You're doing great man, but you're missing the main package. You need to generate a social life and above all SOCIAL SKILLS. It's ok to like anime and video games. But find a local group in your area as well for something that you enjoy and is social.

It's simple, but not easy. That's why you don't see it happening constantly. You'll find that's actually an advantage in your favor. If everyone did it girls would once again feel over validated similar to how they do online. Difference is, no one has the balls in real life. It's socially appropriate if you train yourself to go with the flow and not give a shit what people think. Imagine someone in a stage. Stadium full. If he gets in front of that mic and acts awkwardly like he's in a bar posit…

OP is a creepy motherfucker who thinks he has game. In impoverished countries, women will fuck you if they even smell a sniff of an escape from their cruel reality of the real world. This dude just goes around and is potentially empregnating already broke people and is proud of that. All while being tactically blind to his creepy tactics Straight up predator man. That's disgusting.
/r/TheRedPill19/04/22 11:00 PM

These jokes are super try hard to be honest, but whatever works. Most guys here need to learn how to blend their personality and use it for approaching in their own style AND LEARN to adjust as they go. Be interesting, gain social skills, APPROACH without canned lines. Let your instinct kick in and you'll get better and learn how to be on your toes.

Fragile redditors in this sub can't handle the old and tried tough love anymore. What you said is facts and anyone that has roughened up through trial and error will know that wasting emotions on stupid shit like an validation seeking tik tok'er is pointless for everyone. This place is full of whiny lames that can't get laid for shit.

Ethan Suplee worked out for the muscles. Just FYI it was not all just concealed under the fat. In fact, most fat people who go through severe weight loss will come out looking skinny fat with very little muscle unless they already train and have a lot of muscle and retain it.
/r/seduction02/04/22 09:23 AM

So much anger and entitlement. I could see it triggering women's red flags. Not even at attempt of dissection or improvement. Not even a tiny amount of curiosity or desire to adjust. He just assumes his approach and game are in tip top shape. If someone gets rejected 100's of times without even a phone #. Maybe it's not the women who are the issue... Just maybe
/r/seduction04/03/22 02:58 PM

Not the guy you replied to, but for me it continuously hardened the realism that non of the reading matters if you don't approach or spark up conversations. It also dug into my head to work on myself. Find hobbies, work out, figure out my career. In the process of throwing myself into the fire in those aspects the social skills came with it naturally. It turns out if you go out and try to live life, you will learn over time how to socialize and improve on those skills. "The wall gets build one b…

AKA covid denial snowflaking. Bunch of losers. Everyone out to bitch and bitch instead of working on themselves and getting rich. All the subs banned seem to have a commonality of being flooded with morons and losers.

You care too much about stupid shit bruh. Learn to not give a flying shit whether someone thanks you or not. Do it because it's a nice thing to do. Validation is driving you. You'll never find freedom this way. Or don't hold doors if you don't want to, but the fact that you're this ass hurt shows you really wanted that validation. Free yourself

Jeez dude, you're projecting quite a bit haha. He didn't defend women or even put them on a pedestal. He offered a reason why he believes women are treating OP like crap. Why are we jumping to being butthurt all of a sudden. Don't get offended so quickly bud, damn.

I agree with the dude you replied to. Honestly it's likely the truth. If this is happening consistently, OP might be really unattractive to these women. This isn't a sub that hides the truth for feelings.

That's a good theory that makes sense to me. Self over valuing.

Honestly, this doesn't really happen to me. I talk to a lot of random women and sure, I get a bitch here and there, but not really consistently. Where do you live?
/r/TheRedPill12/07/20 01:40 AM

Lol @ single and miserable. You can be single and still have a lot of fun with less committed relationships. If you're single and miserable, you're doing it wrong. But I agree on the other bit of dudes telling themselves they're working on themselves. All just mental masterbation in hopes the world will just snap into place and picking up women will make sense to them. You can work on yourself and still approach.

Dudes are pathetic bro. It sucks because it gives women a higher sense of self than what they actually offer, but it's also kinda great because the men that shower them with that attention aren't men worth having. They're thirsty and desperate. Eventually these women realize it and get turned off. The sweetest moment is when they realize they can't snag the man they actually want because he has better options.

Disagree, bodies aren't meant to look like splattered stacks of yogurt. Definitely deformed. But agreed on the scale. 1 would have to be a vomit at the thought of it. So a 300lb disgusting slob would be like at a 1.5 - 2.5 range.

The irony. Most women don't want the sad sacks that are cool with her having had half metric tons of dick inside of her. They thirst for those dudes that won't put up with that kind of sexual history because they know what they bring and the options he can secure and these girls don't like that. They'll moan and bitch. The sudden realization that they can't have the cake and eat it too is hilarious.
/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen19/03/20 10:02 PM

I looked through your history and couldnt find the posts with pictures bro. Even if you're below average looks, I honestly doubt your lack of success is due to being ugly. I think it's more your self view and image of yourself. It's unatractive( I'm sure you can even understand this) and women can smell that insecurity a mile away. In looks I'd rate myself at around 6/10 not bad, not great. If I didn't like myself I'd put myself at 3/10. Regardless, overall I consider myself a 10/10 because even…
/r/seduction17/03/20 09:46 PM

Post a picture. A lot of guys say they're ugly and really aren't that bad and can get a lot of results with practice and working out. I'm sick of self labeled uglies using it as an excuse to not get better or actually PRACTICE. I don't care how much you read and self internal work you do. How often do you go to talk to women? Let's see that ugly mug. I'll tell you if you're actually not very good looking or if you're full of shit.

I ask girls what they like in terms of sex/food/many other personal things because they have sex and they eat and enjoy different foods. I dont ask them how to pick up girls because they've likely never done it.

Could you share a mini review? I had a friend read this and told me it felt to him that the author was talking to a woman and the message of the book seemed to cater more towards a female reader. Not sure if I'd be the target audience for this one.

There you go man! Wipe that disgusting display page that these girls look at for .005 seconds before nexting you off the site and go out in person. I swear, online dating can fuck up a guys perspective on his own self attractiveness. No one these days has the balls to approach in real life. Do it and you're automatically a +2 above your score vs a -5 online. Don't play in handicapped mode and learn to game where it matters.
/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen15/12/19 12:59 AM

You'd be surprised man. Girls get their own drinks these days. I'm not paying for shit, but whatever justifies it for you my dude. Reminds me of those lonely 40 year olds who have given up and just pay for it instead. It's sad, but I can't hate too much. Whatever gets you off. I like the game and the process. It's not all about nutting. Have some excitement in your life man.

That's not gonna happen. Lifting takes work and not everyone is down to put that work in. Enjoy the benefits of being one of the few. Also, outside of the gym and active hobbies, go around your city and look at your average dudes. 90% of them look like absolute shit. There is no great scale competition
/r/TheRedPill23/11/19 01:04 AM

Exactly, I saw this coming a mile away with how consistently the dude would let his wife's actions slide and even justify it. He just let her down her drinks and chat up a dude that she wants to fuck for the entirety of the night haha. Then he goes and fetches her with a "honey, it's time to go". What do you expect? That's how you earn yourself a disrespectful woman.

Fucking disgusting. Dude is spineless and his woman is acting out in result. Spent time with an old coworker and decided that her beta bucks wasn't stimulating enough for her as much as she had hoped. Then shamelessly spouts her regret of not taking enough dicks while single and blows up on her spineless man. She'd never spout stupid if she had any respect for him. Absolutely disgusting.

That's all good. Glad I'm not pursuing an LTR though for sure(unrelated to sleep numbers). Even if I get lied to I'm not keeping the lease so it's all fine. There's some girls below 8 though for sure, but yeah. Most girls I'd say by 23 are easily 5+ at that point. I totally believe by 30 they're 20+.

And you're a sad whiny retard. This is fun. Go cry some more because other's views don't align with yours specifically. I'm ok with the world being a bit judgemental in certain ways. I'm not gonna spend my years in this world crying and moaning. I can contribute by not judging as much as I can, but beyond that, I honestly don't care and it's not my issue. Why am I wrong for not pushing an agenda that you're passionate about? Cry me a lake you whiny lardsack crybaby.

Sorry, let me clarify. All women that sleep around excessively for me are undatable. I'm not saying their worth is less. Just in my personal perception of the world. It's not my cup of tea, but that's ok because there's other guys that are ok with it and luckily they don't need me to have a wonderful fulfilling life. And I agree. As a society we should not write them off at all. Both men and women should be allowed to enjoy sex. Sex is amazing and should be partaken as much as possible by both g…

If you don't want to date her because she's slept around a lot, that's one thing. If someone says that ALL women who sleep around are no longer relationship material, then that's definitely slut shaming. How so? If I decide that all women past 300lbs are undatable for me is that fat shaming too? If someone thinks it's ok for men to sleep with multiple women, but don't think the opposite is ok, then that's a pretty bad double standard. The world operates with double standards in all directions. I…

Slut shaming because some guys don't like the idea of their girlfriend having have fucked half the town? That's as close as saying that not dating a fat person is fat shaming. It's a preference and there's nothing wrong about having preferences. It's logical to understand that while you respect their decision in doing certain things, it may not be your cup of to tea to pursue anything further with that person. I'm not shaming her for it, but I'm not down with it long term. People want to have th…

Perfect comment. Most dudes won't shame the girl. I honestly don't give a shit that she fucked 8 more guys before fucking me. But I do for sure consider that a turn off with regards to an LTR. As a hookup, I honestly can not care any less.

Seriously. I'm not against their idea of paying for sex. Go for it, have fun. But don't act like thats TRP or act like you're a fucking player. Then they bring up the "you're paying for it one way or another" to justify the creepiness of the whole thing. Don't compare your weird shit to my skillful shit. Half the TRP community are fucking chumps man I swear.

They key is to enjoy the process. If you don't then yeah, those messages, dates, and time spent are worthless to that individual if all he's seeking is sex. Some dudes here just want the sex. Other's love the chase.

For sure, I found myself reading OP's post a bit strangely, but then I checked myself real quick a few paragraphs in. If that's his thing then by all means. I liked OP's post because it made me realize that to me, pure sex for cash doesn't sound appealing at all. I like the chase and turnover based on my ability way too much. Alpha/beta isn't too hard to understand. You don't have to like the idiom, but I think you know what it means. Not my issue that you don't like the words alpha and beta. Don't read it if it makes your anger meter rise. I can find an article or a video and message it to you if you legitimately are mentally frazzled by the words alpha/beta.

They're scared man. It's not about success and power anymore for them. It's about being scared of darker shades overtaking the country. I'm trying to be rich and have a damn good time. Neediness to reproduce is beta as fuck. Sounds to me like you need an excuse to justify your racism. TRP is about tools to success, not about justifying your personal anger and whinyness because "THEYRE BLACK". There's black, white, brown, asian TRP men around the world. Let's stick to the strategies for success. Keep your sadness with your gay friends.

Procrastinator. Like other things in life, you just have to fucking do it. There's no advice that physically shoves you in front of the girl.

The dude is over complicating it. He's referring to not being needy. The unnatural way is to pretend you're not entirely invested by letting her texts go unanswered for a bit and then replying and tiny stuff like that. The natural most preferable way would be to be talking to multiple girls so that you really only reply when and if you feel like it. Obviously it's not just in text messaging, but also in person. Don't place your eggs in a single basket. Just as much as you show interest, she shou…

If you want the literal more descriptive version of what he means: Chase them within reason and don't put so much weight on the interactions. Relax, have fun, if you succeed cool and if you don't then who cares. Basically, approach because of course, all guys want to get laid or get a girlfriend, but don't make it such a big fucking deal because its not. And I get your frustration man. It's not rocket science and it's not anything new.

Depends man. Like many things in life, it's not always just black and white. I've met too many girls that do like a very sensual/flirty/under the sheet conversation right away to know that not all girls want you to be "Mr. I want to take you on plenty of dates first before sex". Play it by ear. Don't be retarded and start a conversation that way, but if it drifts and she's into it then why not. But yeah, OP, always stay relaxed. You don't need any specific girl. Yeah man that's how it is. A girl that wants you bad will go out of her way to make sure you're taken care of. I remember when I met the first girl that was down for everything. Shit changes your expectations. What do you mean you fucking love swallowing my cum? You want me in your ass? Fuck man. I can't be with girls who won't swallow my come during blowjobs and love it anymore. That shit is at another level and these girls need to step it up.

If you've never been loved by a woman and felt that intensity than I don't believe you have a base just due to lack of experience. I'm down to play with girls. I'm down to game, fuck around, have lots of sex. See some girls as dumb shits and drop them, but there are some fucking gorgeous women out there my man. /r/TheRedPill23/08/18 06:54 AM

It's only difficult at first, but yeah, some advice out there is way too robotic. Best way to learn seduction is to act first, get experience, research later. Otherwise you'll start creating mental blocks from whatever you're reading.
/r/seduction20/08/18 12:43 AM

Sounds like you're hunting for complacent needy men that will jump through hoops. An adult/child relationship it sounds like. What girl game looks like: Be attractive enough for men to want to lay pipe. Anything after is just toppings on your cake. If it works it works though. Props and have fun.

Anti slut defence. Meet her, escalate and you'll most likely get laid. Why would she meet you otherwise? There's no other outcome. You're leaving... She knows what's up, but to protect her sense of not being an easy girl she needs to tell you up front that she doesnt operate like that(She does). It makes her feel better about it. Ignore the shit test, continue on being flirty and fun.

Absolutely. I like where you're headed with the gay porn bookstore. That being said, don't say thinking, say you ARE going to the gay porn bookstore. You're going either way whether she comes or not. A simple "Come along, I know how much you like that gay porn" or even just "Come along" will work more consistently than "you coming along"? Don't ask her. Present the opportunity for her to take it. PS: If she's not down with it you don't actually have to go to the gay bookstore. And then if I say …

I think your mentality is in the right spot, but your actual texts are kind of needy which I think might be turning these women off after they reach back. If your text game is not good, stop playing the text game and shoot for in person meets asap. Hopefully your in person game is better because if what you wrote on this post is what you actually text then your text game is just plain bad. I'm not telling you this to shit on you. I want you to be better. Here's my thoughts. So, a girl stops mess…

15

Theoretically yes it will work with shy guys, but not in the way you may be thinking. If we asume that you will remain "shy" then you're going about it the wrong way. Part of learning seduction is knowingly stepping out of your comfort zone and working your way to not being shy. The end goal is to be more outgoing and social. That's what's attractive. You have to work towards that. In other terms. A shy guy can start learning if he's willing to put in the work, but should not strive to remain sh…

It's a tough call, but honestly it just depends. If she's the one making it obvious that she wants this and you find her attractive then I would personally do it. Whether it's you or another guy. She's going to find a way to get laid. Might as well enjoy yourself. Just be fully aware that it's just sex. Don't get attached to married women in any way. That's a can of worms that no one should even consider opening.

Not an IOI. Girls scroll through instagram like a factory liking almost everything they see. Don't dig too much into it. If you want to make a move, make a move, but definitely don't base your approach off someone double tapping a photo you posted.
/r/seduction23/06/18 05:14 PM

Meh, this is forceful and too try hard. I've found that there's no need for it when out with women. As long as you're flirty, playful and escalate there's no need to force conversation. She knows what could happen, she'll have sex with you if she's turned on. If she's not turned on then you need to work on your game.

1) Do cool shit. 2) Post it in your story. 3) DO NOT MESSAGE HER BACK AND FORTH. Unless your text game is solid, she will get bored of your ass. Snapchat has a lot of similarities with text game. Use it to set up a meet. 4) Invite her to come out and do cool shit with you. Alternative Route: Do only step 4. Whichever feels better for you.

Some fat people are nice believe it or not man. I have a good friend that helped me land my engineering job. Professionally a bad ass motherfucker. He's becoming red pill curious. I can already see the potential. Many guys here were once fat and lost. Let's not entirely block them away from the beautiful reality and freedom.

That's how you do it man keep it up! Those moments when you notice that your shoulders are more rounded, you bicep pump is more intense than before where it almost feels like your biceps want to tear through your skin. That's the best fucking feeling ever. Chase that and don't stop. Before you know it's been a few years and you're juicy af and your social life is easy mode(assuming you're not a autist and know how to develop outside the gym as well). Keep going brother.

I'm sure he notices and knows there's a bit of a flirtatious aroma between you guys, but probably doesn't want to touch it or make it a big deal. A lot of guys fear any sort of confrontation until it becomes extremely clear and obvious and so it's easier to just brush it off.

Agreed. I can't seriously date girls that I meet on tinder. I'll hang out with them if I like them and hookup, but never an actual relationship.

Thats how it is brother. I don't mind the initial effort. I find that yeah, the effort is on you at first because these girls have so many options, but once they get a taste of how you are, you can start to retract. It's really fun to have girls chase you once they know you're a dope motherfucker. And if the initial effort leads nowhere then fuck it. I only pursue up to a certain point. If I'm not seeing some response back then I cut in and move on.

Na, I go in thinking that I can take this girl home. It makes me more sexually playful and adds a lot of fun to the date. If I dont get the lay it's all good, but I'm not going to purposely downgrade intentions and have the date suffer because of it.

I had this when I started 3 years ago. It's the bullshit advice that the fitness forums always threw back then. "Starting Strength!" "StrongLifts!". Bunch of bullshit programs that give you a T-Rex body. No one should stick to those programs for more than 2 or 3 months. Once you're familiar with squats, deadlifts, bench, and press then pick up your bags and run to a better program. I recommend that you start doing PPL for beginners if you want a balanced program with lots of volume. PPL is my fa…

Yeah bro start now and diet. Do research and find your TDEE so you can track your calories and eat below your maintenance to lose weight. The weight training will make the weight loss even faster than not lifting. Get those noobie gains done and taken care of and hopefully by the time that a bulk approaches you've built a solid strength base to start putting on some good muscle with a bulk.

It's not selfish at all. Plus, women respect the shit out of dudes who have strict guidelines. Women love being told what to do. They love a fucking leader. Be strict, be tough, be a fucking man. You do it your way or she hits the road. We don't compromise and lose frame. She's in your world and not the other way around.

Not the guy you replied to, but I can help. When you date girls who get laid much too often you realize that they have high abundance towards you. They take longer to become attached. This is mostly due to their disatrached issues. Main reason why a lot of women sleep around a lot. They want to keep their hands in multiple baskets, but by doing that they desentisize their ability to care for a single person.

Shower sex is great if you use the correct lubricant. No lube = shitty sex full of friction in the shower. Purchase a silicon based lubricant and you'll have a blast. Avoid water based as they'll wash off really fast with the water. In terms of ocean sex idk. I feel it might work, but underwater sex doesn't sound all that appealing to me so I never tried it with my silicon lube. I think it might work though.

Why do you need that above fighting? Because I personally don't get into brawls very often and so being an absolute top fighter isn't a requirement for me. But OP and I are duking it out on which to choose if you can only pick one. So when choosing either MMA or Weightlifting we assume that the method of competition will be a brawl? Not a huge importance unless you're short. Taller does not necesarely mean sexier at a certain threshold. I personally think 6'0 is the master race of tall, but not too tall, but it depends on who you ask. That being said, personality, humor, looks, body, in my opinion are more important. Do you workout? That's a straw man logic argument right there. It's reasonable for a man that has been robbed before to take initiative and want to be prepared for the next attempt at his possessions. It's unreasonable for someone to stock up for the apocalypse as it's never happened before and it's unlikely. Do you also tell rape victims that they're being paranoid by not walking a street late at night? Do you tell burn victims to get over their fear of fire? I don't understand your logic.

You're not a special snowflake with special problems. Everyone has an area of life that they wish they were better at. Accept that you may be lacking, but understand that you can improve and seek to do so in a humble way. This is how you keep your ego in check. If you want a deeper look into it give Ryan Holiday's book a …

But let's be honest, some people put on muscle weight faster than others. Genetics, size, etc have a lot of say in that. Yes, gains are obviously proportionate to your stats. Comparing a manlet vs a 6'0 master race male is entirely different. Women also can't build mass as fast as men can. Does that make them "hardgainers" no, it means they just can't because of their lack of testosterone. When people refer to hardgainer we assume that we are comparing within their class not against a genetic lo…

Aside from shoulders, focus on crushing it on arm exercises. Big vascular arms are key to raw sex appeal. (My arms still look like weeds because I’m a hard gainer, but for those of you who are blessed with dope arm genetics, take advantage of that shit) No you're not. Eat more fucking food. Hard gainer basically means "I'm not entirely sure how many calories I'm consuming". You're not eating enough if you're having trouble gaining weight. Start tracking your calories and start eating like a fuck…

Exactly. Being direct is not so much about being all "Hey, I find you very cute and had to meet you". That line is played out already I feel and I hate saying it. I show my directness when I flirt and suggest a meetup or instant date after a bit of conversation. I don't have to say out loud that I like her because honestly, I just met her and if I'm flirting she already knows this. Telling her she's cute right up front seems needy and unnecessary.

I got one for you that I like to use a lot bro. Basically, you want to confirm she's going, but don't want to outright say something that represents "Hey, are we still on for 8pm?". I usually go on a case by case basis depending on how into me the girl seems. If she seems like she's craving me bad then I just won't text at all, but if I'm having a bit of a doubt whether she'll flake I'll just text something like this. If the date is at 8pm. Text her around 7:40pm and say "Hey, I'm going to be ju…

She's not that busy. I doubt she can't take a few hours in the week for a date. A girl that genuinely wants to see you will make the time. She's keeping you as an orbiter aka she has other prospects right now, but will keep you around at arms length to get validation from you. My advice is to stop texting her if she's not willing to meet up and go talk to other girls.

I always tell people to take a break from the material and just enjoy their lives without study for a few months. Sometimes, what I enjoy about seeing new guys get into this is them having realizations on their own about how this works. I bet that reading someone else's situation is a lot different than you actually realizing this on your own. You don't eat as many calories as you think you do. Fast food does not automatically mean you gain weight. You have to eat higher than your caloric requirements. Everyone has a total daily energy expenditure. Yours seems to be 2k. That means that as long as you eat that many calories, you'll remain the same weight. If you eat more you should start gaining. I am not sure I understand. So u mean I need to up the game if I want to ask girls out from the social dance floor ? Yeah, what I'm saying is that dancing alone or being a good dancer won't be everything in the dance floor. These girls have danced with good dancers before. It doesn't make you all that unique in that particular setting. I partly agree that its impact on a non-dancer is much powerful ! But given that many if not most girls who come to socials are casual dancers unlike me they are …
/r/seduction31/10/16 07:53 AM

However Kino in dance lessons or dance floors (salsa and so on) is more formal and the touch does not really mean anything to the girls. They dance a song with u and move away as nothing ever happened. Its so strange at times that a girl i dance with very close for 4 mins later response strange to me sitting ext to her and trying to get physically closer. I for one keep dance to dance and never try to feel up a girl or make her uncomfortable on the floor. U get a very bad rep very fast that way …
/r/seduction30/10/16 11:43 PM

Yeah I hear you. I used to have a lot of trouble with knowing when to escalate without essentially putting too much focus on it. Drawing focus on it is what could make it weird. Once you practice it more you won't even think about kino and you'll just be a touchy person. So for example, If I said something funny or she said something funny I would lightly tap her shoulder with the back of my hand or tap my elbow onto her. This is an example of conversation leading to kino or essentially you real…
/r/seduction30/10/16 10:50 PM

You start gauging attraction by initiating kino. It's simple escalation. Start with light touching, hand play, hand holding, etc. If she's receptive then she's comfortable. Assume attraction with dates. If she's cool with the touching and you've escalated properly without being weird about it then she's probably down to kiss. This is my go to 9/10 times. I do it slowly because it builds up sexual tension. Grab both her hands, bring her in slowly and place her hands behind your neck. Place your r…
/r/seduction30/10/16 07:56 PM

No offence man and I'm glad you tried giving some useful advice, but this is horrible. Neck kissing is more intimate than lip kissing and should come after the regular kissing in terms of escalation. If the girl is not receptive to being kissed and you kiss her neck then it's likely that she'll get uncomfortable. If she is receptive, she's ready to be kissed anyway so no need to do any neck kissing up front and risk looking like a sneaker. It's similar to someone going in for a hug and then givi…

You nailed it. Being infatuated with a girl feels good. Specially when the girl reciprocates and is into you as well. However, sometimes the woman will decide that she's not into you as much as you're into her and so she finds something else. /r/seduction24/10/16 09:26 PM

I just think its weird that most posts here now are bashing OP's who are actually going out. Some dude posted a few weeks back about his first approaches and people start bashing him. I think the seduction subreddit is being overtaken by dudes who sit in their computer and "cringe" at things just because they would never even consider doing them. It's easy to laugh at others in the safety and comfort of your desk.
/r/seduction24/10/16 09:23 PM

If that made you uncomfortable then you must have a very low comfort barrier. Sucks to be you.

/r/seduction24/10/16 12:56 AM

No, in tinder, men are the sellers. Women are the buyers with many options. They will easily drop you for a better prospect. It's a market with too much competition and no opportunity to show what you offer. All you have going for is looks. If you look amazing then Tinder will aid you well.

I accept that it's ok to feel down sometimes and try to keep myself busy. If you're down consistently day after day then it's time to change something up in your life. That's because you're short. It's like comparing a 6' guy to a 5'9 guy if we're going by average heights. Most women are around 5'5"-5'7". Also, your sex example is stupid. Men and women are able to maneuver their body easily to kiss while fucking. We're not stiff sticks that just stand erect.

It's natural at this point and its pretty sweet not having to think of this side of the equation and focusing or other things instead.

All shit aside, majority polls are indicating that he won, soooo i guess thats all that matters. Online polls don't really matter to be honest. It's already been shown that there's brigading and bots going around to vote for Trump on the online polls. Sadly, you won't do that because you've already placed yourself as a failure and so you will live your self proclaimed legacy. If you told me that a guy who looks ok had no chance of ever accomplishing anything with women I would laugh at you. I was dealt a shitty hand as well, but you know what? However, in reality a degree does get your foot in the door much easier than no degree. I'm not saying he got lucky, but I'm sure that's not the case for anyone that wants to skip college and go directly to work. I think debt is fine as long as you know how to work it in your favor. I remember hearing something similar a while back. It gave me a lot of power as a beginner. Women can't hurt you physically, but can hurt you emotionally if you let them. Master you emotions and realize that you're awesome regardless of women. Women reject you, but they don't know you personally so who cares you know?
/r/seduction13/09/16 04:13 AM

Usually if a girl is interested and genuinely wants to meet up she will offer another window for a meetup. This sounds like a no thanks. Well you ask how long you should wait to respond. Just go by feel. If she takes 2 hours to reply, don't reply within 1 minute. However, if she texts back at a good time ratio then don't play those wait games. I'll tell you personally that I cant stand that crap. If she's good at replying within a good time frame I'll respond as well. If she's taking 8 hours when I know she's constantly glued to her phone, I'll just ignore her next text for a while.

Its creepier to virtual semi stalk someone compared to being ballsy and manly and asking for what you want. The facebook creep makes you look like a pussy. You're overcomplicating things with the whole "net" crap. I know what you're trying to say though. It's the same shit I've been saying. If your body burns 3000 calories a day to stay alive and you eat 2500 you're at a "net" of -500 calories. Which means that you'll lose a pound of fat a week (7x500= 3500 calories per lb of fat). Calories in, calories out.

Yes, I agree. That being said, a diet rich in carbs is not the devil. In fact, glycogen from carbs is pretty beneficial for energy when lifting. Don't sacrifice your protein and fats simply because you want to go full retard with carbs either. It's a balance.

Credible citation please. I've studied nutrition up and down and have never heard of "net calories". Similar to how people think celery causes weight loss when in reality, it's just that it's very low calorie and chewing it comes out to be worthless in terms of energy(calories) gained. That's the beauty about not being black and white with things like this as I stated in my previous comment. Yeah, 1000 calories worth of steak will leave you more satisfied than 1000 calories of donuts. That being said, we don't have to be extremists by comparing an all meat diet to an all carb diet. We can have a healthy blend of both and still be shredded. If you prefer no carbs then that's great. I'm glad it works for you.

For attractive women, it's always an easier task to develop their side of skills because of the array of men that they can potentially have lined up with minimal effort. Lot's of trial and error. Lot's of good source material to be learned from your post.

100% correct. Although I still get a sense of support in knowing that my brothers who take action are out there fixing their lifestyles. Gives me a kick in the ass when I sometimes start stepping back a bit.

It's your brain attempting to protect you from danger via evolutionary instincts. The problem is that in today's society we're not really in a huge amount of danger. In the tribe days. Maybe approaching a woman from a different tribe would result in conflict with the other tribe. However, that does not apply to us anymore. There is no danger in approaching a woman in the street or in a venue. It's normal, but our brain is still dialed back. This is why we must consciously reassure our brain that…

I dont know if OP's town is full of feminazi club dwellers or what. Those descriptions are not what I've experienced during the night scene. Sure, AWALT, but most women aren't really out there looking to bite some dudes head off. If you're getting so many shitty reactions, maybe you should self reflect and strategize a bit better. I'll agree with him though and say that day game is easier for a beginner and just overall better. That is unless you're looking for a same night lay.

I can see both sides, but for me personally, I don't think being moany like that was the best method. I think he could have handled it without the "I'm annoyed now! Look at how annoyed I am!" attitude and instead could have just used a more firm, but calm attitude and gotten the same result without coming off as pissy and whiny.

Your reasons for getting a dog are really stupid imo. Dogs are cool and they're badass to have as pets, but you're phrasing it as if they're a replacement for women which is fucking weird. I have no issue putting some emotion into women. It makes me feel more alive as a man. I desire women and even though a lot of them are broken, I still find amusement in being part of the shit show. I used to feel fake doing shit like this as well, but ever since I started salsa dancing my mindset has changed completely. I feel completely natural touching, spinning, holding hands, holding women's backs and leading. I always thought that I'd be a fucking awkward mess if I tried these things, but Salsa changed that for me. All those things are part of dance and once you get comfortable being a leader in dance, you can pretty much implement it into social interactions. Learning a social dance …

It's tough my man, but props to you for at least stepping out of the house. Have you ever considered meditation? It helps with staying out of your head and you'll be able to focus more on being in the present. Something that helps a lot as well is simply changing the perspective on the approach. In your head you might be thinking something much more complicated, but in reality and from a different angle, you're just a friendly guy who wants to socialize. Nothing wrong with that.

The sooner you accept that women generally don't like a man who is too scared to make adaptations the faster you'll feel at ease with not having women in your life. Go join /r/foreveralone. They have the same general mindset. If that's the way you see improvement then don't be social then. Be stuck in your ways for the rest of your life. At least you'll feel nice and comfortable in that pretty little bit bubble of yours. Yea I just wonder about that because it's different than natural test. Nope, testosterone is testosterone. It has the same molecular structure whether it came from your nads or in a lab. The only difference is that the testosterone that you inject is suspended in oil so that you're able to inject it. Also Arnold might not be the best example because didn't he have heart surgery twice? Very true. I think he had it once. Not sure if twice, but regardless he's not the best example I suppose.

At replacement doses I'm not sure. At steroid cycle dosages most likely shortened lifespan, but who knows by how much. Arnold Schwarzenegger was a bodybuilder known for taking large doses of testosterone and other steroids. He's 68 currently and still seems to be healthy. There are other abusers however that have died extremely early. I think it just depends on how bad you abuse the compounds. You shouldn't have any issues with the liver because it's not an oral steroid. If your estrogen gets out of whack then the man boobs are possible, but like I said, it's very low risk with normal levels and as long as you monitor for it it shouldn't be an issue. Shit, even guys with regular hormone levels sometimes get gyno. The man boobs can affect even those that have never injected testosterone so there's always a risk.

I think the biggest side effect that I was personally worried about would be the conversion to estrogen due to higher test count. Shouldn't be a concern if you're not obese and if you are, they have pills (anastrozole or exemestane) to drop estrogen. I only run those when I'm on a full on steroid cycle though because I have ridiculous amount of testosterone in me and it's inevitable that we will turn to excess estrogen through aromatize. Don't need them on regular replacement therapy doses. Ther…

Something that always stuck with me was the mentality of simply trying to learn one thing from or about the girl and then decide in the moment whether I should ask her out or not. Took a lot of pressure off in the early times and 9/10 I did ask them out. The reason was because once you're already mid conversation, it's not difficult to simply say "Well, I have to get going, but we should get together and chat some more". It's all on perspective. If you're mentally conditioned to think that appro…

Not necessarily. I was never at that level of lowness to actually relate to the lyrics. I think I just thought the song was catchy at the time. It's just kind of retarded to hear now though. Sounds horrible and the lyrics are terrible.

Fucking "Creep" by Radiohead popped up on my shuffle playlist a few days ago on my way to the gym and my brain just shut off and I got an uncomfortable chill/slight cringe at myself. I hadn't heard this song in a few years and had forgotten it even existed. "How the fuck did I ever like this fucking song". Deleted that shit right off my phone. Im not a common user of the alpha/beta labels, but damn that song is beta as fuck.

This subreddit along with askseddit has gone completely to hell over the past half year. Questions are allowed to be posted here for some reason even though we have a dedicated sub for that. People post dumb shit and the mods don't do anything about it. Newbies write articles that contain 0 value and gets upvoted for further festering of the sub. Total shit show.

Fat bitch trying to bend the rules of reality for her benefit haha. Fuck everything else it's all about "me me me". Simple equations Woman + excessive amounts of gluttony = Obese ≠ Attractive There's a simple fix to this. Woman+Diet and exercise = Fit woman = Attractive Fat woman says: Na, why adhere to reality when I can bend the world to my own mental disease. And yes people, being obese is a mental disorder. I wasn't here during the root prime, but that sounds absolutely fucking great. I understand those going through the "anger phase", but sometimes it just seems pathetic and ridiculous to me how these guys can legitimately be angry for so long. Isnt the whole point of the process to get past that and improve your life? Why dwell on that specific range for so long? I get the vibe that it's even encouraged sometimes and it gets old. I think we could make more improvements if we encouraged people to …

Hey man, a little late to the thread(have a few tabs open, but couldn't read during the week). Would you have any personal recommendations on a first style to choose from? My personal objective from learning a style is not really women, but mostly for the social aspect with both guys and girls, extra life enhancing hobby, and the fact that I feel clumsy at parties and really just want to bust out and dance with confidence. Mid twenties is usually the median age for most MMA gyms I feel. It's where most men start to be more financially stable and can drop the 100-150 bucks of extra income for training. You wont see many broke mcdonald workers there so it filters a lot of younger dudes.

What does that even mean? "Bulkiness". You mean strength? The guy you replied to should definitely do strength at least for a bit to get his strength up. He'll progress much quicker if he starts with building up power first and then focusing on high rep work once he builds a good strength base.

If you're goal less and now have activities, it's possible to discover some goals that you may want to apply to your life. I'm not suggesting that taking a hobby will show you the meaning of life and your ultimate purpose, although it sure it will contribute much more towards possibly reaching that. All I'm suggesting is that going from 0 not 30mph is much better than staying at 0. You may not yet know how to reach 60, but with world experience and time you may work your way to reach that.

Yeah it was dogs. The thing about intelligence is that it's an amazing thing, but one needs to understand that not everything in life needs to be overanalyzed or over complicated by mental processes. You see it a lot with new guys. They overdo the social anxiety by over thinking it and over planning. Overanalyzing then leads to failure of action. Best to just accept the anxiety, blank through and move in. Let the natural instincts take care of the talking.

The fact is that protein powder has its uses and is not a waste of money as you stated. Not everyone has to do it perfectly. We're not Olympia competitors, settle down.
/r/TheRedPill16/02/16 11:25 PM

They're not even comparable though. Why even toss them in the same sentence? Steroids are performance and muscle enhancers. Protein is not. People don't buy protein powder because they want more power in the gym or a quick boost in energy and performance. People buy protein powder to meet their protein macro goal for the day when they can't reach it with regular food. In terms of being a waste, absolutely not. Protein powder's grams of protein per dollar are comparable to other foods full of pro…

Protein powders are not bs... They're a method of getting protein in. It's food. Absolutely get protein powder if you need it to complete your macros. If you can get all your protein in from food, great! Protein powder is not a bad thing to have though for when you need it.

And the more muscle you have, the faster you'll lose it. Very true, but if he's really fat he should focus on losing the fat first with a caloric defecit and throw strength training on there to start gaining some strength. He won't gain much muscle from it due to the lower calories, but at least he will gain some strength while also losing fat. Hypertrophy work will almost be crap due to the low calories so don't even bother with a focused muscle building routine. Focus on building muscle once y…

So for example, believing in the power of the universe and the grand being that is universal energy count as believing in a god? I don't really believe in Christ and all that, but I do have a sense of perspective and realize that we're all just tiny beings compared to the power of the universe. The universe to me is a grand being. I can draw energy and spread it by keeping a high vibe to myself. I know its a bit odd, but it always helps to believe in something greater.

In that perspective, it's actually extremely liberating. Knowing that everyone out there in the world have their own insecurities to worry aobut and focusing on being who they're portraying rather than giving two shits about anyone else. It gives you more room to realize that on one cares what you do or try to portray. You can do a 180 of how you actually are and be a completely fucking goofball and no one will think you're faking it. They'll just think you're a fun guy.

Hey man I understand exactly how you're feeling. Even when improving yourself, the routine can sometimes get a bit stale. My advice, change it up. My week is packed, but on the weekend, I look at things and say "hmm.. Why the fuck not. Worth a try" and I go and do something new or something not so new that's fun to me like saturday…

It's the classic keto religion sputtering their carb is evil crap. Many of them aren't knowledgeable enough to understand that a calorie is a calorie. You overeat on any macro nutrient, you will gain fat. Simple as that.
/r/TheRedPill31/12/15 06:13 PM

Keto is excellent for cutting fat for sure and you feel full quite often even at a defecit which is awesome. I tried bulking on keto once though and was really difficult to make gains. Probably the glycogen depletion, but for cutting it's fucking great. Btw how do you like the lose it app? I'm currently using MFP, but sometimes it's kind of ugly to use. Does lose it have a solid db of foods like mfp?

Glycogen depletion, water weight loss, muscles will look flat. No thanks, I think I'll keep my carbs. Sure, I'll lose a few lbs of water weight, but calories in and calories out still stands true and is king. The scale going down a few lbs doesnt mean you lost fat by simply cutting carbs. Yes, eating too many carbs will cause you to get fat, but it's the same with any macronutrient. You can gain weight eating fat foods like nuts and peanut butter as well. Why you ask? Because it's fucking calori…

That's the awesome thing about pickup. You don't have to be perfect at it. As long as you genuinely try and attempt to progressively get better, you'll have good success. Hey Tony, I was reading your "I Hope it's Sunny Out" book and something hit me early in the book. You tend to stick in the set for a bit when talking to girls. I've been getting a lot of flakes and no return text messages recently and I think I know why. My approach is basically direct approach, compliment, get number, and then leave. It actually makes sense. Friend of mine actually hit on a girl twice. One week before the other. The first time he got blown off, but the second time she actually took him up on a date. They dated for like a month iirc, but yeah the principle stands. She was having a bad day the first time and the second time he approached she was more receptive towards it. Our brains aren't equipped well enough to handle and process a false threat. We know is not really a threat, but our brains cant differentiate. All the brain knows is that it's a threat. Our brains then release various hormones to respond to the threat. Many of you have heard of it as the fight or flight response. Hits right at home. This video needs to be watched at least once a week to really get the mindset going. I'm been putting off enrolling to college this upcoming semester, but you know what. FUCK IT. Im heading over this this Monday no excuses. Thank you for posting this. I'm going to download the URL and place it on my motivation folder.

Is the AA program anything like mark mansions dating course? Seems really interesting. How do you get yourself to step out of the house and just do shit? I always tell myself that the next day will be the day that I practice pickup, but I never do. I have issues just stepping out of the house like I can't find a motive. I know that if i just practiced I would kick ass at it. =/

Definitely a good way to get in state.

It's also a good idea for newbies since 2 minutes is very low pressure. General rule is to just get out there and do it. Something I need to follow more religiously if I'm being honest, but fuck it.

Its all on perspective. If you believe its normal it will be normal. It's like approaching girls in general. If you go in and start acting weird she will believe you're odd and awkward. Once you practice and go in perfectly comfortable the girls will notice and feel more comfortable. Anyhow, yeah man. Sorry about coming off as an asshole. I may have put it out of proportion. Once again, I hope you're able to step through the mental barrier. Take care and good luck!

I just think its kind of low confidence to be insecure about shaking someones hand. Its as basic as it gets. Here I have no issue with you and I'm actually hoping you're able to step out of your comfort zone a bit so I'll give you some kind advice. Go out and to random dudes in the street and tell them the following "Hey man, I thought I'de let you know that I think your shoes are really cool. Whats your name?" The dude will then say "My name is xx" You will then say "Nice you to meet you xx my …

Easy there warrior. I'm sure cussing at people online isn't weird for you since its anonymous and all. If only you had that same courage offline. Then, just then, maybe you could stop worrying and saying stupid shit like "Im 17 and shaking hands is weird to me hurr"

I dont think you have to record. Personally I like to because 1. Its legal in my state to have one party consent when recording audio. 2. I sometimes like to play them back to myself and see where I can improve. It also makes me feel like the man.

Sounds like fun. I'de be down to try some of those things. Not so much the tall girl thing, but just trying out different things mid conversation. I'm still relatively new, but I plan on taking audio and just pushing my conversations to see how far I can go. Girls will laugh at the stupidest shit and it would be hilarious if you gave sedditors small goals to accomplish while talking to people. Could be fun. Sorry about unorganized paragraph btw. I gotta head out to jog so I typed super quick wit…

It would have to be really well organized. For example, we would need to categorize shit from newbie level to intermediate since a particular challenge could be difficult to a newbie while something more difficult could be a piece of cake to the more experienced.

As long as it gets you out there and running. Personally I'm currently doing Mark Mansons Fearless dating program and it basically just gives me an excuse to go out and do my objectives if you will. Its kind of like a fun game. I go out do what the program says and I get to advance to the next mission. Anyhow, just do the challenge. If it works it works. If it doesnt, well, at least you went out and learned something. Any sort of experience is good experience. So get out there!

Where did you find yourself said playboy? I tried to befriend a good looking dude once at a bar. Not due to the reason you listed (although probably would have helped, but just because the dude looked cool and he seemed worthy of a friend or at least a contact). Anyhow, I went up the dude and said "Hey man, you look cool as hell. You seem like the kind of person that likes to have fun. My name is Strike48, whats the plan for tonight?" Yep it is indeed a great book. Also fairly easy to pick up some of its lessons and actually practice. I think the biggest thing that I received out of that book was the very valuable lesson that I should stop caring so damn much about what other people think of me. I live to amuse myself and myself only. Its easy to keep in mind and becomes great when you practice it. I've learned to disagree with people when I need to and that alone has earned me quite a bit of respect from different people. Do…

Whos saying men who dont lift get more respect? When I see a dude that clearly works out. I think to myself, "man this guy takes good care of himself" totally respectable. The "skinnyfat" guys with the girls have the girl for 1 reason. They went after it. They didnt sit there and complain. They went out and got themselves a girlfriend. You shouldnt complain dude. Work out to better yourself, not to compare and judge others.

Its not like he got egotistical. He played it off and had fun with it. Whats wrong with that? Ill admit, due to lack of practice it probably would annoy me personally, but thats something that I'll worry about when it starts bugging me too much. Owen handled the situation perfectly if you ask me. I respect your disagreement, but thats just the way I look at it. 1 size does not fit all in pick up.
/r/seduction01/02/14 03:42 AM

Not honor or justice. Simply common courtesy. The guy has never tried Owens style of pickup. Yet, he pretends like he knows how it works. The guy had to learn that he cant just call people out like that. Its rude and disrespectful. Not only was he being extremely insensitive, he made it a point to make Owen feel bad about himself. If you watch the video you can tell that Owen even tries to befriend him. He did his job by trying to defuse the situation and befriending the guy, but the guy got ann…

The guy called Owen out. Its not Owens fault that the guy is getting involved in his business. Sure, in a situation like that, you could let it slide. However, sometimes, you just have to set things straight. I think its just common courtesy that he took the time to explain why using hateful words was wrong. Then the guy gets up in arms and gets put in place. If someone starts calling you a balding ginger douche. I hope for your sake that you dont just sit there and smile. Thats fucked up. If he…

Thanks for writing this. It hits right at home. Ive been on self improvement since late 2011. I was annoyed with my lifestyle and decided to lose weight. I like this. I tend to think that most men focus too much on the objective. This makes it a game which it is how it should be. I mean look at us. Its funny how hard we try to get pussy. Its pussy and its hilarious. The mission of one man trying to stick his dick in a hole. Its all a game and we learn how to play it.

This kind of method imo should only be every once in a while as a reward for something done well. Women like men who know their needs and work satisfy themselves. Shes just along for the ride. She'll appreciate sex where shes pleasing you, but it doesnt hurt to give her a good pounding every once in a while to meet her satisfactions 100%. The thing about catering to womens needs all the time is that it creates a dependency thought. Its no longer about you its about her and theres a chance she'll…

if that had been me and you'd come back with a line like that. I would have thought you were a super cheesy-lame-trying to be sweet-talking guy who was only interested in getting me to go out with him When we try to be direct, ultimately most of the time, this is in fact our goal.. What's wrong with casually being cheesy? I feel like nit picking every single line that a man may throw out comes off as tryhard from the woman. Just enjoy the conversation as it may be. Of course theres limits to how…

Just because it works doesnt mean its good game. You calling it "part of the game" is just you rationalizing your sloppy behavior. I could go up to a woman act like a retard and somehow still get laid eventually. Just because I got a lay doesnt mean its proper game. I dont expect you to understand. You're clearly stuck in the mindset and are not willing to take criticism. All part of your ego. Multiple users have pointed out that you played it wrong. Yet, you take it up the ass and instantly def…

Ah, I was hoping they would have it in a pill. Going to have to buy a food scale. Do you think the manufacturing in China drops the quality of the product? I imagine that's why you're wanting to switch over to Cerebral Health. Also, are you taking anything else with the piracetam besides fish oil(assuming that you take fish oil).

Cool, Im definitely interested in it though and will pick something up soon. Thank you for leading me to /r/Nootropics. I'll do a bit of research and choose a product accordingly to test. The whole thing seems interesting af. Ninja edit: Where did you buy you piracetam?

Do you ever feel depressed after not taking them though? I had a friend on something similar. He was very lively when he took it, but was extremely down when he withdrew himself from using it. Thats awesome that you were able to get out like that. I've been putting it off. I'm wanting to just get my ass on my bicycle and get to a few bars, but I think I'm delaying the inevitable with stupid reasons not to go. Things like "Im tired from work" and shit like that. :/
