I definitely agree with that mindset!

Nice post. Are you two both really attractive face and height wise? Just curious. Im by no means saying that’s the reason you two did so well

Sounds like the Coolidge effect. Sucks. Don’t know how to get around that. I’m always hard as a rock with a new girl, but if we’ve fucked for a while, I’m just not as excited anymore. Even if she’s being hot and kinky

It’s just the lizard brain taking over the rational brain. It’s a biological imperative on both ends to cum inside, which is why it’s such a turn on and seems way more satisfying

First of all lose some weight. If your face is really oval, and you have a shitty jaw, it’s just your bone structure. You aren’t going to grow a Chad jaw doing Keto and chewing gum. It’s not usually a muscle issue, it’s lack of forward growth in the jaws and/or a small chin

Really be careful with the sun. Yes, it can help acne (helped mine), but without sunscreen your skin will age like shit. Have you done a solid routine like I posted for a few months? If so, go to a dermatologist, I would assume accutane is the next step. You aren’t a bad looking dude, clearing up your skin would help actually bringing that out to be seen

R/skincareaddiction The basics are: -cleanser (I like cerave foaming facial cleanser) -chemical exfoliant (I use stridex) -moistuizers (my AM has sunscreen, my PM is cerave pm) -sunscreen whenever you are outside Start there and then think about something like accutane And I’m honestly in shock that people on here are saying it doesn’t matter. I’ve been seeing this a lot of TRP, that stuff like this doesn’t matter, just be alpha! It’s not true. Skin, looks (even genetic, not just “go lift”), bui…

That’s true, I wouldn’t brag about it. I just think women would be more likely to want to have sex again and be more interested/attracted to me once sex has occurred

I wish I had a solution OP. This has happened in every relationship I’ve been in after around a year or two. It gets boring for both of us, and I’m not even as horny for her. I think it’s just our brains getting used to that person so it’s not as exciting. Seems like it inevitably happens to everyone so I don’t even know how people stay sexually attracted to each other in ltr’s

I’ll answer that below, but I’m also going to add in some other info that you may or may not already know. Calories is the most important. Know how much you are eating. If you’re really over weight, you can afford to lose more per weak. That should slow down as the weight comes off. For your low intensity cardio, if you are really overweight you may want to do something easier on your joints to begin. So maybe rowing/cycling instead of jogging. You can follow something like couch to 5k. Or just …
/r/askTRP08/01/18 06:16 PM

You shouldn’t be doing hiit everyday. I would sub a lot of low intensity cardio in instead. Hiit has become super popular the past 15 years but it’s super easy to stagnate and regress if you do it often. Check out “the myth of Hiit” pdf. Hiit and intervals have a time and place, but only for a short while after a period of base building

Because that’s paternity fraud for my dad. And changes my family dynamic. And it’s all I would think about when being near my brother or family. It’s important to me to know. Because I value truth

Here’s a small anecdote for you to consider. I was at my company Christmas party this weekend and ended up hitting it off with a lineman my age and his wife, since we are close to the youngest at the company where the avg age is in the 50’s. I’m 27, an engineer, make 60k. 40 hours a week. He’s 27, pulled about 130 this year. But lots of hours and it’s hard work. I was a bit jealous of that kind of cash. But I also have upper management doors open in the future given my degree. He even talked abo…

You don’t need “hiit” to get lean. Hiit is incredibly exaggerated at the claims it makes. All he needs is a deficit. And there are plenty of advantages to steady state cardio over hiit.

It’s just a form of hamstering. Getting better haircuts, dressing better, lifting, etc is all within your control. The genetics of how attractive your face is, your height, your bone structure, is not within your control. And that really bothers people.

Honestly that is probably what I’ll say if I ever find a girl I want to spend the rest of my life with. I’d get married in a church, leave the govt out of it, and live somewhere that doesn’t recognize common law marriage

Ignoring things in life because they are uncomfortable is not a red pill thing to do. There are natural hierarchies in life, and that’s okay. He never said there was no hope for him or we should all go incel. We aren’t all photocopies with the exact same potential in terms of anything in life. That’s okay.
/r/TheRedPill20/11/17 01:00 PM

Cool strawman. He never said go mgtow or incel. He never said not to improve.

Removed because reality and truth hits hard? Acknowledging looks matter a lot is a breath of fresh air to this sub. We shouldn’t put our head in the sand like women who think they can still find a chad like husband when she’s 35
/r/TheRedPill20/11/17 12:54 PM
1

Are you talking about the post or the comments? Because if you can’t see that looks matter a ton and it’s not just game and lifting... then... well I strongly disagree. Lifting and game matters but looks matter a lot. And I don’t just mean grooming and dressing well. There are natural hierarchies in looks, intelligence, athletic ability, and that’s okay

Because your grades will affect the rest of your life. The college you go to, the major you can do, your job after. This shit is 100x more important than you think. You should be maxing out future earning potential as well as lifting, social skills, etc.

I get what you mean... but what would I even do in that situation? It would have just been me cooking with she chats it up and eats the guac I made. Just keep cooking for her?
/r/seduction31/10/17 09:14 PM
1

Thanks man. I don't work with her. But I'm not expecting a reply after my last text. And yea, if she is the type to want to be pampered without providing anything in return, she isn't relationship material.
/r/seduction31/10/17 08:47 PM
1

Honestly, you seem correct. The whole situation sunday seemed bizzare to me. I edited my post to put what she texted back and what I texted back to her. I'm kind of regretting sending that text, but can't take it back now. Maybe it was kind of needy. I'm pretty lonely in this town I'm in and should really get out more. I've had a few hookups but they always leave me unfulfilled, like its just another notch. I miss having a good relationship so that's probably why I'm stressing over this more tha…

Well I texted her again. I said I didn't mean to be disrespectful, and I'm sorry. I asked if she wanted to get together this week and get to know each other better. I used to be a "nice guy" and maybe I have been overcompensating for it.
/r/seduction31/10/17 08:17 PM
1

I understand what you mean. But I did communicate the intentions: I would help her bake, she would help me cook. I thought was very strange that she just wanted to sit and watch me prepare a nice meal. It felt like she just wanted me to serve her. I don't think I'm entitled to hook up with her, but I'm attracted to her. And I don't use that stuff as punishment/reward.... Based on her text, is this worth trying to salvage? Should I text her saying I didn't mean to be disrespectful, but I'm attrac…

/r/seduction31/10/17 07:12 PM

crew didn't show (super busy) and I had to leave for a meeting. Texted her to let me know if nobody shows and that her residence was high priority. Wait for crisis to abide and she has electricity again (it's been two weeks) to ask her out? But she seems like the horny type

A live wire just means it has current running through it so it can be dangerous. And she also has no power. So I just feel weird asking her out when there is a potentially dangerous situation in her backyard and she hasn't had electricity in two weeks haha.
/r/seduction22/09/17 10:25 PM
1

A crew never showed and I had to get to a meeting. So I said one should be there soon, and if not, text me. She said "ok thank you so much". Should I wait for that live wire to get handled or just text her about a drink now?
/r/seduction22/09/17 10:18 PM

Any idea of what to say? I really suck at this kind of thing besides just being direct (as in saying "wire will be fine, want to grab a drink?"
/r/seduction22/09/17 07:39 PM
6

Yep. I don't really know where to go with it though. I'll let her know when the crew is here and things are fixed. Then just say"is there anything else I can do?"... but I think that sounds kind of passive. Or maybe just ask her to grab a drink

I think many here will disagree with me... but there is some truth in what they say. They have looks down to an exact science. And looks matter. But I don't think they have the right attitude. They have chosen to be miserable and chosen to give up. There really is a balance I think. For example, I don't think that blackops2 Redditor on r/incel could get laid even if he gained 20 pounds of muscle and had perfect frame and learned game
/r/askTRP29/08/17 11:24 PM

I agree with you but I still don't know what to say. I'm an engineer, I lift and have a nice body, I'm decent looking. But it's like I'm fucking autistic when knowing how to talk to women. Or anyone besides small talk at work.
/r/TheRedPill15/08/17 08:39 PM

Working as an engineer. Hoping to get my masters in engineering soon. Then in another 4-5 years leave to get my MBA full time. Outside of work I run and lift. Should work more on game. But right now I'm full career mode and fitness

We eat together and spend some break time hanging out. I'm new to the area here. I wanted to get to know them better, spend time outside of work together and be more social.

Where did you get 3" lifts? I have 1" ones that puts me at 6'0 from 5'11". Do you ever think people notice you dropping three inches when you take your shoes off?
/r/TheRedPill22/04/17 03:26 PM

I think it's usually a shit test. It seems like every girl has to tell a guy how chaste she is before she bangs him

I agree!
/r/askTRP17/04/17 11:12 PM

Well I'm not talking about globally. I'm talking about US. For a fair comparison I don't think it's necessary to compare ourselves to the entire world. Although it is good for gratefulness and humility

200k? So basically only doctors, successful lawyers, and bankers. Not engineers, scientists, etc. I disagree. If you are making 200k at age 40, you are in the top 4% for your age in terms of income. You don't need to make nearly that much. I'd say anything in the top 20% for your age is pretty successful and certainly shouldn't effect your happiness.
/r/askTRP17/04/17 12:37 PM

I'm wondering the same thing. I've been looking for a "step by step" book, that tells me exactly what to do broken down Barney style but I have yet to find one
/r/askTRP26/03/17 03:53 PM

I haven't measured my girth, but it's not any more than average. Yea mine is not flexible. Sex has been good. Sometimes repositioning happens in cowgirl, but that's just a part of sex. It's not like porn movies, always going perfectly. You're the same size as me, you have nothing to worry about. I've had multiple ONS and had a fantastic 2.5 year ltr. There is always someone bigger, making more money, taller, etc. None of us are perfect, just work hard and enjoy this great life.
/r/askTRP02/03/17 01:36 AM

Yea, it is
/r/askTRP01/03/17 11:12 PM

Yes to all of the above. I'm not saying 100% of girls wouldn't care, but the vast majority won't. If she does, that's a deal breaker and cut contact
/r/askTRP01/03/17 10:29 PM

I'm 5@ bone pressed too. It's no big deal. I've never had any complaints about it except when i was 16 and super insecure and brought it up myself to my ex gf.

I disagree. What women say and what they do are often complete opposites. Every single time a girl has said, "I'm not sleeping with you tonight", she has enthusiastically consented later. And no, it's not because I whined and she reluctantly said yes.
/r/seduction04/01/17 01:32 AM
9

It's a common occurrence. I don't see how it's sexist. Women don't want to be seen as slutty if they think they will be judged for it.
/r/seduction03/01/17 08:34 PM
2

For sure, I agree. I'll be living very poor though until I have my debt paid off and investing fully in retirement won't be the majority of my income
/r/TheRedPill29/12/16 07:35 PM
2

But if you live frugally and max out retirement savings, your wealth won't be visible until you retire. So would it really help to get women? Wouldn't showing your money off get more women? For example, living in an upscale apt or home rather than a small decent one. That said, I'm all for being very frugal. I just don't think it would help with women.
/r/TheRedPill29/12/16 04:48 PM

I've heard that a lot. But all I see myself doing is saying, "hi" or some variation of it and talk about something awkward. Creativity is not my strong point, I do better with structure
/r/seduction26/12/16 03:03 AM

I like models but most of it seemed about upping your SMV through lifting and dressing well, escalating, as well as not being needy. I'm fine with that, it's just all the social stuff I suck with. The initiating conversation and asking out
/r/askTRP12/10/16 05:41 PM
9

Is this a good book for guys who dress well and lift, and get the ideas behind attracting and picking women up, but don't know how to put it into practice? As in just never knowing what to say?

My dad just sent me an article saying what trump did was sexual assault. You've gotta be kidding me
/r/TheRedPill09/10/16 04:00 PM

I agree. Are we going to start seeing posts like "my gf fucks other dudes while I watch. Jokes on her, I don't even care!!". This sounds like bad satire but it's what some of the above comments sound like
/r/TheRedPill06/10/16 08:35 PM

This just sounds crazy. Getting your gf to bang another dude is just a dumb thing to do. You won't walk away stronger. Boundaries are important
/r/TheRedPill06/10/16 10:09 AM
4

Exactly
/r/askTRP02/10/16 02:14 AM

Absolutely make the first move. The man always leads. That's also a turn on for women. As kwantuum said, she wants to be wanted, not needed. Read models.
/r/askTRP30/09/16 07:13 PM
1

I wouldn't say persistent. I'd say make your desires known, and of she isn't reciprocative, forget about her. Check out Mark Manson's Book Model's if you haven't.
/r/askTRP30/09/16 06:42 PM
5

Girls get turned on by guys escalating with them and desiring them. As long as you aren't needy
/r/askTRP30/09/16 03:12 PM

Absolutely not. That will appear so needy and reek of desperation.
/r/askTRP29/09/16 01:54 PM

Green flag. My friends' wives who are sweet, supportive, feminine, and higher quality are all very religious.
/r/askTRP23/09/16 11:32 AM
4

I'm worried if I have this attitude i won't accomplish anything. I already have enough trouble getting good grades, doing well in my career, keeping my house clean. And yes, I want success super badly and keep screwing up and being lazy. But I don't think I'll do better if I stop caring about all the above. This is coming from a huge Mark Manson fan.
/r/seduction22/09/16 03:02 AM
1

That's the problem. I can't think of one. Even if rappers and some poor people can fuck women, I will be compared to my bro for any girl of higher quality. I'll be like George costanza since all my cash will be going towards debt so much less into a 401k and he will be like Christian gray once he's out of the army. Any girl that would be worth committing too will see my bro, then I will automatically default to the beta in her head.
/r/askTRP21/09/16 04:42 PM
1

so to pay this off, and get an MBA, I'll be living like a college student in my mid 30's with that debt. That will be pathetic when so many people will be living great lives by then

You're right. They do well because they have alpha traits. It's my attitude. I keep comparing myself to my little bro because I feel like a loser next to him. He graduated West Point, #1 in mech engineering, then straight to MIT for a masters in aerospace engineering. And will have no debt.

I'd say good for Brad, bad for the kids. Angie's smv has plummeted. She's 40, had her breasts and ovaries removed. But Brad is still fine as hell.

It's not creepy. Men value youth and fertility in a women. Her smv is much higher than an identical 26 year old.

I would say, " I don't date girls who hang out with other dudes." That's it. And mean it. It's extremely disrespectful to put yourself in a position where it's easy to cheat.

I'm 25. By no means a giant success. Was in pilot training for the military, but I couldn't get it down so I'm going to the private sector in a few months. I've always worked out and am recently into Olympic lifting. Social skills/game need a lot of work.

I agree with this. The thing is, my dad came from complete poverty, and has risen to upper middle class through hard work. So I would think he would want me to reach higher as well.

I don't think it'd be bad if you dumped her in person or over the phone either. Keep frame, and just tell her she's disrespectful and you don't want to date her anymore. Then never ever speak to her again. Or those guys.

They are out there, but very rare. My friend is marrying a very good looking virgin. 26, never had a bf, never done anything beyond 1st base, extremely religious, very good family with the father head of the household.

You need to read models by Mark Manson. I have made massive improvements in women just by changing my attitude.

I disagree that you need to be in the top 20% of looks. You can raise your smv through lifting, dressing well, and increasing social standing. You don't need to be 6' tall with a 7" dick. And the way most people dress, act, and get fat, most people could get into the top 20% It's just that they don't take action.
/r/TheRedPill08/08/16 12:37 AM

I disagree it's pathetic to cold approach. You find her attractive, so you're going after what you want. If she doesn't reciprocate, it doesn't matter.

So what can men who aren't incredibly attractive do? Land whales can lose weight... But guys can't change their facial aesthetics, hairline, or weight. Edit: height, not weight

It may count a little, but I don't think it'd be worth it. I'd be starting from the bottom and most airline pilots were military pilots before hand. And if I went the civilian route, up until the airlines the pay would be awful. And a good chance the airlines wouldn't even take me. If I was a military pilot however, the airlines would probably jump at a chance to take me.

Because people with divorced parents are much more likely to get divorced themselves. But if she's really a virgin at 23, that's a green flag. The studies show that increased likelihood of staying married as well as marital satisfaction.

Here's my deal breakers or red flags if I'm in a committed relationship or thinking of entering one: cheating, disrespect, negative attitude towards life, being a party girl, if she's passive aggressive, if she sucks at communicating, hangs out with guys once you two are exclusive, if she's constantly a victim, no father in her life, divorced parents, high n count, has psychological issues she discusses with you, has lots of guy friends and few or no girl friends, lazy, messy. I'm sure there are…

I don't think Itl lower your value as long as you aren't needy. She may respect you more for sticking up for yourself. Just hold frame and be willing to walk away from the relationship
/r/TheRedPill21/06/16 01:35 PM
6

I disagree. If the girl respects you, she'll respect your boundaries. Your reaction is better then, "oh please don't, it'l hurt my feelings", but I say lay down the law. Tell her you don't date people who hang out with exes. If she throws a fit, tell her where the door is. I always think laying down strong boundaries and sticking to them (be willing to walk away if she ignores them) is the way to go.
/r/TheRedPill21/06/16 01:31 PM
1

Let her know your boundaries. Say you don't date people who hang out with the opposite sex.
/r/askTRP16/06/16 10:31 PM

I don't think it's because your jealous. Promiscuous girls may just be a huge turn off when it comes to ltr's. That's normal.
/r/seduction14/06/16 11:58 AM

It may just be placebo, but it also could be if you stop you get more dopamine released for other activities and don't need as much stimulation. But it works for me. Whenever I stopped for long periods of time, I felt more confident, happy, and less tired during the day.
/r/askTRP12/06/16 05:51 PM

I had no idea any of the other details about the case. It was a "fuck" party and she has a bf? Pretty good cause to think she lied. Ofcourse none of this was reported, they only say she went to a regular party

Is her BAC public knowledge?

Do you escalate? The conversation should be sexual and you should touch early on. If you don't escalate and make it clear you're sexually attracted to her she will only see you as a friend after a certain point.
/r/seduction05/06/16 08:40 PM

/r/askTRP27/05/16 03:44 PM

And like I said, I'm 5.0 bone pressed. No complaints. It's not that small. It seems like you've been asking girls about it. As soon as they smell weakness, they'll go for the kill. If an 8" guy was self conscious about it, she'd tell him it was small
/r/TheRedPill25/05/16 10:36 PM
2

And looking back at your post history, you're over 5". About 5.75 nbp? Then you're like 6.25 BP. Above average. You're either measuring completely wrong, or are bullshitting about the amount of shit you've gotten for it. Like I said in my last comment, I'm 5" BP and no complaints.
/r/TheRedPill25/05/16 09:06 PM

I'm 5" and have never had a single complaint or look of disappointment about my size. 5" is just under average.

You need to lay down your boundaries if you want a girl to be a ltr. Right now she's just a girl you bang.
/r/askTRP24/05/16 11:06 AM

No, i think it's for low smv women to feel better about themselves. Curvy just means fat but without the feelings getting hurt

There are studies done on women with high n counts are much more likely to divorce. I don't care for girls I fuck, but if she has any ltr potential it's a big deal.
