why do you blame your father for your mothers failings? why do you blame them for your own ? What you need is not advice or pity, you need to become a more powerful person and deal/accept your past. Now this is a very complicated thing, people have tried to figure out this shit for thousands of years. This is the answer, and it's not glamorous. Start meditating, start reading more, not just simple stuff, go with philosophy. Meet more people, reflect on your life. Change your diet, workout harder…

There are two weapons in your arsenal that you need right now. The first one is honesty and the second one is perspective. Be honest with yourself and accept that you're not an expert, be honest with her and this issue looses it's power. Of course, perspective is needed, nobody wants you to be really honest. Let's say you ask a girl out with something like this: "I must say...I know a lot of people around here but only a few are interesting, you are the kind of girl I would like to know more abo…

study: http://www.nber.org/papers/w14969 excerpt: "By many objective measures the lives of women in the United States have improved over the past 35 years, yet we show that measures of subjective well-being indicate that women's happiness has declined both absolutely and relative to men. The paradox of women's declining relative well-being is found across various datasets, measures of subjective well-being, and is pervasive across demographic groups and industrialized countries. Relative decline…

"white" was invented a hundred years ago, before that everyone viewed you as your heritage. There are so many factors to consider that race doesn't really matter... If we go back rich than both of us, if we go back with absolutely nothing than it matters where. If I go back to africa they would probably kill me on the spot, if you come back to Europe (depending where) you would have it much easier than me.

Obviously TRP is racist as well, can't wait for someone to screenshot this, edit the upvotes to prove a point. This coming for a 4 day old account

Is that sarcasm? If it's not, take a map of Europe and choose any year in recorded history. You probably had at least two nations killing each other, and don't even start on the living conditions: the Latvian potato jokes may be funny sometimes, but imagine it being 90% of your died. I wonder if those crazies advocating for the mystical white male privilege have ever opened a history book.

The main philosophy of TRP is that things aren't how they seem, you can either accept that or take the pill (aka the truth) and suffer the consequences. Let's say most of the theories presented here are false, they are still valuable because truth is an abstract concept, TRP is always moving towards it but will never be there. Read the sidebar, meditate on it, even if you discard most ( AKA your personal brand of TRP) you will either reinforce your past beliefs or create new ones. No matter what…

to give you a TL;DR: Your fiance doesn't care about your penis size. Maybe she is rationalizing it somehow but that's a lie, your cock was good for years. Instead of being honorable and saying that the relationship doesn't work out she is blaming it on your dick, completely ignoring how much this can hurt a person. Here we try to cut trough the bullshit, your post is here because it shows a bad example on how men act and how women are capable of acting. This sub gets a lot of shit from Reddit, d…

Inner game is tough because it's such an abstract concept. Let's assume inner game is confidence + good information + execution , This is a feedback loop, get more of anything and it increases the strength of the others. 1) Confidence: it come's from your information + execution. Basically after you do something good and see some results you become more confident. 2) Information comes from the world around you. Friends, movies, books etc can give you some insight into how to have a better life a…

TRP doesn't have a membership, it's not a club. There are no 10 commandments everyone agrees on before "joining". It's a place where ideas are discussed, take what you need, test it out and discard the rest. TL;DR: let me borrow this phrase from 4chan, lurk moar

If you want a more in depth analysis I suggest : Engineering the alpha. It explains everything from a biological POV. you will understand a lot about nutrition and your body after reading it. But...That's not always good because it can be overwhelming. You must either feel good doing it or force yourself each time, guess what is better? Basically to loose weight you must eat less than your body consumes. If you starve yourself ( more than -500 calories) your body will think you are dying and sta…

You are way over thinking this. What would you do if she weren't your coworker? that's the answer. You can't tell if she's fake, that's part of the game. You have to assume her attraction is real, act like you believe she really like you. Whatever the truth may be you can't loose that way. If you are worried about the shitstorm go find another woman. There are about 3 billion of them.

You have to change your perception on your weight. Think of it as running. A fat guy can run too but it will always be harder. If you want to get good at running loose all the fat you can. Dieting is easy. Calculate how much calories your body consumes (while resting) + how much you consume a day and eat about 200-300 calories less. If you want to do workouts eat a little more when you work out and less when you are resting. It's math not rocket surgery.

To put it simpler: women want 2 types of men in their lives The first one is the biggest, baddest most dangerous mofo they can find. He is the type that dies young and lives life on the edge. He provides the genes. The second one is the provider, he is more safe and provides the resources. This is why women are more social and devious, but where does this come from? simple: the type of guy who has the best genes won't settle down and ( in the old days) he has a high chance of dying. While the be…

yes, there are those who enjoy making quality animes. Problem is, these days it's very expensive. The studios have input so they will "advise" directors on how to do stuff. yes, basically you have 3 big types of game, and i'm not talking about generic self improvement : 1)nlp. This guy started the movement with his teaching. He started speed seduction. The idea behind it is simple : play the numbers game, control body language and speak using NLP techniques. Use it a LOT and get results. 2)scripted. this is a really funny clip for those who understand a bit about this stuff. Everything goes as expected, the whining women, the MRA trying to reason with them and being humiliated, the mangina putting women on a pedestal...itt all adds up. ok here's my interpretation: Where is the line between polite/conscientious, and completely beta? A beta does something out a position of weakness while the alpha has power. That's the difference.Let's say a girl asks you to go to the shop and buy her a chocolate,a beta would go without any issue.Basically he's doing something for nothing. You should always get something back!(this is very important)What can you get in this example?Respect. You can do something and she can owes you back. This doesn'…

18 is OK but 16 is discussing.I'm sure everybody can tell the difference. also,I know a girl who is 20 years old and look like 12.1.5 meters at least with a very petite frame. Is having sex with her more "wrong" than with a 15 year old who looks 25? it is,but that's the law.A 99 year old man could have sex with a 16 year old in the U.K,15 in Romania,14 in Hungary and 13 in Spain. That's the beauty and horror of freedom, there are many issues that some people condemn yet are still legal.Do you have the same stance on gay marriage?interracial couples?because i'm sure a lot of people find those things cringe worthy
