative for all cases (it's probably higher) that would mean that when a third of women get assulted, a quarter are false claims already.

This also. I am also persuing a career in a social field and spend a year in a kindergarden. The amount of prejudice against men in there from parents and other caretakers alike was shocking to me. My personal view and expirience: The educational system is undeniably rigged against boys. Boys make up for the majority of kids that suffer from stuff like dyslexia. Their handwriting being worse on average is no coincidence either. Boys have absurd testosterone spikes which makes them very impulsive and leads to usual struggles with selfregulation. The school system is tailored towards women in that sense as we grade them by the same standards while in stuff like sports we make differences and…

forced sacrafices and being expected to just endure in a broad sense. Thats the broadest answer that comes to my mind and it applies to pretty much ever sector of a mans life from work to relationships. If you want something more specific it's probably best to understand where this comes from. Men are raised to be soldiers. they had to be since women were more valuable for repredocution. You give them the facts about mental health amd suicide. Chill out bro, my entire second Paragraph of my comment was to directed towards the western legal system being anti male. I may have failed to make this clear, but what I was trying to say with it is that the legal system IS anti male regardless of a woman accusing a man or not. It amplifies that problem and fosters such sterotypes. I can imagine you are annoyed by the reaction of people here towards that one caveat line, but from their perspective exactly such statements are enforcing the entir…

I'd argue that women don't have it harder. how hard one has it in life is a very individual thing regardless of gender. But there still are systemic issues that people face based on gender. Wether those that women or men face is greater is subjective and I find it nonsensical to rank it in generell, but I'd recommend you to reconsider the mindset of women having it worse in generell. A little example at how anti male the western legal system is in itself. In germany there was quite the scandal f…

Sure but that is also debateable. The draft definetly is unconstitutional but the sad reality is that we need a military. it's a good and very important thing, even if it means trauma and suffering for many people. Yes. It's not all but the most hatefull and extreme people are homosexuells. I have had enough expirences with them to notice that and this is true regardless of gender. The kind of disrespect I witnessed many gay men having towards women and many lesbians having towards men is crazy.
/r/MensRights28/12/24 08:09 PM

Those are definetly true but I'd argue that it dosn't stop there. Education, generell healthcare or even the possibility to avoid homelessness and poverty through sex work is a privilage. It's not a Situation most people want to be in. But if you give me the choice between doing sex work against my will or freezing and starving to death on the streets, I am taking the sex work.

Very common. But we still expect men to be resilient about stuff like that and just get over it. Also something shocking: Statistics show that during their live time one in three men expirience IPV (Intimate Partner Violence) with 97% of perpetrators being only female. It's not all men. It's not just not all men, it's not just men. Women are just as bad.
/r/MensRights28/12/24 08:02 PM

You aren't the crazy one. The thing is that you need to understand this modern day feminism. It's an ideological conviction for most and nothing but a somewhat clever way of forcing advantages for highly privilaged women. Through feminism women in positions of power have a cruel way of getting this morally twisted "check mate" in politics and the economy. Present yourself as a victim and anyone who debates you about it as the perpetrators. The way feminism purposefully presents their manipulated…
/r/MensRights28/12/24 07:54 PM

Crazy. Can we also talk about the fact that a third of all men experince IPV and 97% of them only had female perpetrators? And the way data affecting women is being presented is discriminating towards men in itself. I have read somewhere about 34% of all female homocide victims being victims of IPV while this number is only at 6% for men. Sounds pretty severe if you don't mention that there are 4 times as many male homocide victims, then it's suddenly only a ratio of 7 to 10 and not 6 to 34.
/r/MensRights28/12/24 06:16 AM
6

fair but I'd say thats still inacurate as if you apply that to men and soldiers who systemically only have to fight in wars due to being male or who had to sacrafice themselves in scenarios like sinking ships would also count into such a divide. So it's still andiffrence to someone explicitly being a victim because of their gender and a gender enabling a person to be a victim. But I think overall we can agree that murder is an important topic in all cases.
/r/MensRights28/12/24 06:10 AM
13

exactly. The amount of actual femizied is incredibly low and people love to call cases in which a women got murdered a femizide when really it isn't. Indications are also enough for people to see it as prove. It's just radical feminism being decietfull as usuall to present themselves as victims.

The thing is often when calling out sexism feminism revers to systemcial opression. I mostly agree with this. Considering all this it's totally fair to say feminism does not care about these issues since really they don't care about victims, they care about the Connection to their own victimhood. compared to a senile old man that confuses the name of someone with their biggest enemy, surely. Although I find that interesting to see, people seem to be quite split about what her stance on MRA is

call me naive but I like to think not every woman is anti man
/r/MensRights24/07/24 12:14 PM

Thats the thing I am wondering. I heard her first speech so it became pretty apparent that she quite feminist. Not neceserally a bad thing but most women tend to be very anti MRA so I am wondering what kind of feminist she is. although I do like to think she might be of the kind that respect men and men's issues aswell as womens issues. the comments here give me a diffrent impression though...

They are soooo close. they understand that the way we socialize men is a problem but instead of considering how we don't treat men like humans they derive men are just thaught not to treat women like humans from it... And then they call themselves feminists... Whenever someone makes Statements Like that I am happy to point how I, as a man, am more feministic than them. it makes them fume with rage.
/r/MensRights23/07/24 02:25 PM

In korea the circumstances are entirely diffrent. it's a very valid movement there. in the west however it's just another way of playing the victim for women. there is nothing those women actually can achieve with it. makes it a good thing imo. toxic women dropping out of the dating pool? a win in my book.
/r/MensRights23/07/24 05:12 AM
14

"pitting women against each other" I am so fed up with Statements like this. Heard stuff like this on a european talkshow and it's so sexist to say: "We can't let men have the satisfaction of us women fighting each other, that will just help the men win again!" They are all for unity unless someone has a Y chromosome. it's so blatantly sexist that I find it insane that it's just okay to say stuff like this.
/r/MensRights23/07/24 01:06 AM
1

well I hope your right but it's probably rather the polarisation going on. everyone pushes each other to become more extreme in their opinions. leftists call left people right if they are not left enough and vice verca. and people who are politically centric are being hated on by both sides and usually told stuff like being politically uneducated. if anything I find it interesting to see what gets likes and what dosn't. tells me a lot about the people here.
/r/MensRights23/07/24 12:59 AM
2

yeah i suppose people here have a problem when someone does not hate on feminsim entirely or Attributes feminism to all women. The thing is as vanilla it seems it's my opinion and it's one people really need to understand. everyone is just thinking black and white nowadays and it's most problematic thing ever.

yeah i totally get that, you are right about that but it's rather shamed in generell is my impression. women get harassed all the time for wanting to be traditional

of all when you base what is right and wrong relative to how things have been thats never good logic. paying childsupport to someone who raped you is not okay and should change. we shouldnt use morally wrong concepts as the basis to justify another morally wrong concept. Someone pays child support for a child and not for someone else. If you don't want a child do everything to prevent impregnating someone. on top make sure to find someone who actually loves you and won't break up with you in an …

sure. Women aren't all stupid just like men. We are equal in many ways, not in all. There are smart women who aren't "modern feminists". Most sane people just stay away from toxic discourse thats why women don't talk 💩 about the kind of feminism that is going on nowadays.
/r/MensRights21/07/24 11:10 AM
1

Idk i think that would be terrible. people would just start getting children they don't want anyways. those children would have horrible lifes. from a scientific perspective there is nothing wrong with abortion when it's done before the child shows any neuronal activities. forcing people to pay for it is way to radical and not a solution imo.
/r/MensRights21/07/24 11:04 AM
3

With stufe like this I always have the impression people confuse the Individuality of people. most of the women who want a man with traditional genderroles are totally fine with being traditional. the true hypocrisy is that women shame other women for making the choice to be traditionelle. they fight for a world in which women are free to do anything, UNLESS a woman chooses to be a trad wife. neither is it okay to shame men for wanting to be traditionelle but not women. the only proper solution …

what the... as a european i had no idea this woman was THAT bad
/r/MensRights21/07/24 07:20 AM
2

yeah i definetly see your point and you are right in that. it always comes down to how and what exactly people mean with such terms.
/r/MensRights20/07/24 08:30 PM
4

yeah understandable, i would also never answer the question wether i am a feminist with yes without giving the specific context of it. feminism lost it's original meaning
/r/MensRights19/07/24 11:47 PM
22

Who would have thought. on one hand you have people who believe in evolution but on the other they can't consider the gender related implications because greedy women tell them there is none and are being blinded by the idea of being empowered. I consider myself a proper feminist in the sense that men and women aren't equal but equally human and both deserve to be seen as equally valuable. Just that nowadays society thinks women are better.
/r/MensRights19/07/24 07:11 PM
-3

I don't get that logic though, it's the same feminists use to get to the conlcusion that men are not a priority. I don't see how dealing with one Problem restricts you from talking about the other. in this case especially, trans mens Problems won't be as common here since most men suffer from society. what i do agree with though is that many of the struggles trans men and men-men as you say face are the same and therefore fixing one will fix the others.
/r/MensRights19/07/24 07:06 PM
9

exactly. as long as those struggles are not attributed to being trans rather than being men
/r/MensRights19/07/24 07:02 PM
3

So clearly trans people have vastly diffrent life expirences than men but they come to expirence a lot of things men expirece. with words like those it depends on the context. I see no harm in it aslong as misandry is not being attributed to transphobia instead.
/r/MensRights19/07/24 07:00 PM

Sorry that happened to you. I really feel like not comitting to any relationships was the best decision of my life so far. Love is dead and just thinking about being divorced... no thank you
/r/MensRights17/05/24 06:39 AM

maybe, thank you for that Perspective, I think you have a point. although I'd also say a lot of men bottle up theire anger aswell. maybe thats due to cultural differences though. Or just because of my limited subjective perspective.
/r/MensRights17/05/24 06:36 AM
1

fair
/r/MensRights16/05/24 02:09 PM
3

def bear, even if the woman wasn't angry and screaming I'd feel more comfortable around the bear. Also I could vent to the bear without being accused of being self responsible and the problem. 😂
/r/MensRights16/05/24 12:05 PM
3

yeah from that perspective, sure. And by all means, if that helps people, I am the last that minds. I just see it from the media encouraging women to be angry and rage kind of side. That just somewhat concerns me.
/r/MensRights16/05/24 12:03 PM
4

I mean obviously again, I can only speak from my european perspective on all of this, but guys who raise theire voice here are really really not ignored. compared to women at least. if a woman and a man where to shout at each other the woman would generally be seen as the victim in that situation, even if she had started the shouting. but again, that might be diffrent in other parts of the world.
/r/MensRights16/05/24 12:00 PM
1

And I dont even know about that. Personally never been to feminism demo, but I dont imainge that to be peacefull at all
/r/MensRights16/05/24 04:57 AM
5

the thing is, I wouldn't even say women aren't allowed to show anger. I mean this basically proves that point. social media is depicting it as something empowering.
/r/MensRights16/05/24 04:56 AM
3

Idk about you, but I am not fond of ending up in court as a man with a woman who Attacked me and claims I hit her first. the outcome of that would be pretty clear.
/r/MensRights16/05/24 04:54 AM

100%, social media is pure poison in my opinion. i think society would literally be better of having kids smoking cigarets leagally than unrestricted access to social media

yeah thats what I find wierd about it aswell. I mean going into the woods, grabing a stick and beating Up the forest floor is free anyways aswell, why pay for that
/r/MensRights15/05/24 08:50 PM
5

maybe. but that dosn't mean i will leagally win if they start attacking me and I just defend myself. if i can't prove that I am the Initial victim, it's pretty clear how that story would end
/r/MensRights15/05/24 08:49 PM
2

actually I have heard of rage rooms before but they didn't come to my mind seeing this. good point. although i feel like a rage room isn't quite as much of a rip off
/r/MensRights15/05/24 08:47 PM
18

yeah idk, I am insecure enough when it comes to women already, don't want to live with the fear of potentially being beaten up without the right to defend myself since as a man in court, I will be the asshole
/r/MensRights15/05/24 08:46 PM
3

yeah kind of how I feel about it aswell. I mean I suppose it might just be a very individuelle thing and maybe it can actually help people to heal, in my case whenever i get angry which rarely happens but does sometimes, I feel Bad about myself afterwards, not healed or any better

there is so much stupidity and generalization in your comment that I genuinely can only recommend you to seek help. Neither did I say women should fight wars. 99.99% of men dont want war, yet they are forced to go and fight it. If they say they are refering to a society made by and for men, then no America is not a patriachy. women and men are treated equally in law. just today I basically heard the same. no, misandry is not a response. misandry describes the system sexist discrimination against men. people NEVER talk about it, but it exists and funny enough, it causes misogyny and most of the problems feminists love to complain about. systemically, men are forced and raised to: • be with less moral values. Society wants to raise soliders capable of murdering for theire country, not moral human beings that refuse to kill for political and financial power. th…

the number one thing is society wanting more and better families. The current interest is forcing the former male standard of working 40+ hours a week and earning money onto women to effectively double the number of people to work to uphold the system. politics no longer looks towards the future, the lack of young people won't be the problem of those in charge right now anymore once that time will come.

there was a statistics posted here once and it confirmed it. women are much more picky and more highly value beauty standards compared to men. however this is mainly due to the spread of beauty sterotypes. trying to blame men for it however, is just idiotic.

first of all, your feelings are ALWAYS valid. from my expirience, this sub isnt unwelcoming of women, but many of us have quite the problem with the way some of feminism treats us. of course you deserve support, the point I am trying to make is that it's simply not rational and no matter how often people will teach you about how your much worth your opinion has, in the end you still have the freedome to express just like anyone else. if anyone thinks your opinion is less worthy than that of a ma…

The Impression men have of women and women having of men are usually never accurate and you can never generalize it. it's not okay for men to act like that and they don't "get away" with it. you can be as much of an asshole as a man and you will face the exact same consequnces, just that women might be giving you harsher consequnces. Also I don't quite see where it is misogyny when you have been thaught an unrealistic standard of how you have to behave or be.

i wouldn't quite call it victim blaming. they see it in the differentiated way of the man being responsible for the "pateiachy", so basically all men in positions of power are opressors. so it dosn't exactly mean they say all men are opressors (which many like to do anyways but that goes beyond the term of the patriachy). the huge problem i have with this narrative is that it totally excludes all responsabilities women have in society. imo they need to stop blaming a gender and start blaming ind…
/r/MensRights16/04/24 10:01 AM

I see no Problem with phrasing it that way. The problem lies in the fact that we don't say "men can be abusive". and we should definetly pay attention to the statistics and talk more about how common it is for a man to be in a abusive relationship aswell.
/r/MensRights16/04/24 08:14 AM
2

it's so idiotic. even prefering women over men when both have equal qualifications isn't really moral (also not if you prefer the man). however lowering the standards specifically to avoid hiring people of a specific gender is not just sexist but also super irresponsible. Imagine you lower the Standards for surgeons in order to be able to hire women instead of men. just causes the death of a handfull of people in the name of feminism, no big deal right?
/r/MensRights15/04/24 03:31 PM

did you properly read my comment? the Bible is a book for Interpretation. that means to me it speaks in metaphors. not to forget the possible mistakes in translation. I reflect it and try to find moral value in it. not every Christian believes in the same. I don't care what you believe in or don't believe in.
/r/MensRights07/04/24 01:22 AM
1

I agree. it's not only percieved wrong though. many people tend to live it out blindly, viewing it as part of society and not questioning it. the way people learn of christianity the way they are raised is nothing like the way you learn about it when you learn about it and interprate it for yourself.
/r/MensRights06/04/24 12:25 AM

I understand your view, you are free to hold onto to it. but I see Religion as more as a set of rules what to do. to me they teach and help you with finding morals. I also hate when people force theire religions and I hate the way in which they are being used to opress. For me however on a personal level religion helped me with finding meaning and purpose in life.
/r/MensRights06/04/24 12:19 AM
3

agreed. also Something that resonates really well with me. fact is, men and women aren't the same. assigning diffrent roles in society to them like Christianity does isn't unreasonable. anyone who thinks christianity is sexist for that does not understand what this religion truly stands for.

I personally was raised christian, lost my faith and became an athetist. a while later i spend a lot of time thinking about Christianity again and I found my faith again. Thank you, I'll try my best

yeah. I am currently studying to become a teacher (although in Germany) and I can tell you that there are so much more important things to tackle rather than gender. the whole system is no longer functional nowadays. every kind of information is just a few taps on the Smartphone away so the kind of education school provides is just outdated. and instead of teaching kids how to navigate the Internet, handle fale sources and such stuff, we just ignore it because our teachers lack the qualification…
/r/MensRights01/04/24 09:56 PM
5

Also, I can't help but get the impression that men and women tend to think in diffrent patterns if that makes sense. Although that is just personal expiriences, but whenever I had a male teacher I seemed to understand more and I especially felt like I was being understood more when I contributed something. considering how the majority of teachers are women this might also have a significant impact.
/r/MensRights01/04/24 06:08 PM

While i am not sure about any specific studies to link to, I have seen stuff about men generally having worse self regulation and also worse fine motor skills. So according to that boys have it harder to sit still and pay Attention aswell as learning to write. This information comes from Vera F. Birkenbihl who died about 10 years ago so it might be outdated by now, but it was pretty intneresting stuff.

thank you for pointing it out, you are right, a source would be nice

/r/MensRights01/04/24 02:59 PM

it's two seperate things that don't correlate. some people are toxic. some people are masculin. there is nothing wrong with being masculin. some masuclin people are just toxic just as there are a lot of feminine people who are toxic. Thats my take on it.
/r/MensRights01/04/24 02:17 PM

yeah, but it feels like most trans people don't feel offended by women 🤷
/r/MensRights01/04/24 02:15 PM

yeah, tiktok is the scarriest trend we have. it's pure hatefarming. people are pushed into extremes and polarize to an insane degree. social media literally fcks our society. every single one of those writting such comments genuinely believes that men generally are evil and deserve this.

It's just depressing at this point really. How can such people be so shortminded not to be able to see through such idiotic indoctrination.
/r/MensRights13/02/24 11:06 AM

I do agree with you, but a big part of the problem simply is that to combat mental health you should seek therapy. I am not a therapist and I would love to help any person who is struggling mentally. but getting out of such deep holes like depression is nothing I am remotely capable of doing. it's an incredibly long and hard process. the thing we need to normalize is empathy for mental health. and not just for depressions. we need empathy for things like personality disorders aswell. And I feel …

And yes, dating advantages is definetly a female privilage. I always hate scaling it against each other though. afterall we are talking of likelyhoods. there are also ugly women who fail at dating. on average i would say they still have better chances but that is just an assumption. other than that men have to go to war, die and are not being percieved as having emotions or empathy regularly. you can't scale that with a higher chance of being raped imo. it's just diffrent kinds of systemic strug…
/r/MensRights09/02/24 04:28 AM

so technicall you have male privilage by the proper definition of male privilage being that you won't expirience misogyny. however, and this is the problem, people view male privilege as the non plus ultra to fit the narrative of the victimized woman in society. In reality, male or female privaleges hardly determine how good you have it in life. the best privilages you can have are those that come with social staus and wealth.
/r/MensRights09/02/24 04:24 AM

He has a point though with how the fighting between Ideologies needs to stop, the problem is then people would be willing to see where and how they are not always right. I personally never heard a feminist admitting to ever be wrong about anything 🤷

yeah i tried explaining that aswell, but nope. theire claim "fighting the patriachy will solve misogyny aswell". these women seriously believe capitalism and injustices would disappear once women would be running the world 😂

that means it's a cult, Religion isn't neceserally like that
/r/MensRights07/02/24 09:54 AM

I did, but at that point they couldnt argue with logic anymore

yeah idk, sometime you are lucky enough to find actual feminists who stick to the Definition of gender equality who also tell you everyone who fights misogyny but not misandry is no feminist by Definition.
/r/MensRights05/02/24 01:33 PM
1

yeah, with how inflated the term feminism is and with all the types of streams there are by now I also dislike using it. But in the end it's not about how you call yourself but rather about what you stand for.

it's rather the intimacy aspect that they long for and thats something a hooker can't really provide like any girlfriend could.
/r/MensRights05/02/24 05:01 AM

Yes term Inflation is one of the biggest problems when it comes to open discours. thats why whenever I discuss with anyone usually I ask them to define what they mean by theire terms.
/r/MensRights05/02/24 04:59 AM

kind of, but it is more complicated. affected are mostly socially ungifted or have (subtle) underlying mental condtitions like adhd that makes them fail miserably at dating (especially since men have a much harder time dating). This snowballs into a form of loneliness, depravation of intimacy and lack of expirience which puts them in a hole they can't get out of. The Incel Community is one of the most hated groups on the internet in 2024.

there is way more misandry online. just as there is way more misogyny online. the problem is men who really expirienced sexism outside of the internet are straight up denied theire life expiriences with such statements. direct misandry is rare, although for people like myself who have to deal with certain political extreme people they are dependent on (usually Family), it's very real. besides that men are very opressed and hardly anyone acknowledges it. -harsher punishment in law -performing wor…

it's heavily on the rise. this sub is about 30% bigger than the feminism subreddit. you have things like male loneliness epidemic and also since misandry increases due to certain political movements, so does the manosphere.

Thank you for coming here to say this. Lately I am expiriencing a lot of these accusations and hate first hand from a very close person. It's gaslighting at this point and hearing a woman showing empathy for this is kind of reasuring that I might actually not be a bad person just for being a man.
/r/MensRights31/01/24 08:00 AM

it depends. you need to differentiate. there is chronic loneliness which is more like a mental health disease and there is loneliness as a feeling. When I am talking about loneliness as a feeling, all I mean is whenever someone longs for company or someone to talk or do stuff with. When it comes to chronic loneliness it feels like this: you are most comfortable all alone on your own. it's an decisions to live like that. it's actively avoiding interactions with others. this can happen due to many…

Yes, I know. this is exactly what I am preaching aswell and thank you for being here in the first place. I know that women aren't my enemies, whoever think that genders have to regard each other as such are the problem and this is becoming very common. my first expirience with sexism was very mild, it was just a class full of girls i was in bashing men in an almost teasing way while i was present with lots of mean generalizations and such. It hardly bothered me, what did was when i actually trie…

sorry to hear. the thing is social media algortihmens show you what you are most likely to interact with. it basically analyzes your personality to a scarry degree just through what you look at and how long you look at it compared with all other social media users. and then it goes to show you what gets you most addicted so you spend the maximum amount of time and interaction on social media. I have very high self conciousness about these things and yes, it's mostly me being an introvert. I am not even anxious to hold presentations and stuff like that back when I was in school. I also love 1-on-1 conversations. what I mean by anti social is that it just is incredibly exhausting to me, conversations especially. for example i love deep talks and conversations in generally getting to know other people, but i can't do this very long before I am just emotionally and kognitively drained. Yes. made that expirience a lot especially on other social media. the amount of people who think the male loneliness epidemic is about men being single instead of them being mentally ill is just shocking. and they refuse to listen. you see people making posts on how for men to adjust to women standards or of women that rant about how people ignored that cat ladies are lonely but now with the male loneliness epidemic its such a big thing. It really feels like people just straight up hate men and …
/r/MensRights17/01/24 06:12 AM

your point is a little what goes into the personal expiriences i made, however i hate generalizing any group of people and maybe there are trans people who are not like that. so in order not to disrespect any non disrespecting trans people, I simply don't disrespect them as a whole.
/r/MensRights17/01/24 06:03 AM

yeah, still i feelt obligated to put this message out there. in generall. no matter if we are talking about trans women, Body count or whatever else. everyone is entitled to theire own preferences.
/r/MensRights16/01/24 02:23 PM

because such people feel a twisted sense of justice in that i think. they just like to see other people suffer and it validates theire beliefes of men being terrible, pathetic creatures i guess.

honestly, individuelles make mistakes and are stupid 🤷 you know as well as me that neither is this sub an Incel group nor is it evil. It's sad to see how much male Problems are being neglacted because of the victims being male. Just diatance yourself from this negative and uneducated biased people.

In all honesty, from my Personal expirience I am quite "scarred" when it comes to trans people. I don't want to disrespect them and I don't hate them or wish them anything bad. However from my personal expirience with trans people i could never consider dating one. see it as something traumatic. yeah. I was permanently banned there for "talking from a privaleged perspective". my bad for thinking the definition of gender equality was "activism for all gender equality and related issues" when really it is "activism for all womens rights and related issues for women".
/r/MensRights29/12/23 03:58 PM

I don't get why they think they even remotely have the right to determine preferences. like wtf. I personally just find it super imature to sleep around with many people and it's a red flag to me because 1. sex is addicting and the same partner gets boring 2. sex to me is Something intimate i don't just want to share with anyone. These are my preferences and anyone can have theire own but how dare they shaming me for having this preference??? it's so disgusting honestly.
/r/MensRights29/12/23 01:28 PM

I am literally just not getting your Point.
/r/MensRights28/12/23 10:54 PM
2

exactly my point. I'd love if for once the roles were reveresed. But not even a trans male acknowledging men problems is being taken serious in the way that they are expiriencing male problems, rather that is suddenly a problem refering to trans men. (refering to the video of the trans men crying and explaining how lonely and cold it feels to be a man with people not small talking with you and swapping the side of the street when they see you)
/r/MensRights28/12/23 09:17 PM

yes always. But Just because biology and luck factors in Life benefit some and cause disadvantages for others does that mean we should form camps to have a smaller group of people whos Advantages we fight for? is that how you view it?

But I wasn't 100% sure myself, it wouldn't be an surprising reaction of a feminist 😂
/r/MensRights28/12/23 09:10 PM

i agree, we need to normalize being proud of what we accomplish. it's not a bare minimum. not in a world where you can and want to turn towards drugs and suicide instead. we need to normalize empahty for men staying strong.

thats the best solution imo 👍

I wouldnt say anti male, i'd rather say not pro male. but ever since feminism is a thing they are anti male.

I think they were being sarcastic
/r/MensRights28/12/23 04:24 PM

Oh I see. well i agree with that. thats why i think feminism is overall a toxic movement nowadays. there were men helping feminism. but in the end feminism wants to divide people into genders and then they apply black and white thinking. thats why I personally fight for equality and also women rights, but not for feminism.
/r/MensRights28/12/23 04:23 PM

I mean especially looking at young men: -performing worse in education -more heavily affected by mental health -suicide rates -less Support groups -more harsh treatment in court -more likely to be overall victims of violence (only when it comes to rape men are less likely to be a victim) -shorter lifespan (heavily decreasing, by now men are estimated to live about 7 years less than women on average) -more likely to be addicted to anything really. And any feminist will dismiss these points as not…
/r/MensRights28/12/23 01:22 PM

Yes i agree 100%. i often debate with feminists about that but feminists can't look beyone gender. they can't see that "rhich men" are a total minority and that our system benefits the rhich and not the men.
/r/MensRights28/12/23 01:18 PM

yeah you have to look for it to find anything. and what you will find is more women who have no idea what it even is and who confuse it with the entire incel movement.

I agree. But instead, most of society has become anti men it feels like.

Well some good pointe and good advice I would agree. But getting out of that hole is fucking hard and on top, it's not called epidemic for no reason. In my friendsgroup of 6 (all men), 3 of us are suicidal. literally. And while this social contact helps a lot, it literally is like a spreading depression in our friendsgroup. yes. and it's not just about dating. it goes further, things like just getting a hug, being listened to when you talk about your problems, intimacy and empathy. most men no longer recieve that nowadays.
/r/MensRights28/12/23 01:07 PM
3

Yes. i feelt the same really. I used to have such low selfesteem for feeling like this. the moment i realized how many are like that i lost most of my self esteem issues but now I am depressed about the fact how little recognizion such problems get. In some way it is a lack or effort, but the amount of effort a man is required to put into himself to deal with all this is just unrealistically high sometimes. I share your fear and I think it's happening already. look at incels. at the fact that people like tate are growing so popular. misogyny is a direct consequnc of the reckless blaming and villanizing of good men. the number of femizides have vastly increased in this past year. yet femomism still can't acknowledge that they are also responsible for that and as long as they deny being part of the problem, things will get worse and men will choose more and more violent answers to it. It's sad really…

wdym how is it not related to men? the male loneliness epidemic refers to the chronic loneliness that reached a severity of a state of mental illness which has gotten so bad that roughly 40% of all men before theire 40s are mentally ill and distance themselves from all social life. in japan this has been acknowledged way before in a group refered to as the "hikokomori". it's somewhat connected to incels aswell. People don't understand what this "loneliness" is about it seems. see it as a mental …

oh wow, thats interesting. didn't even know that. I thought Overall women were disadvantaged in that regards, maybe i have to get up to date informations regarding that then

well yeah, but i think thats somewhat the gag behind it. not sure where it originated from 🤷
/r/MensRights28/12/23 12:21 PM

Well yes. still is a little concerning. I do get the point though
/r/MensRights28/12/23 12:51 AM

yeah Thats also a common thing. its something no one wants to admit but women don't want nice guys.

well health gap exists for both genders in certsin areas. dosn't mean we should not advocate for change on both.

don't worry, I think i can speek for this entire sub if i say we don't approve of cancle culture at all. as long as you are respectfull and stick to the Community guidelines, you won't have to fear a ban. I did manage to have some form of luck with someone feminists, but it was more like we found things to agree on and in others we disagreed. regarding how most feminists are, I do consider that a win.

from my expirience this sub is totally freedome of speech. don't expect to get upvotes on everything when you say Things the way you see it, but thats how things should be, very proud of this sub in that regards. Now adressing the Problem, I agree with the modern feminism and also some aspects of old feminism. there were reasonable things to advocate against. awareness to mental health, beauty standards, some rights and especially things like health gaps are quite valid if you ask me. however mo…

yes. I realise that when talking about relationships. but loneliness epidemic inst about not getting laid. thats why this feminism take makes me so mad. its about a mental illness that makes you distance yourself from society. affected are not lonely because they are single, they are single because they are mentally ill. although i think there being single definetly makes the problem worse and a happy relationships could help with it, but it's definetly not the cause.

oh yes. reddit would be burning for that.
/r/MensRights27/12/23 10:59 PM

I know. I am actually quite happy with the situation mostly. it feels like finally men are heard in some ways. and it's thanks to feminists speaking up about it. however, there are still parts of feminism that are so deep in theire naratives that they can't acknowledge not being the victim for once and it makes me sick. thank you for your activism and the suggestion.
/r/MensRights27/12/23 10:57 PM

okay. no need to worry about the fact that almost half of young male adults want to kill themselevs i guess?

Yeah i don't know, I am starting to think they are straight up evil. ever since i wondered wether testostrone actually makes men more aggressive but in fact it leads to a greater sense of Justice instead. so maybe women are actually just more evil than men. I wouldnt be surpirsed. 🤷

100%. it's the biggest insult to me. years ago when i was younger i was so naive to think so highly of such a movement. it made me look forward to a more fair future. now where have we landed? in a society where there is framing everywhere and I as a man who genuinely fights for gender equality is being insulted for speaking up about aspects of feminists movement? such a toxic Ideologie. anything that dosn't fit theire naratives and disagrees remotely with them is being used to prove theire poin…

yes I agree. Women will find themselves very miserable at a certain age. and i have even seen feminists playing it down like it's okay for a woman to become a lonely cat lady... similar to with women focusing on careers. this is something feminists love to celebrate when really you take the +-12 years women have to find a suitable men to literally spend the rest of your live with. now within these 12 years they have to stress about getting a Job and are hardly anymore in a position to have child…

well being lonely is not just about romance. hardly so even. it's the total lack of intimacy, empathy and the distance affected purposefully put between themselves and basically all of society. in japan there were men like this since forever revered to as hikokomori if i recall correctly. and it's straight up a fact that as a women you will always find someone to listen to your problems, to hug you or to make you feel like you are okay the way you are and can go into society and be you. nowadays…

You have a good point. but that makes it even sader to me. the fact that women are mostly the ones who controll relationships and who to date is no mystery. that means women trying to cherry pick the best men cause most of the recent good but older men to disapear from the market leaving older women lonely and older men somewhat spoiled If that makes sense. I guess at least that means light at the end of the tunnel for me if i manage to get my sh*t together and make myself attractive at a certai…

yes it makes me want to throw up. honestly. just for once where we are literally affected by a increasingly heavy wave of mental health issues, where 44% of young men between 18-23 admit to having suicidal thoughts, how the fuck can it still be about women. and the very article that stated these exact numbers was a feminist writing about how this is a problem for women, not because all these young depressed men deserve help, but literally because she states that the issue is so severe that it af…

Yeah idk. i mean loneliness is more than just being in a relationship. especially in the young generation its loneliness that prevents people from trying to find anyone in the first place. but regarding the fact that there are twice as many young women who are in a relationship compared to men and of all men between the ages of 18-23 literally 44% admited to having suicidal thoughts... i mean... we are Not talking about the Same kind of loneliness if you ask me there.

Yes. i feel like in an reasonable attempt to make the world more fair to women they have been empowered in the wrong way. now everyone thinks they have theire total right to demand a perfect society for themselves, recklessly and without caring about all the mountains that need to be moved in order for theire lives to be perfect. and they never have to move these mountains themselves. its always the patriachy. and patriachy=men. so the responsinility to all Problems=men. thats at least how they …

well, my trans sister, my former class mates, most of the girls at my university... /r/MensRights27/12/23 06:24 PM

Thank you. it's nice having women respond in such a reflected manor to this. I agree that porn is a health risk faktor which we shouldnt normalize. But at the same time its a coping mechanism for lonely men who kind of feel like they need it to have some form of replacement for theire lack of intimacy and sexual interactions. The biggest moral inconsistensies of feminists are when they encourage each other to be sluts and use theire body to make money and be proud of it, but the moment men are w…

/r/MensRights24/12/23 09:49 AM

Well, I disagree. I think sometimes its better when people just Help each other. in all cases it's individuells who suffer and Things like gender Just mkae you more likely to suffer. but as i said, it's not like anyone is responsible to help

No I am not. You didn't deserve that just like anyone else who is mistreated an abused. But personal expirences do not represent a generell sense. It's your good right to give a fuck about men's Problems, no one is forcing you to help. But 1. then don't expect innocent men to be obligated to help women with theire issues and 2. please be mature enough Not to cause problems for anyone. /r/MensRights22/12/23 11:34 PM

Not really because men are physically Stronger. men and women live violence out diffrently. even a Physically weak man will use physicall force while a physical strong woman will use psychological abuse.

So in other words, I am actually very gratefull for you being here and sharing your thaughts.
/r/MensRights22/12/23 11:29 PM

It's a vicious cycle. hate fosters hate. misogyny causes misandry and vice versa. thats why we need to start showing empathy, stop generalizing either side and get out of our delusional bubbles. most men aren't evil. most women aren't evil. but we are thaught to hate each other.
/r/MensRights22/12/23 11:27 PM

and keep in mind that there are feminists who don't want to admit anything to you because you are a man or because those users are sadistic trolls. don't converse with every feminist. only those who listen and lots of them will. I also expirience similar things. just try being empathatic and ask questions to make them realise the problem. dont tell then why they are wrong. make them understand that generalizations are bad themselves. argue with young boys who are using social media and are not educated and mature enough to handle generalizations.
/r/MensRights22/12/23 05:04 PM
1

yes. I converse a lot with feminists trying to get them out of theire extreme views. it's literally this view of all women vs all men. they don't see people as individuelles but just in groups of people. thats why they think men are responsible for everything any man does. it's so toxic and sexist honestly.
/r/MensRights22/12/23 04:03 PM
3

yes
/r/MensRights22/12/23 03:59 PM
2

mental health is constructed though. the healing works diffrently and if we want to heal we need to change mindsets. this epidemic won't leave unless affected are dead or we help them.
/r/MensRights22/12/23 04:52 AM
19

yes chatgpt is really biased. great example that shows how much more sensible society is towards women. don't forget that chatgpt is basically just a huge collection of data connected through algortihmens. no one Designed it to be inherently sexist towards men. the data it is fed is simply not sensible towards misandry. same with christianity by the way.
/r/MensRights22/12/23 04:10 AM
2

agreed 100%. also reduce extreme views and be empathatic to others as long as they don't disreslect you. sounds kind of disconneted but nowadays with social media pushing people into Political extremes we need to get people out of theire bubbles to enable combined efforts to fight sterotypes. will be way easier that way although you have to deal with a shit ton of idiots. but it needs to happen imo.
/r/MensRights22/12/23 04:07 AM
14

and not to forget mens capability for destruction. a man reacts to emotions physically while women use psychological violence. don't ask me why 🤷
/r/MensRights22/12/23 04:03 AM
5

Yes also true. deep rooted stereotypes that are hard to get rid off.
/r/MensRights22/12/23 04:02 AM
12

we need to understand where these problems are coming from: Main Problem is social media. algortihmens push controvercy and negativity. rad feminism teaches young boys that they will grow up to be monsters which enforces a deeply rooted self hate. it Paints a grim future in generell with stuff Like politics and climate. taking a HEAVY toll on uneducated young people who are simply not mature enough to deal with such content. Then there are sterotypes and stigma. for example that men can't talk a…
/r/MensRights22/12/23 04:01 AM

well, thing is i do want to help others idk i have a sense for Justice. but i agree, as a men these spaces are to toxic and i am just not welcome unless i mindlessly say yes and boost these delusional peoples egos.
/r/MensRights22/12/23 12:56 AM
47

And the way feminists handle incels is also just evil. imagine you are making fun of a group of people for being socially untalented and struggling with meeting the absurdly high standards women take for granted. and then they wonder why these type of people cope by starting to hate on women and becoming tate fanboys.
/r/MensRights21/12/23 07:19 PM
53

So feminists claim its patriachy fault for enforcing sterotypes. and it's true that sterotypes lead men to get mentally ill and lonely. as someone affected you want to diatance yourself and just not bother anyone really because you know they can't really help you. The truth is as an affected person just from my expirience which is Not representative, It is Not any men who enforce such sterotypes but it's women who find emotional men unattraktiv. As a man you can be sad. thats okay. but the momen…

yeah. you can cast any linguist to how much bs and how Impossible it is to fix. especially funny is that they only frame it in a way which makes it seem like langauge is exclusively treating women like that. criminale, murderers and lots of swear words are masculin in german. but thats nothing any feminists ever talks about. or all the positive feminine words we have. stuff like mother nature or the sun are feminine in germany. but still feminists manage to frame everything in a way as if it is …
/r/MensRights21/12/23 07:02 PM

Ik man. I am young though and being affected by the loneliness epidemic dealing with such bs is so rough. Imagine you enforce mental illnesses in a young group of people who are not mature enough to deal with generalizations on such a big scale and then they shame you for being mentally ill. so delusional and straight up evil.
/r/MensRights21/12/23 06:58 PM

/r/MensRights21/12/23 06:46 PM

They literally think loneliness epidemic refers to men not getting laid. typicall feminists Uniformed and shaming men for speaking about theire problems, but whenever you talk about how men are conditioned not to speak up about emotions, it's the patriachys fault 😂 gotta love those feminists.

well basically its Just about gender neutral language. in german language is more heavily gendered. so for example math professors or doctors are refered to in a masculine way through pronouns. we have der, die and das which basically all means the Same as "the" in english just that its assocaited with Male, female and neutral genders. so they blame things like that for the reason that less women than men choose mathematic career paths. I life in germany. and let's just say I am not in a good spot for being a man. i am attending really leftist university where women advocate about genderneutral mathematics instead of letting the professor prepare us for our exams, I live together with my trans sister because otherwise i can't offord going to university and she is pretty toxic and on top i have been struggling with lots of mental health for more years than i can count now. the biggest chunks of feminism nowadays is like that, I agree. But there are also flows of feminism that aren't as extreme and Ideologically stubborn, even if they are rare.
/r/MensRights21/12/23 01:51 AM
4

Yes, great point. the issues of one gender are very close connected. women are thaught how they were opressed lead to change and to misandry. now misandry leads to our problems. which leads to misogyny again. it's a little like a collective karma and as long as we are not ready to move on, we won't on a big scale.

so the things is we need to differentiate between extreme feminism and "proper" feminism which usually go with the same label. the proper feminism is much rarer nowadays since feminists progress is going well without much aktivsm. proper feminists do advocate for mens rights, but as i said, there are really few and the problem of men are generally speaking not widely acknowledge. however there are wome that do try. I am 21 and from germany. worthless and useless hit the nail on the head. for a long time i didn't understand where this total Lack of selfesteem came from. in the last few years being confronted with male hate made me realise this. I am addicted to porn and video games. I don't care about my appearance. I am not looking for a gielfriend. I am lonely and a virgin unless we count a one time oral. I am going to university, studying to become a teacher. Never in my life before have i…

In my opinion false accusations should be severely punished. it should be treated equally to lying under oath, more severely even since you are systematic and planned about it.

I think mostly the movie Industrie enforces unhealthy sterotypes for both genders and especially for relationships. For a romance in which a woman is supposed to be presented as attractive for the majority of the audience, personality traits and beauty which we commonly associate with being attractive will be used to represent her and write that character which can come across as objectivying. Similar with men. A strong heroic man for example will not just be physically strong but also emotional…

Yeah, I think probably because it's a rather foreign name. kids like "leopold" "Anna-Marie" or "katarina" get better grades on average. It's either subconcious racism or goes to show how bad german education is for foreigners. which is a huge deal considering how many immigrants germany has. it's pretty bad.
/r/MensRights25/10/23 07:30 AM

yeah names impact grades a lot. In germany kids called "kevin" or "shantal" for example are usually connected to lower social class and actually have lower Grades on average aswell.
/r/MensRights24/10/23 07:04 PM

Interesting. as I said I don't know the american education system well. The german system is a total mess. 16 completly diffrent school systems, one for each "bundesland" with 3 diffrent types of high schools after 4. grade. the school system has been exactly like this for more than 30 years and its just not doing it's job effectively. considering how important education is we are fucking our future hard in my opinion
/r/MensRights24/10/23 05:28 PM

Men usually perform better in MINT subjects. however the education system does systemically benefit women. and I agree on the IQ distribution, but in this outdated education system IQ isnt really what determines your grades. grades are based on Motivation and discipline. the later is something that women are inherently better at compared to males, especially at a young age.
/r/MensRights24/10/23 11:23 AM

Well the education system in generell is way out of date. with the internet and ai, priorities should be shifted. instead of learning useless knowlage that can be found within seconds by anyone if needed we should priorities preparing for adult life and proficiencies properly. I think the whole grading system is flawed and should be replaced with Something like a review that Highlights individual strengths and qualities. School should be fun in generell, its funny how kids look forward to school…

The thing is nowadays religion lost much of it's original values. at least thats my Impression. I used to be an athetist. I started seeing religion as Philosophie, reinterpriting it. Now I am quite spiritual and wether it is true or not dosn't even bother me at all. whoever is behind the original ideas of religions like chrisitanity is a genius. wether we are talking about a potential god or a human who had the original intention of unitying humanity. In generall women also tend to get better grades similar to how women on average get less severe verdicts for the same crimes as men. Despite that (at least in germany) majority of the teachers are female which makes it both easier for girls to follow the train of thought from the female teachers and also means a greater deal of empathy for women. (although i have the impression that male teachers can also often have more empathy for girls. but that is just my expirience from germany, not sure h…

There are a number of reasons why men get paid more on average then women. from men working more on average and distributions in jobs to characteristic traits like valueing money over well being and or spare time. It's a wide range of things to take into account. and misogyny is also one of them. The thing is feminists soley blame it on Misogyny, which is totally wrong. women (at least in western society for sure, I am not very educated when it comes to the east and 3. world countries) don't ear…

With this movement i don't refer to this sub. I am talking about people's views on Men's rights issues. This sub is a safespace as i said in my post and I am glad it exists. I mean I would love for a bit more compassion and understanding I guess? Most people are thinking of this movement as bs because many people are so confinced all of us men are so inherently privalaged that it's impossible for us to suffer systemically. Well she is in a left exrteme trans scene. basically the opposition to those feminists. they are still "fuck the right". But my sister herself also dropped stuff like "men are always the problem" so idk. To me all extreme political positions are unreasonable and unrelateable. Both. It's hard to categorize. Its difficult on a personal level to deal with your sibling being trans, but if that kind of way helps someone out of mental health struggles and depression like it did for my brother I am the last Person to tell them not to go that way. In many ways, yes. I find the whole Incel thing to be one of the sadest things going on in the Internet lately. An Incel basically just is someone frustrated, unattraktiv or wierd person, someone who simply struggles with finding love despite looking for it. These women are obsessed with the idea of equality. they believe once there is any diffrence between theire own group and other groups (so any structural diffrence between men and women which benefits men) then this diffrence must be eradicated in the name of equality. Of course. Trust me I know exactly how it feels to be victim without anyone acknowledging you as one as it happened to you in school. It's so devastating and wrong. I expirienced something way less severe, but still a form of sexism and for me the thing that made it bad in the first place wasn't the sexist stuff the women said, it was the fact that i couldnt do anything about it and that you don't find any emotional support. It depends. The Problem is that men and women are relatively equal nowadays. there are aspects where women are favored and aspects where men are favored. In most western societies we no longer need feminism like this. they are seeing a twisted reality in which women are still not equal, they live in bubbles where they only hear about female struggles and dont see the struggles of anyone else, thinking they all have it so much easier. What I don't get at all is why people always have to divide into left or right. I view Jordan Peterson from a solely scientific point of view. he provides data and studies this data in regards to why this data exists. Its important to acknowledged that feminism isnt equally unreasonable everywhere in the world.
