Your comments are extremely divisive and it almost sounds like it's coming from a place of insecurity, this combativeness you have with an invisible enemy; physical preferences are unique to every individual. There's no one size fits all. Check your attitude, darling

Good point...I just have personally dealt with men that, in the moment, acted like they were trustworthy enough to have those conversations and then used that information against me in the future. I would just be extremely careful. A lot of low-value men use deceit to get what they want from us. Not everyone has the best intentions and not every guy will show his hand immediately.

It works on very insecure women whose self-esteem comes from the image they project to the world. That's why women need self-love vastly more than they need a makeup tutorial. It will guard you against being torn down by LVM behavior.

Absent mother, emotionally absent father, various traumas, etc believing all my life that there is one person for me that would understand and accept me. Thinking almost every man that I romantically view is the one - a persistent need to be loved since I hardly ever felt loved as a child. I agree with pretty much everything you've said. In fact I'm just going to delete my most recent post as it's feeding into that negativity which is helping overshadow the basic premise of the sub, which is that women should be strategic about how/who they're dating when they're in a healthy state to do so.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/04/20 10:11 PM

Apparently in Texas it's not illegal. Could be a story someone made up - regardless, NO ONE should be lying about their age for OLD. It seems the problem a lot of women have run into is a man pretending he's younger than his actual age; little girls and boys lying about being older should get dragged just as well. It's the legal ramifications as well as putting oneself in harm's way. What is wrong with people?! Date someone your own age!

And when I say "beneficial" that doesn't mean financially, it means it needs to be in line with personal preferences and in general, being treated with respect as a woman. In general he needs to show that he cares by consistent, thoughtful actions. You can't put a price on that.

Side effect of the patriarchy: start being an example for other men to lead by instead of lamenting the woes of an inability to process in a healthy manner. Drugs, alcohol, women, and other distractions aren't going to soothe that pain away long-term.

Self-preservation isn't narcissism. Putting men above yourself for YEARS when they continue to treat you like trash is insane and self-destructive behavior. Who makes it their mission on the reg to "pump n dump"? Who uses other people's bodies like a human Fleshlight? Lurkers think the ideas in this sub are toxic because they lack empathy in general. It's another way of shutting women up. Ladies, you have every right to be dismissive towards poor behavior and as well, you have every right to wan…

That's a lie. It's not take advantage of him, it's how can dating be most beneficial and vetting to find the perfect partner. What kind of ignorance is this? Also there's a consistent underlaying thread of BE FINANCIALLY INDEPENDENT so I don't understand where they're getting this from. Being a "gold digger" isn't a relationship - we don't market that behavior. Wanting a man to prove his investment in a possible relationship is the least one should expect.

I wouldn't say so personally but I'm in a small town and so only known the local comedy circuit. Mostly they're self-deprecating, a bit morose, have emotional problems, some of them like my friend are doing what they can to self-improve, etc. I think those who make light of life are naturally more inclined to tragedy/sadness. It's a coping mechanism turned externally. I think it's better to look at a person individually than to outright ban someone from your life just because of their chosen pro…

You may have some PTSD from that event, could be causing hypersensitivity, but that doesn't mean that he's not being an asshole. Not cool that his father and him are ganging up on you. A partner can be supportive and real, without being dismissive. Regardless, doing what's possible to heal from that trauma will help you move forward, faster.

I've only done that with the guys I've stupidly developed feelings for, FWB that always linger on the periphery. But ya I'm just gonna block them all from now on. It's sometimes hard to slap yourself with reality when you're willfully blind to their faults. A lot of recovering pickmes will be like "he treats me like shit but he's handsome, we hang out at his place every weekend, etc". If you have such a problem with it then stop overtly sexualizing women from boyhood on. Porn is the major instigator of feeding this kind of fantasy, moreso older men with barely legal women, but still... There should be a balance when it comes to sexual partners. Stop perpetuating this narrative that a much older partner with a much younger partner is sexy. It's not. It's predatory as fuck.

He was probably told in some pickup forum that this is how you get female interest, knowing that there's competition! Oh other women find him attractive! What a winner! Now I need to throw my puss at him facehugger style. I'm probably the rare woman that doesn't give a fuck if he has female attention, if I don't like him he's dropped from my life. Now you can begin to heal. Whatever went wrong, it was holding back real progress, so now just focus on healing yourself, etc. Some relationships tell you more about yourself. I'm not eager to get into another failed relationship, but knowing more about myself through that is strangely comforting. Now you're fully aware of what you won't accept and what you want. So enjoy being single for a while. It's wonderful to find yourself again without worrying about men.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy05/04/20 01:53 AM

Think about it this way. If he's only talking 1 - 2 times a week chances are he's chatting up a lot of other women, especially when for many their workload has dwindled. Doesn't mean he needs to be glued to his phone. Rather, it takes little effort to reach out more than a couple times a week. You'll start reaching out in order to get a response from him, getting addicted to a man that barely puts in effort. If he's not mostly focused on you within a week of talking, he's not all that interested…

You don't need that in your life. You're not her therapist. If you've been her shoulder and given advice many, many times without her reciprocating anything on her part she's just draining you. You've been her friend, but she's communicating that she doesn't care what you think about the whole situation. Let her be a pick-me. You can't save her, it's up to her to decide she loves herself enough to do what's best for her.

You don't know who else he's "talking" with, though. Men don't care about being loyal when they're just starting to date someone. It came out left field that the guy I dumped because of being emotionally detached, thought of us as casual a few months in.

He thinks your sexual identity on that spectrum is all about HIM

But they can't control themselves when their peepee acts like an antenna honing in on a target 😢 plz think about the poor men, it's biology- they can't help it! Oh stop being so emotional about it, be more rational, control your emotions!
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/04/20 08:41 PM

Why are you being so generous with describing him? You are literally glossing over the abundant low-value traits. Why are you allowing yourself to be treated so carelessly? His behavior isn't respectful towards you.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/04/20 08:00 PM

I agree. No woman should entertain that bs

Ya just find the original post, it's a top post in the last 24 hours. Look at all the comments. They really expect women should be throwing themselves at this shit. You want to act like a John, pay me!

I'm talking about posting their bullshit for the benefit of other women not for men.

Okay, I agree with you.

Why aren't you invited?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/04/20 03:03 PM

Because women aren't treated lovingly even from a young age. Treated like more of a burden than ever being treasured.

Think your "friend" isn't trying to triangulate you in any way? Narc men love to do this shit, whether you're going to fuck or not. It's all about that ego boost, baby, especially when he can get two women being catty, either indirectly or hair-pullingly
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/04/20 02:54 PM

Oh God.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/04/20 02:51 PM

"As a friend" that he'll probably sleep with.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/04/20 02:51 PM

It's because pedophilia had been normalized. Women and girls were seen as property. Murder and rape occur every day, genocides are scattered throughout history, devastating famines have occurred, etc but that doesn't make it "normal". This isn't a reality that anyone should accept. I'm fucking sick of this being all about men and their pathetic peepees.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/04/20 02:46 PM
1

I didn't realize that either, but if anything it names and shames them. Not everyone is keen to the bullshit, especially women in their early 20s and younger. But ya I agree with you about not entertaining them with conversation. It's mild popcorn at best reading what the 🤡 says to convince a woman "but I love you so let me put my peepee in uuuuu"
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/04/20 02:41 PM
3

As he should feel stupid. What an idiot.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/04/20 02:36 PM

Also safe bet is to isolate for at least two weeks. I have had a cold for a week so I'm not even thinking to return to working until after the possible transmission window is closed.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/04/20 02:35 PM

You could have it, actually. Apparently a large percentage of the population has mild symptoms compared to the more aggressive, deadly symptoms. Many hospitals aren't equipped to just test and treat anyone, so thank you for just staying home. What a pos. He literally doesn't give a fuck if it infects someone immune-compromised. I fucking hate LVM - more concerned about getting your dick wet than worrying about the wellness of fellow human beings. Disgusting. Nasty ass parasites.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/04/20 02:34 PM

They will just tell you what you want to hear so they can have you as supply again.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/04/20 02:30 PM

Women are more open to being loving and trusting with their partners; men take advantage of our caring and trusting nature. They think women are less than them, less intelligent than them, so they configure various ways to con women to get further benefits from them. Parasites aren't a hyperintelligence, they would wither to death without something to feed off of.

I have been away for about a week but coming back I'm seeing more posts that are baiting, questionable - and can't help but wonder if it's a man trying to expose the "chink" in our armor? 😹 At the very least could be some pickmes trying to get attention.

I think there's already this inherent expectation that women stick around since our widely accepted role is as "caretaker". Being an empathetic person myself I'd find it hard to leave someone in that kind of situation but also I've been in so many relationshits. It seems like another case of I'm doing them a favor and they're never going to wife me, so why stick around? I feel like women carry the majority of emotional labor in a relationship already. Why are men entitled to women's emotional la…

Yes. It's a waste of time. Haven't really found anyone who is willing to make a connection. Hardly know anyone in healthy relationships. The dynamic is broken. Love is dead. Lovers don't exist. One night stands and FWB and live-in prostitutes with their johns do. The current dating climate is catered to fulfilling the entitlement towards a man's ego boost. Just take yourself off the platter, you're not on his menu, this isn't fast food.

Why aren't you asking yourself why a man NEEDS to have someone he finds attractive when he's already in a committed relationship with someone he was already attracted to?! Why do women act with more honor compared to men in such a scenario? That's the real issue here. In any case I'm wondering if you're a troll since this just seems play-acting like you're dumb and also baiting, also divisive since it's clearly not the same shit. It's not okay for men to get into a relationship with someone they…

We've become accustomed to setting the bar low because it really is THAT BAD. No excuse for it even if they have to get two jobs and share a house full of people. I've done it many times, I think it's more the inability of their parents to push them out of the nest coupled with paying out of pocket for ridiculously high tuition. Unless you're actually contributing to rent, home projects etc you just need to leave. In your 20s you should be finding your way. Playing house with your parents isn't …

Oh honey, no

It's actually pretty telling why he's bothering you still even after dating this, shall we say, 'exotic", young European woman. Wouldn't be surprised if she thinks him peculiar too, as in wow this loser is clearly not over his ex. There's just something that women their age can do that younger women can't. That experience and emotional intelligence is sexy as hell. Anyway good for you for ditching him.

It's become the cool girl thing to go along with joking about non-committment coming from men. She's just playing along. Apparently it's funny. Not. I don't understand younger millennial women. This shit isn't cute. Stop glorifying laziness with dating, young ladies. For fucks-sake.

/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/03/20 03:37 AM
28

Jesus that's terrible honey, I'm so sorry you wasted a whole year with a little boy, hardly a "man". That's despicable he'd act like this, you know he's projecting because he refuses to have that little bit of guilt that's eating away at him so he's instead making you out to be the bad guy. Seems like he has trash friends too if they're indulging that kind of talk. It's not our fault men are so fucking broken they can't be emotionally invested in their own partners.

Had two who I thought were HV, ended up being they just used their assets to secure attention from multiple women while playing me. So why not do the same? I'm in my 30s too, and I'll say, it doesn't matter if he's around my age, older, or a younger man. They're only acting gentlemanly so they can get one thing. I don't sleep with most of them either! That whole future-faking bullshit - I've been duped 😔

Oh God, I am sucked in and I don't know how to get out. I've definitely been approached by a number of men without a dating app, but it all seems to fall into the same pattern. Inconsistency, they're too "busy", they expect a hook-up, etc. Even if we aren't on these dating apps anymore they've become entitled. I say embrace dating multiple men. Fuck it. They are treating women like we're on menu for them, like we're at McDonald's, all in all they treat women like a cheap commodity whether she's …

I'd be interested to know from women in their early 30's and up when the shift seemed to occur. We've been handing ourselves to men on a platter, is there any hope of finding something real and long-lasting with someone in this superficial climate? I think not. Let's just embrace hypergamy, these men don't give a fuck about us.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy22/03/20 03:58 AM

Well, it's typical LVM manipulation that only a woman who's willfully ignorant would fail to notice. Yes whining, but also trying to make her feel like she's the bad guy and like he's rejected her, as if she was the one trying to appeal to him.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy22/03/20 03:37 AM

The way two men will deliberately ignore a woman who has already said the same thing that the two of them then discuss while she tries to still involve herself in the conversation and it's something she's informed on. It's like they have so much more respect for other men and themselves. When two men are around talking women don't exist unless they're checking them out. I've seen several examples of men just pretending like they don't hear a woman talking to them while they bro out with a fuckin…
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy22/03/20 03:12 AM

Yes, it's not that women aren't intelligent enough to do this, it's more like men are conditioned to behave sociopathically towards women, unconsciously accepted within the broader male culture.

Nice guys finish last? It's more like it's your choice, and men aren't entitled to your body. If you didn't feel this boundary needed to be in place you'd sleep with him if you liked him enough and felt ready. It's not up to him to have sex with you. He's the one courting you. Fuck these dumb, selfish fools. That's like rapist logic.

Think about how naturally we are drawn to admire men when women have beared the brunt of abuse and neglect for years. We women deserve better than low-tier efforts, being emotional/physical punching bags, dealing with yet another man that is so stunted he thinks being emotionally detached is normal. Fuck that.

Besides that they want women, especially black women, to continue suffering beneath patriarchal advantages. Our anger collectively as women is validated. All we want is to be treated respectfully, to be treated with care and consideration. That's too much for them. That's a concept that's mind-boggling to conceive. Point-blank they don't think women should be respected. Fuck em. Who cares what these fools think? Let's keep doing our thing, aroused to awareness, repelling what actively works agai…

Oh I feel you, but in doing this she's still maintaining her dignity without compromising values. Besides that why give him a reason to justify that a woman wronged is "crazy"? We're better than that. Walk away from that mess and don't look back. We aren't emotional caretakers to men that trampled our hearts. He'll figure it out if he has half a brain cell. Speaking as someone who's familiar with homelessness.

I think even being cruel is just her wasting energy, when she can redirect that into being kind/thoughtful to people who have always had her back. The cruelest thing is for him to learn that he can't have her in his life anymore. She shouldn't even reach out or respond. He isn't her responsibility. The point is he, like many men do, took advantage of her lovingness and now he's finding out the hard way.

Their "relationship" is a great example to any young woman still uncertain about ditching a guy that basically uses her and doesn't care about her. We need to see pick-me behavior in media to highlight how clownish we are when we fixate on dudes that are a waste of our precious time. I don't think that matters in the long run. It was probably a solution for her to take agency of her sexuality but she's still participating in an avenue that largely revolves around serving male gratification. Don't be the nice girl. The nice girl gets used. The nice girl gets walked all over. I'm just saying, OP, your story about how your bf was trying to put the moves on you but you hardly noticed isn't relevant to our sub. "She" has been posting for 8 days in various subs, but looking over her posts they look made up. Also it's seeming like it's coming from the naive perspective of at the very least, a 12 year old girl. We know that women tend to emotionally mature better than men even at a young age so methinks this is some scrote trying to pull our leg. I did a lot of immature shit when I was 23 but I didn't act like a little girl.

I often feel the same, lots of loneliness occasionally relating back to a neglectful father, absent mother, no real guardians that ever made me feel valued and loved, but the primary thing is to realize we're not broken and to love ourselves unconditionally, to accept ourselves but also to improve ourselves and always strive for better for ourselves because we love ourselves. You can't find yourself chasing after others.

It's good you recognize this, perhaps finding another hobby to stimulate you mentally can be a solution. You say you enjoy the gym, why not take up dance classes as well? He doesn't need to be her emotional blanket. You realize that for women emotionally cheating is considered more serious? That's what this guy would be doing with you. Out of respect for you he should stop being so emotionally intimate with her and she should learn self-soothing and coping skills. She needs a therapist. It's certainly inappropriate for him to continue this dynamic. Think about how he'd feel if you called a male friend up and had conversations like that, on the reg. He'd probably …

They'll justify looking past their own shortcomings as men, and boast they're going to just use a single mother for sex and never take her seriously for a relationship. It's foul how these men act like it's okay to use women's bodies, toy with their emotions, and deprive them of the connection and intimacy they're ultimately looking for. How is us telling her to be realistic about not having sex at all within a relationship a sign of being a pick-me? You're going to find it hard to get into a relationship if you're not wanting to get intimate at all, just telling the truth. I'm sure there are relationships in which one partner is asexual and they make it work somehow, but that's rare. Totally feel you on not wanting to be deceived. The second guy was really handsome and intelligent, felt an instant connection with him, but he wanted a poly relationship and for me to be on the side - I refused to be his second option. It's because deep-down they hate women. They only love "feminism" that gives men extra advantages. I've worked in the sex industry before and I know personally what it is, it's not liberating for women except in terms of body acceptance and freedom of expression, it's catered to men. Okay, don't worry about nevertheless, it's not your problem anymore. Sometimes men come back after they realized they fucked up (or dating isn't working out for them) and they have real feelings for you but FDS advises against taking flaky/indecisive men back. I did that not too long ago and he just became lazy and uncaring in the relationship. Not saying that would necessarily happen for you, just be on guard. REPEATED actions mean more than words.

In another very recent case had the guy I was semi-seeing casually mention some women had recently entered his life, he also tried to create some kind of rivalry between myself and his female co-worker. I wasn't jealous at all, as I think it's tacky to fight over a man, but I did start to get pissed off when she was purposefully going out of her way to ignore my presence when I was trying to order something from the lunch menu (-re…

I'm not sure if it's a thing but I suspect "triangulation"; by casually mentioning another woman is somehow involved in his life he's hoping to create some kind of rivalry, real or imagined, to instill feelings of inadequacy and to keep the attention on him. I swear one of my very recent exes pulled this because he wanted the drama and for me to fight for him even though on the same hand he was accusing me of being needlessly jealous for asking him why he was spending so much time with a female …

In some way, I'm wondering if us being nurturing and planning dates etc is just us putting forth the effort we wish we received from our mate/potential? A way of making up for the lack of effort stemming from them? Subconsciously, maybe even a passive-aggressive attempt to let them know to do something, since men can feel inadequate when they're not being the provider. I like your ideas on how early traumas/bonding can form such characteristics. I'm pretty lazy myself in my day-to-day, which is …

Also if you have a great income you can afford to spoil your pet, give them the best veterinary care, etc. You can probably get another companion for them as well.

/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/03/20 09:11 AM

It's not that you shouldn't be that way, but perhaps that caring nature runs the risk of you being unappreciated by those who may take advantage. I get that it's an inherent thing with a lot of us to want to nurture, but don't waste it on someone who won't be likely to nurture you back. It's emptying to give so much of yourself and receive little in return. That's why I suggest getting a pet that you can form a bond with.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/03/20 08:37 AM
34

I would get a domesticated pet, this is something I'll be doing soon. Just knowing I'm responsible to care for another being and that we give each other affection will help alleviate the urge to care for a potential/bf when he's more than likely not marriage-minded with me. Just speaking from experience living in a college town.

Maybe as a solution posts marked strategy get moved to top of feed? I'm not sure if there's a way to do that, I'm definitely guilty of griping about men a lot lately, but I still think we need a place to vent frustration. When other women tell me they don't want to hear it either I just think they enjoy being in a half-state of being treated indifferently and occasionally favorably by men, so they just don't want to hear the truth of their own situation. I'd read it, a lot of male dating coaches geared towards women have great insight because as men they know first-hand how much fuck-boy behavior they get away with. The female dating coaches I appreciate as well, because they're pretty much giving the same advice in addition to showing women how they can raise their level. It's basically just telling us what we already know, but useful for women that need it drilled into their heads. I'd actually just stick with the title, that alone is useful e…

A lot of touring musicians are either in open relationships or self-proclaimed bachelors. There's a good reason for that. He's not too busy to message you, his time is being preoccupied with other lust interests. Communication doesn't take much effort. He sounds like a d-bag.

I'd consider it but also a toy guide would be awesome as well. Personally in too much of a vulnerable state to have sex with men for a while. Also I fear that if I do get a FWB he'll talk to other men and in the process men talking will think I'm easy, not that what they say matters, but I don't want to give the wrong impression. If FWB, maybe he's in no way tied to your inner circle or scenes? Someone you're not likely to run into?

As a gothpunk girl, I'm actually unsure, since men tend to fetishise anyone that looks "exotic" especially and sadly moreso women of a different ethnic background to them. This is something I'm trying to figure out as well. In my experience though I went through 2 - 3 years of toning down my look and it attracted about 3 different abusive men. They are looking for women that seem "easy", and from the outset that could mean easy in bed which I suppose an alternative look could indicate to these d…

They've become so entitled that they barely put effort in and so "act" dumb because they think we're dumb that we'll just put up with their shit - NO MORE! I'm including this link to a SheRa video, look at the comments section, quite enlightening. A woman having standards being seen as a sociopath? Because when did acting sweet, fawning over a man while he treats you like dirt ever get his respect, ever get his love towards you? Am I A Sociopath - SheRa

At least I surmise from that bit about "hating each other". Dumb ass, what is he, 20?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/02/20 07:44 PM

He seems willfully ignorant as to how he probably treats women: low effort attempts to get laid, a semi-relationship leading to resentment and him being dropped because he's not serious.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/02/20 07:44 PM
34

He wasn't all that interested to begin with if he wasn't willing to sacrifice his time and money to see you. Also I'm revising my previous thought on a coffee date to feel him out first: don't even do it, because if you're even slightly unsure about him it's a waste of time. Let the guy you're actually interested in pursue; ask you out to dinner, etc.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/02/20 07:42 PM

/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/02/20 02:14 AM

Gaslighting you; he really doesn't see you as a person, just someone he can lie to and mistreat. Break up with him.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/02/20 02:13 AM

I'm really not sure how to establish a better connection with a man, it seems when you're scarce they'll find someone else's time to waste. Just employ some FDS standards to at least weed out the majority of time-wasters.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/02/20 02:11 AM
6

I honestly feel we settle for men that mistreat and neglect us because we already know most men are nothing worth fighting over, and so we lie to ourselves that this person is worth sticking around for, for the slight charm they exude. So we get involved in relationships with a non-existent or deteriorating emotional/mental element, because it all centers on gratifying HIS wants and needs, in the off chance he'll decide to not be so selfish and "love" back.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/02/20 02:09 AM

I don't necessarily go for everything she's saying, her target audience mostly seems to be sugar babies, but some of her advice really speaks to me: demanding more for yourself, not wasting emotions on inconsistent men, etc.

Besides how disturbing his sexual kink is, I really doubt he'd even be willing to go through with one of her fantasies.

Exactly. Women in general need to step up their game not accepting low-tier behavior from these men that hardly put any effort in. Do it because you demand better for yourself and fellow women.

Yes. I thought I was being weird feeling uncomfortable about boyfriends being in contact with exes. It doesn't matter if they're just friends, she's always going to be on the back burner for him.

Those are the most attractive qualities, initially it's physical attraction that catches the eye but kind, thoughtful gestures capture the heart.

My boyfriend however is 36 years old and looks fine as hell for his age. Definitely one of the sexiest men I've encountered. He has his vices yet eats a vegan diet. I'd wager he hit the jackpot genetically.

I'm 31 and regularly get told I look like I'm in my early 20s. A lot of younger men have expressed interest in dating me and disbelief when told how old I am.

Old FWB, silver fox probably used to getting what he wants, arranged to be in town a year back. I agreed to meet with him but then "forgot". Never texted him back, ignored his emails, etc. He was hiding me behind his girlfriend's back the whole time. That's why he was detached and cold while I had pined for him. Recently we reconnected online. He mentioned how I ditched him, I replied "I'm petty like that".

My ex has been calling me saying he misses me. I'm a bit dumb for going through with this - having a talk with him today - but I'm going to be guarded as f**k. He isn't getting easy access to my goodie jar like he had before. I'd suggest you have the same thing in mind. If he doesn't want to get serious about you then he's just a waste of your time. I only even consider it because I know men run from their feelings sometimes only to realize what they've lost when it's no longer available to them…
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/01/20 10:23 PM

If you were a top choice for them they'd already be trying to strategize a date with you. Make their mind up for them. Next!

I give them 24 hours, 48 hours if I think I'll actually like them. If anything I feel that's way too generous. If they wanted to go out with you they should ask immediately. Talking through text isn't a good indicator it will be a good match, though it does help weed out the fuckboys somewhat, if they're talking about going back to their/your place, or insisting on drinks early on, etc

And this is just teaching men to view women as pleasure-objects and not human beings! This is why I embrace my anger towards misogynistic advantages men have over women. If the worst he can expect is a woman taking "advantage" of him financially or not making herself into his bed whenever he wants, things are clearly skewed in his favor. Men aren't entitled to women's bodies, but they sure are taught that they are, as if we are animals they have a right to. I had a guy get pissed off I didn't wa…

He wanted to have his cake and eat it too. Kind of hard to do when you don't make yourself an option anymore.

When you get sick of people walking all over your boundaries, of course you're going to come off as a bitch when you start to enforce them. Sounds like she's pissed you aren't giving into the male-centric view that men should be babied and catered to, forgiven for every sharp-edged slight against you. Eff that. Stand strong and don't accept anything less.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/01/20 08:54 PM

They low-key want you to be abused/taken advantage of. Drop those people as well.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/01/20 08:50 PM

So many men seem to make it their mission to tear a woman down, mentally, emotionally, physically, even financially. Don't settle for men who try to make you feel small in any way. They recognize your strength and glow and are trying to snuff it out so they can control you.

18 with a 26 year old: paid months of his rent; he'd openly flirt with other women in front of me. Suspected he was cheating. 26 with a 24 year old, lol: paid for a trip for us, he conveniently "forgot" his wallet. Got stranded, had to ask favors to send him home. He was insanely emotionally detached. Dated him for nearly 3 years. Recently 31 with a 36 former addict: Cleaning and cooking for him when he was sick. The way I show love towards someone is by caring for them because, contrastly I nev…

He has depression but it's not on you to fix him. He needs to get his ass to therapy, take medication, establish a healthy routine. You may as well dump him because he's dragging you down with him.

He should be buying you breakfast for causing you to lose sleep having to wake up at 4a to let him in. That's inconvenient to you, what are you, his mother?

I don't know why you'd be upset over an idiot who's so obviously confused. It's not your job to hold his hand. And if what others commenting has any truth as far as saying he's fickle with love, he may come knocking on your door when he decides that person doesn't do it for him. Choose someone who picks you first. Write him off your list for good.

I have definitely been fooled by men that acted decent and wooed me only to sleep with me. Can't trust anything men say these days. At least the ones who say they only want casual are honest. I'm starting to set higher standards though, a bit late in the game but better now than never.

I'm almost positive it's because they're trying to schedule a date with another woman. They love to juggle several "options".
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy16/12/19 10:37 PM

Ha! They always seem to get mad when they see you with someone who wants to make a real commitment. We don't owe them anything.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy15/12/19 08:49 PM

They feel like women belong to them as a sexual asset. It's disgusting, I think that's why so many of y'all suggest withholding sex until after an appropriate amount of time. It shows the seriousness of whether he'll pursue or not. If he's just after sex he can eventually get it with another woman.
