the friends of one girl I tried dancing more with called me creepy. Who is she? Does she know your name, where you live, who all of your friends are? Is she going to announce that you're a creep on CNN to the entire world and you're going to be known as that creepy kid forever? No. She's just some random girl who probably called 20 other guys creepy because she was being a bitch. I got a cold rejection from a group of girls because I was asking them for directions! I wasn't even hitting on them!…

From my personal experience my social life is greatly impacted by my personal life. I fell into a rut because I hated my job and that carried over to me being an "AFC". I love where I am now and that translated over to my interactions with everybody, including women. Maybe there's something personal in your life that is affecting you? If there is, focus on fixing that first and that will carry over to you having much more genuine interactions with women.

Drugs can help, and of course you're going to get the people saying "DON'T DO DRUGS THEY'RE BAD FOR YOU!". Its your life man, do what you want. It just isn't going to help you if you keep relying on drugs as your crutch because you're not developing those skills by yourself. At least see if you can tone down the dosage little by little to the point where you don't even need them. But feel free to keep with xanax if its truly the only way.

What do you mean by a shitty job? Have you tried talking to him about it? If its something like you're trying to isolate a girl and your friend is hitting on her, then maybe he doesn't even know. Communicate and see where the issue is. A wingman can't read your mind, and he's not going to automatically hook you up with the hottest girls. There's got to be at least equal if not more effort on your part.

I think that not caring about getting laid is huge. Obviously its a little bit of a paradox because most guys want to get laid, but don't want to come off as desperate. One of the most common pieces of advice is to stop sitting at your computer and go out and get laid, however even the act of going out carries the nuance of being desperate, since you're going out solely to get laid. So your interactions aren't going to be completely outcome independent. I think this gets reinforced by the fact t…

Look at the guys who manage to get all the girls in class. Do you think they are worrying about these kinds of things? Not really. They're usually the fun, outcome independent guys who dont give a fuck. I think as long as you show that you're interested and confident, a girl would appreciate that you were confident enough to tell her that, as evidenced by your self post. Just don't be clingy.

If you're disappointed if she doesn't respond positively, you were being desperate. I just want to say...that line really got me to rethink myself. And its very rare that something really gets me to evaluate my entire mindset.

I think everything on the internet should be taken with skepticism. The important takeaway is going out and seeing if it actually works. That's the whole point of field reports. Then we can decide if the story is real or not.

Its not ridiculous but picture a hot girl's inbox. Its going to be flooded with thousands of messages, so its going to be very hard for you to stand out. That's why daygame is so much easier because the guys that online date don't approach these girls in person, so when you do an approach in person you stand out a lot more. Bravo does a decent clinic on online dating, you should check out the video on youtube.

Bottom line, some women will think you're creepy. It happens. Even to "PUAs". To further prove this point, here is Cajun getting called "creepy". Notice how easily he plays it off though. He's not reactionary. Its not even a big deal.

I felt that a major point of the book's philosophy is that you give without expecting reward. Too often we do not approach a girl for fear that she does not reciprocate. We give expecting a reward. When we give and do not expect anything, then we have reached spiritual enlightment. Well then, you might ask, what is the point of picking up girls if we don't attach any sort of expectation to that interaction? I believe that is the whole point. We are always in the now, not thinking about the past …

Its all about execution. A guy in the situation you described is going to fail 99% of the time. A guy that is in the club with 20 girls fawning over him and massive social proof is going to have a much easier time.

20 guidelines for first dates would have been a better article. Rules are dumb. The only "rule" I could really think of is "relax and have fun". Anything else is fair game.
/r/seduction18/02/13 07:06 PM
1

I think this is pretty relevant A problem we all have is that we follow our gut, but if that gut feeling has led us away from approaching women before, then why do we keep following it? The 3 second rule is a good rule because it doesn't allow you time to think, or react. The key is basically "no mind". Don't think, just act.

I'd say try going early if you know the guy, ask to help if you can. As people are coming in, its much easier to introduce yourself as its going to be much more condensed. Later on in the night, it'll be cake to reapproach them as you've already introduced yourself.

Secrets? They're aren't really any. If you want to see how guys act in a club, watch Keys to the VIP or something. Ajay is pretty good. I haven't really seen guys tear up a club, and if they do they're usually part of a large entourage so the girls they are picking up could be girls they already know. Also could be regulars that know the girls from before. It helps to go with friends and just dance with them. Often girls will come up to you on the floor if you look like you're having a good time…

I don't know, because for many of us its engrained in our memory rather than making an active choice. Case in point, a lot of us will go out, think that this quote is money and there's no way we'll put girls on pedestals ever again, and then BAM we see a hot girl and freeze up. A lot of it is subconscious programming built up from years and years of being a certain way. I think recently I've learned to accept that there will be situations where I don't make the approach, or I put the girl up on …

I feel like its an evolutionary thing, such as we associate overweight people with health issues and a general negative social stigma so we naturally tend to be cold with them. Going back to your point I know a 300 pound girl and I can talk with her much better than 90% of other girls. Its hard for us to break social conditioning but it becomes a lot easier the more social we are.

Maybe you have to reframe interaction, like you say that you are happy but obviously you're not if you're looking for someone else. I guess people will tell you its ok to be that way but I feel like if you aren't truly happy with yourself then you tie your happiness to other things which is really self destructive. If I go out and get no numbers, im fine because im perfectly content with my life as it is now. Sure i love meeting girls and having dates, but i have just as much enjoyment reading a…

Talk to the general manager, he's the floor manager's boss. The floor manager is just an employee of the place anyway. If he knows you're cool, and you have the bartender's support, he might go ahead and fire the floor manager. If he was giving you shit, he's probably giving other people shit too and his conduct could be detrimental to the club. So you might be doing the club a favor.

And the problem is that guys do not understand these hints, not necessarily of which is their fault. Here’s a situation every woman is familiar with: some guy she knows, perhaps a casual acquaintance, perhaps just some dude at the bus stop, is obviously infatuated with her. He’s making conversation, he’s giving her the eye. She doesn’t like him. She doesn’t want to talk to him. She doesn’t want him near her. He is freaking her out. She could disobey the rules, and tell him to GET THE FUCK AWAY F…

This is a load of bullshit. Basically, don't do anything that could creep any girl out. Hell, I'll just stay in my room forever and do a huge service to girls by not ever being near them again. I appreciate the aspect of trying to generate ideas for not coming off as creepy but the source material is junk. You're attributing personality traits to the action itself. Many guys are quiet and shy by nature, and awkward in public. It does NOT mean we want to rape girls. By perpetuating this stereotyp…

What? But if you don't DHV and Kino, how are you supposed to look for IOIs and avoid LMR? I'm kidding, of course. I agree with you and I think a lot of guys are treating women like variables in a science project instead of...well, women. I'm glad I read this, it reminds me to be more natural.

Don't EVER act apologetic. Don't use excuses or feel the need to explain your actions….EVER! No. If you're really out of line then you're going to come off as an extreme asshole if you don't apologize for your actions. The goal is to be an attractive man, not an asshole.

Honestly dude I've spent so much time going out solo and not doing a single approach. But you gotta get out there and step out of your comfort zone. If you're completely broke then its fine. I'm not going out at night because I literally have $20 in my bank account. But I'm still hitting up the malls and bookstores and trying to get out of the house as much as I can.

You have a good point but it seems like you don't really know what you want, just that we have to go get what we want, whatever that is. I'm only 23, and whether its work, lifestyle, or girls, I'm not even sure what I want to do. Honestly, I just do something until I get bored or sick of it, and then move on. You're gonna need to keep track of details. Find out what you did wrong and improve on it. If the end result is "feeling down", then you're not going to progress. Thankfully, you're at the part where you're going out and making mistakes, rather than sitting at home and doing nothing. But its what you do about those mistakes that will make you better. Yeah but even in martial arts, you get your butt kicked a few times and that's how you eventually learn to implement technique. I can know everything about karate or jiu-jitsu but if I don't actually fight anyone, its not really too helpful. I disagree with that notion that humiliation is more powerful than monetary loss. I think they are both impactful in different ways. Humiliation would only serve to discourage me and associate pickup with not having fun. With monetary penalties, they're automatic but I can still go out and have fun. I still need to meet my minimum but I wouldn't have to face the fear of humiliation on top of the other fears I already have.

In my opinion, egotistical means that you take stuff really personally. You get really high and really low on yourself. Confident is more neutral. If someone compliments me, I stay neutral. If someone insults me, it doesn't affect me at all.

A lot of this stuff I've read before, but unfortunately when push comes to shove, I'm back to my old habits. I've tried something different recently. I start with a target and a set monetary penalty for the day. Lets say my target is 5 approaches, and the penalty is $50. That means for every approach I do, the penalty decreases by $10. If I do all approaches for the day, there is no penalty. If I don't, then I incur the remaining penalty. If I don't go out at all, I pay the full penalty. My idea…

I don't drink at clubs either. Honestly, I hardly drink at all unless a girl is forcing a shot of liquor down my throat. I used to use it as a crutch but once I noticed that the guys who drank ended up standing by the bar not doing g anything or just socializing with their guy friends, I saw that liquor wad unnecessary and actually hurt my game more than helped.

Don't worry about downvotes. What you speak is the truth and if guys have problems approaching in this environment, they probably don't have as much success in daygame. Its all about stepping out of your comfort zone, and the most successful puas are good qt both day and night game.

Drinking and smoking is probably gonna mess up your game significantly. Smoking cigs is fine IMO though it can be a turnoff, but if that's also messing with you then its not a good idea. Girls can also sense desperation, so if you're giving off that vibe then tone it down a bit. Remember that you're not gonna see these girls again. College is huge. Even if you do, if you really don't care about it then its not gonna affect you, and it shouldn't. But you're doing a lot of good things, so don't fe…

I mean dude I don't blame you for any of this, I still feel anxious a lot and don't approach when I should. If you've seen the Project GO series by the SimplePickup guys, they just go out there and do shit regardless of how foolish it may look. Probably the most important thing is not being afraid of failure. You're most likely too concerned with looking like a fool, so you don't move at all and end up looking like a fool anyway. Its a trap. Just say something, but don't base your feelings on the other person's reactions, whether good or bad. You must maintain a state of high energy internally; don't feed off of other people's energy because this will cause you to fluctuate and end up very depressed. You can work with negative feelings…

AMOGs might just be friends with the girls. Face it, they probably knew each other at least 1 to 2 years longer and the girl is gonna go with the guy she knows to hang out with more people she knows than someone she just met. Unless you're ridiculously good looking or spitting some massive game. I'd say the best advice is going around and making friends with her friends so she feels more comfortable and you're not an intrusion.
/r/seduction07/09/12 07:52 PM

I don't look for signs but just go with the feel and the flow of the conversation. If its cold I stay cold and try to move it warmer. If its warm then I can move on to touching, more joking around, deeper questions and stuff like that. Its pretty easy to tell, its just like if you were randomly making conversation with strangers at an event and you get along with some but not others. You must start off hot though, if you're too timid then she's gonna be cold.

Ask at the Macy's counter, usually its girls that work there and they have their favorites so you can't go too wrong with that. I have a really nice Lacoste one that came in a green box as well as a Zara fragrance I got as a gift and rotate between the two. Don't put too much on though.

If you add her on Facebook, its gotta have purpose. Send her a message, saying you wanted to get in touch again and meet up. If she doesn't respond/blow you off then at least you went out big. Adding her and waiting around for her to do something will not lead to anything.
/r/seduction07/09/12 07:46 PM

I think its more important to focus on how you are saying things, not necessarily what you are saying. People are telling you to say interesting things which is good advice but which can also be a trap, because you can end up talking too much about yourself and losing the target. Be calm when you talk about things. I can talk about the weather just fine because of my body language, a topic that would normally be a conversation killer. You can go ahead and riff off of that and ask her more questi…

Its seems like girls are getting stupider as I get older, I blame Facebook and smartphones I'd suggest not having this attitude as it can quickly make you cynical and pre-judgmental of girls. Outcome independence is good but the mistake I made was going from one extreme to the other and it sounds like you're probably there too. My suggestion is just asking the girl about herself, her hobbies, studies, that sort of thing once you've established comfort so that its not like an interview or anythin…

Yeah, never get too attached to one girl, it'll make you look very desperate, and I'm sorry I'm not going to mince my words but you probably are desperate. Its okay though and a lot of guys go through this, but you gotta keep your head up and move on. Think about it this way, the time that you're wasting with this girl could be spent on going out there and meeting at least 10 girls who are just like her or even better.
/r/seduction01/09/12 10:32 PM

I would suggest making plans instead of letting her do it. Instead of "would you be free to do x?", I'd say "Tell you what. Lets meet here at this time to go do x." If you plan your day around her, you're showing you don't have direction in your life. Make her a part of your plans, not the other way around.

I know a lot of people here are telling you to man the fuck up, and while it can be really good advice (it helped me get out there and do my first approach) it can get tiring especially if you don't act on it, and I don't blame you if you can't. Only a few actually go out there and do it, and you're part of a large majority of guys that don't, so what you're going through is normal, and that's not a bad thing. My advice is try to find someone in your area that will be your wing and almost litera…

Its not irrelevant. Good looks matter a lot. Confidence will get you girls but sadly, its nearly impossible to beat good looks + confidence. I could have the biggest balls in the world, but if Brad Pitt or Johnny Depp is in the same club as me, 99/100 girls are going home with them. Fortunately, we're not put into those circumstances too often, and a huge amount of confidence is usually good enough to close even the hottest girls.
/r/seduction01/09/12 10:16 PM

Yeah its definitely helpful for the guys who are more introverted, even if they might get into a lower fraternity for rushing. It can help give them the push they need to go out there and meet guys, so there can be a good return on the money. In your case though I can see why it would be a waste of money for you, since you already have those skills.

the science overwhelmingly shows that looks matter more than anything, not just in sexual attraction but in every form of attraction. That's what I'm disagreeing with. As long as the guy doesn't look like he got smashed in the face by a dump truck, he can have the tightest game and pick up more girls than a pretty good looking guy.

Hi Neil, I know you have a ton of questions to answer so I'm not going to be upset if you don't get to this one. There is no "Golden Rule" to Seduction. As a matter of fact, there aren't any "rules" to begin with. Seduction isn't like Physics, there aren't any solid concrete laws of nature that you can't disobey(ignoring the obvious legal overlap like assault). Seduction is a unique experience for every individual person. That's why I can't just emulate one of Mystery's approaches and expect the same results. Not really deep, moreso "just don't give a shit". Like he doesn't really care whether or not there's a God, he entertains the possibility but doesn't concern himself too much with it. I really like his simplistic approach because it really applies here. We're too wrapped up with "what is the consequence of x action" when we should really just be going out and having fun and not giving a crap about what happens (unless it can get us killed somehow)

Definitely, but reading can only help so much. A lot of guys expect to absorb information to the point where they think they can become AFC Adam or Mystery just by reading field reports and theory. PUA material will only get you so far. I think that all of us have read enough material to where we should be able to go out and utilize it. But experience also helps us learn about advanced theory. If you look at the sidebar, what you'll notice in the description is that seddit is "the reddit self-improvement and seduction community." What many people misunderstand is that this community is primarily based upon improving oneself. The act of seduction is really an interview process where you screen girls and see whether or not they're compatible with you, rather than seeing a hot girl and trying to latch on like she's the last piece of meat. Girls want to meet men that are presentable, and …

I'm really trying hard not to be sexist, but I find that whenever women including this journalist talk about anything pickup related, there's an immediate bias to which they are vehemently against it. Unless of course, those women have been picked up and are impressed by the techniques (the two girls picked up by Love Systems students on Dr. Phil, Jessica Alba being picked up by Neil Strauss on Kimmel) and then realize that the community isn't built on being demeaning to women but helping guys u…

The issue with reading is that there are multiple points of views that will all end up conflicting with each other, and by trying to implement them all it actually hinders your game worse than when that person began. For example, the approach mindset can either be "she could be your next wife" or "who cares, you're never going to see her again if you fail" or "just go out and have fun!" and when you mix up no-consequence with high-reward with life changing with serious overtones its going to fuc…

I think the guys that are talking about how the "secrets are getting out" or that the "community is being overexposed" are completely missing the purpose of what these guys stand for. The point of Simple Pickup is helping guys out that are disadvantaged at this kind of stuff. I think its absolutely fantastic that they're getting this kind of exposure. One of my friends is in a wheelchair and feels like its a huge crutch to him being able to get into relationships with women. I've never been in a…

I disagree that its not practical. Its called peacock theory and its something Mystery is famous for and has been going around in the community for ages. David Faustino picked up girls with a dildo strapped to his head for one of Neil Strauss's videos. It has its weaknesses, such as girls might think you can't be taken seriously or something of that nature, but to call it completely impractical is false.

Not when you're in a club scenario. Problem is that guys don't escalate quickly enough and its weird when they finally engage in kino. That's why establishing physical touch right off the bat is so important.

You're not the only one. But its harder up in the higher ranks, because your game is probably so individually calibrated that it would be difficult to adjust to different systems of those in your ballpark. I agree that 95% of seddit right now is absolute beginner stuff...I'm not really getting that much out of it besides the times that PUAs like Fuji or Manson are on (and hopefully Neil Strauss sometime soon). I don't get why you tell us to 'not give you confidence' but then you're concerned about how bad Asians have it in the US or UK. Sounds like a confidence issue to me. If you really have a high amount of value invested in yourself, then there is no way that you should get beaten out by other white guys. Devil's Advocate: Some criticism is warranted. I've seen a lot of posts on here about "how do I get this girl to like me" and guys on here using seduction as a means to trick the girl into liking you. A lot of these guys don't realize that seduction doesn't work that way. As a result, many of these guys look at the "douchebags" that get all the girls and try to become those guys without investing in themselves. They're perceived as assholes, and rightfully so, because if you have great outer gam…

If I had to say there was a core principle, it would be to make the reader a more attractive man to women. Its not, as many people think, to just get girls or get that "one girl" that some guy is having trouble getting. I'd say its more of a self-awareness and personal development process. I supplement this subreddit by following malefashionadvice, mansformation, and fitness subreddits just to name a few.

That's not the same thing. Edit: Ok I'm going to clarify. "Remember, 99.7% of the time women are going to be useless, passive little cowards who wait for you to do everything for them". is NOT the same as 99.5% of the time, girls will not lead the interaction. They’re responding to YOU and waiting for YOU to lead. So by equating these two comments to mean exactly the same thing, you're saying that girls that are not leading the interaction are "useless, passive little cowards who wait for you to…

Its definitely interesting but would seem like it would only work with girls that know how to lead. I'd say that 99 out of 100 cases, girls are waiting for the guy to make the first move, and by following this style of game it seems that success is going to diminish without the male first establishing comfort, and instead waiting for the girl to initiate it. I know you said it should be alpha, and its really interesting to see this style of game, but I can't shake the feeling that it really is b…

The only guys that have unrealistic expectations are virgins, to be honest. Getting to talk to every girl regardless of looks does several things. One, it makes you less of an asshole because you don't just talk to girls based on looks. Second, it really gives you an idea of how girls interact and react differently based on their looks, which is huge in seduction. Your advice is spot on.

Yeah and honestly online dating works fine as a supplement to real world interaction. AFC Adam posted a video about a pretty cool Facebook hack that can help you with online game and it can be really useful and get great results. Its just that a lot of guys are trying to use online dating as a substitute for real interaction, as evidenced by the influx of OkCupid posts in this subreddit. Seduction really is a self-improvement thing. If guys are relying on manufactured posts to get laid (no offense) then they might as well go hire an escort. Being good at seduction involves a lot of self-investment. Thats why there really is no substitute for going out in the field. How are you supposed to know what not to say if you don'…

Always look busy. If you always have something to do, she will perceive you as high value. Example: You're at the mall and she has to go home. Going home is not attractive. Being a social figure is.

Watch a lot of stand up comedy. Better yet, take a class in improv or stand up. Not only is it going to make you a lot funnier, it will do miracles for your social interaction. I don't know why you're getting downvoted for this. That being said, there is a difference between sleeping with multiple girls and dating multiple girls. A lot of girls are fine with the idea of a guy sleeping around, as long as they are in-the-know and you practice safe sex. Obviously the guy has to be pretty high value for this kind of thing to occur.

Best way for many FR's to be verified is through pictures. I know that there are privacy concerns and that pictures can be put into fake situations but it does add a little more to the authenticity. What Tofu said, and also being a nice guy can be a turnoff if you're TOO nice. The confident, "asshole" type gets the girls because he knows what a girl wants in bed and girls see that, while the "nice" guy is unsure of himself and so girls see those insecurities translate into the bedroom, which is not sexy. For example, I'm not white, and that could be a huge breakdown in confidence for me if I let that get to me, but I don't. I focus a lot on my fashion and fitness. I bodybuild at the gym and wear shirts that accentuate my muscles. Now, when I go out I feel good about myself because of those two traits that I highlighted. I don't look like…

I'll ask you a question. Why do you want a Lamborghini so badly. Because its fast? Because it looks good? Probably. But mostly because its rare. If everybody had a Lamborghini, the value of that car goes down because its taken for granted. But imagine if everybody drives a Ford Focus, and one guy in the world has a Lamborghini, but refuses to sell it. Now everybody wants it so badly, but they can't have it. Same goes with girls. They may take you for granted when you're around them, but once you…

A lot of the issues I first faced was the "why" aspect of picking up women and isolating the causes. Why did I want to pick up the girl. Why did I feel pressured, why did I feel like crap when I got blown out, etc. When I isolated those causes, it helped my approaches a ton. I'll explain. The answer to most of my "why" questions were that I felt socially obligated to get a hot girl. Society rewards the man that gets the hot girl with high-fives and respect, while ridiculing the guy that gets blo…

Relax! Stop letting her dictate your moods. I know you want this girl but feeling sad when she doesn't respond and lighting up when she does is evidence that you're being controlled by this girl whether you know it or not. Respond like you would normally, don't ask others for what you should say because that shows you're not confident in your own answers. Believe in yourself my man.

Just say "I wasn't. I was just thinking of something else." If you want to come on to the girl, say something like "I had a hard time figuring out where you got that shirt. My cousin had one just like that and I was trying to remember where she got it since I was gonna get her another one."

And if you feel really bad, the AFC who made that thread in TwoXc also posted a bunch of pictures of himself as a crossdresser. I guess he feels closer to girls than guys. Look, if you want to call out the guy who made the thread then fine. But making fun of him for cross dressing is completely unrelated and petty. I understand your frustration at the situation but lets try to leave the personal stuff out of this. That being said, I agree with you heresmokethis and the OP. Posts on this forum sh…

It really is an awareness thing, and PUA's have an absolutely valid point when they say "stop reading and go out and practice!" but if that person isn't really conditioned then it becomes too easy to give up. Practicing what I learned has helped tremendously in not caring about what the results were but too many guys are focused on getting laid rather than looking at the progress they're making. One of the problems I see is that everyone has a certain expectation about how things are gonna devel…

Inner-game is great for people who either already are, or have become socially adjusted. But when somebody comes here and needs to start from the ground up, they need more than just motivational words. The issue with beginners on this level is that most of them care too much about how they will be perceived within their social circle. I think during Sin's talk at The 21 convention, he told the audience "be prepared to lose all of your friends if you get into seduction". Honestly, not caring what…

It looks like /r/seduction has caught on to the masses of reddit. More posts with useless videos, posts about not getting the one girl, etc. are becoming way more prevalent. I think its time you jumped ship, this one has been lost.

You're half right. Someone that has enough game can make up for this...but this means that OP has to have an incredible amount of game to make up for this. Lets face it, a good looking guy with the same level of game as OP is gonna get the girl, ten times out of ten. That's just life. I'm from a non-white background, so I realize there are some girls that aren't into that and not gonna dig me. That means I have to either step up my game or realize that I'm not gonna get every girl I approach. It…

I don't think anything is a deal breaker if you don't give it value. It becomes an issue when the guy reacts to the girl flipping out. Girl I knew on study abroad made an issue of me smoking cigs but I didn't care...and she kept being attached to me although she kept complaining about the cigs.

Reddit in general is known for trolls. Dunno if this guy has/wants to show photographic proof and while its a nice story, sometimes a lot of this shit gets made up. professor_osborn has a valid point.

My opinion: most girls are different, so they'll usually be thinking different things. Being nice to a hot girl ain't gonna work, they're used to getting hit on all the time by nice guys. Whereas being nice to an average looking girl is more likely to work, but not always. So hotter girls are probably looking for the football-type athletically built good-looking guys, while average women might just be looking for bf material. Either way I'm sure that women are always thinking about looking for g…

In that case, OP should have just submitted a self-post open to discussion, rather than some lame Courage Wolf picture. When I see the top comment as 'I hate "that talk"' it shows me that nobody really gave this any thought. I appreciate your input, because its what makes this subreddit great, but turning r/seduction into a Courage Wolf circlejerk is going to make this community look stupid.

>When greeting guys, shake their hand, give them a bro-hug or sometimes even a kiss on the cheek (depends if it is generally accepted to do this with good friends or not) Just out of curiousity, where do you live? I'm pretty sure kissing other guys on the cheek in the US won't get you a friendly response :)

Women that have been cheated on before in relationships are going to shit-test every guy they meet, which is fair because a lot of them are genuinely nice girls that want a solid relationship. To their credit, 99.99% of the guys that hit on them are talking to her because of her looks, so she needs to validate their intentions as well as her compatibility with them. She just wants somebody that she shares similarities too. So I don't think its puppetry as much as it is testing the guy. Girls are…

Look, comments like "start exclusively seeing other girls" is the kind of dickish reputation that seddit doesn't deserve to have, and the kind of one that gives PUA's and members of this subreddit a bad name. If there's discussion to go along with the comment then that's absolutely fantastic, but something along the lines of "Fuck it, bang as many chicks as you can" isn't the sole purpose of seddit and will most likely end up having the person look like a total douche This reddit has a great com…

I think you really hit home on a lot of the negatives of Seddit in a way that can be seen as constructive. I don't think anybody here wants to look like a sleaze, but seduction is very helpful in developing deeper relations with a significant other, and it ties in with dating advice and relationships really well. When you said I found seddit and suddenly I was doing much better for myself 'romantically' speaking. However, I soon became completely unsatisfied with how shallow everything was. I th…

Here's the issue. First off, "Right now I'm just sort of coasting and waiting for the right girl to come along." and then, right in the next sentence "From your perspective, what could I be doing differently..." you contradict yourself. Being patient and coasting along is one thing if you're happy about it, but obviously you're not content if you're asking what you could be doing differently about it. Just go out there and talk to girls. You sound like you're worried about looking desperate, hen…

Give yourself some value! Tell the girl that you DJ at so-and-so club, maybe that you can get her and her friends in. She's more willing to be into you if you can show value. But its dangerous, because she might use you as an "in" to clubs.

I like the Lacoste Essential (green box) right now, and Davidoff Cool Water is always the old standby. I'd suggest going to Macy's and asking the counter-girl what her favorite scent is, its a great opener and these girls LOVE to talk about it, but I wonder how many other guys ask them this question everyday.

Good on you! Just one thing "My friend says she's thirsty and asks for some water. I resist getting it for her because I think that's a beta move." You should be more concerned about looking like an asshole rather than a beta. If you feel like it would make you look submissive say some bullshit like "I was just about to get some water anyway so whatever I don't mind" the other two girls ask for waters too when I'm on my way. Le sigh. I think that established me as a beta, huh? Have fun with it. …

I agree with you, I liked reddit for the rare finds and balanced discussions, but its sad to see so many losers with rage comics on the front page. And yeah I said losers, because its pitiful that most of these guys agree with the sentiment that they'll be "forever alone" and that women are evil and conniving and any meaningful relationship ends in separation or divorce. These guys use women as scapegoats for THEIR problems because they can't come to terms with the fact that they're lazy and unm…

I like to think of reaching escalation as a goal. That way, in case of a negative reaction, you think to yourself "Its totally fine, I was perfect in everything I did and achieved my goal, which was to escalate." Start trying to think in abstract concepts rather than immediate results and you might find it a lot easier to escalate.

Just pick a popular song, and be dynamic with it! If you pick "Pour some sugar on me" get down and dirty. Anything that'll make your friends laugh and want to join along will get a great response. And have fun with it! Karaoke is sure as hell intimidating for me, you have serious balls for doing it

Cool. Sounds like you have a great opportunity ahead of you! But remember, you did a favor for this girl and so far she sees you as somebody that will do whatever she wants at the drop of a hat. Instant friend-zone! My advice is take her out somewhere fun. If she says no, tease her with a "hey, you owe me one for the volleyball game ;) besides, it's gonna be something you'll never forget" and I think she'll be a lot more enthusiastic. Of course, thats my style and may not work for you. Use your …

Way too vague. Stop with "lets meet tomorrow?" or "You free?". Start using "I found this amazing Italian Place, best Pizza you'll ever have. Lets meet at 8 at the corner of 34th street" or whatever depending on your scenario. She wants a guy to take her on a journey, not for her to make all the decisions. Remember, you wear the pants.

You didn't post a video... Edit: Well I guess we should actually discuss the self post since there's no vid, but in all reality it is a good post. Its misleading in the sense that the poster is comparing apples and oranges though; somebody can be great at lion taming and have an absolute breakdown when talking to someone of the opposite sex, and vice versa. People are afraid to approach women because of the risk of looking like a fool to everybody else. But hey, fuck everybody else.

Just drop her. Go out and meet other girls and you'll get over your one-itis. If you have the Alpha mindset but want to stay with the same girl, its gonna bring out the Beta in you. It sucks to say it, but I suggest just going out there and making new relationships

I'm actually really glad that they posted so many of their failures in this video. The past two videos mainly dealt with a lot of successful number closes, and the average AFC is gonna see these videos, go out there, get rejected by the first girl, and give up. Pickup involves a ton of failure and a lot of persistence, and it sure as hell ain't easy. I'd love for these guys to do an AMA on the site, Savoy gave a lot of cool insight to these approaches and I'm curious as to how Kong, Jason and th…

Its not like these guys seem to care, they're just having fun with it and if the girl gets offended or creeped out then whatever.
