Building chemistry via text is difficult and you run the risk of turning into a text buddy, no matter how good you are at it. Lock in the date and have a real experience - texting and calling are superficial and come secondary to having a real one-on-one interaction.

No it’s not too upfront. Just appreciate that some girls need a bit of small talk to warm up before going for a date but since you’ve already met her in person then you’re already half way there. I dunno why the most upvoted comment is telling you that you’ve already sold yourself short and she’s trying to get rid of you; there’s a certain value in keeping your first interaction short and sweet. Go for it mate. Get it.

This is beyond shit. I mean if you spot the love of you life at the gym then fuckin go for it but otherwise I'd steer well clear of approaching at the gym.

I did salsa and bachata for a while. Bachata is especially good if you get an attractive dance partner. It's like fucking but with clothes on.

You're doing something really cool regardless of whether she's coming or not because you live an exciting life independent of her plans. You think she's pretty cool, so you invite her along. That's what girls are into.

Nah dude, I was on my game. I was nonchalant as fuck. I was like "Oh yeah you're like the 10th I've picked up today, you win a prize". But eventually just deflecting these shit tests stops working and they want to know you for real.

I don't fucking get it. She's taking an interest and he's assuming it's a hostile test of character? She's genuinely fucking interested. If you reply as anything other than sincere then you just come across as a giant cock wad. This is why men have this self-delusional talk that they can't talk to women. Because they create these arbitrary bullshit barriers. EDIT: If OP genuinely did get hit with shit-tests that haven't been mentioned in the topic then props to you bro, but otherwise this is a g…

I can completely echo this. Something about being able to have a good time regardless of whether she's being awesome or being an asshole is incredibly sexy to women. I try to tell myself this before I date and I find the most successful dates are where I'm creating my own fun, giving off a "don't give a fuck" vibe.

I don't know whether it's because I've read a lot of stuff on seduction or if regular guys are really this oblivious, but all of these seem so painfully obvious. I'm not sure how a guy could read these and say "oh shit, so that's why she did ____."

I'm still figuring this out myself. Sometimes I feel I oversleep and I end up being pretty lethargic and muted for the day. Sometimes I feel I'm more energetic and confident on 5-6 hours than I am on 8-10. Sounds backwards but it's what works for me.

If you wanna stick to strictly trance, try to snag all of their Trance Around The World episodes. Their newer radio show, Group Therapy, is great but they play other genres too. Sub to r/trance, there's always quality content on there. HERE is their essential mix from this year which i've been absolutely addicted to. Also, if you liked Above & Beyond, you should check out their Anjunabeats Vol. 1-11. They're always great sources of trance. If you have any more specific questions, throw me a PM.

Depending on your comfort levels with eachother and how often you've hooked up, I'd probably greet with a hug and an arm around the waist. Kiss when you feel like it. I feel like when you're just dating, especially if it's only a few times, the girl needs some initial comfortable kino before you go for anything aggressive. Escalate like you normally would, maybe quicker since you already know how it's gonna go.
/r/seduction19/07/14 10:56 PM

Even better. Then he can entirely relate to your desire to be better at telling stories. I always considered public speaking classes for this purpose alone. Storytelling is so incredibly powerful

This is good advice. A confident man isn't afraid to give credit to another and ask for help from others. He might be genuinely happy to give you advice.

Maybe the frame of the conversation changed. If you're chatting for a few hours as pals and then suddenly drop the date bomb on them and they've already calibrated you in a friendly way, it'll throw them off and weird them out. Take a look at how you have been conversing. Personally I'd trim the conversations down a bit and ask them out sooner so there's no opportunity for misunderstood intentions. Build comfort and attraction in person, not over facebook.

I think I needed to hear this mate. Unless your game is fundamentally wrong, I think you're spot on. Chances are, if you're gaming them the same way you game a 6-7, you're probably creating attraction all the same. I think the binary system is probably better for this. 1 for a girl you'd fuck, 0 for otherwise. I've had problems with this, especially as a guy that seeks validation out of most of my interactions but as I'm improving as a person, I'm slowly realising I don't need external sources o…

Fundamentally it'll make you better at interacting with women but night game is a different animal. Your conversational skills will be great but some of your interaction in clubs and bars is non-verbal. We're talking body language, eye contact and there's a lot more opportunity for kino, and you can escalate more rapidly than in the day.
/r/seduction10/07/14 05:03 AM

Exactly this. Respect yourself enough to give them the old "fuck you", move on and keep being a full time legend. You'll be surprised how much they wanna hang out when they realise you've become a boss who's surrounded by attractive women and an awesome lifestyle. You'll make it mate!

You've played it great so far mate. If what you're telling us is all you've put into the interaction since, keep it up. You've shown your interest but not bugged her. Give it a few more days, keep being a cool motherfucker and then maybe ping her to see if she responds. Just remember to keep gaming other girls, even if there's a part of your brain that says "no, she's the only one I want". I've found when that's what your brain is saying, it's almost always best to do the opposite so you don't c…

Best way is through story-telling. Think of any stories you have stored up that would convey strong personality traits. Anything that displays: Adventure Danger Fun. Living in the moment. Loyalty to friends or family Overcoming challenges or facing adversity The thing with stories is that while this woman is hearing your story, she will imagine being there with you. Story-telling can be incredibly powerful if used properly, however you need to be careful to not let it come across as bragging. Th…

I wanted to know her more, I wanted to get deep with this girl. I know oneitis is frowned upon but this time I just can’t help it. Dude you should definitely want to get to know her on a deeper level. She'll love it and you'll know her better to figure out if she's right for you. Oneitis is just relentlessly chasing a girl even when it's pretty clear it's done.

But the way I see it, it's a mans job to lead the interaction. Am I wrong in thinking it's okay for me to be initiating most of the conversations and arranging the dates? Or am I just coming across too available and seemingly desperate?

I didn't get that impression at all. It advocates the core principles of this subreddit perfectly. It encourages it, "Happiness is the process of becoming your ideal self". That's exactly what this community is about. Enduring hardship, overcoming obstacles and confronting fears to become our best, ideal selves. It doesn't beat around the bush - work for what you want and the journey of self-improvement and the strive for success will make you a happy, positive individual.

I loved your bantering here dude. And your venue hopping was great. Mystery swears by that 7-hour rule but venue hopping is invaluable in making a girl feel infinitely more comfortable with you. I can't get why she wasn't more into kissing you but I guess some girls are more reserved than others. Could be a cultural thing? I have no clue, I'm from the UK. Sounds like you had a blast regardless and weren't dependant on the outcome. Solid FR brother.

I'm starting to lean towards the school of thought that "less is more". I've recently been an incessant texter and I feel like, since you shouldn't be building attraction via text, and because text can be easily misconstrued, there's far more opportunity to fuck things up over text. The way I see it - if you've got shit going on and you have a fun, fulfilling life then you wouldn't need to text so frequently. Ping her with fun texts and keep the frame interesting. Don't let text conversation go …

Wow. Must be scary to be absolutely naked to the world. You're a brave man and this is pretty inspirational. I dunno if I like the idea of sharing everything but I'd like to adopt a few of these principles.

That's a good attitude. One I struggle to find myself. Appreciate the positive words bro.
/r/seduction17/06/14 11:38 AM

I'm not sure where that mentality for you has come from. Ask what you need to know but avoid going into interview mode. Remember: you're screening. You need to figure out what turns you on about a woman and determine your questions or conversation techniques based on that.
/r/seduction17/06/14 09:30 AM
1

Depends on the situation I guess. If it's a girl you're gaming in a club and you feel like you can't gauge her interest and you've been following textbook game, you could always throw out a polarizing comment and see how she reacts. Saves you and her wasting time. In a situation where she's a friend, it depends how strong your feelings are for her. If you have other women happening in your life, I wouldn't bother.

Don't beat yourself up about it bro, just don't be afraid to be rejected if you escalate. Better to try and get your wrist slapped than not to try in the first place. Remember, she's not a delicate flower, she's a grown woman. She knows her own boundaries and she knows how to say no. If she knocks you back, you step back a bit, chat a bit more then try again. Learn from it bro!
/r/seduction09/06/14 01:38 AM

I think one of the key factors here is tempo, escalating and being consistent. Imagine this from her point of view - she's texting you pretty frequently, the frame is quite sexual, fun, exciting. She's obviously turned on by the interaction if she's ready to meet you at your place (girls can be really sketchy about going to a dude's place first time, this should be a massive IOI that she's DTF), then there's no real escalation. The frame has changed from being a pretty sexual and exciting one, i…

I can really relate to this as well because there's been this one girl I was really into not so long ago. Call it oneitis, what the fuck ever, it's mostly forgotten about now and I'm seeing other women but I pushed it too much with this one woman. Convinced myself she was different and she was worth chasing. I should've just been happy to walk.
/r/seduction05/06/14 05:28 PM
3

She sounds like an asshole. She cancels twice and even sends you condescending messages as if being a flake motherfucker wasn't bad enough? What do you value more, self-respect and dignity or this woman? Call her out on her shit if you feel she has genuinely been snide and don't put up with that shit.
/r/seduction05/06/14 04:20 PM
12

I do this too but I think we both realise the power in being able to just walk away. It confuses women. They can't handle the idea of you not giving a shit and getting on with your life, how could you ever readily discard such a precious flower? I think the best thing is to drop this woman and get on with your shit. Who knows, weeks, months or years might pass and she'll see you being awesome, and she'll regret her decision. Or maybe she won't, but you'll be surrounded by more women that vie for…

Some people advocate ways of getting her to qualify herself to you as early as possible. Some examples "You're cute but are you as interesting as you look?", "You look like trouble, you're not another one of those crazy online weirdos are you?". Yes but he didn't ask straight away and I wouldn't either, this should be seen on her part as an opportunity to even things out and to repay the deed. The fact that she straight up said she wanted to go home, without sounding guilty about the $20 ticket and without attempting to return the favor and at least entertain the idea of a drink afterwards, I think he played it 100% correctly. I'm not encouraging people to keep score or for her to feel obligated to repay, but if she was a decent person …

I just open with something direct and to the point like "You're kinda cute, why haven't we met yet?". Online game is still pretty sketchy because girls rate themselves much higher online because of the amount of validation they get from seedy dudes. Hard to get consistent replies so just cast your net wide and check occasionally.
/r/seduction04/06/14 01:28 AM
6

Direct, effective. Good stuff mate. I love reading these kind of field reports where lads like you and me tend to overthink things or assume the worst. Goes to show that if you give in to your negative thoughts, you'll turn those negative thoughts into a reality through your behaviour. But on the flip side, you think positive and don't let your negative thoughts limit your interaction with these women, and it's shocking how well it can go.
/r/seduction27/05/14 04:42 PM
4

If you can demonstrate throughout the rest of the interaction that your past essentially hasn't hindered your growth by being completely confident and showing her a good time, I think it would work in your favour. Some women could be terrified by the appearance of 'baggage' though. Guess it's situational.

This is exactly what I needed to read. Often I'll try to ACT the bad boy but this has made me realise that the nights when I've been most successful are when I've been completely open with everybody, good or bad. I think girls have a decent radar for somebody who's not completely congruent. This has made me realise that I need to find happiness with myself, my goals, my beliefs and my direction in life before I can truly master this game.

If you don't see yourself as that guy yet, you might not be ready for a relationship. You need to be confident in your pursuits and completely congruent.

Some girls will use somebody to constantly text every day as validation. Girls are fucking masters of texting and social calibration. It's almost certainly an IOI from her but make sure you escalate and scheduling to meet, or she'll get way too comfortable just being "text buddies" if you text too much and don't escalate.

I dunno, I get the eye compliment a lot and I just give a standard "Thank you". I don't need to draw more attention to them, they can see for themselves I have great eyes. Depends how you want to approach it. You could try the cocky-funny approach and go with something like "Yeah I know, sometimes I can't get away from the mirror!" (pretty shabby attempt but you could think of something). Or just play it aloof and act as if you get it all the time. I prefer this to drawing more attention to comp…

I'd be like "looks better on me too!"

I do it and I don't intend to stop. Some people find it lame but a lot of the time I crack the jokes for myself. Who gives a fuck?

k-close man. #-closes are nothing, a kiss is much more impressionable and you were drowning in perceived value. Man the fuck up and do it.

But in a practical application, of course you would call.

Love ballsy stuff like this, the whole first few minutes of interaction felt a little awkward though

I saw this one quote related to bodybuilding but it applies beautifully in this context. Why people want you to suck

This implies that you put more value into her acquaintance than she has with yours, which can subconsciously come across as needy or whatever. This could work into your favour though, if you remember something quirky or funny about when you met, you can use that to your advantage and she'll feel special because you remembered. Depends on the woman I guess, some girls I know would let this put them off. Some would love it.

Bigshot enjoyed it, you enjoyed it, sounds like you all connected pretty well. Who gives a shit, your friends sound like sheltered idiots.

That sort of shit is perfect. Really conveys that you find fun in any situation and there's never a dull moment with you.

On the point of DHV, it's not necessarily banter that you're looking to convey. The biggest example is the use of stories to convey your strength in character. We're talking things like: Any time a family member has become ill or vulnerable, and how you dropped everything and were by their side through it all (conveys loyalty, compassion and being a protector of the vulnerable). A time you and your buddies hijacked a pedal boat in Majorca in the middle of the night on vacation. How you got lost,…

There's an opportunity for you at this stage to establish a real emotional connection in her mind, which is where the attraction will build. It would help to qualify yourself too or drop IOIs, but never qualify yourself more than she does toward you. Try to make it even, it can be difficult to gauge.

The Weeknd - any album. Dirty beats, sexy voice. The guy just epitomizes love-making music without it sounding cliche or dated. Everything he makes reeks of sin. Utilized this guy a few times, never lets me down. Deftones - you'd have to fish around. Bit of a grungier sound, but they have a few tracks that have a nice tempo and beat. The xx - new to these guys but they sound pretty solid.

I think dropping IOIs if she's actively qualifying herself is a good idea. Don't fake interest though, show appreciation for what she's qualifying herself with, but express interest and curiosity if she mentions something you genuinely find exciting or interesting.

That's taking 'assume attraction' to another level! You persevered, props to you lad!

I like to diffuse it with something quirky and equally ridiculous like "I only play Scrabble." I'm liking the advice in here though, it may be more beneficial to just be congruent and straight up say something like "Yeah, I guess some people might think so!". I guess by joking about it, it could either go well or it could seem to her like you're validating her question by obviously deflecting.

Makes you wonder if that 'The Secret' bullshit is true haha, I share the same sentiments. I'll be having a blast out with my buddies or running game, and I'll get attention from nowhere.

Tease her, don't be afraid to steer the conversation into a sexual one. You don't have to drop a direct "I like you" sorta line, just don't be afraid to make your intentions clear through other means. Steer the conversation into a sexual one but within a strong frame, the question game is good for this. Kino kino kino. Don't be afraid to touch her, you're the fuckin man.

An even more fun and interesting twist to this, is playing 'Tell Her'. Essentially, if a friend expresses an opinion on a girl (good or bad), you confront him with the words 'Tell Her' and he is obligated to either repeat it to her face, or buy you a drink. Great fun when there's banter flying around on a mischievous night on the town!

I do this all the time, girls get a real kick out of it. Faking innocence can be a lot of fun.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
