Yeah. I'm not spending too much time thinking about what is safe to say and what isn't. If you think I'm a bad enough person that saying "she's a cutie" means I am having sexual thoughts about your infant daughter, because I am a man, despite years of having worked with you and demonstrated my character... I don't care about your opinion. Better yet, don't bring out pictures of your daughter to show off while you're on the clock. I mean if you are sane and rational... by all means go ahead. But …

Co-worker was showing pics of her daughter. All the ladies were all "she's BEAUTIFUL" and "awww what a darling!" and such. I honestly didn't even really look... had work to do. I said "She's a cutie!" and those very same women got a weird look on their faces and one said "That's inappropriate." Luckily for me the coworker told the rest of them they were being shitty people and told me not to worry about them and thanked me.

I want some opinions... be brutally honest please. I had just turned 17 when I started dating a girl who was well into 18. We had lots of sex. She got pregnant. I've paid my child support faithfully for years. That absolutely ruined me financially. I was ordered to pay almost 60% of my income for 20 years (and counting). There are reasons I am paying beyond 18 but I'm not complaining about that. Hell, I'm not really complaining at all. I am happy to support my child. I attempted to get a modific…

It seems most people can get behind "statutory rape of boys" as being a bad thing. But a MAN being raped by a woman? LUDICROUS!! And that troubles me. I know two full grown men who were raped and it ruined their lives. Both were blamed by others for what happened despite them both being near black out drunk when a sober woman they'd never touch raped them. One was married and her husband was 100% sure my male friend was the only one who did anything wrong. His sober bitch of a wife was innocent …

I agree with everything you said, but take some issue with the use of the phrase "this woman is allowing him to take that risk". She didn't allow him to, she coerced him to.

I actually just got a letter in the mail today stating the date for my hearing (in April). I can't imagine they'd raise it but it's possible. If they do I am seriously moving out of the country and I'll start a savings account for him and send him what he needs to access it when he's 18. Thanks for any info you think is helpful and for your advice thus far.

Yeah, thanks. There is a reason I didn't spell it out. But I guess you're just an asshole, or really that dumb.

I can argue whatever I'd like on any part of Reddit where I'd like to do so. I don't care what kind of person you think you are, I am just going by what I have witnessed. What I witnessed was you telling someone who is asking for advice to basically "GTFO" and that it was partially their fault for being drunk. If you look at my original reply to the OP I said that it wasn't ok and that the only thing that lets people like this monster who molested him get away with it is a failure to act on his …

That is absolutely it. Jesus I looked through that site for an entire day without finding it. How ever did you locate it? I apparently had 15 days not 3... I dunno where I got 3 from. Anyway.. thanks sooooo much and I will absolutely keep you posted.

Good thing I don't look for validation from random people who know nothing about me on the Internet. Generally speaking, the strong move quiet while the weak cause riots. Pretty easy to tell what camp you fall into. Probably your obvious lack of education along with the ridicule you must face in your daily life that made you want to lash out at every opportunity you have. Which, aren't many. You do have the Internet to hide behind though, so at least you have something. If it wasn't against the …

I suppose. I also think that the context in or method by which the advice is given might factor in to my initial disapproval. I mean, telling someone "don't get too drunk" is always good advice but it would be better to have given that advice before this party. When someone says "I was molested!" and it is followed by "well, you were pretty drunk...try not getting that drunk next time".. it may come off a little ...insensitive.

Explain to me the part of your position that I am unable to see, please. "Your dick in someone's mouth without consent? Well, were you drunk?" Is pretty much how I read it. I've never seen the other side "He put his finger in your vagina?!.. Well, were you drunk?" I mean, ok I've seen that. Like 20 years ago. Doesn't happen much any more. So while "don't get stupid drunk" is a pretty good piece of advice for all occasions I don't see how it is remotely relevant to whether or not it is ok for som…

Where is the line? If having your dick in the mouth of someone you didn't consent to putting your dick in their mouth is not a sex crime... what IS? Would she have to urinate on him while sticking a broomstick in his ass and punching him in the face (sounds so hot!) before it was considered a sex crime in your mind? Or does the fact that no vaginal penetration was involved in that scenario mean that it was just a prank?

Oh yeah. Not wanting a person of any gender to touch the genitalia of another person without consent is totally adopting victorian morality. Also, molestation was the discussion topic. Not rape. This is probably why he didn't say rape. It isn't rape. Of course if the genders were reversed here, it definitely would be rape.

If your daughter passed out and I put her breast in my mouth and took pictures... or licked her pussy and took pictures.... I'm totally sure you'd laugh it off as a harmless prank.

You are the type of person I'd remove from Reddit if I were the Reddit dictator. Luckily for everyone, even myself we don't have such a thing. Regardless, you are obviously too immature to sit at the big boys table.

Yet still not a justification for being molested. Also, not something that would even be considered if the genders were reversed. What if the mistake here was not being drunk but having passed out because he was tired from work? Would you say something like "going to a party with people you don't know when you are tired from work is retarded!" As for what he could report...the molestation. If this were a girl I am willing to bet people would be telling her to go after the parents or wife of the …

Spoken as a true... ignorant moron. Individuals who are raped or molested don't generally have a lot of experience in this regard to draw from. They often don't look for advice at all. What I really don't get though is your "looking to extend blame after the molestation" When would you look to "extend blame"....? Before the molestation? What does "extending blame" even mean? He is blaming the person who molested him. If he wasn't drunk but had instead hit his head and passed out, or simply passe…

So when women get raped while they are drunk.. does the same logic apply? Oh, well it was her fault.. she was drunk!

It is "ok" because you didn't do anything about it. Reporting it should make you feel like MORE of a man... you would have plenty more ridicule and other bullshit to deal with if you had. If you dealt with it and pushed through to see that justice was done.. any "real man" would applaud you.

I was with you until "at least half". So you deny the statistics here due to lack of supporting evidence but then lump half of men into the "didn't care about their kids" group because... you have a gut feeling?

Ex-patriatism... lol. Has been suggested to me so many times. Maybe I just ought to bite the bullet and go for it. Where though? Wouldn't I have to make sure first that there is no deal in place that would still require that I be bound by the obligation? Also, while it would be great to pay what I wanted and not what was demanded by some third party... I would still want/need to see that some manner of support from me was able to reach him. I am just fantasizing about it as always... not really …

I agree with the "wear a condom" part but the "or don't have sex" part I do not. Only because it sounds like you are assuming the man should accept ALL the responsibility for a woman getting pregnant. That is some old bullshit. My girlfriend begged me not to wear condoms. Took me to her doctor to get birth control pills, and never used them. Then, when she told me she was pregnant I was ready to accept my share of the responsibility. For 14 years I have paid almost half of my income toward child…

May you never have the need for a coping mechanism. Should you find yourself in this position... I hope you choose something beneficial. Too bad this is rarely the case. Chances are you will make a mistake or two in life. May no one ever judge you for these mistakes. Should you need help to rectify such a mistake... may you rot in hell.
