No, they should just wonder if you're gay from lack of seeking pussy I'm not being sarcastic, be high value but don't shit where you eat

Gotcha, what's your best quick tip for charisma?

Good to know. Gotta just brace myself for a few cold minutes. I assume if she's still talking to you during those cold minutes that there's still some interest or else she would have just left right?

That makes sense. Do they warm up after you pass tests?

Whenever you find yourself worrying about it, ask yourself if you have done what’s in your power for the day. If not then take action, if you have then endure it and repeat the next day. Thanks man, I really appreciate it Been lifting for 5 months now. I'm happy that I can finally bench with 45 lb plates on both sides, so I know I'm making progress toward my goal. I go even when I feel like crap, I don't want to miss a single day that I don't have to miss Thank your for the words

5 months into lifting, finally have 45lb plates on each side of my bench and glad with my progress so far. First short term goal has been met and about to switch to hypertrophy

It's one of my worst habits 100%
/r/askTRP10/10/19 09:30 PM
3

Right. I wasn't red pill aware the past times, and after being aware, I still had to quit some repetitive motion jobs that were fucking up my joints with lifting. Desk jobs now with RP awareness and better attitude

This seems to be the consensus. Looking forward to the future

That's my goal. I think by 28 I'll have a good shot and good progress

True, It's not over, still 27 years old. I'm still in my prime, I'm trying to focus on the future and it's getting easier the more defined I start looking. Finally hit 45 lbs on each side of bench press. I keep powering on despite it being at me how I slacked
/r/askTRP10/10/19 08:44 PM
2

That's good to know. I'm 27, so it's not like I've missed my chance to slay hot 23-25 year olds. It just hurts to see what I could be right now and to know that I've created my own circumstances despite no shortage of opportunity

Definitely doing things right, had 4 personal training sessions, one for each muscle group. I take breaks for a week/or stop the set if I feel pain on that specific muscle group Personal Trainer seemed surprised that my form was already good when he was building a plan for me

looking at her tits Interesting, never heard this overt strategy before 1.How do you know when to do this? How do you do it correctly? How to react if they call you out on it? What is their reaction when done right? Edit: my numbering 1-4 is not showing up correctly in the comment despite correct when I type it

Struggling with the almost verbatim problem as OP. When you say sexually charged comments, do women normally react positively?

Thank you man, that's what I'm looking for. Just normal, civil declines of civil propositions. That's what I'm having a hard time accepting will be the norm for me. That's what I want. Your reply puts me more at ease

For clarification I'm not dating, I'm too paralyzed to flirt or approach so my dating opportunities are virtually zero as long as I'm paralyzed with fear. I've learned a lot since then and can easily pass off as a non-autistic person and people don't realize I am. I know what not to do and what women don't find attractive, but I struggle to find the courage to even try in the first place. I have irrational thoughts that any woman I try to approach or flirt with will seek to destroy and punish me…
/r/seduction08/10/19 05:56 PM
1

Right. I need to change my mindset From your experience, do girls normally give you ordinary rejections, or do you ever have to deal with extreme and unnecessary reactions from them?
/r/seduction08/10/19 05:49 PM
1

You might be right, I just want to know that girls won't seek to destroy me or go out of their way to get me punished for trying to flirt or approach
/r/seduction08/10/19 03:40 PM

At least 10 different therapists. Even if I only saw some once. I'm past the emotions, I don't get sad or upset thinking about them. I've just always relied on girls to befriend me instead and game themselves. I've always just been to paralyzed to do the work myself out of fear that an approach etc will result in the same overblow, disproportionately unnecessary rejection. I've never been willing to risk providing to myself that this won't happen and that's what I'm trying to get over and wonder…
/r/seduction08/10/19 03:05 PM
1

I've had at least 10 therapists. It never helped. my problem is I never tried to go out of my way with approaching girls etc unless it was in a social circle and it was entirely natural to interact. I am over the sadness etc of it all and don't think about it anymore, it's just a subconscious fear that I've never moved on from because I never tried to override it with risking rejection unless it was shitty mediocre circle game. Even then I only really tried once or twice I've literally just been…

Good question. Yes, I've been red pill aware for 2 years, have been lifting for 4 months, and have improved every area of my life except game in those 2 years. I have high-functioning autism, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, tremendous social anxiety, and past social trauma from what two girls put me through in high school. I feel incredibly paralyzed by fear when I think about approaching and gaming. I have a laundry list of reasons for my lack of confidence and most of it has s…

I appreciate the reply. I like that advice and that sounds like a good plan in the mean time. I've always been likeable, but never the guy that got the girls. I've missed several opportunities where the girl dropped hints in the past and since college ended and I've moved to my home town again, nothing has really happened I've kind of made friends with a dude at my gym, same age as me, but it's been tricky making plans. I've talked to a few girls there as well, with one seeming glad I introduced…

But I get what you're saying about the rejection part. I need to just bear through it. I had two female friends viciously reject me in high school to the point where I thought I was going to get in legal trouble from false statements and school administrator involvement over socially awkward autistic behavior on my part. I always get a subconscious fear that my lack of dating experience combined the malice these girls had years ago is going to be another vicious rejection at worst with new girls…

I'm not saying I'm high smv, but it's not so low that I couldn't succeed with a better mindset
/r/askTRP06/10/19 11:35 PM
1

I suppose. The problem is I'm not necessarily low value. Nearly all of my difficulties come from high-functioning autism, tremendous social anxiety and lack of direct flirting experience. I have a tremendous difficulty making the most of my existing smv
/r/askTRP06/10/19 11:34 PM
1

Its not this one chick, I literally auto-rejected myself from every girl and guy that was there today I didn't even think the guys would want to be friends with me if I talked to them
/r/askTRP06/10/19 11:26 PM
1

I'm certain I don't have oneitis for her, I just did a quick comparison and thought why the fuck would any attempt here matter? The dude had higher smv. She just seemed like a partial prospect was all and my chances were zero next to Chad so I checked out on her. It's not just, her, the other girls just seem to talk to the higher smv guys there. I've been lifting for 4 months now, finally on 45lbs on each side bench press. I'm making progress and continually looking better but I'm still not to t…

Thank you for the detailed reply, I really appreciate it. That makes sense, I've got to lead because it gives freedom for her to connect with a socially risky desire (women having/wanting sex). I also have to shake off the anti-masculinity fears that society has placed on men, because women want it despite society setting false standards. I need to think more about fulfilling a role wanted by women and assuming more women want that role (it they show IOIs etc). Thank you
/r/seduction29/09/19 06:35 PM
1

Thank you, I really appreciate the reply. That makes sense. Since then, have you applied this mindset to the first time you introduce yourself to a new girl, such as during an approach?

This is the most red-pilled question I've ever seen on this sub. Asking the real questions here

Interesting, I'll be try to figure out how to broadcast it better within being so narrow that only a few girls tune in. Thanks for the metaphor, it helped me grasp it better
/r/seduction29/09/19 01:04 AM

I'll keep all of those factors in mind and see how I can apply it in my life, thanks man

I can hold eye contact pretty well. I actually like looking at eyes, especially the iris. I sometimes look away out of courtesy, which is stupid. I'll look at women's eyes longer when I interact

Be amusing and challenging and mix in your sexual interest by telling her you want her. This is what confuses me, can you give a concrete example or two of a time you did this?

No problem, I really appreciate the advice. I'm aware of the social dynamic, which was why I was wondering the "correct" way to do it. The only reason I'm even considering any of gym "game" is that it's one of the only places where fit, highly attractive women reliably gather. It's hard to find a good number of them out in the wild. That being said, I do want to be extra careful and do it "correctly". I plan on being social where appropriate and seeing how women respond, and if they show any IOI…

I feel you, my first lay was a girl that gamed herself so badly that I didn't do any work. She had nearly no LMR and constantly hinted at wanting it. It was great to have the easy lay, but the huge downside was that I didn't learn shit about game from her
/r/askTRP24/09/19 07:17 AM
1

I worded that poorly, it should have read as: act in a red pill aware manner, in whichever way I choose to socialize? Edit: and to also just go for socializing without worrying, to just do it? That's what I meant. But yes, I'd agree I've had terribly crippling self-limiting beliefs, thank you for being blunt
/r/askTRP24/09/19 07:14 AM
5

Definitely, I didn't mean lying of course, genuine comments only
/r/askTRP24/09/19 01:04 AM
8

It's hypocritical as fuck, but that's because women are so solipsistic, their worldview is centered on themselves. If a chick told a guy to lose his cellulite, it would suck to hear, but he'd be like, "yeah I'm actually fat and need to lose it". At least in his head
/r/askTRP24/09/19 01:02 AM
3

Unless you made an explicit agreement to only be with each other or heavily implied it, then don't apologise. It shot your value way up but then you handed her your power on a silver platter. Now if you get with other girls, you're fucked. Keep it in your frame or avoid getting yourself into these situations
/r/askTRP24/09/19 12:53 AM

No, this has literally no chance of working. If Brad Pitt (or her favorite male celebrity) told her this, she might lose the weight to get the once-in-a-lifetime, major celebrity D. But you're not Brad Pitt. She'll resent you and feel shitty. She'll never act normal around you again. Find a new plate

That's an interesting outlook, I'll have to try it out of curiosity
/r/askTRP24/09/19 12:45 AM

In countries like the USA, it is barely regulated because it is not legal here (where I am). So it's really up to the guy or the hooker here. Never had one and I don't plan on it. But I suppose in other countries this issue isn't as prevalent.
/r/askTRP24/09/19 12:39 AM
1

That's good to know, I'm sure the fact that you're passing by (or acting from a slight distance) probably takes the pressure off of them to react as well. I'll have to try this, thanks man

Interesting, does this work off campus? I've graduated from mine, and only sparingly visit the campus near my new city to do occasional academic work there

I appreciate it, I'll remember that. Quick question, of curiosity do you have any good openers that seem to work and feel natural for someone who struggled with autism? Edit: for girls of interest or making male friends

Thank you, I honestly didn't realize I was consciously avoiding it until after your first comment. I've actually become quite aware of general social norms, it's mainly just relating and conversing. The norms I struggle with per se are that it's entirely acceptable to ask questions like "how was your weekend" etc. I have it ingrained that I can't converse like that because it's wrong. I'm not sure what the origins of that thinking are for me. Maybe it's because I just never have and so it feels …
/r/askTRP23/09/19 09:20 PM

So practice? Did you just power through the conversation failures and not think too hard about it? I've made the mistake of becoming risk averse and avoiding conversations to avoid social failure
/r/askTRP23/09/19 09:10 PM
1

I've applied it in every other area, career path, lifting, developing frame, not tolerating dysfunctional behavior, etc. It's just the social aspect that gets me. I have an ingrained difficulty. So, just go for applying it and worry about everything else later? Like not giving a fuck what people think and just act socially within the scope of red-pill strategy and awareness?

Right, I'll keep that in mind, or at least have neutral comments immediately after to avert them being on alert before dropping additional wording. It was tricky because she was between me and where the exit headed, and she was facing toward the exit. I would have had to circle back around to talk to her or stand there till she looked up and noticed which would've looked bad. Overall, I learned a lot of great strategies from everyone on this post. Dude, get a vasectomy if you ever don't want kids in the future. If you do want kids, just put up with the condoms for now. You're playing with fire just to want to experience some male-tingles. Your sex life has the potential to bomb out in a burning pile of family court ramming if you're not careful.

Thanks for the response, for what you said here: She would recognize you and not feel worried your going to tap her on the shoulder again. But that’s my perspective Are you saying that's probably what will happen now, or what would have probably happened if I did it differently? Yeah, this was my first approach of my whole life, was spontaneous, and had almost no real game plan. It's a huge gym with a ton of people, I'll honestly just ignore her probably cause I didn't do this in the most optima…

Thanks! I'm trying to strive to be more talkative and carefree with people like you were in this video. Were you always like this? If not how did you get to that point (in short)? That's a good tip about talking during coincidental rest sets. I'll have to try it sometime!
/r/seduction23/09/19 04:41 AM

I know what you mean, thanks for the candid reply. A lot of guys are insecure about what people think. It sounds like you know what you want, I wish you luck in how this happens between you two
/r/askTRP23/09/19 04:05 AM

Great points! The general sense I'm getting across this post is to be lower key at the gym, and to break the ice while leaving them with room to explore talking to me and wondering about me. Thanks, I appreciate it!
/r/seduction23/09/19 04:02 AM
1

Definitely, u/Gordod26 had a good answer. Your response is great as well, I plan on just focusing on making good connections with guys in the gym and casually making benign comments to girls. I'll just see what happens when I'm a familiar face who hasn't done an "approach". I liked your suggestion about gathering social proof and looking for signs like making an effort to talk to a guy as a girl. I'll focus more on the concept of license to talk, rather than seeking to talk. Also, thanks for the…

Jesus, I had no idea this would get so many comments. I'm honestly wondering if the machines, even expensive ones in a medical clinic, are that bad. I don't know, I can't grab fat anywhere except on my lower ab area. I don't have any in places that I can successfully pinch fat or even much skin at all. I don't know the answer to anyone's comments to be honest
/r/askTRP23/09/19 03:50 AM

Thanks, I really appreciate the long, thoughtful comments! I was hesitant to straight up cold approach, hence why was wondering the correct way. These are all great points. I'll focus more on guys, I need more guy friends anyway. I'm friendly with a lot of staff so far. I'll think of more positive, but more benign comments to make to girls to introduce myself casually. There's only one girl I've "cold approached" and I was pretty mild. Scare quotes because it was mild. Can you tell me if I fucke…

Whatever you decide man. Just do it gently, because she didn't give herself a cross-eyed eye. This is a long reply, but please read it for your own benefit, you'll grow from it With all due respect, and I mean respectfully, it only matters what you want. Don't go by what other people think. The truth is no one really cares unless they're a tool or an ass-hat. That guy that is dating the women who lost her leg, no one cares. That girl dating the dude with an eye-patch and a glass eye, no one care…

I don't know either. I'm 127 lbs right now. I've never gained weight in my life except for muscle these past few months. People in my family and extended family are all fat or chubby except practically me. I've never gained weight no matter what I ate prior to lifting.
/r/askTRP23/09/19 12:57 AM
1

Were 2 different machines wrong in a row? One was a high-end one at a healthcare facility. I legit can barely grab any fat on the fattest part of my stomach, and what I do grab, a good amount is skin and not fat. I'm not exaggerating. If it is that low, I'm as surprised as you are
/r/askTRP23/09/19 12:45 AM

That's great advice, I'll have to go for teaseable, cocky-funny observations and topics instead of validational ones. Do you think it's too late to turn around my initial interaction with this girl into more of the tone you suggested? (I mean I don't even know whether it was ultimately positive or negative in the first place since I'm not in her head).
/r/askTRP23/09/19 12:06 AM

I definitely thought 12% was your average guy who's not even chubby. I legit asked the medical assistant if the machine was accurate. I was blown away

I am shitting you not. I had to take a health screen for my job and I also did a body composition assessment at the same gym. I am literally 4.9% and was absolutely dumbstruck when I saw that twice

Right, I could've been more playful and teased her about it right out of the gate, that's way better. Instead I made it clear that I was focused on something about her and had an opinion about it without much drive to take any further actions. Good to know

Hmm, I'd like to have it. I'll try to come up with a way to polarize. I need to prep for being fine with rejection. I've been rejected through social circle "beta game" before (prior to TRP), but not cold approach yet

People have said I'm good looking since I was little, I've also been lifting for 4 months now. 4.9% bodyfat 6'0". This was more of a see what happens/get over approach anxiety approach if anything. It's possible, her initial smiled seemed pretty genuine, but you could be right. I really didn't have a game plan at all if I'm being honest. I just wanted to do it for once and become a familiar face so that I wouldn't be a random guy next time. Any tips for what I could have done instead of the weaker approach style I did? Any tips for how to get her number next time?

Ideally, she'll reach for her purse/wallet of her own volition. Some girls do and it shows that they take responsibility and don't expect you to wine and dine them through life. Treat it like your own shit test to her, to see what kind of a girl she is. If she doesn't even try, just say, "I'll take care of the first date". Why not push it, I mean you'd save money? Well, you could try to bring it up, but then the trade off is you lose one of your best and earlier shit tests that you can give her …

If a girl is fucking up her own appearence, bad clothes, fat, shit body language, then whatever. The eye comment is just a low blow though. If you don't want to deal with it, make an excuse and next. You don't have to resort to that

I wouldn't get a female therapist, I'll tell you why. I've had them. Most are damaged women themselves. One was an old bitchy woman that purposefully used anger provoking language while I was talking about an ex that I had unresolved damage over. Some other ones were just plain unable to relate to any problems I had because women don't have to deal with the struggles of a man in a blue-pilled world. Maybe there are good ones out there, but the ones I had were either damaged or just great at list…

Unejeculated semen is reabsorbed back into the body. You might get a negligible amount of testosterone back. You won't have a flush of oxytocin from jizzing, so you won't get a more cuddly, vulnerable vibe to you post-nutting. Therefore you'll still have more energy and unreleased sexual desire. Really it's not much, but you'll have more desire and women can sense that vs being more tired and beta post-nut. Don't read too far into it Edit: meant to reply to OP lol

Right, I'm so new to it that it seems special when it shouldn't be. Thank you for pointing out that element that is floating around my head. So far I'm stuck at shoulder touches (easy enough) and I've never initiated kino prior to that. All the girls I've ever dated all gamed themselves almost entirely and I went through the bases without having to escalate prior. I never had to apply it to be honest. It's fine to go for the shoulder touch. I've just gotten into touch, myself. Done about 8 shoulder touches, including full palm of hand on shoulder. I've either gotten neutral reactions or smiles. My personal trainer and I were talking about this. You can do a month of strength (1-5 reps) I do (4-6) though. And then do a month of hypertrophy (he says 6-12) but I do 8-12 reps. Of course reps is based on weight, strength will be heavier weights than hypertrophy. The plus of alternating, is that the strength month will let you lift way heavier for when you switch to your hypertrophy month

It's hard to get a girl to lose weight of her own volition by trying to influence her and is playing with fire comfort-wise. You could try to dropping small, subtle comments about your own weight (like body fat %) in the middle of talking fitness overall. I don't think it's hardwired though. The brain has a coping mechanism called plasticity. The brain can alter it's neural connections even around surgical removal of brain matter. It'll take some time. But so does any major social or life change. Take some time to think about it, and gather more opinions. I'm just one person's opinion though. I have personal obstacles to my own opinion, but nonetheless, I see it as a near-future outcome for myself despite it.

I'm glad you definitely identify it as a comfort zone matter. Popular things can be annoying, because they can seem stupid or low effort (path of least resistance to more people), but often, some things are popular because they have well-liked elements. 2 things: 1) Psychiatric diagnoses are a reference list of symptoms in the DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual). They're a checklist of symptoms designed to best describe a specific, identifiable disorder. Many have overlapping symptoms. It's possible you are on the spectrum, or as you said, just spent a lot of time alone. I would look up the "DSM-5 criteria" for Asperger's syndrome. I'm honestly rarely in locations that max out seating, so I can't speak from experience. But women are generally a lot more risk averse compared to men. It's not real love anyway, even of you look at what love is through a red-pill lense it doesn't even meet that threshold so it's bullshit anyway in this instance. She's with another dude too, keep her around as long as it's enjoyable and plate additional women as well, not just this girl alone

That's the problem, she checks off a lot of your boxes and has some great submissive traits. But you have to look at the broader picture. Whatever pleasure she is offering now is going to go downhill once she starts wanting more comfort and greater commitment. Once she starts to show the crazy, it'll hit you out of nowhere and you'll be even deeper in your feelings than you are right now when it happens. There are less damaged, submissive women out there without kids. I'd make up some bullshit (…

My bad, I missed that word in your description. I'm not aware of any guides per se, but you should have a cocky-funny vibe to your voice and deeper intonation (speak from your chest not your nose). Don't speak too fast and make sure your voice has good enough volume to be heard clearly. As for words, use innuendo where appropriate if she's responding positively to you, tease her part of the time you are talking, refrain from saying blue-pilled comments, and pass shit tests. Make her laugh, too

Thank you for the correction! It was something I knew but spaced my mind when I posted this

Unless you're significantly responsible for her well-being: like getting her hammered at your place with booze and then she tries driving home, or some comparible example, you shouldn't feel compelled to check on her

Lawyer if possible, save all texts and messages you have from her. Some universities have been successfully sued recently for denying due process to male students. Lawyer up

It's shocking until you see it enough times. Never have so much trust that a woman won't AWALT at some point Edit: grammar

I had an ex that liked handcuffs, spanking, dressing up as a school girl. Didn't realize women were into that stuff prior to dating her

Psychology Major, at a minimum replace the addictive substance etc. With another positive activity that gives you a natural high and endorphins: ie. Exercise, spending time with friends, etc. Break off all of your friendships or relationships with people who also engage in the addictive behavior or substance. No matter what your will power and resolve is like, social influence is extremely powerful. Do this ASAP If you can't gradually reduce it while replacing it along the way, go cold turkey.

I started getting off energy drinks/energy shots and now I just take one serving size of panax ginseng and mix some caffeine mix into my water in the morning. I have energy all day on most days I do this

Move on and improve. It sucks to leave her behind in the trail of shame you paved for yourself. But get other girls and chances are she might be attracted to your new social proof and preselection from other girls wanting you. But don't do it to win her over, do it for yourself. If she comes back great, but that's not your goal

That sounds good, so even if they look away immediately, you just wait for them to look back? Then call them over?

My thoughts as well, terrible job of screening and not wrapping his dick before laying a low smv woman

This is an interesting experiment This honestly goes to show that regular (appropriate?) pics and a bio description aren't necessarily enough for women to gauge interest through the LED screen of their phone. Looks like a stimulating photo gave women a more animated sense of how they'd expect to feel if they were with you, and tingles > self-established boundaries

This is definitely why you don't cohabitate unless you're married; even then, marriage is risky in itself. This guy failed from the moment she told him she had such a shitty list of hobbies for a woman. Is this their kids or just the woman's children. If single mother he definitely fucked up there, too

Good point, we tend to attribute additional successful values and traits to others while seeing our own failures as specific flaws in ourselves

It's amazing -but not surprising- that women will tell themselves to not miss out on an alpha and break the rules "I value my career and wouldn't risk it! But I might not get a Chad's dick if I don't take this chance right now, so it's okay this time!" Meanwhile, if she can get a guy of a non-Chad's SMV outside of work, why break the rules?

It probably overloaded your protective instincts and tanked your emotional state somewhat while you were simultaneously in a state of heightened and focused sexual arousal. Sounds like it was just an acute clusterfuck of emotions and sensations that you were not expecting in the slightest. It all came in while you were in a state of openness. It'll pass

Because at some point you'll realize it's female nature and while AWALT applies, not all women are equally as bad as the worst examples. You'll use your red-pill knowledge to excel and improve your life. At some point, it'll show and you'll also learn to enjoy women through the lense of your newfound successes. I was pissed and despondent when I first found the red pill, but the anger fades as you learn to play the game of Life with new eyes

Don't burn your bridges unless someone is genuinely fucking you over, showing serious or repeated disrespect, or general poor treatment. I would just let any subpar and unfulfilling bonds decay, no arguments or anything.

Bucks, as in cash (as one interpretation of the word bucks). Example: Billy beta bucks paid for his girlfriend's college degree in full, and after she graduated, she cheated on him with alpha fucks behind his back and then left beta bucks
