It means guys who try and hide the fact that they like girls. This can be as subtle as getting approach anxiety (after all, what are you afraid of? Honestly, even though my game was complete trash in college, I actually had sex with a decent number of girls by just being involved in a lot of activities and clubs. I was on an athletic scholarship, editor of the school newspaper, and contributed to the literary magazine. From those 3 sources, I constantly met women. Haha not exactly, but sometimes if a girl's not responding you need to do something unexpected. Hot girls have needy guys texting them all the time shit like "great meeting you! let's meet up!" so if you text "I hate you" it'll catch her off-guard and make her pay more attention to your texts (gets your foot in the proverbial door)
