LOL. You can prevent a baby from learning to settle itself and sleep without a parent around. Like wives, babies learn. Be ‘nice’ and risk facing the consequences

A boundary is only a boundary if there are consequences. If breaking a boundary is ‘punished by anger and words’ only, it’s not a boundary. Women consider men in such a way as men consider jobs. You would do well to manage her, more as though she were an employee. Would you tolerate this from an employee? Would you get angry with an employee, but let them get away without any real consequences? If you did, would you be surprised if they repeated the behaviour? Reward good behaviour intermittentl…

You’re fat (unattractive), apparently negotiating sex (unattractive), and the fiancee is likely feeling manipulatively pressured for sex. Goal: become lean and muscular, have options and be genuinely OI regarding sex. Intimacy and game become about having fun and excitement

It’s only a LTR if the girl wants that rather than fun. At 25, why the rush to ruin his life with a LTR? Have fun, learn the ropes and build value

Realise that if you live in the US, almost all food is metabolic poison. If you want to improve heath and lose fat the make your own meals. Drop processed foods, restaurant and fast food rubbish and eat high quality meats and organic fruit, veg and dairy. Drop the carbs, and especially anything containing high fructose syrup

Years in the RP space, yet you are nowhere in integrating the MRP sidebar. You’re arguing with ‘the girl’ about another girl hitting on you? Was it perhaps a shit test? What do you think it reveals about your masculine nature, your self-confidence, your neediness, your game or basic assertiveness? I thought I was stupid for what I did previously in my own marriage.

Any money you spend on a woman should be without any covert contracts. In any case you're not married and you don't have kids and she has a reasonable job. Sounds like there is no reason to blow loads of money on her. If you're blowing loads of money on her and you don't want to then it's your fault for having a weak frame, tying to make her happy so that you can have a trouble free life without conflict. There are pros and cons with women that have some money. Pro: they should be able to pay th…

Read Practical Female Psychology. That statement is "an early frame announcement". That doesn't mean that it's not up for 'frame negotiation', however she was seeking to set a baseline frame for the start of a relationship. That doesn't mean that it cannot be changed, that she wouldn't be prepared to clean. It could have been total bullshit, a joke or pure shit test. As with frame generally, if you accept that element of frame (don't treat it as cheeky nonsense, ignore it, or state that it doesn…

Think of it as a joking, bad faith, accidental or unconscious testing of a (potential) relationship boundary. Just as guys might 'rib' each other for fun, but also to establish whether or not the other guy is weak, needy, duplicitous or full of shit, so a woman will consciously or unconsciously test a man. Continuously fail the tests from other guys, and they will see you as weak, useless, no fun, untrustworthy, and without any self-respect and so it is with a woman. She will also be viscerally …

Branch swings work best when you're swinging from a safe and stable branch. It's time to be out for yourself. OYS, lift weights, eat healthily, dress well, and stop trying to please the wife. Live as though she were dead.

Do you have to speak until your woman indicates that you've given the correct response? It sounds like you're asking for a cheat code. It's not the words that count, but whether the person saying those words is desirable, owns his shit, has frame, is not needy for pussy and knows he has options if the woman misbehaves.

This is why the experienced guys bang on about OI, covert contracts and frame. It's just not obvious to us when we're clueless. It takes thought, reading and re-reading, improving physical attractiveness, experimentation and observation to understand how it all fits together. When you 'get it' you'll understand how being needy or scared set you up for failure, and you understand the process of how you build your own frame, by ceasing to validate the wife's frame. Chip, by chip you can undermine …

I have a much better behaved, sexual and happier wife. I'm no longer deliberately seeking other plates, but I've learnt my lesson: I'm no longer limiting myself to one woman, not even making it conditional upon good behaviour. Why? It keeps me OI and there is no covert contract around sex. I noticed that the wife can spot that covert contract a mile away and it's like a switch changing her behaviour.

You're deep in her frame. You value her opinion of your character above your own. It seems that in doing so, you are allowing her to play you like a fiddle. She cannot actually touch that metaphorical fiddle, you're actually doing it to yourself because you live in her frame. If you had already built a strong frame, anything she said would be entirely impotent. They would be the words of a silly girl, you might consider it to be funny or irrelevant, or perhaps nonsense words from someone tired, …

Stating what should be obvious: MRP applies in Muslim relationships too. From what little I know, all sorts of muslim teachings regarding male/female relationships align with MRP praxeology. Much the same could be said about what is written in the bible (not to be confused of the ever changing religion of wokery that is taught at many churches)

In a relationship, the person that considers he needs the other the least holds the power. Don't be needy. Own your shit, sidebar and lift. Build your own happy confident and successful life before taking on a woman (for long term commitment). Watch a woman's actions, rather than listening to the words. If she wants you, she'll make all sorts of changes and sacrifices to make it happen. If the woman expects you to make all the changes to accommodate her, then she's not serious. Religion and soci…

It sounds as though the interaction you wanted was just some sex life related mission, and you would not have been OI, but loaded with covert contract. Women can sniff that stuff a mile away. If you're unattractive, that would make you really creepy

She's giving you a little teasing/shit testing. Think of it as verbal foreplay. If you respond with comfort and compliance, you fail and you'll extinguish her desire. The parts of shit testing regarding you changing are about you becoming less predictable and it makes her a little anxious because you're getting out of a comfortable routine and making yourself more attractive to her competition. Shitty comfort test passed by not being a little bitch, crying, begging, etc. and the comfort of sex plus a little attention. Fail the test, lose all frame and the girl will either leave, or stay white being a total bitch because you have convinced her that you're 1) weak, 2) don't have better choices, and 3) it's all your fault and you deserve it....and she would most likely be correct

Wife needs to earn her keep. That means being a mother, as well as a wife. If you lift and eat properly (part of having a proper wife and mother that cooks proper meals from identifiable ingredients) and you have frame, game, and own your shit, you should also have a lover. If you do your part and the woman isn't a lover, you're prepared to find that elsewhere. If you have frame, lift and own your shit, she shouldn't be shocked or terribly upset of she's not banging you, so you have 'lovers'.

It's difficult to get a feeling for the interactions without the vocal intonations and body language, however consider this: When you're being hit with the remarks about other women, try just having fun with it. STFU when she has raised the topic of sex sounds like an opportunity to tease, and be suggestive. Make sure you're applying regularly non-sexual kino, and sexual kino that it works. Your description makes you sound boring and vanilla, looking for a very limited sexual experience. Read SexGod Method. Much of womens' sexual experience lies within their head's. Make it an experience, help her to feel emotions, thrills, including that of being powerless and dominated. If you want to get the sexual best from her, don't think of the wrestling stuff as a tiresome boring prelude to getting what you want. Think of it as an opportunity to play with your prey, to toy with her, to make…

Newly single women have a terrible habit of sabotaging their girlfriend's lives. Why mope in your own misery, when you can spread it around? Your wife will probably be living vicariously through their emotions, breaking away from her own 'boring' and 'mundane' life and perhaps getting all the gossip about the excitement of meeting new guys. One of the better ways to deal with a wife that is bored and thinking of having fun with new guys is to distract her. How can that be done? By making her anx…

You didn't give your height, but you're very light and your lifts are still low. Sure your bodyfat is low, but skeletal is only a marginally better look than skinny fat. You say you have no mission, apart from looking for sex (and validation). Upon that basis, being OI will prove to be a challenge. No matter what you do or how you try to act under that mindset, the wife will see through your bullshit. She knows that you're weak and dependent on her for sex. The thing that I really needed to change in my mindset (and apart from the physical attractiveness) was to: 1) kill the oneitis (basically don't look upon the woman as a permanent unchangeable fixture in your life). The woman only has a place as long as she has earned it by delivering enough value. There are other women, and you can have attractive interactions with them and will not allow yourself to be shamed for it (you judge yourself). 2) Stop being 'nice'. Identify and kill the covert contr…

Jacktenofhearts (awesome old poster) had a post about helping a completely lost wife find a way out of her hampster maze. It's worth considering whether the wife is too lost (thinks it is already too late to fix and thus not worth trying), to work her way out and needs guidance, or whether she is too lazy, and/or spoiled, and not worth any more investment 'to fix'. Just a guess, but the shit test is there to get a measure of the following: Are you so weak, that you can be manipulated with anger, or playing wounded (i.e. are you under her control)? Are you just doing your own thing, because it's genuinely what you want, or are you doing it because you're looking for her replacement? Your frame may have a significant impact upon her effort, but that assumes 1) She values you enough to keep and make an effort, 2) Your frame demonstrates a possibility that you…

Discourse is optional. You have an assertive right to choose to engage in conversation as you wish. Just because an emotional female demands your attention doesn't mean that she deserves it. Consider it the female equivalent of a man following his wife around the home any time he chooses, with a boner and expecting her to fuck right that very moment.

"Trust issues" and histrionics are manipulative attempts to control frame and 'the relationship' (I.e. you). At best, restoring her trust is a matter of making you unattractive and to eliminate competition and reduce her anxiety. At worst it's about sending you on a lifelong mission to find out what she wants and try to deliver it, at the same time sniping, bitching, complaining, playing wounded and still stating there is a trust issue. If you want a satisfying life do the fogging, amused master…

People don't really 'lose frame', or 'hold frame'. You either have frame or you don't. Sounds like you would benefit from seeking out and identifying your covert contracts, so that you can become outcome independent. Once you have achieved OI, the wife can no longer push those buttons (to failure) with shit tests. Once you've achieved OI, the shit test resolves itself (as automated behaviour on your behalf) with zero effort. The whole point of a shit test is to throw shit at you to test you for …

Validation seeking (dancing monkey) is not alpha and doesn't work. You might think that doing an activity because it's something you genuinely want to do FOR YOURSELF is the same as doing it for the wife's attention, however that is manipulative nice-guy behaviour and your wife will most probably FEEL the difference. You'll probably only properly understand after failing the dancing monkey routine and successfully rebuilding your frame. FWIW, someone that plays the guitar for pleasure, doesn't b…

Others had said what needs to be said. When it comes to respect, however, it is earned. If you have to demand it, then you'll never actually earn it. At best you'll get cowering compliance. Respect can be earned through demonstrating competence, and not seeking validation from others. When demanding 'respect' you consider that you're worthy of respect while the other person clearly doesn't think so. So what makes you worthy of that respect? Is it because you're delivering considerable value to t…

Beta is fine, as long as you are getting enough value in return for what you're giving. If you want to have a good sex life, then you need to add plenty of alpha (including not being fat, adding muscle, dressing well, not being weak, needy, validation seeking, and killing oneitis, and living for your own self interest). The consensus seems to be that once the wife is cheating, the marriage is beyond repair. I haven't experienced that, but I have no reason to doubt that it's true.

Frame is everything. This needs to be about the man not the woman. It should be about what he wants FOR HIMSELF, and not what about what the wife will do. If he chooses to communicate anything, it ought to be that he expects to get his needs met one way or another. It should not be about expectations about the wife meeting his needs. If we learn anything in this space, it is that women are more than capable of not meeting the traditional expectations of a husband. What will the husband do when t…

At a local level that isn't necessarily the case, depending upon where you're talking about. In any case, that point was in relation to many men that whine about how men used to be more highly appreciated in the 50s and 60s. Many men were killed or maimed in war. That was enough to swing the balance significantly in favour of men that were alive and not handicapped. Many women were left without a man. Those that wanted one had greater incentive to make the effort to compete against other women t…

This may or may not be a terrible woman, but YOU get the behaviour that you tolerate. There are covert contracts here about how you expect the woman to treat your kids, and how you expect her to think of them. Notice that you live in her frame. I said weaponising, but perhaps a 'poison pill' might be a better description. This might be more applicable to assets and valuation of a business that you own, but who knows, it might also be workable for other structures in different parts of the world. That is to say something where you can pull the strings to reduce the accounting value of the asset if the 'future bitch' chooses to exit. The approach works even better if the asset is difficult for authorities to accurately value, or where it…

That sounds more plausible. The agoraphobia needs to be dealt with. I'll say nothing more about that, but I would guess that like getting over many hangups, it can be best dealt with by getting in shape, and splitting a huge challenge into many small steps and building healthier habits. Getting out is probably easier when doing something you love. Also bear in mind that weakness disgust women. You don't want to be measuring YOUR PROGRESS by the reactions of your wife. That stinks of a huge and unattractive covert contract and a dancing monkey routine. Like with Briffault's law, anything done previously during the relationship is taken for granted and forgotten. Be conscious that "You don't love me!" Is a shitty comfort test. It is also a double bind (see Practical Female Psychology). That is a shit test that you cannot win, if you go along with it. The solution is not to engage seriously. Either don't engage with it, or don't take it seriously - have fun with it. If you take it seriously, you can't say 'no, I don't love you' and if you say 'Yes, I do love you', you are making the woman your judge and giving her the power to beat you with her judgement.

As I said previously, read Practical Female Psychology and for this instance learn about arguing with emotional women. It is just a stupid thing to do, particularly if you live in that woman's frame. You are not having a logical argument, you are trying to argue with the feelings of that woman. Sidebar and lift. You're scared of what other people think of you? That's right at the start of the sidebar! NMMNG and WISNIFG. Nobody gives a shit about you, so stop living in their heads. You have wants and needs, so focus on those rather than serving the interests of others. When you have abundance, will you be weak, scared and undersirable?

Well at least you said thanks. Notice that you did also DEER to a random internet stranger, and it does certainly sound as though it triggered you to a certain extent. Let me explain that part of 'the game' at MRP is to practice not getting triggered by real feedback or just random provocation. That's because if a random idiot of an internet stranger can trigger your emotions and a response, then imagine what a professional manipulator (woman in a relationship that knows you) can get you to do. …

14 days ago is ancient history. When an emotional woman 'vents' she's telling you what she feels, and perhaps rationalised some logic for why she feels that way. If feelings are negative, them find someome to blame it upon. She is entitled to her feelings, but you don't make her have any of those feelings - that's on her. Part of a woman's manipulations is to offload the responsibility for her feelings onto her guy, and if he's weak and needy enough, then she can control him through his 'ownersh…

Masses of covert contracts and rationalisations. The other chaps have already called you out on much of the bullshit. "I'm fat because of my thesis" Seriously? Any stated expectation concerning 'the wife' is mostly (not completely) worthless and best done as an early frame announcement in a new relationship. Such a statement would be better made in a way that is Outcome Independent - namely that YOU will expect to have regular sex, and that the wife has first call on your libido. If she loses interest, then you will fuck other women. I would also recommend that to be combined with your statement that the woman will be kicked to the kerb if she cheats.

As Jimbob said, frame is everything. Thinking about sex with other women as 'cheating' on a frigid wife would be operating in the wife's frame. What the new guys should understand is that by 'fessing up' and even worse, apologising are acts of submission and validation of the wife's frame. Validating the wife's frame, confirms the wife's superiority, and value, and the husband's wrongdoing and worthiness for guilt trips, and abuse whenever the wife is unhappy. Doesn't sound like a great choice. …

Agree with most of it. I don't agree with the bit about it being such a disastrous event. Is 'cheating' a disastrous event for you? Some of my assumptions in the following text may or may or may not apply to you. If the wife isn't fucking you, that's her right and her decision in a modern marriage, although it doesn't align with the old school concept of a marriage. If that is so, what gives the wife the right to hold you to the old school marriage concept of not fucking other women? She has the…

It seems somewhat odd to be preparing to marry if your lives are not already set up (her still being a student). She is not currently your wife, however so you should stop thinking of her in that way. She is still qualifying for the position of wife. A significant part of qualifying to be a wife (to a valuable man) ought to be building a high degree of trust in her sexual fidelity. Marriage without sexual fidelity is fundamentally poisonously toxic to a man's self-interest. You should not have t…

Sidebar and lift. Be attractive and act in your own frame. Sounds like you're in her head and trying to find the button combination to please her. Reading the sidebar will educate you to why that is doomed to failure and to kill your attractiveness. Being attractive is physically and mental (behavioural). This happened to me. The wife googgles were ripped off, but only after a long time with a resolutely frigid wife. DEERing is done to justify/rationalise your bad decisions, or to appease someone that is upset in a stupid attempt to prove your value to someone that you consider to be your superior and/or manage their emotions. The same concept also applies to work situations. You want to marry a woman, and don't want kids. What could possibly go wrong? You've said nothing about the looks of the new girl. Nevertheless, you now have the experience of a woman that has been around the block, and settles with a guy, for him to be the provider. You have much reading of the sidebar to do. Not having oneitis means that you aren't totally fixated on one woman and 'the relationship'. It means having a mindset where you know that you're only with a woman because it benefits you, and as long as she is interested in having a relationship. Dread is simply a term to express an idea. You're correct in pointing out the relationship to the anger phase and clearly it is linked to a covert contract. I'll explain it a little better for you. It's one thing to make a logical argument in your mind about who needs who more, but another thing for that to be a part of your mindset/automated behaviour. This is a key part of your frame (or lack of it) as far as MRP is concerned. It's unlikely that OP will realise the power of this until he actually has abundance, and a willingness to use it. When you were attractive, demonstrated options and outcome independence, the comfort, relationship certainty, your dancing monkey, validation seeking and neediness were removed. Woman saw enough value in the relationship compared to how she saw her options at that time, and was anxious and excited to make an effort to save her relationship. Once she had shown enough interest to get you back in your comfort zone, you relaxed and became dependent, validation seeking and restarted to make dancing m…

Sounds like a good boundary maintained. My thoughts: It's not good to let a wife mix with newly divorced and single women. This sort of thing seems to spread like wildfire, at least in the USA. Let those women mix, and the wife runs the risk of living vicariously through the single woman - empathising with her, experiencing the emotional rollercoaster, being drowned in 'all men are bad' feminist rhetoric, and getting sniffs of the excitement that comes with dating and sleeping around. Compared t…

Loads of good advice above. I'm wondering what's up with the chaps - none of the usual piss-taking and snark. I'll add a few more thoughts. No victim mindset allowed. Your wife doesn't prevent you from having sex. It is the man's duty to keep himself physically, mentally and socially attractive enough to be worth a woman banging him. If you operate with the mindset that the wife is duty-bound to bang you, you are wrong. A wife that never bangs you is a roommate. That roommate never wants to bang…

The best way of producing a feeling of competition requires the following: 1) Not trying to produce a feeling of competition in the first place. That is Covert contract, dancing monkey, manipulative nice-guy behaviour. Your woman will feel that you're being manipulative and resent you for it. 2) Being a busy (physically and mentally) attractive man that will reprorioritise his time and efforts based upon what he wants and the results he is getting. She is a cumrag, so enjoy her for what she is and manage your life to keep a separation logistically and financially simple. If a woman is seeking attention from other men, that tells you exactly how invested she is in you. When she finds another guy that is a suitably more appealing (short or long term) offer she'll want to give it a try. Forget all the suggestions of 'dump her now', etc. Understand what she is and treat her accordingly. If she offers some short term fun and value, enjoy her. I…

The wife has a mental model of how you think and react. She probably knows what to do and say to get particular reactions from you. It will take time, effort and practice to become different and for her to realise. Changing your mental models changes your 'automated reactions'. Changing mental models is difficult. You try to change your actions, and you try to change your way of thinking, with the help of the sidebar books.....which need a number of reads and you need to fix diet and lift (if yo…

If you're needy for the woman, and you're only working towards your desired outcome of bedding her, women can usually tell. Outcome independence really helps (i.e. you're not trying to manipulate a woman into sex only). That puts you in the position of chasing, demonstrating lower value and young women get loads of that, so you're not distinguishing yourself from the competition. What works better for me is to do active things that I enjoy, and actually have fun. That demonstrates an interesting…

Plausible deniability means that there are no hard facts about you banging other women or not. Maybe you are maybe you are not. Maybe you're thinking about banging other women, maybe you're not. If you're sufficiently high value AND you have frame and you want to, maybe you go beyond plausible deniability, and your woman is aware that you bang others, but you don't rub her face in it. Sounds like you have learned the first part of the basics: be attractive. The challenge for a longer relationship is to not be unattractive. What things are unattractive? Getting fat, having no drive or mission, being depressed, being needy for sex.....and having no other outlets for that desire. If you stay at home, whining or brooding about a lack of 'action', you are applying a manipulative pressure onto a woman, and she'll lose all interest. When you have done the work to become an attractive man with frame, you will not be concerned about the response of your wife. Why? Because you should be an attractive man, living his life primarily for himself and what he wants. If the wife is not providing the 'value' you want, then you won't reward bad behaviour with your precious time, attention, affection, validation, resources and presence. You should then be an attractive man with options. That should be clearly observable to your wife (w…

You're still bothered by how the woman reacts and that is a substantial weakness. Woman spots a weakness and starts shit testing (probing). You care about what woman thinks and try to hide the problem (nice guy behaviour to redeem your value in her eyes) and by doing so, you prove to her that her assessment of your weakness/low value is correct. You might have made a great Tekken combo this time, but one of the roots of the problem is caring about managing the woman's opinion of you.

STFU is related to frame. When (as many retards do) living in your wife's frame, a retard acts as though the wife is the authority in most interactions. That mental model leads to DEERing (Defending yourself, Explaining yourself, making Excuses, Rationalising your actions). Instead of doing those, you STFU. Similarly STFU instead of discussing your plans and goals if you're a retard that dreams and never successfully executes.

Regarding frame, anxiety, assertiveness and outcome independence, something that you'll probably not fully appreciate until much later is this: You are living in her head (in her frame, trying to understand how the wife operates, the links between inputs and outputs, then modifying your behaviour to manipulate your desired outputs). Good luck with holding your frame! It's not meant to be literal, you don't actually have to hold up a picture frame to look through. Frame is your mindset - your mental models of the world and how you interact with it. That model will drive your 'automated responses' to people and events. That depends on many factors including how attractive/unattractive OP, how well/poorly he owns his shit and how pleasant/how much of a basket case the wife is. Time will tell, and identifying and squashing the covert contracts will only help.

MRP is about the man living the life he wants. There is no plan to save the marriage. I made it extremely clear to my wife before marriage that if she cheated, then she would be unceremoniously cut loose. Nothing has changed my thoughts on that. Having said that, there are plenty of idiots in this world that deal with black and white thinking and will tell you what to do. That is not the point of this sub, which is about the man looking after his own best interests, making and owning his own dec…

This post is probably a troll. Sidebar and lift properly (see stronglifts 5x5) + EAT. Women will want to fuck guys they find attractive. Wife doesn't find you attractive. 190cm and 68kg? So let's see: Mommy wasn't happy and sent her alpha gorilla a bitchy text message. Alpha gorilla has mastered all the basics such as WISNIFG, NMMNG, TRM and PFP and decides to employ master level DNGAF, mental point of origin and frame by getting angry, finishing his evening extra quick and communicating with wife every 3 seconds and validating her bullshit. What do you think will happen if you prioritise the woman's feelings, let her control you with them, and validate her feelings and her bull…

If later in life, you have a long-term woman and kids do not repeat that same mistake. You will need to own your shit and keep yourself attractive. Yeah, relationships should take effort from both parties, however thirsty men often make far more effort than the woman they are dealing with. Those guys are at considerable risk of screwing themselves over (because it is all opt-in). That's why it's essential to not operate from a lack-of-abundance mindset. If you want sex and at least one women, then make yourself and your attractiveness a priority. Whenever it comes to commitment (and you should not be in a serious commited relationship for y…

Girls of your age are looking for sex, fun, validation and maybe to extract resources from simps. For the most part, they are not looking to settle down and have families. Here's a little tip with the passive aggressive behaviour. This is how women act. You know what? Whenever they act in such a way, or give you the silent treatment, they're seething with anger and want their action to be received as a punishment. That only has any chance of success if the person they are doing that to gives a fuck about whatever is being withheld, or the fact that she is upset. If the woman is not highly attracted to you and in your frame, such silliness will be counter productiv…

If the cure is a long term solution to the problem, what makes you think that there is another set of tools necessary to employ as a preventive measure? Ask yourself this? Totally. You want to have at least one intimate relationship. In order to get there, you need to become sexually desirable. For men, that's a little more complicated than it is for women. Looking good (lean and muscular), well groomed and dressed, etc. will help or be a force multiplier but it is far from all that is needed. Women will often sleep with guys because they want something from him, whether that is excitement, fun, to get away from their own crappy life, because they're horny, to get…

Nice basic observation about your sexual needs getting met. Making your wife responsible for them is a covert contract. Sure a wife is 'supposed' to want to bang her husband, but she has zero obligation, and in 2022 she cannot be compelled without serious repercussions. Notice how your wife failing to fulfill your covert contract makes you angry. That anger, combined with a victim mindset makes a husband incredibly unattractive, and the wife feels that the husband is acting like a toddler having…

That's a lot of weight. It suggests you're eating huge quantities of highly processed foods, with plenty of sugar and carbs. Make a meal plan for the week, and buy the ingredients you need for those meals. Don't buy additional junk crap. Rather than trying to fix the total calories, you'd be better off fixing the content of the diet. Cook meals from basic ingredients, and without significant sugar and managed portions of carbs. This post will be deleted because it belongs on AskMRP. Post it there and it will be your only victim puke. Same formula to be applied, as for most guys here: sidebar and lift. Doesn't sound like you're the alpha, so: 1) Lift, fix your diet if fat and sort your hygiene and style. If you're not attractive, then removing your time and attention will not be missed) 2) Be attractive, not unattractive. Get out of the wife's frame. Sounds like OP hiding the phone because: He is afraid of the girl's judgement, shaming, anger, playing wounded, etc. In most other words you're operating in her frame, being inauthentic trying to manage your image to manipulate her behaviour - so she is 'nice' to you. This action will tell her that you're a weak and desperate panty-drying looser and her actions will reflect that. Loads of DEERing happening with girlfriend and in the post. Only an idiot would argue with any of that, although the law often looks upon the men more as an indentured servant rather than a slave. Risks also include getting cucked. Many jurisdictions will saddle the husband with all the responsibility of the father, even if he discovers that a kid isn't his own. Some jurisdictions try to ensure that married father's cannot have paternity tests performed. In such circumstances, paternity tests might only happen as required by a court to establish paternit…

No reason to marry if you're not going to have kids imminently. Make sure you're deciding to marry, and you're not being pressured into it out of a sense of a lack of abundance. If you lack abundance, do not marry because you will be screwed. Next level hard mode is when kids arrive. Never stop lifting weights and don't get fat. Whatever you do, maintain abundance in marriage. If wife doesn't fuck you, there will be consequences. Cut it in the bud immediately. Your time, attention, affection and…

That sounds good. I also agree that the always DARE and never DEER should be on the sidebar. It's a succinct explanation of why one toolset should be employed as opposed to the other. These days, I can feel my balls shrivelling, at the mere thought of DEERing, and I'm aware that I would be putting the person in front of me into the position of judge over my actions. Be aware that 'the vortex' as you put it may relate to you caring too much about other person's judgements (entering their frame an…

I wouldn't worry about the shit test encyclopedia. The shit tests will be automatically when your mindset (frame) is correct. I would care less about learning smart lines, and more about understanding what you want, and aligning your priorities with those goals. Learning lines to win shit tests is like learning pick up lines. It's the mindset that's needed to adapt to the situation and have your voice, body language and actions align with what you say.

Almost nobody cares. Imagine a shy, fat, unattractive and disagreeable women in her fifties. That is how the world will see most men. Unless you bring value to their lives, and you have many options so they need work for your time effort and attention, then you will probably not be appreciated. Start by valuing yourself and your time. Women listen to each others' pity fests because they enjoy the drama, making mouth noises and enjoy living through another woman's emotions. This is an excellent example of how to do it. Getting in shape and loosing fat happen as a result of improving habits. If the habits don't change, then it will be a constant and failing battle. Consider that by trying to fix her feelings you're making a series of displays of low value and living in her frame. At the same time she's being miserable and aggressive. Your attention and DEERing is feeding that. You cannot convince someone not to feel bad; that's not how it works. The path forwards is to live and enjoy your excellent and fun life in your own frame. Sure, it's all context dependent and you have given almost no background. Furthermore, MRP is all about you - you do your shit and the wife does whatever she wants to. Regarding the scheduling of your lifting sessions, GSLP is very low volume (few exercises, fee sets and few sessions per week). If I were you, I would train more frequently - increasing at least the number of exercises and including pull work (pull-ups/chin-ups and bent over rows). With the equipment at home, you don't suffer a huge time penalty to get to the equipment. Just make sure you don't go insane with squat and deadlift frequency, because it can wipe you out.

Furthermore, given that logistics or weak frame make it seem difficult to leave home, and that you're only training 3 times per week, then consider getting some strength training equipment at home. I have no idea of your budget or space, but having a power cage or half rack, a bench, adjustable dumbbells, barbell + weights and a curling bar cover most of the essentials. Live life like an alpha: Saw the bed in half and throw away the wife's half, to make room for a power rack. There's no longer room in the bed for the wife, she can sleep on the sofa or the floor - who cares? The neighbours are concerned about the noise from the weights? They can go ***k themselves! Life is great.

I'm not going to comment on all the other blabber. "I have trust issues" means that I don't have crazy levels of desire for you, my beta, so I'm making the rules and I will use this statement to redefine my terms at every future point in the relationship to keep you dancing faster and faster.

You're angry, aren't you? Why are you angry? Don't tell me you're not! I can see it you're angry! After all I did for you recently! You narcissistic shit! Response:. Hahaha, good one. You're cute when you're angry.

I agree with everything you said. Sounds exactly like my wife. I settled for a very long time. You're so right about continually pushing. Mine also shit tests after being pushed for more and delivering, and threatens never to repeat the behaviour. The way to go is total cold indifference and high level dread and congruence with the message that you're not satisfied. I still have a long way to go, but I'm in no hurry as there are many other women.

Indeed, you're correct. My wife also has considerable anxiety around sexual enjoyment and doing anything other than vanilla. Progress for me has required killing all neediness for sex, although I do plenty of gaming, and making it clear that I'm not satisfied with the sex. The communication about quality of sex was mostly made by being disinterested in her offer: turning down her initiations, a very few well chosen words when she raised the topic out of frustration, and active dread.

Thanks for the write-up. I've been on MRP for over a year, though this is a new account. This behaviour exactly matches my wife. Although general MRP principles work, and I had identified my wife as low self-esteem, she wasn't playing fully by the standard rulebook. I too worked out that I needed to completely check out of the relationship. With her, I'm exceedingly cold, and that is the only way to make any progress sexually, and to get any warmth, intimacy or sexual intimacy from her. My wife …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
