Nothing will heal this except getting to know Jesus. I’m not sure who or why the divorce got started but try your best to love and reconcile with her. There is nothing on this earth that won’t fail you and nothing will satisfy you other than getting to know Christ. If you have never heard of Him, I encourage you to find a Bible and start reading and start going to a church. If you can’t find a Bible you can’t miss it online with a quick Google search and there are even plenty of sermons online t…

Yeah, honestly I should’ve started recording earlier. I really tried to reconcile the marriage and tried not to do anything selfishly. I hoped that it would work out but she was trying to take advantage and collect dirt every step of the way. She would get close to my car at drop offs and I didn’t want her to drop stuff into the car so I told her several times to back up in a calm manner, then I just pulled out my phone and then she backed up. SMH I hate having to try and protect myself especial…

Start recording with phone if local laws allow. She stopped real quick when I started doing that.

Thank you, i feel like the beginnings of a divorce in this situation always spell doom and gloom on the wall for the perceived future, but after you get through it you really see the short sightedness of your accuser. I may have to pay the bills but it’s just money and it won’t be happening again hopefully. Once I get through this I feel that the tables will be switched and I won’t be so perplexed about the future and will be ok with the past and satisfied in the present. I didn’t want this but …

I had an attorney who never explained things to me nor wanted to listen to any ideas of strategy or leverage in mediation preparation. Just wanted me to do what he wanted. So I’m in the middle of switching lawyers to Cordell and Cordell. Hopefully I can get answers from this attorney with explain actions of why and a game plan on how to maximize custody and leverage. Yeah my wife used my social number and then had the bills mailed to her address, so I didn’t know about them and then she gave the…

Hey I’m here to help others to come to Christ. I have done terrible things in my life and believe God has help me get through and continues to help me get through tough situations including a divorce. Im not attacking OP, I believe that what he says is true, he’s tired and needs help. I should’ve explained more but I did have time when I posted. God loves you and knows what you are going through. What everyone is going through. He knows when we are being wronged and when we are wrong. spouses (j…

Yeah she filed halfway through the selling process. It was already under contract.

Thank you so very much, I started bawling my eyes out as I was reading this. And today was, and slightly still is, really crappy. You know when something just doesn’t go away and you are going through the week or weeks and you are slowly worn down and the feeling finally gets to you and you want to just end it all or give up. That’s how all this plays out week by week. When it gets to me I scream and curse at God, I know it isn’t His fault, but I just want Him to change this situation, take the …

Honestly, The way I feel is that I’d rather have 100% if she doesn’t want to be with me and she can go do whatever she wants away from us. Or 0 if I can’t do anything about it. 50% and having to explain to kids why our family is split I can’t think about it long. But 50% is better than nothing and probably best overall if she does decide to divorce. I am also tempted to just take the kids and flee to Europe or another country and start a new life. I can go up and take them and put them in a camp…

I appreciate the advice, even if I don’t give her any money, her parents will probably pay for her attorney. Also, the loan for her expensive small business item is in both our names. I was thinking maybe I could get my name off of it or just work with the company we bought it from to sell it back or something?

Typically, she says she is going to go do a couple things like grocery shopping etc. and then she goes and does a lot more things (unknown) and is gone for an extra 2-3 hours and I typically don’t ask where she went to. I just don’t like that after an argument she always takes the children with her and goes out for a while. I would like to spend time with my kids too even after an argument with my spouse. It may not affect the children now cause they are young but I don’t want this to turn into …

Thank you for the advice and support. Yeah, the grey rock is a good method I think will work to prevent any more drama in our interactions.

Could I just pull money out of the bank and eventually just dip out and never look back? How do I lose the least amount in a divorce? Do I accept a really low paying job, split, then take better one and not tell a soul?

So a little more explanation. After watching this video https://youtu.be/LnBVyAB3xS8 it truly describes my mom and my wife. I knew I had trauma from my childhood, but I never thought that I really needed to get therapy or see a shrink. Unfortunately I think I married my mom and my wife is slowly and increasingly more and more problems with me that she focuses on and we talk about them all the time. I fall short I can get Kurt with my responses. But I never ever hit or scream or be really abusive…
